This study aims to determine the sustainability of Toko Arofah's business and to find out the dynamic capabilities possessed by the first generation to the second generation in continuing the business. The form of research used is qualitative research. The research was conducted at Toko Arofah which is located at Jalan Raya Mojopuro, Babatan Village, Balongpanggang District, Gresik Regency. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were one business owner, one next generation, three suppliers, and five customers. The results of this study are that the sustainability of Toko Arofah's business can be achieved through the ability to adapt to changing times, flexibility in facing challenges, and investment in modern technology. Also, Toko Arofah's dynamic capabilities lie in the application of sensing capabilities to identify opportunities and threats from the external environment, development capabilities help turn these opportunities into strategic actions. Furthermore, transformation capabilities ensure that the company can adjust and reconfigure existing resources to deal with changes and strengthen its competitive position.

Fertilizer is an important factor in increasing the growth and yield of chili plants (Capsicum annuum L.). The selection of the right type of fertilizer greatly determines productivity and environmental sustainability in the long term. This study aims to analyze the differences between chemical fertilizers and organic fertilizers in chili plant cultivation, including plant growth, yields, and their impact on soil fertility. The method used is a literature review by examining various previous studies that discuss the effectiveness of both types of fertilizers. The results of the analysis show that chemical fertilizers provide faster growth and higher yields in the short term because their nutrients are more easily absorbed by plants. However, excessive use can cause soil degradation, decreased organic matter content, and environmental pollution. In contrast, organic fertilizers work more slowly, but are able to increase soil fertility, improve soil structure, and support the balance of agricultural ecosystems in the long term. The combination of chemical and organic fertilizers has proven to be the best strategy in increasing chili productivity while maintaining soil health. Therefore, balanced fertilization with the right dose is highly recommended to ensure optimal harvest results without damaging the environment.

Bandung Regency, which is experiencing overcapacity in landfills, has implemented a waste management solution involving the separation of organic and inorganic waste. Inorganic waste, which is notoriously difficult to decompose, has prompted the Bandung Regency government to adopt a community-focused approach to waste management, establishing waste banks in school-age communities. However, the project has encountered challenges, as evidenced by the fact that some schools have implemented waste banks but have not been actively engaged in their operations. This has led to the project's suboptimal implementation in Bandung Regency schools.The objective of this study is to identify the challenges associated with the inactivity of waste banks in Bandung Regency schools, as perceived by students and administrators.The study utilises the triple drivers of ecopreneurship, focusing on the economic, social, and environmental benefits of school waste banks. This research employs a mixed methods approach, utilising both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. The quantitative approach involves the administration of surveys to students, followed by data processing using descriptive statistics. The qualitative method involves conducting interviews with administrators, and the data is processed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings of the research indicate that the implementation of a waste bank for the management of inorganic waste in a school environment is positively received by the school, despite the presence of obstacles related to waste collection sites, socialisation among students, and differences between administrators and students regarding the most significant focus or choice for implementing waste banks in schools.It is anticipated that the research results will contribute to the understanding of inorganic waste management in waste banks that are less active in the school environment. The study thus recommends further research in schools that are routine or active in waste bank implementation activities, with a view to describing overall information about the implementation of school waste banks, especially in schools in Bandung Regency with school waste bank projects.

This research was motivated by vehicle users who did not remember when to service their vehicle, causing damage to the vehicle. Therefore, a system is needed to provide information about vehicle service schedules using electronic media, one of which is WhatsApp messages. This research was conducted at TOMO Pondok Mahkota Motor. The research method is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and questionnaires. In preparing this application system, the UML method was used. Application development using the PHP programming language and preparation of database structures using MySQL. The research results show that this system is useful for recording customer data, providing information on the next four-wheeled vehicle service schedule to customers, customers find out information on the next four-wheeled vehicle service schedule via WhatsApp notifications. 

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas digital masyarakat Desa Teluk Dalam melalui pengembangan teknologi. Desa ini, yang terletak di wilayah terpencil, menghadapi tantangan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital karena keterbatasan infrastruktur dan pengetahuan. Dalam upaya ini, berbagai kegiatan dilaksanakan, mulai dari survei awal untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat, pelatihan dasar penggunaan teknologi digital, hingga pengenalan platform e-commerce dan pembuatan konten digital untuk pemasaran online. Pendampingan dan monitoring pasca pelatihan juga dilakukan untuk memastikan penerapan ilmu yang telah diperoleh serta memberikan dukungan lanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi digital masyarakat, yang kini lebih terampil menggunakan perangkat digital untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari serta berpartisipasi dalam ekonomi digital. Adopsi teknologi dalam kegiatan ekonomi lokal, seperti usaha mikro dan UMKM, juga mengalami peningkatan, membuka peluang baru bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi desa. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dan diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak jangka panjang yang positif bagi kemandirian ekonomi dan perkembangan Desa Teluk Dalam.

This study aims to analyze the service quality at Ketapang Urban Aquaculture (KUA), a mangrove ecotourism area in Tangerang Regency, using the Servqual theory encompassing five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This qualitative research utilized primary data from in-depth interviews with KUA management and secondary data from relevant literature. The findings indicate that physical facilities, such as trekking paths and informative signs, enhance visitor comfort. Educational programs run on schedule, and the complaint system effectively addresses visitor concerns. Friendly and well-trained staff provide a sense of safety and a positive tourism experience. However, challenges remain in optimizing sanitation facilities and digital promotion. The study concludes that KUA's service quality meets expectations, supporting sustainable ecotourism.

Islamic education plays an important role in providing a deeper understanding of sharia family law to the community. This article reviews the concept of sharia family law, including marriage, divorce, and inheritance, and how Islamic education can be an instrument to improve the community's understanding of these issues. This study also identifies challenges in the implementation of sharia family law materials in Islamic educational institutions.

Tanaman herbal telah dimanfaatkan manusia dalam bidang pengobatan untuk menyembuhkan berbagai macam penyakit dan ilmu pengobatan tradisional telah berlangsung sejak zaman kuno hingga saat ini. Terminalia arjuna merupakan salah satu tanaman yang banyak digunakan dalam obat-obatan herbal tradisional Ayurveda dari India. Pengolahan T. arjuna dalam pengobatan Ayurveda yaitu dikonsumsi dengan cara diseduh atau dikonsumsi bersama mentega (ghee) dan susu (ksheerapaka). Kulit batang T. Arjuna adalah bagian yang paling banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat India sebagai obat. Berbagai senyawa metabolit yang telah diisolasi dari akar, batang, daun, buah, dan biji dan telah diuji dalam skala laboratorium, praklinis dengan hewan uji maupun uji klinis pada manusia untuk mengetahui potensi terapeutiknya. Senyawa metabolit yang ditemukan meliputi flavonoid, terpenoid, polifenol, glikosida dan steroid beserta derivatnya. Kandungan senyawa metabolit dan potensi aktivitas terapeutik melalui berbagai penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan ulasan ilmiah menggunakan kajian dari berbagai sumber literasi. Hasil berbagai penelitian menunjukkan T. arjuna berpotensi sebagai agen terapeutik yang berperan penting dengan kemampuan menghambat maupun menyembuhkan berbagai gangguan kesehatan. Aktivitas farmakologis T. Arjuna menunjukkan potensi terapeutik dalam aktivitas antikanker, antimikrob, antioksidan, serta memberikan efek kardioprotektif, hepatoprotektif dan gastroprotektif. Studi etnofarmakologi potensi terapeutik T. arjuna diharapkan mampu memberikan dasar pengetahuan pemanfaatan T. arjuna sebagai bahan dasar obat herbal di masa yang akan datang.

This study presents the results of a survey conducted to analyze the impact of packaging training on the home industry of Samiler crackers in Mojojajar Village. A questionnaire was distributed to 25 respondents, including both consumers and producers of Samiler crackers. The findings reveal that 100% of respondents have purchased Samiler crackers, with 50% indicating that packaging is very important in their purchasing decisions. Additionally, 83.3% of respondents are willing to pay more for better packaging, highlighting the awareness of the importance of packaging quality. While many respondents find the current packaging design attractive, there is a need for improved information provided on the packaging. Recommendations for further development include enhancing packaging design, increasing awareness of government support for SMEs, and providing ongoing training on packaging techniques. This initiative is expected to contribute to local economic development and improve the welfare of the Mojojajar community.

This study aims to analyze the impact of online gambling and drug abuse on the economy of the community in Beratkulon Village, Kemlagi District. The method used in this research involves socialization and discussions with local residents to gather data and information regarding the issues faced. The results indicate that online gambling and drug abuse not only lead to financial losses for individuals but also trigger family conflicts, accumulation of debt, and loss of community productivity. Furthermore, the lack of education about the dangers of drugs and weak supervision are contributing factors to the increasing cases of abuse. This research recommends the need for enhanced community awareness through more intensive educational and socialization programs, as well as strengthening the role of media in disseminating positive messages to prevent drug.
