The hotel industry is currently facing a digital transformation driven by technological advancements and changing consumer behavior. This research aims to explore how digital transformation in hotel management can optimize the guest experience in the industry 4.0 era. The research methodology primarily relies on a comprehensive literature review and analysis of industry documents to provide a robust and broad foundation for this study. The findings indicate that integrating technologies such as property management systems (PMS), Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and data analytics can enhance operational efficiency, service personalization, and data-driven decision-making in hotel management. However, the implementation of digital transformation also faces challenges, such as significant investments, cybersecurity, and resistance to change. Case studies of hotels that have successfully adopted digital technologies reveal best practices and valuable lessons, including the importance of top management support, strategic alignment, and stakeholder engagement. This article contributes to the literature by integrating the diffusion of innovation (DOI) theory and the technology acceptance model (TAM) to develop a conceptual framework that explains the adoption and success of digital transformation in hotels. The research findings have practical implications for hotel managers in designing and implementing digital transformation initiatives. Although this research primarily relies on secondary data sources, future research can adopt a multi-method research design incorporating primary data to provide further insights into this phenomenon.

The development of information technology, especially through gadgets, has changed the business landscape significantly, even among students. This study aims to investigate the role of gadgets in increasing the business effectiveness of students majoring in Sharia Economics at STAIN Bengkalis. Qualitative research methods were used to gain a deeper understanding of how gadgets influence student business practices. The research results show that gadgets make a major contribution to increasing student business effectiveness. By using gadgets, students can access real-time market information, facilitate communication with clients and business partners, and optimize time management and productivity. Apart from that, gadgets are also an important tool in developing business networks and promoting products or services. These findings highlight the importance of integrating technology in Sharia Economics education to prepare students to face business challenges and opportunities in the digital era.

The current of globalization has made technological and digital developments change the way business and communication are carried out. The digital era is currently the foundation of the business world and opens up new opportunities, including expedition delivery services or what can be called logistics. The expedition delivery service itself not only plays a role in delivering packages to the customer's hands but also must gain the customer's trust so that the customer has an interest in using the delivery service again. The aim of the research is to determine customer satisfaction in using expedition delivery services. The research used is descriptive qualitative research, using an approach that involves collecting relevant data sources, such as journal articles, books, publications and so on. The research data obtained is then analyzed systematically so that they can be continuous with each other in increasing satisfaction with the use of delivery services.

This research will discuss the community's efforts in maintaining the heritage of the ancestors given, namely the Lahbako dance. Lahbako dance is a typical Jember dance, where this dance exists to show a series of tobacco processing from planting to packaging tobacco.  This arian can be said to be a tradition that is carried out every time tobacco planting and has become one of the icons of the city of Jember. It is well known that technological development has been increasingly rapid, and young people are starting to be reluctant to learn or just find out what has become the history of their own nation. The existence of the Lahbako dance which used to be a tradition during the harvest season, is now also used as a tourist attraction, so it can be said that there is a shift in cultural functions. Therefore, efforts are needed to introduce all groups, especially young people so that they can continue to preserve or innovate the culture. In this study we use Robert K. Merton's theory of Structural Functionalism, which emphasizes the need to understand the many functions associated with society, in order to maintain the social structure in society. The functions in question are dysfunction, latent function, and manifest function. In this research using qualitative research methods, with an ethnographic approach.
 

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Zao Martial Art yang merupakan salah satu usaha industri konveksi yang bergerak dalam memproduksi seragam dan perlengkapan alat-alat taekwondo yang terletak di Jl. Raya Manyaran-Gunungpati, Cepoko, Kec.Gunung Pati, Kota Semarang. Perhitungan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas setiap bulannya menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan untuk pencatatannya masih menggunakan tulis tangan pada selembar kertas. Belum adanya sistem informasi berbasis dekstop yang dapat memudahkan bagian pencatatan dan perhitungan penerimaan serta pengeluaran kas pada Zao Martial Art.
Sistem informasi berbasis dekstop ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengelola pencatatan data serta perhitungan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian dilakukan dengan beberapa opsi, diantaranya wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan Microsoft Visual Studio 2013,  Xampp, MySql. Perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unifed Modeling Language) dengan metode R&D (Research and Development) sebagai metode pengembangannya.
 

CT is the ability to think to solve problems whose solution is computing. CT abilities cannot possibly grow in an instant, CT knowledge and skills need time to grow and develop so that they produce as expected. CT training for kindergarten and elementary school teachers at Gaussian Kamil School will be carried out in several stages, starting with an introduction to the CT concept, practice questions, practicing CT using digital methods, and Unplugged. It is hoped that this training can improve teachers' CT abilities, so that teachers will infuse it with students. Students who receive CT from an early age are expected to be able to be independent and behave better because they are used to solving problems in the correct, fast and efficient way.

As 5G networks become more widespread, securing data transmission is increasingly crucial. This paper provides a comparative analysis of cryptographic algorithms in the context of 5G, focusing on security, computational efficiency, and resilience to attacks. The study evaluates the effectiveness of popular encryption algorithms, such as AES, RSA, and ECC, under the unique constraints of 5G. Results demonstrate which algorithms offer the best balance of security and performance, presenting insights that can guide future implementations of secure 5G networks.

Stud n bertujuan untuk mengkategorkan tweet emosonal ke dalam kategor postf atau negatf dengan menggunakan algortma pembagan terstruktur sepert Support Vector Machnes (SVM), Nave Bayes (NB), dan K-Nearest Neghbor. Hasl pengujan menunjukkan bahwa algortma NB memlk tngkat akuras 94,62% dan press 100%, mengalahkan SVM dan K-NN dalam menyelesakan kasus kepercayaan.

Pentingnya peran Tata Usaha (Tu) dalam mengelola administrasi pegawai di lingkungan pendidikan menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini. Studi dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Semarak Rejang Lebong untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana peran Tu dapat meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi pegawai di sekolah tersebut.
