This study aims to assess the influence of leadership style on employee performance at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The significance of leadership style in influencing staff engagement, dedication, and productivity has been acknowledged. Having a comprehensive grasp of how leadership style may impact performance is crucial in the banking business, which is characterized by fierce rivalry and continuously evolving market circumstances. The research was carried out by distributing a questionnaire survey to workers from different work units at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The questionnaire was designed to evaluate the employees' perception of the leadership style employed inside the organization, as well as their level of performance. The population under investigation comprises all employees of UOB Bank Medan. The sample approach employed is simple random sampling. The sample size for this study consisted of 110 workers. The acquired data was subsequently examined utilizing statistical methodologies, such as regression, to assess the relationship between the independent variable (leadership style) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of this study are anticipated to offer valuable insights for UOB Buana Bank Medan in enhancing leadership approaches to enhance employee performance. The practical implication of this study is that it can aid managers in selecting a leadership style that aligns with the specific attributes of the organization.

Lightning has always been a dangerous threat to the equipment of electric power systems consisting of: power plants, substations, transmission lines and distribution lines. Generally, overhead high-voltage transmission lines are exposed to lightning strikes. Therefore, the degree of protection against lightning is determined based on the degree of insulation of the equipment. To prevent damage to equipment due to lightning strikes, arresters are used. In this study, three arrester models were used as comparisons, namely. IEEE arrester model. The system was simulated using Alternative Transients Program (ATP) software. The results showed that the lightning rod was declared successful in protecting the transmission system, where the three lightning rods had a Margin Protection (MP) of arresters that reached 28%. In the simulation, it is known that the IEEE arrester successfully cut off the lightning current in the transmission system so that the transient overvoltage recorded on the transformer does not exceed the Basic Insulation Level ((BIL) trafo.  

Technology has a very important role in creating quality human resources. In this case, technology also does not escape incoming and outgoing goods transactions, as happened with Dolphin Corp. Dolphin Corp is one of the printing companies in Jambi City which serves various types of printing, both small and large scale. The services provided by Dolphin Corp, such as printing invitations, books, calendars, food packaging, brochures, magazines and so on, are all carried out based on requests from consumers after the consumer makes payment. The system used to store data on incoming goods still uses physical records in books, where there is no system that functions optimally to increase the amount of stock, reduce the amount of stock and record stock reports.

Regency roads are local roads which do not include roads connecting the district capital to other districts, but their network is diverse as a link for local activities, namely connector roads between villages, between sub-districts, production center roads and environmental roads in residential areas. This research focuses on roads in Kaur Selatan District and Maje District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province with a total length of 128.50 km with a total of 68 sections. There are several sub-district roads which are a road network that is integrated with national roads. In general, this road section is often used by various types of vehicles, from light to heavy vehicles. Utilization of roads that do not match their class and the influence of the weather climate in areas that are quite extreme result in landslides so that the road body becomes narrow and heavily damaged. As a result of damage to existing roads, community activities are hampered. The purpose of this research is to provide information to the Bengkulu Regency government in preparing priority planning, determining the type of pavement that is appropriate to the location of the road section and determining the calculation of the costs required. The results of research and calculations show that the cost required for road repairs is IDR. 70,788,844,000 for a period of 5 years. The priority scale consists of 17 sections with a cost of Rp. 57,541,204,000.

This literacy and numeracy training and mentoring service activity is to prepare the nation's next generation to face challenges in the global era, where to produce selective education requires quality human resources, including the development of literacy and numeracy in learning at SDN Sri Mukti 01, North Tambun, use digital-based technology at SDN Sri Mukti 01 Tambun Utara and knowledge for teachers and parents and guardians regarding the use of digital-based technology in learning. Training and development methods are carried out offline or face-to-face by students through lecturer assistance which includes introducing the scope of literacy and numeracy learning, as well as supporting teachers in developing literacy and numeracy by utilizing digital-based technology in learning and teaching activities. It is hoped that with this training, SDN Sri Mukti 01 Tambun Utara students and teachers can develop digital-based learning and teaching activities for numeracy literacy

The storytelling competition, as one of the featured competitions in the 2022 Langsep Challenge at Santa Maria Langsep Catholic High School, Malang, was the main highlight of the event. This event showcases the creativity and expertise of the competition participants in telling stories in an interesting and engaging way. Participants from various junior high schools compete to win the champion title in this competition. The various stories presented include interesting themes related to folklore. The competition jury, which consists of experienced lecturers, observes and assesses each participant's presentation based on criteria such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, how to tell a story, mastery of the stage, clothing, properties used, moral message, time management, and so on. This competition is not only an opportunity to show students' speaking skills, but also develop creative thinking and self-expression skills. With full support from the school and the enthusiasm of the participants, the Story Telling Competition at Langsep Challenge 2022 created an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and joy among students.

A good organization image is one of the factors for an organization to be able to achieve competitive advantage. To create a good image of an organization, an effective communication process is needed to the public. Online communication media and social media are effective organizational communication tools and can improve the organization's image. This community service activity is packaged in the form of training which aims to improve the skills of SDN 2 Mojosari teachers in mastering online media and social media as a means of organizational communication. Effective organizational communication can create a good image of the organization. Conginetal Talipes Equinovarus (CTEV) merupakan deformitas kaki komplek pada bayi baru lahir, memiliki ciri-ciri kelainan bentuk tungkai pada cavus, adduct, varus dan equinus. Kondisi ini ditandai dengan keterbatasan LGS pada ankle, kontraktur jaringan pada sisi medial kaki, otot-otot eversi di sisi lateral kaki tidak seimbang, otot-otot betis tidak berkembang. Di Indonesia CTEV terjadi berkisar antara 0,76 hingga 3,49 kasus per 1000 kelahiran hidup 4,8 juta bayi per tahun 3.648 to 16.752 kasus baru Clubfoot di Indonesia per tahun. Pada anak dengan CTEV memiliki penyimpangan saat berjalan dan keseimbangan pada anak CTEV juga terganggu sehingga memperngaruhi gaya berjaan fungsional. Pengabdian masayarakat di Posyandu Angrek Bulan Joyosuran diikuti sebanyak 30 peserta, diberikan penyuluhan tentang Conginetal Talipes Equinovarus (CTEV) bertujuan agar masyarakat mampu mengenali tanda-tanda kaki pengkor/Conginetal Talipes Equinovarus (CTEV) pad anak dan apabila terdapat masyarakat yang memiliki anak dengan tanda-tanda kaki pengkor/Conginetal Talipes Equinovarus (CTEV) dan memberi latihan untuk menunjang keterbatasan anak dan mampu mencari pertolongan agar anak tidak semakin memburuk kondisinya. Adanya peningkatan wawasan dengan dibuktikannya peserta mampu menjawab post-test setalah di berikan materi oleh pemateri yang awalnya tidak mampu menjawab pre-tes. Dengan hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan yang diberikan oleh pemateri dapat mengalami peningkatan dan menambah wawasan pengetahuan orangtua balita peserta Posyandu Anggrek Bulan Joyosuran

Implementation of Corporate Environmental Responsibility or CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is one of the obligations that must be fulfilled by companies in Indonesia which has been regulated through Article 74 paragraph (1) of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (UUPT) as a general implementing regulation. corporate social responsibility/CSR in Indonesia and Government Regulation Number 47 of 2012 concerning Social and Environmental Responsibility of Limited Liability Companies as its implementing regulations.

This research aims to analyze and study the influence of marination with Arabica coffee grounds on processed beef in terms of physical quality and consumer acceptance. The study was conducted at the Laboratory of the Culinary Education Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, from March 22, 2022, to September 25, 2023. The research method employed was experimental. The samples used in this study were processed beef marinated with Arabica coffee grounds for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes. Subsequently, a panel test was conducted with 30 moderately trained panelists who evaluated predetermined aspects of consumer acceptance. Based on the results of the statistical hypothesis test using Anova for the physical quality test, it was found that there is an influence of marination with Arabica coffee grounds for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes on the aspect of meat tenderness. According to the results of the statistical hypothesis test for consumer acceptance using the Friedman test, it was found that the texture of processed beef was influenced. Based on the results of the Tukey's test, in terms of product preference for surface color, coffee flavor, meat flavor, texture, coffee aroma, and distinctive meat aroma, the product most preferred from the research was processed beef marinated with Arabica coffee grounds for 120 minutes.

Many women have found difficult in determining contraception tools, since there is no much safe and effective contraception. One contraceptive method which is considered to be quite ideal is that 3 month contraceptive injection. 3 month contraceptive injection is a type of contraceptive injection containing only progestin, it is injected every 3 months. There are lots of benefits from the using of this contraceptive. Nevertheless, there are also several weaknesses of this contraceptive, one of them is that the matter of weight gain. Based on that finding, it takes a study that aims to determine the correlation between weight gain and the use of contraceptive injections 3 month in Puskesmas Sudiang year of 2023. This type of research is analytic survey through cross sectional study. The sample in this study taken by purposive sampling, the number of samples in this study were 52 respondents. The research instrument was observation sheet, in which it was analyzed through Chi square test. The results of this study showed that there is a significant correlation between weight gain and the use of contraceptive injections of 3 month, it is showed P = 0.00 < ɑ = 0.05. Thus, when we use the 3 month contraceptive injection, it should be followed by the changing of lifestyle such as healthy diet, rest frequent and regular exercise.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Data analysis using analysis multivariate .Result: 22 hospital state that digitization service health to a very smart hospital important one of them is applied For increase quality service House hurts and improves satisfaction patient. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. Data from World Health Organization (WHO) shows that cases of internal bleeding due to accidents are 5.8 million deaths per year worldwide (Dahlan et al., 2021). Early awareness of internal bleeding is very important so that nurses can immediately take anticipation to prevent unwanted things(Damayanti, 2022). This literature study aims to determine the effectiveness of the CAN BLEED score for early detection of internal bleeding emergencies in trauma cases. The research method uses a literature review study design using PICOS. Article search through publish or perish 8 application with keywords "early detection AND internal bleeding AND trauma" from Pubmed, Crossref, and Google Scholar search databases based on the year of publication 2018-2022. The results of the article search found 4 articles relevant to the main topic. The results showed  Canadian Bleeding (CAN BLEED) score is effective for determining internal bleeding in trauma cases.

Sugar levels that accumulate in the blood due to not being absorbed well by body cells can cause various organ disorders. If not controlled properly, it can lead to various complications that can be life-threatening. Risk factors that can affect blood sugar levels are food, activity, and weight gain. Therefore, one way to keep blood sugar levels under control is by doing walking therapy activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of walking on the fasting blood sugar levels when in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Tuminting Village, Manado City. This research is a quantitative research with a method used pre-experimental method using a with a pre-test-post test one group design approach. The sample was taken based on the number of respondents obtained as many as 19 people using Purposive sampling. Data collection was done by using blood glucose test tools and observation sheets. The results of data analysis using the Paired sample t-test showed P value of 0.001 or smaller than ≤0.05 which means that the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted or through walking activities can reduce the fasting blood sugar levels when in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is an indicator to see the level of women's health. Based on the Indonesian Health Demographic Survey (SDKI), MMR in Indonesia in Indonesia, the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia was 305/100,000 live births, with this, maternal mortality cases in Indonesia still have not succeeded in reaching the SDG's target,. Meanwhile in Indramayu Regency in 2023, namely 34 mothers out of 42,569 births, a decrease from the figure in 2022. Indramayu Regency has the highest prevalence of anemia, namely 32.29%. The aim of this research is to determine the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia at the Plumbon Regency Health Center Indramayu. The method used is descriptive research with a cross-sectional research design. Data was obtained using a questionnaire sheet from previous research which was then retested with a total of 35 mothers as respondents. The results showed that respondents had a good level of knowledge of 48.1%, 77.8% were aged 20-35 years, 81.5% had a high school/vocational school education, and 55.6% did not work. The conclusion is that the majority of mothers who have well-informed babies are aged 20-35 years, have a high school/vocational education, and do not work.

Religious moderation plays a crucial role in Indonesia, a society with diverse beliefs and religious backgrounds. Religious leaders, with government support, strive to prevent violence and intolerance in Indonesia. One approach used is interfaith moderation. The concept of moderate Islam becomes a significant religious perspective in addressing diversity in Indonesia. To strengthen the role of Islamic schools (madrasah) in combating radicalism and extremism, religious moderation needs to be incorporated into the madrasah curriculum. The aim of this approach is to mediate between two extreme poles while emphasizing the importance of internalizing religious teachings on one side and understanding the context of religious texts on the other side. To examine this issue, the research was conducted using qualitative methods, particularly a case study. This method aims to find meaning, investigate processes, and gain in-depth understanding of individuals, groups, or situations. In analyzing the data, the researcher applied an interactive model. Data analysis activities include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research results indicate that religious moderation instilled in students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Khairat Kwandang, North Gorontalo Regency, not only occurs in formal settings but is also integrated into every learning session. One form of moderation practiced by students is providing advice to fellow students, fostering a sense of care among them.

This research is motivated by the importance of critical discourse analysis in the Representation of Indonesian Leaders Post Covid-19. This study aims to reveal the representation of the Indonesian government after covid-19 through covid-19 news. This research method uses a critical paradigm that focuses on multilevel methods. Discourse analysis in research also focuses on the ideology carried by online media. The approach in this study uses an approach developed by van Dijk. Research data is sourced from COVID-19 news throughout 2020. The accuracy of this research is also maintained because it uses layered search sources according to the critical discourse analysis approach in accordance with Fairclough's theory. The results of the discourse analysis show that CNN and BCC have similarities in representing the handling of Covid-19 in Indonesia, namely: the Indonesian government, under Jokowi's leadership, is not able to handle Covid-19 properly. From the point of view of critical discourse analysis, such representations contain partiality. This strengthens van Dijk's (2013) opinion that a text contains dominance and partisanship. In fact, according to Holmes & Castañeda (2016), representation can be considered as truth. The representation provided by CNI and BCI is also motivated by social elements, as stated by Fairclough (2013) that discourse is always related to social elements, including power, ideology, institutions, and other identities.

Women have a deeper attachment when in a romantic relationship because they have an orientation towards having a mutually supportive relationship with their partner and gaining love and intimacy (Wiraswati, 2014). Violence against women is prone to causing post-traumatic stress disorder or PTSD. PTSD includes the emergence of unwanted intrusive thoughts, avoiding activities related to the traumatic experience, and exhibiting excessive emotional and physiological reactivity. In this study, interviews were conducted based on the PSSI-5 and mapping of the severity of PTSD symptoms using the Davidson Trauma Scale on three respondents. The research results showed that two respondents showed sub-clinical PTSD symptoms, while one other person showed high PTSD symptoms that interfered with daily activities. All respondents showed the emergence of PTSD symptoms including the emergence of repetitive intrusive thoughts without intention, avoiding stimuli that resemble traumatic events, feeling emotional dullness, and showing increased reactivity.

This qualitative research aims to explore the role of Strategic Financial Fluency (SFF) as a catalyst for growth in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study employs a multi-method approach integrating literature review, case studies, and expert interviews to construct a comprehensive understanding of SFF and its impact on MSMEs' growth trajectories. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling of MSMEs representing diverse industries and geographical locations to ensure comprehensive data collection. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, focusing on identifying patterns and themes related to SFF adoption, utilization, and its influence on business growth. The findings reveal that MSMEs equipped with Strategic Financial Fluency demonstrate higher adaptability, resilience, and growth potential. Moreover, SFF facilitates informed decision-making, efficient resource allocation, and strategic planning, thus fostering sustainable growth in MSMEs. This research contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the pivotal role of financial literacy and strategic financial management in enhancing the competitiveness and growth prospects of MSMEs in a dynamic business environment.

This research investigates the financial management proficiency essential for the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study aims to explore the strategies employed by MSMEs to effectively manage their finances and navigate challenges. The research model adopts an interpretivist approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews with MSME owners and managers. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants representing diverse industries and geographic locations. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify patterns, themes, and insights regarding financial management practices. Preliminary findings suggest a variety of strategies, including budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic investment decisions, play pivotal roles in MSME success. Additionally, the study identifies common challenges faced by MSMEs in financial management, such as limited access to financial resources and lack of financial literacy. This research contributes to understanding the nuanced dynamics of financial management within the MSME sector, providing valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and MSME owners striving for sustainable growth and success.
