Song or Music Copyright with the provisions stipulated in Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees, explains that "Song copyrights can be used as Fidusa Guarantees, however in practice, banks refuse to process loans originating from songs and music because so far there are no songs and music that are guaranteed to get a loan, as stipulated in Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking. The purpose of this study is to (1) find out how the classification of song copyrights that can be registered as objects of fidusa guarantees, and (2) find out the model of legal arrangements for song copyrights that are registered as fidusa guarantee objects carried out by banks. The research used to examine this issue is of a normative juridical type and uses statutory and comparative approaches. Indonesian copyright law forms the basis of the legal information used in this research. Some of the data used in this study were collected from various journal papers on song copyright as well as findings from studies on copyright laws. The research findings show that (1) the Copyright Law does not sufficiently explain or describe the process for registering a song copyright as a fidusa guarantee and (2) the Bank's legal policy regarding song copyrights as a fidusa guarantee is based on Article 16 paragraph (3) of the Copyright Law.

Religion has a very important role in human life on this earth. Religion functions as a harmonizer of life. In the context of social change, religion directs change for the better. Religious teachings have a great influence in unifying people's perceptions of life. The presence of religion functions as a "social glue", fostering a sense of solidarity, creating peace, social control, bringing society towards safety, changing a person's life into a better life, motivating at work and a set of roles, all of which are in the context of maintaining social stability.

This study aims to examine how systematic guidance and counseling services are implemented, in accordance with the management planning and adjustments that exist in the field, school environment, or community. This study uses a descriptive approach with a literature study method. The results of the study show that guidance and counseling services have an important role in student development. The concept of consultation services in guidance and counseling is explained in detail, including the objectives, models, and stages of implementation. The study also underlines the importance of planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating in the management of guidance and counseling services. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more effective and efficient guidance and counseling services in schools.

This article aims to review and understand the basic concepts of Social Studies (IPS), the purpose of social studies education, as well as the basic concepts of Science, Technology, and Society (ITM), and their interrelationships. This article shows that: first, the concept of ITM emphasizes more on the development of students' personality; second, in the context of Science, Technology, and Society, there are positive and negative impacts that affect the development of science and technology (IPTEK).

This research examines the form and basis of organic social solidarity among permanent workers. This research explores strategies to support novice learners in developing their writing skills in the English Education Study Program at an Indonesian university, the Islamic Institut of Palangka Raya. Writing is often considered one of the most challenging aspects of language learning, requiring a combination of vocabulary knowledge, grammatical precision and structural coherence. The participants, five beginner learners, were selected using purposive sampling and underwent a writing task that progressed from sentence-level exercises to paragraph construction. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and direct observation, and analyzed thematically. Findings showed that challenges such as limited vocabulary, grammatical errors, and psychological barriers such as low self-confidence hindered students' progress. Effective strategies included guided sentence construction, collaborative writing exercises, and exposure to structured templates and quality reading materials. The participants reported improved confidence and skills through positive feedback and step-by-step writing tasks. The findings suggest that integrating motivating and structured learning methods can significantly improve writing ability among beginners, contributing to their academic and personal growth.

This study applies a qualitative research method with an intersectionality approach to analyze Mark Twain's The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, which explores issues related to race, gender, and class in the context of post-civil war America. The main focus of this research is how racial, gender, and class identities interact with each other in shaping the experiences of the characters, specifically Huck, a white boy from the lower class, and Jim, an escaped African-American slave. Through the analysis of their cross-racial relationship, this study highlights the complex power dynamics, where Jim is trapped in a racial and class hierarchy, while Huck struggles against social pressure from female authority figures representing patriarchy. The findings of this study suggest that character identities are shaped by the intersection of multiple factors, providing a deeper understanding of the challenges faced in maintaining or resisting oppressive systems of power. The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, a classic novel by Mark Twain, is a clear example of how literary works that criticize racial injustice can be misinterpreted and censored. Twain presents a scathing satire of American society, exposing its hypocrisy and failure to realize the promised values of equality. As such, the deep meanings contained within are buried under layers of superficial and biased interpretations.

This research aims to analyze the figure of speech of Figurecara (hyperbola) contained in a poem of Karya Sapardi Djoko Damono. This research method used a descriptive method. Judging from the secondary data source of this problem formulation is sourced from internet sites besides that, also the supporting source or complete in the discussion of this issue from the literature study research. The data used in this study was that the short story by Eka Kurniawan, a data analysis text used the reading methods. To overcome the students' lack of knowledge about local plants around the school, this mentoring uses a project-based learning model (PjBL) with the aim of accompanying them in a plant barcode making project that is carried out for 4 months. As a technology-based learning medium, students make observations, identify plants, species and make barcodes containing information about plants. Student activities before, during, and after the project are described through a qualitative research approach. The result is that project-based learning successfully improves students' creativity, engagement, critical thinking, and cooperation skills. Additionally, students gain a better understanding of biodiversity through this project, and they can use technology to provide engaging and relevant lessons.

This study aims to analyze human resource management (HRM) strategies in creating a conducive work environment at Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren). This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach to deeply examine HRM strategies, including planning, training, development, and performance evaluation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that effective HRM fosters a harmonious work environment, enhances motivation, and builds collaboration among teaching staff and administrative personnel. Key strategies include strengthening internal communication, implementing performance-based rewards, and cultivating a work culture based on pesantren values. However, the study also highlights challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change. This study recommends improving HR competencies through continuous training, formulating adaptive HRM policies, and strengthening leadership to establish a productive and conducive work atmosphere.

The research results show that there is a significant relationship between the value symbiosis paradigm and job satisfaction eudaimonia on organizational behavior. Well-implemented Islamic values ​​support eudaimonic job satisfaction, which in turn increases the transformation of more positive organizational behavior. Faculty and staff who feel there is alignment between their work and their values ​​tend to work better and demonstrate behavior that supports organizational goals.

The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between situational leadership and group dynamics on team productivity at the Darul Arifin Islamic Boarding School in Jambi. Situational leadership: Mentors and administrators at the Darul Arifin Islamic Boarding School in Jambi demonstrate good adaptability in providing guidance and direction to the team. Group dynamics: There is a positive relationship between effective communication, good cooperation and team productivity. Teams that are able to establish open communication and support each other show higher productivity. Team Productivity: Teams that have good situational leadership and positive group dynamics show increased productivity in carrying out tasks and achieving targets. This is reflected in the level of satisfaction of students, improving the quality of education, and the active role of students in Islamic boarding school activities.

As a result of the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the personality and professional behavior of educators at the As-Sulthon Mersam – Batang Hari Islamic Boarding School have a significant influence on the effectiveness of education at the Islamic boarding school. Overall, developing the personality and professional behavior of educators must be a priority to create a conducive educational environment, improve the quality of learning, and encourage the progress of students at the As-Sulthon Mersam – Batang Hari Islamic Boarding School.

This article discusses the importance of performance evaluation in Islamic education, where the results of the evaluation serve as a reference to improve teaching methods, curriculum, and educational management to make them more relevant to students' needs and aligned with Islamic principles. The research method used in this article is library research. The data collection technique involves gathering documents such as books, journals, and other materials relevant to the topic. Furthermore, the data analysis technique employed in this study is descriptive analysis, where the data is analyzed through description.  

This article discusses the use of engaging and enjoyable learning media, which is essential to support the learning process of students. Moreover, engaging and enjoyable learning media can undoubtedly increase students' motivation to learn. This article explores the utilization of an application, namely Wordwall, as an alternative medium to support the learning process, particularly in teaching Tajweed. In this research, the method used by the researcher is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature review. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of Wordwall media at Rumah Tahfidz Kepenuhan Riau has proven to be an effective learning tool, especially in teaching Tajweed. This media facilitates teachers in delivering materials in an engaging and interactive way, thereby enhancing students' attention and motivation.  

Shorof learning among madrasa students has a very vital role in understanding Arabic writing, including the Al-Qur'an which uses this language. This research aims to investigate the effect of using the istiqroiyyah method in learning shorof, especially in the fi'il tsulatsi mazid chapter. In this research, we carried out a series of learning activities involving various istiqroiyyah methodological approaches, such as games, explanations through stories, and writing examples on the blackboard alternately. We involved 8th grade students and female students at a modern Islamic boarding school, who were divided into two groups: the first group received learning using traditional methods, while the second group used the istiqroiyyah method. The focus of this analysis is the development of students' understanding of the discussion of Fi'il Tsulatsi Mazid in Shorof. The research results showed that the group taught using the istiqroiyyah method experienced a significant increase in their understanding of this chapter, as well as motivating them to continue learning better in the future. These findings emphasize the importance of using the istiqroiyyah method in learning shorof fi'il tsulatsi mazid. The pedagogical implications of this research encourage the need for innovative approaches in teaching shorof science to santri. Thus, the results of this research can be the basis for developing a more effective Arabic language curriculum for students.

This research aims to analyze the role of communication media in the extension process in Aekraja Village. Communication media, especially interpersonal communication, is considered to have a significant influence in conveying information and building relationships between extension workers and the Aekraja village community. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and observation methods. The results of the research show that interpersonal communication, such as face-to-face dialogue and group discussions, is the main effective medium in the counseling process in Aekraja Village. This is due to its ability to convey messages directly, provide feedback opportunities, and create trust between extension agents and the community. However, this research also found several challenges, such as low levels of media literacy and differences in understanding between individuals, which affect the success of extension. T

Visual design at the HKBP Tapian Nauli Church plays an important role in providing counseling to young people. The message conveyed tends to be more effective if the design elements are adjusted to the preferences of the young audience, such as the use of modern colors and typography. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that design has a strategic role in religious counseling at the HKBP Tapian Nauli Church, especially in conveying messages to young people. Design is used as a supporting media that not only attracts attention but also helps clarify the religious values ​​that are to be conveyed.

This study aims to analyze the application of communication media in learning by third-semester students of the Advanced Education Program (PPA). Communication media plays a crucial role in the learning process as it can enhance understanding and interaction between lecturers and students. This research uses a descriptive approach with a survey method involving third-semester students from a university. The results of the study indicate that most students use various communication media, such as online learning platforms, instant messaging apps, and social media, to support their learning. These communication media have been proven effective in facilitating access to materials, group discussions, and communication between students and lecturers. However, challenges such as technological limitations and motivational issues were also identified. This study recommends that educational institutions continue to develop and utilize appropriate communication technologies to improve the quality of learning.

Improving teacher competency is a key factor in improving the quality of education. One of the latest innovations in teacher professional development in Indonesia is the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), a digital-based platform designed to provide flexible access to independent training. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of PMM in improving teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies, especially in the context of educational transformation in the digital era. The method used is a literature study, by collecting and analyzing relevant literature from reputable academic sources. The results of the study indicate that PMM significantly improves teacher competency through interactive modules, online learning communities, and digital resources designed for learning personalization. Teachers who participate in training through PMM show better ability in implementing innovative learning strategies compared to those who do not use this platform or participate in traditional training. However, the effectiveness of PMM can be influenced by teachers' technological readiness and digital literacy, especially in areas with limited infrastructure. This study highlights the importance of supporting technology-based education policies to ensure that the benefits of PMM can be felt inclusively and sustainably. In conclusion, PMM is a promising solution to address the teacher training gap in Indonesia, but requires a strategic approach to improve its access and effectiveness. Further research is needed to evaluate the long-term empirical impact of this platform on teacher professional development and student learning quality.
