Immunization via injection can cause immediate pain in children. Pain that occurs as a result of immunization injections, if not managed properly, can have a negative impact on the child's emotional aspects such as crying and fear. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The sample involved in this research was 64 respondents, selected using Probability Sampling techniques. The research results show that based on the Paired T-Test statistical test, the p-Value value for the influence of the 5S Method (Swaddling, Side-Stomach, Shushing, Swinging, Sucking) is 0.000. Because p < 0.05, the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the Null Hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the 5S Method (Swaddling, Side-Stomach, Shushing, Swinging, Sucking) has a significant influence on the Infant's Pain Response After Basic Immunization at the Dahlia Makassar Community Health Center. The suggestion is that the 5s method be an alternative for treating pain experienced by babies as an effort to minimize pharmacological therapy.

This activity aims to increase student involvement and role in entrepreneurial activities as well as foster students' interest in entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship education through marketing and product sales strategies. This activity shows that students' entrepreneurial interest is very high, the marketing and sales skills demonstrated are the main reference in developing their ideas for business. So, this activity shows how to develop through training strategies towards product sales simulations and group work carried out by students. The student's role in developing this strategy succeeded in significantly improving marketing and sales skills. The results of this entrepreneurial practice provide valuable insight for students regarding the factors and keys to success in entrepreneurship.

This study discusses the application of religious moderation in an effort to build a peaceful and tolerant community in Tewang Kadamba Village, Central Kalimantan. This village is known for its cultural and religious diversity, where the Dayak Kaharingan tribe is the majority of the population while Hinduism, Islam, and Christianity live side by side harmoniously. However, there are challenges related to the lack of motivation in worship activities and the shortage of Islamic religious teachers in the village. This is a serious concern because it can affect the social and religious life of the community. The Tewang Kadamba Village KKN Team took the initiative to empower the community through strengthening religious values ??by involving the younger generation and cadres in the religious teaching program. This program is expected to encourage positive changes in religious life and social life in the village. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method and literature study, with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of the religious teaching program in improving the understanding and practice of religious moderation values ??among the Tewang Kadamba Village community. It is hoped that the results of the study can provide useful suggestions for the development of religious teaching programs in Tewang Kadamba Village, so that they can support the formation of a religious, tolerant, and peaceful society

The results indicate that ML, particularly neural networks, significantly improves sales prediction accuracy, reaching 92.5%, while enhancing operational efficiency through a 20% reduction in storage costs and faster distribution. The study also highlights the positive impact of ML on profitability, with companies reporting a 15% increase in net profits after adopting ML. However, challenges such as data quality and system integration remain, requiring companies to focus on data cleansing and technological infrastructure. The results suggest that ML can provide substantial long-term benefits in improving business operations, especially when quality data and appropriate algorithms are used, making it a crucial tool for companies aiming to enhance competitiveness in the digital era.

The rise of Industry 4.0 has introduced significant transformations in business operations, with Artificial Intelligence (AI) playing a central role in automating processes, enhancing decision-making, and improving efficiency. However, despite its potential, many organizations face critical challenges in implementing AI, particularly in terms of technological infrastructure readiness, workforce capabilities, and ethical considerations. This research aims to identify the challenges and propose effective strategies for AI implementation in business processes, particularly within the context of Industry 4.0. A systematic literature review (SLR) was employed to analyze peer-reviewed studies that discuss AI integration across various industrial sectors. The findings indicate that the primary challenges include the integration of AI with existing legacy systems, data privacy concerns, and employee resistance due to the perceived threat of automation. Additionally, the lack of adequate training and infrastructure investment further hampers AI adoption. In response, the research highlights strategies such as upgrading technological infrastructure, continuous employee training, and the development of clear ethical guidelines to address these challenges. The research contributes by providing a comprehensive framework for businesses to successfully navigate AI implementation, offering a novel perspective on balancing technological advancements with human resource development and ethical concerns, essential for long-term business sustainability in the digital era

This research aims to explore the efforts of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in developing student morals at SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Medan, which is located in the Mesjid Raya Taqwa Block, Belawan Bahari, Medan Belawan, North Sumatra. This research uses qualitative methods with primary and secondary data. The results of the research show that the steps for moral development by guidance and counseling teachers include direct dialogue with students to solve problems, modeling by providing examples of good behavior, habituation by teaching commendable behavior, as well as providing advice and attention when students are affected by a negative environment. In addition, penalties are applied to violators of madrasa rules and regulations. Factors that influence moral development consist of internal factors, namely from the student's personality such as lazy behavior, and external factors which include the community environment, family, and unmet needs. This research reveals the importance of a holistic approach in moral development that involves direct interaction, role models, and attention to factors that influence students from within and outside themselves.

Clove leaves contain eugenol compound have properties to overcome hair growth problems. Public knowledge about herbal plants that had an effect on hair growth problems was still less. This community service was carried out to provide education to the public about clove leaves as herbal plants that can overcome hair problems. The method of community service was to provide education to the public through material exposure about clove leaves as herbal plants that overcome hair growth problems and introduce how to use clove leaves naturally. The results showed an increase in public knowledge in the use of herbal plants in Indonesia after providing education in the good category from 17.91% to 45.86%. Public knowledgestill lacking about herbal plants that could be used traditionally or processed into pharmaceutical preparations to prevent hair problems. The conclusion of community service in managing clove leaves as herbal plants to prevent hair problems meets the quantity and quality.

The study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and employee satisfaction on work productivity at the Central Bureau of Statistics Sukoharjo Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. Sampling using saturated samples with a total of 50 respondents. The data source used is primary data and data collection by distributing questionnaires directly. The analysis technique used is IBM SPSS version 25.0. The results in this study indicate that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work productivity (2) Employee satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on productivity (3) Organizational culture and employee satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

This study examines the effectiveness of training programs for room attendants in the hospitality industry, focusing on their impact on performance, job satisfaction, and retention. Using a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with 20 room attendants and 10 housekeeping managers across various hotel segments. The findings reveal that while initial training typically covers basic cleaning techniques and safety protocols, it often lacks depth in advanced methods and customer service skills. Challenges such as time constraints and reliance on informal learning are common, affecting the consistency and quality of training. Effective training programs were identified as those that provide comprehensive, ongoing instruction and incorporate innovative methods like virtual reality and gamified learning. The study also highlights the importance of mentorship programs and regular feedback to enhance training outcomes. Recommendations for improving training programs include developing detailed curricula, addressing time constraints, and adapting to emerging trends. By implementing these strategies, hotels can enhance room attendants' skills, satisfaction, and overall service quality, leading to improved guest experiences and operational success.
