Strengthening transparency and accountability in the financial management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is crucial in promoting good village governance. However, many BUMDes still face challenges such as weak record-keeping systems, the absence of internal audits, and limited human resource competencies in financial aspects. This community service activity aims to build an internal audit system as a strategy to improve the financial governance of BUMDes in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura Sub-District. The approach used is Community-Based Participatory Action Research (CBPAR), which emphasizes active community involvement throughout the process. The stages of the activity include problem identification, internal audit and basic accounting training, preparation of financial SOPs, implementation of the initial audit, and evaluation of the results. The results show that BUMDes administrators are able to independently conduct internal audits, compile cash reports and transaction documentation more systematically, and present the results in village deliberation forums. This activity also succeeded in increasing the capacity of administrators to compile simple digital reports using Excel. Community participation also encouraged the formation of a new culture that is more transparent and open to the process of managing village finances. This activity not only produced administrative outputs but also created institutional transformation that promotes more integrity-based BUMDes governance. The educational-participatory approach in internal audits has proven effective and is feasible to be replicated in other villages with similar conditions as part of efforts to strengthen good governance at the local level.

Loneliness is a subjective emotional experience commonly observed during emerging adulthood (ages 18–25). In this phase, shifts in emotional and affiliative needs may increase vulnerability to loneliness, particularly in the absence of intimate relationships. One intrapersonal factor influencing loneliness is attachment style, emotional bonding patterns formed in early childhood that shape the quality of interpersonal relationships in adulthood. This study aims to examine the relationship between attachment style and loneliness among emerging adults who are not currently in romantic relationships. A quantitative correlational method was employed using purposive sampling, involving 208 unmarried participants aged 18–25 who were not in romantic relationships. The instruments used were the Indonesian version of the Attachment Style Questionnaire (ASQ) and the UCLA Loneliness Scale Version 3. Spearman correlation analysis revealed a significant negative relationship between secure attachment and loneliness (r = -0.748**, p < 0.01), and a significant positive relationship between fearful attachment and loneliness (r = 0.273**, p < 0.01). No significant associations were found for preoccupied or dismissing attachment styles. These findings highlight the important role of attachment style in shaping loneliness experiences among young adults who are not romantically involved.

This study aims to determine the relationship between perfectionism and academic burnout among final-year students in Jakarta. Academic burnout is defined as stress arising from the learning process that results in emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and low academic performance (Sagita & Meilyawati, 2021). Perfectionism is considered a personality disposition characterized by concerns about self-evaluation, overly critical self-assessment, and striving to achieve perfect personal standards (Hill, 2017). This study employs a quantitative approach, involving final-year university students in Jakarta aged 20–25 years who are in their 7th–9th semesters. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The measurement tools used were the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale developed by Flett and Hewitt (1991) and the School Burnout Inventory developed by Salmela-Aro, Kiuru, Leskinen, and Nurmi in 2009. The results of the correlation test using Pearson Correlation yielded a value of r = 0.854, with significance 0.000 p < 0.05. These results indicate that there is a relationship between perfectionism and academic burnout among final-year students in Jakarta. Based on the correlation test per dimension, the results show that there is a relationship between perfectionism and all dimensions of academic burnout, especially the exhaustion dimension. Additionally, there is a relationship between academic burnout and all dimensions of perfectionism, particularly the socially prescribed perfectionism dimension. This indicates that the higher an individual's level of perfectionism, the higher their level of academic burnout.

Infant mortality rates (IMR) at the global and national levels occur mostly during the neonatal period. One way to reduce infant mortality is to provide the best food, namely breast milk. The breastfeeding process can be hampered due to several problems, one of which is the occurrence of breast milk dams. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between mothers' knowledge about breastfeeding techniques and breast milk dams at PMB Pratiwi Agustian. The research method used was a quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional design. The research sample was 28 respondents using total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that the majority of breastfeeding mothers with good knowledge of breastfeeding techniques did not experience breast milk dams as many as 5 people (71.4%), 13 people (76.5%) did not experience breast milk dams in the moderate category, and 4 people (100.0%) experienced breast milk dams in the poor category. Correlation analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge of breastfeeding techniques and breast milk dams in nursing mothers at PMB Pratiwi Agustian with a significant value of p = 0.015. Lack of knowledge about proper breastfeeding techniques can increase the risk of breast milk dams in mothers. The leading causes of maternal mortality are thought to include hemorrhage, sepsis, obstructed labor, and hypertensive disease of pregnancy. For many years, demographic and health surveys have been used to study maternal and perinatal health in developing countries. However, few nationwide population surveys have used formally validated questionnaires. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the validity of maternal self-reports of obstetrical complications. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 300 women at Two Hospitals and one public health center. A questionnaire recorded mothers’ perceptions of obstetrical complications while hospital medical records. Sensitivity, specificity, predictive values, and percent agreement were obtained for obstetrical conditions. Result: In general, women’s reports of obstetrical complications did not match medical diagnoses. The highest agreement was obtained for reporting eclampsia, with less agreement for postpartum haemorrhage. Conclusion: The validity of the survey questionnaires varies between studies due to differences in the questionnaires. Health surveys based on maternal self-report must be interpreted with consideration of this limitation.

Toxic professional relationships—characterized by subtle exclusion, politicized decision-making, and emotional suppression—are a prevalent yet underexamined concern in academic institutions. This research emphasizes the psychological, pedagogical, and emotional repercussions for educators in situations characterized by workplace conflict, in contrast to prior studies that primarily examine structural factors. The study seeks to examine how educators perceive, interpret, and react to toxic dynamics, especially via reflective processes. We gathered data from three years of anonymized reflective journaling employing a qualitative, narrative-reflective methodology and conducted a theme analysis. Research highlights three main themes: the emotional effort needed to maintain professionalism despite feeling excluded, changes in teaching methods as a way to resist and find meaning, and how reflective practice helps teachers stay true to their teaching values. The analysis further demonstrates how gender and early-career status exacerbate susceptibility to toxic dynamics. The study prioritizes ethical contemplation as a transforming practice and a means of action instead of providing prescriptive solutions. Institutions should implement emotional intelligence training, equitable task allocation, and peer support mechanisms to cultivate more equal academic settings. This research advocates for a work culture founded on explicit performance expectations, mutual respect, compassion, and integrity in education, facilitating a deeper comprehension of teachers' authentic experiences in challenging school environments.

Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. The results of the analysis of the influence of the type of gill net mesh on lobster catches, the difference in mesh size of gill nets (gillnets) 1.5 inches and 2.25 inches significantly affects the size of lobsters (weight (Kg), total number (kg) of fish caught in the waters of Seluma Regency. 2. The size of the lobster caught is greatly influenced by the size of the gill net mesh mess size, the size of the 1.5 inch mess size gets lobsters with a size of 50-99 grams with a total of 42.0 kg or 14% of the total catch, while the bigger the lobster, the easier it is to avoid the net that can make them get caught, the smallest results were obtained from the 1.5 inch mess size, namely 23.80 kg or only 10% with a lobster size of more than 150 grams. While for the 2.25 inch mess size, the least number of lobsters was obtained from lobsters with a size of 50-99 grams because with that size, the lobster can easily avoid and the highest lobster catch results obtained as much as 76.10 kg or 25% of the total lobster catch with the largest size at 100-149 gr. 3. The best gill net mesh size used refers to the basic size of the target catch, the best gill net used is a mesh size of 2.25 inches, because this size net filters small lobsters to escape and catches large lobsters to be caught and can be traded because it does not violate existing regulations.
