In this paper, we want to present the development of several previous writings and then make them into new topics related to God's presence in natural disasters by looking at them from the perspective of the Old Testament. There are so many responses from religious people, especially in Christianity, about God's presence in a disaster or natural disaster. There are those who think that the cause of disasters is humans themselves, there are also those who assume that disasters arise because God wants to give a warning or punishment to humans. This study aims to determine the comparison of the regulation of revenge porn based on legislation in Indonesia and Australia.  This research is a normative or doctrinal legal research with a statutory approach. The type of data used is secondary data. The technique used in collecting legal materials in this research is literature study or document study. This research uses legal reasoning analysis techniques that are sociological in nature through deductive thinking patterns, namely by explaining a general thing to then be drawn to a more specific conclusion. Based on this research, it is found that the two countries have differences in handling revenge porn cases. In Indonesia, the regulation of revenge porn is regulated in several laws, namely the ITE Law, the TPKS Law, and the Pornography Law. Unfortunately, these three regulations do not regulate revenge porn clearly and completely. Meanwhile, in Australia, there are special regulations governing online-based sexual violence crimes, including revenge porn. The regulation of revenge porn in Australia has been explained completely and comprehensively by the establishment of a complaint portal that can be accessed online by victims called eSafety Commissioner.

A simple thermal waste generator is a promising solution for managing waste and generating electricity. This study aims to design and develop the tool. Through waste composition analysis, thermal design planning, prototype construction, and tool performance testing, we succeeded in creating an effective prototype. In performance testing, this tool is able to generate enough electrical power to meet daily energy needs on a small scale. Thus, this simple thermal waste power generator shows potential as an effective and environmentally friendly solution. Nevertheless, further research is needed to improve the efficiency and scalability of the tool, as well as to optimize the management of the residue from burning waste.

This research is based on the low numeracy literacy skills of students, which are due to their unfamiliarity with solving numeracy literacy problems and the limited availability of such problems, making it difficult for teachers to provide numeracy literacy problems to students. Therefore, it is necessary to develop math problems that can measure students' numeracy literacy skills. The method applied in this research is Research and Development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) without implementing the fourth and fifth stages. The development process starts from the analysis stage, which includes curriculum analysis, needs analysis, and material and problem analysis. After that, in the design stage, a product prototype is designed, and in the development stage, the product is consulted with three experts as validators. Next, the product is tested on students to determine its validity and reliability. The results show that all problems have a validity coefficient greater than , which means that all developed problems fall into the valid category. The developed problems are also highly reliable, with a reliability coefficient of . Therefore, it is concluded that this development research produces 36 AKM-based problems to measure students' numeracy literacy skills in statistics that are valid and reliable.

Current developments have brought many changes to Indonesia. The many changes that have occurred have not changed one thing in Indonesia, namely heritage. This problem is what triggers arguments between families and the Indonesian people because they don't want to know how inheritance is distributed according to civil law, so as a result they divide inheritance assets at will and do not comply with the Civil Code regarding inheritance. Article 830 of the Civil Code states that inheritance law is the law that regulates the legal position of a person's assets after he dies, especially the transfer of assets to other people. This research also aims to determine the distribution of inheritance assets to heirs according to civil law (BW). In BW (civil) inheritance law, in terms of inheritance, there are three important elements, namely Heir (erflater), Heir (erfgenaam) and Inheritance (Nalatenshap). In the Civil Code there are four groups of heirs, namely Group I, Group II, Group III and Group IV. The research method used is a normative legal research method, namely legal research which focuses on literature study and the data used in this research is in the form of books, journals, laws, other references which are collected and processed to be presented to meet the need for new knowledge and ideas.

This research method uses a qualitative research method with a normative juridical research type with an observational approach which is intended to examine legal issues related to the comparison of the distribution of inheritance assets according to Civil Law and Islamic Law. The aim of this research is to find out how inheritance is divided according to western civil law and Islamic lawAccording to civil law, there are two ways to divide inherited assets, namely Ab-intestato (heirs according to law article 832 of the Civil Code) and Testamentair (Will). Meanwhile, in Islamic law, men get two parts, while women get one part (2:1). Based on the development of theoretical discourse and reform of criminal law in various countries, there is a strong tendency for law enforcers to apply solutions outside the judicial process as a way to resolve problems in the field of criminal law. In general, settlements outside the judicial process are carried out in civil cases. Meanwhile, in the field of criminal law, settlement outside the judicial process is applied to the resolution of cases of children who are in conflict with the law which violates the rules of criminal law which refer to the Child Protection Justice System Law.The crime of sexual violence committed by children is one of the crimes where the case is resolved through a settlement outside the judicial process. In practice, law enforcement officials use different regulations based on each level in the examination process, both at the investigation, prosecution and court examination levels. The differences in written regulations that are used as a legal basis by the Police, Public Prosecutors, or Judges in implementing settlement policies outside the judicial process based on a restorative justice approach through diversion efforts which have implications for legal uncertainty require efforts to reformulate current legal regulations through criminal law policies.
