Teenage non-commissioned officers face several challenges in managing their emotions, which can hinder their ability to perform their duties optimally. One of the main challenges is lack of experience. As newcomers, young non-commissioned officers may not be used to dealing with various stressful, dangerous situations or involving interactions with the public. Emotion management training is expected to provide a number of important benefits for juvenile non-commissioned officers and the police institution as a whole. One of the main benefits is increased performance. To achieve the expected goals and benefits, the implementation of emotion management training must be carried out systematically and continuously. Training can begin with an introductory session on the importance of managing emotions, followed by practical training on communication skills, problem solving, and relaxation techniques. In addition, training should include simulations of real situations that youth NCOs may encounter, so that they can apply the skills learned in relevant contexts. Training evaluations must be carried out periodically to ensure that training objectives are achieved and the expected benefits can be felt. Evaluation can be done through knowledge tests, performance observations, and participant satisfaction surveys. Overall, this emotion management training provides short-term benefits in the form of reduced stress and improved performance, while also providing youth non-commissioned officers with skills that are crucial for their long-term careers in the police force. Thus, investment in the development of these skills not only improves operational efficiency but also supports the psychological well-being and professionalism of future police officers.

The use of drones in responding to aircraft accidents in remote areas is an important innovation to improve response and efficiency in emergency situations. The purpose of this study is to explore the optimization of drone use in this context using qualitative research methods and a descriptive approach with interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research showed that drones have a variety of benefits, among others: These include fast and accurate monitoring of accident sites, detailed real-time data collection for situation assessment, and the ability to provide medical assistance and rescue equipment quickly and efficiently. In addition, drones can reach areas that are difficult for traditional rescue teams to access, thereby reducing the risk to rescue workers and speeding up the search for victims. However, some obstacles have also emerged, including limited communication infrastructure that can hinder drone operations in remote areas and difficulties in coordinating drone operators with rescue teams on the ground. Other technical challenges include the limited battery life of drones, extreme weather conditions that can affect drone performance, and the need for drone operators to use their drones. effectively and safely. Future research is suggested to focus on evaluating the effectiveness of drone use in various emergency situations, further development of drone technology, and analysis of the regulatory and legal aspects of drone use. The aim of this initiative is to ensure the optimal and safe use of drones in future rescue operations, especially in remote areas that are difficult to reach by traditional methods. Cooperation between the government, technology service providers and rescue teams is also essential to overcome barriers and maximize the potential of drone use.

. Stunting is a condition of children with a length or height that is less different from children of the same age. Stunting is also a growth and development disorder caused by a lack of nutritional intake, where the results of measuring the nutritional status of children based on the PB / U or TB / U category are at the z-score threshold of -2 SD to -3 SD. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between food availability and sanitation hygiene to the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months in the Ulu Moro'o Health Center working area. This type of research is quantitative using analytical observational methods with a cross sectional approach and data analyzed using the Chi Square test. The population of this study were children aged 24-59 months in the Ulu Moro'o Health Center working area, namely 136 children. The sampling technique used simple random sampling of 101 children. Food availability for stunting with a value of p = 0.000 <0.05. Sanitary hygiene against stunting events with a value of p = 0.000 <0.05. There is a relationship between food availability and stunting. There is a relationship between sanitary hygiene and the incidence of stunting in the work area of the Ulu Moro'o Health Center. The main benefit of ekspor and impor activities is that they help improve a country's economy, ekspor and impor activities are related to international trade. As ekspor and impor activities increase, there are more regulatory practices that may become barriers to trade. One of these obstacles is exchange rate volatility which affects trading activities both directly and indirectly. Volatility in currency exchange rates can affect trade engagement and also a country's trade balance. This research analyzes the exchange rate and clearly states its impact on the trade balance. The results conclude that exchange rate volatility significantly affects the trade balance in terms of impor and ekspor. Considering the results, the exchange rate is a non-trade barrier and affects foreign trade.

Cholesterol is a fatty substance that circulates in the blood and is yellowish in color, and has a texture similar to wax, produced by the liver and is needed by the body. One plant that can lower cholesterol is single black garlic. This study aims to determine the anti-cholesterol content at various fermentation times for single black garlic. The research was carried out using single black garlic samples with fermentation times of 5, 10 and 15 days. One alternative that can be chosen to lower cholesterol levels is to consume single garlic into single black garlic, fermentation produces a sweeter and softer taste and reduces the sharp taste and aroma of fresh garlic, making it more preferred by many people. Samples were analyzed quantitatively using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The maximum λ value was obtained at 636.5 nm with the linear regression equation y = 0.0002x + 0.3098 and (r) at 0.9945. In quantitative tests, all variations in fermentation time can reduce cholesterol. Fermentation samples for 5, 10 and 15 days respectively obtained an EC50 value of 1067.07; 1185.5; 1354.65 ppm, while the positive control simvastatin got an EC50 value of 961.25 ppm. It can be concluded that the best fermentation time is 5 days of fermentation because the smaller the EC50 value, the stronger the anti-cholesterol power.

This study examines the legal istinbath method applied by Imam Syafi'i, especially in the context of solving sexual harassment cases in Indonesia. Legal identity, which etymologically means the excavation of law by deep reasoning, is used to determine the law in matters that are not directly regulated by the Qur'an and Hadith. Imam Shafi'i, through his major works such as "Al-Umm" and "Al-Risalah," explains the basic principles and methodologies used to establish the law by incorporating the main sources of Islamic law, namely the Qur'an, Hadith, Ijma', and Qiyas. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis of primary and secondary sources, including books and scientific articles that discuss the istinbath method of Imam Shafi'i. The results of the study show that the legal principles generated by this method are very relevant and adaptive in dealing with modern cases such as sexual harassment, which is often triggered by patriarchal culture. Imam Shafi'i's method of legal istinbath, which prioritizes the hierarchy of legal sources and the use of sharp reason, has proven to be able to adapt to the times and continues to be useful in solving modern legal problems. This research also highlights the views of contemporary scholars who provide a new interpretation of this classical method, demonstrating the relevance and effectiveness of the legal istinbath method in dealing with contemporary issues. Thus, this study concludes that the istinbath method of Imam Shafi'i law is a very useful tool to ensure justice and benefits in solving sexual harassment cases in the modern era.
