Corruption has been a well-known problem in Indonesia for a long time. News of corruption cases often becomes a hot topic, especially in this digital age where information spreads rapidly. Unfortunately, statistics show that public reaction to corruption cases in 2024 was more permissive than in the previous year. This is undoubtedly a hindrance in realizing the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045. Therefore, as one of the efforts, a socialization on law enforcement and anti-corruption was conducted at SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta on October 15, 2024, aiming to create a young generation that is law-abiding and anti-corruption. In this activity, students were invited to understand corruption in depth, including the legal basis, the impact of corruption, and how to prevent the seeds of corruption from an early age. Using an interactive and engaging approach, as well as examples of familiar corruption cases, students not only learned about the law, but also developed an awareness of the importance of maintaining integrity in their daily lives.

The research aims to examine awareness of the use of standard indonesian words through soscial media namely. With the davelopment of social medai, the language used tends to be freer and less struvtured. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach on accounts that focus on indonesian language learning. Data isi collected through observation of uploaded content as well as analysis of audience and follower interaction. The reserach results show tha the use of instagram can be an effective medium in introducing and educating the oublic about the importance of using standard words. The interactions  that occur between account managers and followeres help strengthen understanding and practice of using indonesian properly and correctly. It can be concluded that 75% of instagram accounts still need coaching regarding standard words and 35% have had increased coaching so that this research is expected to be a focus for instagram users tp be wiser in using social media.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis interaksi antara kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan dalam konteks transformasi digital di PT Indomarco Prismatama. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan multifaset antara variabel-variabel tersebut dalam lingkungan ritel modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, servant leadership, dan digital leadership memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, komitmen afektif dan komitmen normatif karyawan ditemukan berperan penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan strategi bisnis, termasuk dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa organisasi yang dapat menyinergikan kepemimpinan yang efektif dengan komitmen karyawan yang kuat lebih unggul dalam hal produktivitas, efisiensi operasional, dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Rekomendasi strategis meliputi penguatan program pengembangan kepemimpinan, adopsi teknologi, dan peningkatan keterlibatan karyawan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan perusahaan secara berkelanjutan di era persaingan global.

This research aims to analyze the distribution of joint property in decision number No. 1622/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JB, marking the first case of its kind in Indonesia involving royalties as an asset for joint property division. Divorce leads to the division of joint property. This study will center on discussing joint property derived from copyright, where the royalties from creative works owned by the creator are considered joint property and are requested by the spouse for division. The primary aim of this research is to explain that intangible movable property, in the form of copyright royalties, can be divided if it becomes joint property. This study uses A normative legal approach with a descriptive-analytical specification. It provides an analysis of the decision that serves as the basis for both parties in dividing copyright royalties as joint property under any applicable marriage law, whether it is customary law, Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage, the Civil Code, or the Compilation of Islamic Law. All legal frameworks will yield the same result, which is that each party receives half of the joint property, showing consistency across all regulations concerning joint property. The results of this study show that, in the event of divorce, copyright royalties can be divided as joint property. However, this is not an absolute requirement of such a division, as seen in Decision No. 1622/Pdt.G/2023/PA. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) acquired during marriage, obtained and created or registered by one spouse during marriage are regarded as joint property. This is because even though the spouse may not be the holder of the rights, they have played a role in the creation of the IPR and are entitled to a share of this property in the event of divorce.

Tujuan penelitian ini mengupas pembagian pada sengketa perceraian kekayaan bersama pada putusan dengan nomor 1622/Pdt.G/2023PA.JB merupakan kasus pertama di Indonesia dengan royalti sebagai objek pembagian harta kekayaan bersama. Putusnya perkawinan berakibat pembagian harta gono-gini. Hal yang dibahas pada penelitian kali ini hendak diperkecil ruang lingkupnya mengenai kekayaan bersama yang diperolah dari hak cipta yang dimana royalti hasil dari karya cipta milik pencipta yang menjadi kekayaan bersama diinginkan oleh pasangan kawinnya untuk dilakukan pembagian. Urgensi penelitian ini yakni menjelaskan bahwa benda bergerak tidak berwujud berupa royalti hasil karya cipta dapat dilakukan pembagian apabila menjadi sebuah kekayaan bersama. Metode yang diterapkan yakni yuridis normatif serta deskriptif analitis sebagai spesifikasi penelitian. Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai analisis putusan yang menjadi landasan bagi pihak terkait dalam melakukan pembagian royalti hak cipta sebagai kekayaan bersama menggunakan hukum perkawinan apapun, baik berupa Hukum Adat, Undang-Undang Perkawinan, KUHPerdata, dan KHI akan mendapatkan hasil yang sama yakni masing-masing memperoleh separuh dari kekayaan bersama, terdapat konsistensi dalam seluruh pengaturan mengenai kekayaan bersama. Hasil riset ini memperlihatkan bahwa pembagian royalti hasil karya cipta sebagai kekayaan bersama akibat adanya perceraian secara eksplisit tidak diatur dalam Undang-Undang Hak Cipta, walaupun demikian tidak menutup kemungkinan pembagian royalti dapat terjadi seperti dalam Putusan Nomor 1622/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JB Hak Kekayaan Intelektual yang didaftarkan serta didapat dari salah seorang sepanjang perkawinan menjadi kekayaan bersama, karena suami atau istri meskipun bukan pemegang hak akan tetapi turut bersumbangsih terwujudnya HKI tersebut, dan berhak mendapatkan harta tersebut apabila menemui perceraian.

This study aims to analyze the effect of sex education on the moral development of students at SMPN 1 Cipaku. The approach used was quantitative with a correlational design, involving 40 students as respondents. Validity and reliability tests showed that the instruments used were valid and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.838 for understanding sexual education and 0.811 for moral development). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed a significant and strong relationship between understanding of sexual education and moral development of students (R = 0.720; p < 0.01). The results of simple linear regression showed that understanding of sex education has a significant positive effect on students' moral development with a regression coefficient of 0.546 (p = 0.000). However, barriers were found related to the limited implementation of sex education, which was conducted only once, causing inhomogeneity in students' understanding. This study suggests the need to increase the frequency and quality of sexual education programs that are more structured and sustainable, as well as the active involvement of parents to strengthen moral education at home. In addition, sexuality education should be integrated with moral values that are relevant to students' daily lives. In this way, a sustainable sexuality education program can have a greater impact on the moral formation of students in the future.

This research discusses the communication strategy between sellers and buyers on social media as part of an effective marketing strategy. Social media has become a key platform in modern marketing due to its ability to create direct interaction and build relationships between sellers and buyers. The communication strategies applied include the use of relevant content, personal approach, quick response, and utilization of interactive features of social media. The results show that effective communication can increase customer engagement, build trust, expand market reach, and drive increased sales. However, there are challenges in maintaining communication consistency and facing increasing competition in the digital world. Therefore, an innovative and customer-focused approach is required to achieve success in marketing through social media. Communication strategies between sellers and buyers on social media play an important role in supporting the success of marketing strategies in the digital age. Social media has evolved into a major platform for direct interaction between sellers and buyers, offering ease of access, wide reach, and cost-effectiveness compared to traditional marketing methods. This research explores the various communication strategies used by sellers to build relationships with buyers, including the use of relevant and engaging content, a data-driven personalized approach, and prompt responses to customer needs and questions. This research concludes that an effective communication strategy on social media serves not only as a promotional tool, but also as a means to build long-term relationships between sellers and buyers. With the right approach, social media can be a powerful platform to support marketing success, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve overall business goals.

Educational leadership plays a crucial role in achieving high-performing schools, particularly in the context of the demand for holistic improvement in educational quality. Educational leadership acts as a catalyst in creating a conducive learning environment, directing school management effectively, and motivating all school stakeholders to achieve shared goals. This study aims to examine the concepts, fundamental principles, and implementation of effective educational leadership in managing high-performing schools. Additionally, this research analyzes the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of educational leadership and proposes strategies to overcome the challenges encountered. The method employed is a literature review to gather relevant data and information. The findings indicate that effective educational leadership significantly contributes to enhancing teacher motivation and performance, fostering a positive school culture, and optimizing student achievement. These findings underscore the importance of active educational leadership in adopting innovative and adaptive strategies to create outstanding and competitive schools.

Menganalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap efektivitas kebijakan program pemerintah di Kelurahan Tugu Utara. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei terhadap 110 responden menggunakan metode stratified random sampling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa transparansi, pelibatan masyarakat, dan distribusi manfaat menjadi faktor penting keberhasilan program. Namun, kendala seperti keterbatasan anggaran, kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat, dan sosialisasi yang tidak merata masih menjadi hambatan. Rekomendasi penelitian mencakup peningkatan sosialisasi melalui media komunikasi yang beragam, peningkatan transparansi alokasi anggaran, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mendorong partisipasi dalam perencanaan dan implementasi program. Selain itu, implementasi e-government disarankan untuk mempermudah akses informasi dan meningkatkan kinerja program. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun program pemerintah memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, upaya perbaikan dalam aspek transparansi, komunikasi, dan partisipasi masyarakat diperlukan agar kebijakan lebih efektif dan inklusif.

The purpose of this article review is to evaluate the effectiveness of using Think Talk Write (TTW) learning modeling to improve elementary school students' mathematics learning outcomes. The TTW model involves a structured process of thinking, speaking, and writing to help students understand mathematical concepts better. The study method used is library research, where the data sources obtained are reviewed through books, scientific articles, scientific journals and other relevant written information. Data collection techniques are carried out through library research, focusing on literature related to the application of the TTW model in mathematics learning. The data obtained are analyzed using descriptive methods, which include tracing, reviewing and verifying in order to determine conclusions. The study data produced shows that the application of the TTW model can improve students' understanding and mathematical skills, and provide a clear picture of the effectiveness of this model in the context of mathematics education in elementary schools.

The lack of road infrastructure in West Papua is a complex problem that has a major impact on the lives of local people. Road development in West Papua is still far behind compared to other regions in Indonesia. The lack of road infrastructure also affects access to education in West Papua. Adequate education is essential in improving the quality of life and opening up opportunities for communities to develop. The purpose of this study is to examine how road infrastructure and education affect governance and democracy in West Papua. The results show that inequality in road infrastructure and education has an impact on limited access to public services, social welfare, and community democratic participation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach based on secondary data, this research illustrates that good governance is needed to overcome geographical barriers and inequality in resource distribution to enhance sustainable development in underdeveloped regions.
