This program aims to enhance collective awareness among residents about the importance of waste management and environmental preservation, making Desa Sukaresmi a pioneer in sustainable waste management practices that can be emulated by other villages The method used in this service is direct observation in Desa Sukaresmi The results obtained from this service include the revitalization of a beautiful village park in front of the Desa Sukaresmi office, with a satisfaction rating of 90% from the community of Desa Sukaresmi.

This service aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSME entrepreneurs in calculating production costs using the full costing method at the geprek chicken business located on Jl. Dr. Sudarsono No.34, Cirebon. Full costing was chosen because it provides a complete picture of production costs, including overhead costs that are often ignored by MSME entrepreneurs. This service was carried out using a qualitative method through direct interviews with MSME entrepreneurs to identify costs and to determine production costs. The results of this service with the application of full costing show that the total production cost in a period of 1 month is Rp. 11,700,000 with a Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGS) per portion of Rp. 7,446.67 and produces a profit percentage of 243.03%. In conclusion, this service can make a real contribution in improving the management skills of small and medium enterprises in the culinary field, especially by optimizing the calculation of production costs with the full costing method for geprek chicken

Electronic credit facilities represent a significant banking innovation, employing technology in a manner that diverges from the established procedures associated with conventional credit. A credit deed that is not in accordance with the formal legal requirements is nevertheless considered to have legal force if the signature is recognized by the relevant parties. This thesis addresses the legal force and position of underhand credit agreements in commercial banks, as well as their suitability with the legal requirements of agreements according to the Civil Code and ITE Law, particularly in instances where the debtor subsequently rejects the signature. This thesis employs normative legal research methods to procure secondary data pertinent to the subject matter. The secondary data comprises primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, which are then subjected to qualitative analysis. The research demonstrates that the legal certainty of electronic credit agreements in commercial banks is regulated by the Civil Code Law Number 19 of 2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions, Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 on the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, and OJK Regulation Number 38/POJK.03/2016 on the Application of Risk Management in the Use of Information Technology by Commercial Banks. In the event of a dispute over the rejection of an electronic signature in an agreement, the matter may be resolved through litigation after all other avenues of non-litigation have been exhausted. In electronic credit agreements, electronic signatures are recognized as valid evidence, thereby affording legal protection to creditors.

Hirarki peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia secara normatif telah diatur dalam berbagai regulasi yang berlaku sejak tahun 1966 hingga 2011. Dalam konteks ini, Pancasila diposisikan sebagai Grundnorm, yaitu norma dasar yang dianggap memiliki realitas ideal yang sejalan dengan konsep keadilan. Hal ini berbeda dengan konsep Staatsfundamentalnorm, di mana Pancasila berfungsi sebagai ideologi yang digunakan untuk melegitimasi atau membatalkan produk hukum tertentu. Maka, dalam proses pembentukan undang-undang, terutama ketika dihadapkan pada persoalan politik, Pancasila harus ditempatkan sebagai ideologi yang menjadi dasar dalam menciptakan hukum yang dianggap adil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah Pancasila sebagai Grundnorm atau Staatsfundamentalnorm menimbulkan persaingan antara politik dan hukum yang dapat mengaburkan konsep keadilan; bagaimana pola persaingan antara hukum dan politik dalam proses pembentukan undang-undang; serta apakah pola persaingan tersebut menempatkan Pancasila sebagai realitas ideal sekaligus ideologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum doktrinal, yang tidak hanya berfokus pada norma, tetapi juga pada prinsip dan doktrin untuk menganalisis pola persaingan antara politik dan hukum dalam proses legislasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa posisi Pancasila sebagai Grundnorm atau Staatsfundamentalnorm memunculkan pola persaingan antara politik dan hukum, di mana pola ini mengakibatkan Pancasila sulit difungsikan secara bersamaan sebagai realitas ideal dan ideologi.

This research aims to develop microlearning educational videos on self-regulation (self-discipline) for karate student athletes at Malang State University. Self-regulation, especially in aspects of concentration and emotions, is very important for athletes to achieve optimal performance. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The analysis stage was carried out to identify the needs of karate student athletes regarding self-regulation. Based on the results of the analysis, microlearning material was designed and developed which includes concentration and emotional regulation techniques. This product was validated by karate coaching and sports psychology experts, and tested on small and large groups of karate athletes. The validation results show that the microlearning material has a high level of suitability, clarity, convenience and usefulness. Trials on athletes showed significant improvements in concentration and emotional regulation abilities after following this microlearning program. Athletes reported that the material was presented in an interesting and easy to understand manner, and could be applied effectively in training and competition. The conclusion of this research is that the development of microlearning educational videos on self-regulation (self-discipline) for karate student athletes at Malang State University is effective in improving athletes' concentration and emotional regulation abilities and is suitable as education for concentration and emotional regulation of karate student athletes at Malang State University. It is recommended that this program be integrated into the athlete's daily training curriculum and that periodic evaluations be carried out to ensure its effectiveness. Further development also needs to be carried out to update and add to the material so that it remains relevant to the latest developments in the field of sports psychology.  

This article aims to describe the implementation of flipbook media in teaching short story writing in class XI SMA Negeri 16 Semarang. The problem in this study is that there is no use of instructional media to construct short story texts in class XI students. Therefore, researchers try to apply flipbook media, especially in learning to compose short story texts. The article that the researcher wrote is a conceptual article. Conceptual article contains ideas In this article data is obtained by direct observation in class. While writing this article is done by identifying and seeking information from relevant data, analyzing the results, then developing and conveying ideas based on the researcher's understanding. Learning outcomes are expected to be more optimal with the use of learning media that is not boring for students. The solution that can be used with these problems is the use of flipbook media. The use of flipbook learning media is expected to be able to overcome the difficulties experienced by students in learning to write short story texts and students are not easily bored in participating in learning.

By adding local ingredients such as moringa leaves, which have highly potential nutritional content, the development of these feed snacks is further enhanced. Moringa leaves are a valuable commodity in terms of both their nutritional content and benefits when added to feed formulations, serving to complement the standardized nutrient requirements. Through a technological processing involving silage/fermentation and to facilitate application and increase storage life, the product is formed into snacks. Addressing the ongoing complaints of farmers regarding the need for feed with high protein content at an economical price, the BERAKAL livestock snack emerges as a solution to meet this demand. With an affordable price, it is expected to fulfill the needs of farmers who face a shortage of quality feed compared to commercial concentrates which are relatively more expensive. The methods of socialization and technical guidance typically involve several stages and strategies to enhance the competence and awareness of the community, such as initial socialization, training and technical guidance, and general technical guidance. BERAKAL livestock snacks can increase livestock productivity, leading to increased production of meat, milk, and eggs, and improving the competitiveness of Indonesian livestock products. BERAKAL livestock snacks can enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian livestock products in the global market. The BERAKAL livestock snack program has the potential to provide significant benefits to universities in terms of implementing MBKM and achieving IKU. Some of these benefits include increasing collaboration with industry partners and the community. This program will involve industry partners and the community in the development and marketing of BERAKAL livestock snacks. This collaboration can enhance the university's reputation as a reliable partner in developing products and services that benefit the community.

This research aims to find out the relationship of perception and self-motivation to the interest of students of Physical Education Health and Recreation to become teachers of Physics Education Sports and Health. This research uses a method of quantitative approach through causality relationships. The subjects used in this study are students from the Department of Jasmanian Education Health and Recreation State University of the 2020 Army. The sample determination was selected using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sample approach, and the number was calculated using the Slovenian formula to total 131 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the relationship between the perception variable and the interest variable was 0.046 while the relationship of the self-motivation variable with the interest Variable was 0.860. From these values, claim that perception variables and self-motivation variables have a relationship with interest variables positively. The results of the Test of the determination coefficient of perception variables and self-motivation variables to student interest variables have a relationship of 85.1%. This it can be concluded that the self-motivation variable has a major role in the level of interest of students in Physical Education Health and Recreation to become teachers of Physical education Sports and Health.

Pengobatan ayam ubek adalah warisan budaya asli Minangkabau yang berhubungan dengan praktik pengobatan tradisional.  Pengobatan ini menggunakan ayam sebagai alat diagnosa dan dilanjutkan dengan penggunaan obat herbal.  Saat ini hanya sedikit yang tersisa diantaranya terdapat di Sungai Tarab Kabupaten Tanah Datar.  Persepsi masyarakat menjadi penting dalam bagian upaya melestarikan pengobatan ini.  Penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan Januari 2024 dengan wawancara terhadap 60 masyarakat mennggunakan wawancara tertututp (close ended) terhadap tujuh indikator dengan skala likert 1-4.  Nilai persepsi tertinggi masyarakat untuk setiap aspek yaitu ilmu yang diturunkan secara turun temurun bukan merupakan pengobatan modern (aspek keaslian), memiliki biaya yang terjangkau sesuai kondisi ekonomi masyarakat (aspek kemudahan), efektif menggunakan ayam kampung (aspek efektivitas), penggunaan doa khas yang dipanjatkan kepada Allah SWT (aspek keunikan), tanpa adanya penggunaan bahan kimia obat (aspek keamanan), tujuan doa adalah Allah SWT (aspek kepercayaan),dan dapat dilakukan berulang kali baik untuk sakit yang sama jika belum sembuh ataupun pada kasus penyakit lain (aspek fleksibilitas).
