This research aims to determine the effect of rewards and work motivation on employee performance at the Andalas Health Center, Makassar City. The object of this research is the Andalas Health Center, Makassar City. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive. The results of this research prove that rewards and work motivation have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Andalas Health Center, Makassar City.

Good financial management has a central role in business, involving managing funds effectively and efficiently to maximize profits and company value by managing financial risks. Profitability ratios, especially Return on Equity (ROA), are the main indicators in measuring a company's ability to generate profits. Optimizing operational costs is a key strategy in increasing profitability. This research focuses on PT MSAL, an oil palm plantation company that is trying to increase profitability through optimizing operational costs. A quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis was used as the research method. Secondary data in the form of financial reports for the last three years (2020-2022) as research objects. The results of the analysis between operational costs and company profitability prove that there is a positive and significant influence. The partial hypothesis test shows that operational costs have a statistically significant impact on profitability. Simple linear regression analysis produces a regression line equation, and the coefficient of determination shows that operational costs have a contribution of 99.4% to the company's profitability. Operational costs have an important role in determining PT MSAL's level of profitability. Optimizing operational costs can improve a company's financial performance. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to evaluate, develop efficient business strategies, and regularly monitor the relationship between operational costs and profitability.

MSME Kerupuk 32 wants to create a competitive advantage so that it can compete to maintain the sustainability of its business by having halal certification and labels issued by BPJPH as the aim of the community service team providing assistance to help carry out the registration process. One of the things that can increase consumer confidence and is a value of excellence is by having recognition of the halalness of cracker products from the government through halal certificates and labels, besides that, because in Indonesia the majority of the population is Muslim, the government must guarantee the halalness of every product circulating in society which is a requirement. The main thing for Muslim consumers to consume food, in this case crackers. This mentoring activity goes through several stages, namely: preparation stage with interviews and observations with partners, document collection stage, account creation stage, data filling stage, data sending stage, validation process stage, inspection stage, halal certificate issuance stage, and certificate submission stage to partners. This mentoring activity ran smoothly and according to targets, and its success was marked by the issuance of a halal certificate which was handed over to partners. This activity can be continued to help MSMEs increase the value of their products in the eyes of consumers or the public so that it is hoped that they can increase sales and income for MSMEs in developing their businesses.

Keilmuan ilmu hukum adalah ilmu. ciri  khas  ilmu  hukum  sebagai suatu ilmu  yang “sui  generis”. Ilmu hukum sebagai ilmu yang sui generis karena ilmu hukum memilki empat hal  yang khas atau khusus  yaitu adanya karakter normatif  ilmu hukum, terminologi ilmu hukum, lapisan ilmu hukum, dan jenis ilmu hukum. Sebagai ilmu maka keilmuan ilmu hukum mempunyai  karakter yang khas ilmu hukum. Di samping itu karena keilmuan hukum adalah ilmu maka ilmu hukum mempunyai objek yang dikajian atau objek kajian yang diselidiki.  Objek kajian yang diselidiki dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan atau studi normatif dan juga dapat dilakukan dengan studi empiris.

Pemilihan Umum merupakan sarana demokrasi guna mewujudkan sistem pemerintahan negara yang berkedaulatan rakyat. Pemerintah negara yang dibentuk melalui Pemilihan Umum itu adalah yang berasal dari rakyat, dijalankan sesuai dengan kehendak rakyat dan diabdikan untuk kesejahteraan rakyat. Pemerintahan yang berkedaulatann rakyat adalah menempatkan rakyat sebagai orang yang menentukan siapa yang akan diberikan mandat memegang pemerintahan, untuk diberi mandat sebagai pemimpin negarawan. Namun kenyataan dimasyarakat banyak juga yang tidak memahami arti pentingnya pemilihan umum dan mencari pemimpin negarawan dalam setiap kali pesta demokrasi diadakan. Penyuluhan hukum tentang pemilu ini dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya partisisipasi dalam pemilu dalam upaya memcari pemimpin negarawan. Penyuluhan hukum ini dilkaksanakan di desa Girirejo, Kecamatan Ngablak, Kabupaten magelang. Hasil penyuluhan telah membangkitkan semangat masyarakat desa Girirejo, hal ini dibuktikan terjadinya dialog antara warga dengan penyuluh tentang berbagai problema dalam pemilihan umum dari masalah money politik, pelanggaran hukum pemilu sampai bagaimana memahami ciri-ciri pemmpin yang negarawan dan bagaimana seharusnya kita sebagai warga negara harus bersikap.

Geographically, Kadirejo village is located to the south of the Karanganom sub-district capital, which is still an integral part of the Klaten Regency area with a distance of 2 km from the sub-district capital and 7 km from the district capital, while from the provincial capital it is around 100 km. The Kadirejo village government has several parts of land that will have no access due to the closure of the Solo – Jogja toll road. To get around this, the Kadirejo Village Head wants to create a new tourist spot in the form of a Tiban market and fishing pond so that the village remains busy and increases the village's cash fund income through Bumdes. For this reason, the village head collaborated with academics to participate in planning the idea. The purpose of this community service is to help the community provide a brief description of partner problems and the goals of community service. The methods used are field surveys, data processing and reports. The final result is suggestions or recommendations regarding parking patterns and types of access roads to the tourist location in question. The recommended parking pattern is an island parking pattern with a type A fishbone shape (60° angle), and the road type is paving.

Manfaat ekonomi didapatkan dengan pelatihan dan pendamingan kelompok masyarakat mengolah aneka makanan berbahan baku jahe untuk menambah sumber pendapatan keluarga. Kegiatan ini dilakukan  di Pendopo RW 14 Kelurahan Sendang Mulyo Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang.Metode yang dilakukan dengan pelatihan yang memadukan antara teori dan praktek. Kegiatan yang menjadikan fokus pelatihan dengan mitra rose brand pembuatan aneka makanan berbahan baku jahe serta pendampingan cara mengatur keuangan usaha dan keuangan keluarga serta membuat pembukuan atau pencatatan sederhana Hasil yang dicapai dari sosialisasi Ibu-ibu PKK Kelurahan Sendang Mulyo, pelaku dapat menghitung dan mengelola keuangan yang didapat dari hasil penjualan aneka jajan yang berbahan baku jahe . Kendala yang dihadapi adalah karena sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan waktu yang singkat ini membuat Ibu-ibu PKK kurang memahami betul , mengingat materi yang diberikan banyak, ini perlu dilanjutkan dengan binaan yang dilakukan secara intens.  Faktor pendukung kegiatan sosialisasi ini diselenggarakan atas inisiatif untuk berbagi ilmu dalam rangka pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, yaitu Pengabdian KepadaMasyarakat. Kegiatan ini mendapat dukungan penuh dari para pimpinan Fakultas, hal ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk disediakannya fasilitas  untuk menyelengaraan kegiatan ini, biaya pengadaan bahan dan konsumsi selama berlangsungnya kegiatan pelatihan

Kewarganegaraan sendiri bertujuan untuk mengajarkan warga negara meliputi hak, kewajiban, dan tanggung jawab dalam masyarakat, nilai - nilai kemanusiaan, dan pilar – pilar kebangsaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membentuk sikap kritis, partisipatif, dan etnis dalam berperilaku sebagai warga negara. Metode penelitian studi literatur secara kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui literasi berbagai buku, artikel, dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan materi yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peran mahasiswa terhadap peningkatan kesadaran kewarganegaraan dalam mengatasi acaman – ancaman dari luar yang memungkinkan pudarnya jiwa kewarganegaraan hingga mengawal untuk terwujudnya mahasiswa yang memiliki pendirian dan jiwa nasionalisme yang tinggi, taat, berpikir kritis, dan bertanggung jawab pada aturan yang berlaku.   Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Nilai – nilai kewarganegaraan, Nasionalime

  The moral crisis that is currently hitting the millennium era has raised deep concerns about the moral values ​​of today's society.  The ethical crisis in the millennial era is becoming an increasingly deep and complex problem.  Various factors, such as the influence of globalization, technological progress, and social change, have shaped the context of individual behavior and weakened basic moral values.  In this context, this review examines the importance of citizenship education as the main solution for forming individual character and social ethics in the millennium era.  This study discusses the concept of citizenship education, the role of educational institutions and the challenges faced in realizing civic values ​​in education.  The research results highlight the importance of citizenship education in overcoming the current moral crisis and emphasize the need for cooperation between government, educational institutions and society to achieve this goal.  Key: Citizenship Education, Morals, Millennial Generation

  Indonesia is a country rich in cultural norms. The diversity of ethnicities and beliefs creates the richness of Indonesian culture. Not only that, the wealth of Indonesia is proven by the vastness of Indonesia's territory. The territory of Indonesia is spread from Sabang to Merauke, consisting of five major islands and 17,000 other islands. Each island has its own cultural characteristics. This diversity can certainly have a good or bad impact depending on how we respond to this wealth. Often this diversity causes friction between one community and another. Therefore, the dynamics of the archipelago's insight are needed in dealing with these differences. As a nation that consists of various cultures, of course the era of globalization can be a threat to Indonesia. This writing aims to find out the function of the dynamics of the archipelago's insight in facing the era of globalization. This research was conducted with a qualitative research method and used a literature study to analyze the data. I chose this literature study as a research method to get research references from previous research articles that relate to the topic of my writing this time. Pancasila merupakan dasar negara dan ideologi Indonesia. Proses perumusan Pancasila melibatkan berbagai perdebatan, dan akhirnya, Pancasila diadopsi sebagai dasar negara. Oleh karena itu, sebagai warga negara Indonesia, kita memiliki kewajiban untuk menghormati kontribusi besar para pahlawan yang telah membentuk falsafah ini, yang berperan dalam menyatukan Indonesia yang beragam dengan berbagai suku, agama, ras, dan adat istiadat. Pancasila terbukti memiliki kebenaran sehingga mampu mempersatukan masyarakat bangsa indonesia (Sari & Najicha, 2022). Maka dari itu, Pancasila seharusnya dianggap sebagai panduan dan falsafah hidup bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Di tengah era globalisasi ini, sebaiknya masyarakat Indonesia mengadopsi Pancasila sebagai "cara hidup" atau pandangan hidup mereka, karena Pancasila memiliki kemampuan untuk berintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai yang terdapat dalam era globalisasi saat ini (Pratama & Najicha, 2022). Indonesia adalah negara kepulauan yang memiliki keragaman budaya, dan ini memberikan tantangan dalam penyelenggaraan negara. Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi juga telah memengaruhi peradaban global. Setiap perkembangan ini membawa dampak positif dan negatif. Salah satu dampak negatifnya adalah degradasi moral di kalangan bangsa Indonesia, yang sebagian disebabkan oleh perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Salah satu pengaruh negatif yang sangat mencolok adalah penyebaran berita palsu (hoax). Kata kunci: Hoax, Pancasila.

The state is  responsible for respecting, protecting and fulfilling the rights of citizens, including groups with disabilities.  One of the rights of groups with disabilities is the right to get employment opportunities.  However, in reality there are still groups with disabilities whose rights to work opportunities have not been fulfilled.  This study analyzes the empowerment of disabled workers conducted by PT.  Protecda Kreasi Prima as an effort to fulfill the right to work opportunities for people with deaf disabilities.  This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and document studies.  Based on the research results, it can be concluded that PT.  Protecda Kreasi Prima through various production unit-based empowerment programs.  This empowerment program has an impact on fulfilling the right to work opportunities, namely the potential for opening jobs for deaf disabilities such as beauty salons, mechanic workshops, cafes, providing information on work contracts at PT.  Protecda Kreasi Prima, increasing skills for deaf disabilities, absorbing labor to prevent and reduce unemployment Keywords: empowerment, fulfillment of rights, job opportunities, deaf disability  

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penanaman cinta tanah air di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar; 2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar; 3) Untuk mengetahui Penanaman cinta tanah air melalui seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar. Bentuk penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Strategi penelitian ini menggunakan strategi studi kasus tunggal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini antara lain pemilik sanggar, pelatih sanggar, peserta tari, orang tua peserta tari. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknis data kegiatan, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan penanaman karakter cinta tanah air seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi melalui kegiatan menari dengan percaya diri dihadapan banyak orang, berdoa sebelum memulai kegiatan tari, mempelajari nilai-nilai budaya; 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi berupa latihan rutin yang diadakan setiap Sabtu pada pukul 16.00 dengan guru tari, materi tari yang sesuai, pelatihan dan evaluasi serta guru tari yang profesional. Kegiatan pembelajaran materi tari Anila Prahastha yang dipentaskan; 3) Penanaman cinta tanah air di Sanggar tari Ngandhong Cinawi melalui tari dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam menanamkan rasa cinta tanah air pada peserta tari, penanaman cinta tanah air berhasil ditanamkan pada seni tari memerlukan penentuan parameter melalui kegiatan seni tari yang menumbuhkan sikap mandiri, menjadi percaya diri dan menjalin hubungan sesama peserta tari, serta peserta tari merasakan keterkaitannya dengan budaya dan seni tradisional Indonesia. The purpose of this research was to find out the life of religious tolerance in the concept of national integration in Kebakkramat; to find out the factors of religious tolerance in the concept of national integration in Kebakkramat; to find out the efforts made in supporting the implementation of religious tolerance in the concept of national integration in Kebakkramat. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study type. This research was conducted at Kebakkramat. The research subjects were sub-district head, PKUB Kebakkramat members and religious leaders. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is through interviews, observation, and documentation. Test the validity of the data is to use source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique is through interactive descriptive analysis techniques by means of data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be concluded that 1) the life of religious tolerance in the concept of national integration has been going well. Religious adherents have carried out their religious teachings well, they tolerate and respect each other; 2) the supporting factor in the realization of inter-religious harmony is the awareness possessed by adherents of religions to carry out their respective religious teachings and religious leaders emphasize each other about religious life in a harmonious community environment. The government fosters a life of religious diversity. The inhibiting factor for tolerance in religious life is spreading things that result in conflict, misunderstandings in inter-religious communication, and a lack of mutual respect in a pluralistic and heterogeneous society; 3) the efforts made in supporting the implementation of tolerance in religious life in the concept of national integration are by maintaining the integrity or diversity among religious adherents, trying to create peace, and avoiding inter-religious conflict.   Keywords: Tolerance, National Integration  

The purpose of this study was to increase student learning independence in Civics subjects by applying the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model in class X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a research design using the Kemmis & Taggart spiral model. The research was carried out in 3 cycles where each cycle consisted of 3 meetings. Each cycle is carried out through 4 stages of activity, namely planning, implementing actions, observing (observation), and reflecting. The success criterion set in the research is 60%. The results showed that in cycle I the level of student learning independence increased from the initial condition of an average value of 23% to 49% but had not yet reached the established success criteria. Cycle I then made improvements to continue in cycle II. After the repairs were made, there was an increase in cycle II which increased by 9% to 58% but also did not reach the specified success criteria. Improvements were made again in cycle II to be continued in cycle III. The results of the research cycle III increased by 11% to 69%, which means that the action was declared successful because it had achieved the specified success criteria.Keywords: Independent Learning, CTL Learning Model

This article discusses the civil aspect in contract cases, which are used by many people in various business collaborations. This article uses a normative research method, and uses a statutory approach. The provisions limiting the authority to make this exoneration clause have not been explicitly regulated. The only provision is the UUPK, although it uses the term standard clause which turns out to be different in meaning from the exoneration clause. In this case the standard clause is defined as a clause made unilaterally by the business actor, but its contents may not lead to an exoneration clause. Meanwhile, the exoneration clause as explained earlier is a clause that contains an attempt to limit, or even completely eliminate, the responsibility that should be borne by one of the parties, in this case the business actor. Legal protection is to provide protection for human rights that are harmed by others and this protection is given to the community so that they can enjoy all the rights granted by law so that the achievement of business/economic development goals in Indonesia is achieved in accordance with the values ​​of justice of the Indonesian people.

The world of education, especially Civics learning, requires innovation and variation in the learning methods applied. The brain-based learning method is very interesting because optimizing brain work can be started in a simple way. Educators' knowledge of fundamental questions about "what is good for a child's brain?" is the essence of applying this learning method. This is research that uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The process of data analysis is done through reduction, display, verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study state that the Brain-Based Learning Method with cybernetic learning theory is an innovative alternative in Civics subjects, so that learning is more efficient and fun. This learning method can be carried out in simple ways, such as paying attention to brain nutrition in students, paying attention to brain relaxation such as stretching or relaxing and listening to music, paying attention to plants and class aromas that can improve brain performance, paying attention to recess, and playing games in class.

Low student learning motivation causes low learning outcomes. Learning models that are less interactive and innovative are one of the reasons students have low learning motivation. This study aims to analyze the use of learning media with the mentimeter application in Pancasila and Citizenship Education Subjects at SMA Plus Merdeka Soreang on student motivation. The research sample was taken from 30 students of Merdeka Soreang Plus High School who took Pancasila and Citizenship Education Subjects. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed changes in the increase in results and learning motivation between before and after treatment. The average learning outcomes increased from 46.87 to 70.62 with a percentage increase of 50.67%. In addition, an increase also occurred in indicators of student motivation during the learning process. The application of the meter application provides a more interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere. The emergence of disputes is one of the things that often occurs in circumstances like this. Disputes are ingrained in human life. Disputes in everyday life can arise between business partners, family, friends, husband and wife, and so on. A forum whose task is to resolve disputes can be used as a means of dispute resolution. Courts are the official place to settle disputes, while private institutions offer arbitration. Alternative Dispute Settlement (ADR), or Alternative Dispute Settlement (APS) in Indonesian, is the term used to describe out-of-court dispute resolution.
