This research explores the use of Text Mining Methods as an innovative approach to extract important information from research report text. With a strong conceptual foundation from the literature review, this research details the key concepts of Text Mining, such as tokenization techniques, sentiment analysis, and entity extraction. The steps of applying Text Mining Methods to research reports are explained in depth, with a focus on using such techniques to improve the efficiency and accuracy of information extraction. Through the evaluation of the method's performance, the research demonstrates a significant improvement in analysis speed and information extraction accuracy compared to conventional methods. The research conclusions provide a holistic picture of the potential of Text Mining Methods in improving the effectiveness of the research report text analysis process. The implications of this research stimulate thoughts on the applicability of this technology in various disciplines that rely on research reports as a primary source of information. Thus, this research makes a positive contribution to the understanding and development of text analysis techniques to support more efficient decision making.

Satu langkah di bawah presiden di cabang eksekutif adalah wakil presiden. Wakil presiden membantu presiden dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, sesuai dengan Pasal 4 Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Meskipun ada perubahan sebelumnya pada Konstitusi, struktur konstitusional Republik Indonesia tidak secara tegas mendefinisikan tanggung jawab dan wewenang wakil presiden. Akibatnya, tidak jelas apa tanggung jawab wakil presiden. Wakil presiden masih dianggap sebagai individu yang terpisah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, jenis penyelidikan hukum yang mencakup proses pengumpulan data menyeluruh yang melibatkan pencarian perpustakaan untuk literatur yang relevan atau sumber sekunder. Ketika presiden meninggalkan jabatannya karena pengunduran diri, hambatan untuk melakukan tanggung jawabnya, seperti ketika dia meninggal saat menjabat, atau ketika dia memindahkan kepresidenan, Wakil Presiden memiliki tanggung jawab dan kekuasaan untuk melakukannya.

Bullying is an act that is not commendable and can cause enormous harm. Bullying is an aggressive behavior carried out by someone who is stronger to someone else who is weaker by committing acts of violence, humiliation, intimidation, exclusion, and even slander, which causes the victim to experience physical and psychological disorders. Bullying behavior can be caused by family, peers, social media, and environmental factors. Lack of parental and teacher supervision in educating children, setting bad examples for children at home, following peers to bully, following trends, following inappropriate behaviors in social media, and following bullying behaviors that occur in the surrounding environment are things that can cause bullying behavior to occur in children. Advise the perpetrator properly and make the perpetrator not repeat this again and immediately apologize to the victim. Provide more in-depth education to the perpetrator so that there is a change in behavior in the future and if he does it again, he will impose strict sanctions on the perpetrator so that he will be reported to the police.

Colar Living is a part of the Colar Creative Industry that focuses on the sale of kitchenware products made from teak wood. The issue faced by Colar Living is that this brand is relatively new, having started its business for only 3 months, which reduces consumer trust in the products sold through e-commerce. Additionally, some product photos displayed on Tokopedia are less appealing. A more professional product photography process is required to attract buyers and enhance consumer confidence in purchasing these kitchenware products. The methods employed to address the issues faced by Colar Living include interviews, observations, and discussions. The results of the Colar Living product photography process increase consumer confidence when purchasing products and also boost the sales of Colar Living products. The findings of this research are expected to provide insights for Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) entrepreneurs who are just starting their businesses to pay attention to product photography.  

Brawijaya Delight is an MSME that operates in the chocolate industry. MSMEs need a brand identity to differentiate similar MSMEs, so that they are known to the wider community. The problem faced is to determine the brand identity and keep it consistent, a brand guideline or brand guidelines are needed, so that it can protect the brand from inconsistencies and misinterpretation. Therefore, to determine the brand identity of Brawijaya Delight, we collaborated with Kawakibi Digital Branding to form a brand guideline. Brand guideline design consists of a logogram, logotype and mockup. The design of this writing uses qualitative research methods based on interviews, observation and literature study. This research method is used to adapt to the wishes of Brawijaya Delight MSME owners. It is hoped that it can attract consumers and increase income. Design results according to requirements such as logos, logo mockups, logo descriptions, typography and color palettes.

This research uses qualitative research using heuristic methods to build leadership in the novel Mr Director Hamka's work. The problem faced is the pressure in the business environment found in the novel Mr Director. The data source for this research was taken from the novelMr Director Based on this research, Hamka's work can be concluded that financial management, literary works and companies play an important role in running a company.

Lack of understanding of basic social science concepts at secondary school level is a serious challenge in developing students' knowledge and skills in society, nation and state. The basic concepts of social science, which include aspects such as social processes, social interaction, and social contact, are an important foundation in Social Sciences (IPS) in schools. The interdisciplinary approach to social studies covers various points of study, such as basic concepts of sociology, history, geography, economics, anthropology and political science. However, along with the complexity of the material, there are factors that cause students' lack of understanding of basic social science concepts at the secondary school level. Causative factors include teaching methods that are less effective, such as using only discussion methods without adequate explanation of the material.

This study aims to improve students' writing skills through image media by using an individual learning learning model in class II UPTD SDN 145 Inpres Pampangan. This research is Classroom Action Research, the subject of this study is class II which amounts to 32 students consisting of 19 boys and 13 girls. This research was carried out as many as 2 cycles, each cycle consists of four stages, namely action planning, action implementation, evaluation, and reflection. This research was conducted in the Teacher Training Professional Strengthening (P2K) activity which began on September 4-October 14 in the 2023/2024 school year. The results showed that the average score (mean) after applying image media in learning increased from 78% to 82%. Similarly, the completeness of student learning has increased from cycle I and cycle II. And from the results of the comparison of learning process activities in cycles I and II showed that there were several student activities that increased such as student attendance, students who paid attention to material discussion, students who asked questions and students who did practice questions. So it can be said that through image media can improve writing skills and learning outcomes of grade II students of UPTD SDN 145 Inpres Pampangan.

Language is also used to communicate one's ideas, concepts, opinions, feelings and thoughts to other people. as well as a tool for personal growth and interaction with others. This research aims to find out how important it is to use Indonesian properly and correctly, what causes the widespread use of slang, especially among teenagers, and how slang influences the use of Indonesian. In processing the data in this article, the literature study method was used to study various literature. Slang has caused the decline of good and correct Indonesian language martabak. Today's society has been influenced by technological advances which have triggered the emergence of slang. National identity and Indonesian as an official language must be strengthened so that it is not influenced by slang.

This research aims to improve students' reading skills using E-Book media in class III A UPTD SDN 145 Inpres Pampangan. This research is Classroom Action Research, the subjects of this research are III A, totaling 33 students consisting of 16 men and 17 women. This research was carried out for 3 weeks. The implementation of this action was carried out for three weeks, each week including learning and assessment. The presentation of the first cycle material begins on 14 September 2023 and the first cycle test on 18 September 2023. The presentation of the second cycle material begins on 19 September 2023 and the second cycle test is carried out on 23 October 2023. The results of the research show that the learning interest of the first cycle students reaches the average -average 73.3%. Then in cycle II it increased to 88.5%. The contribution of implementing Wordwall learning media to increasing students' interest in learning is very significant, meaning it is in the high category. So it can be concluded that the teacher's ability to apply E-book media in learning has succeeded in improving the reading ability of class III A students at UPTD SDN 145 Inpres Pampangan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at UD. Rizqi Food Supplier Yogyakarta. The impact of Covid-19 has caused a decrease in meat shipments, but extra services and promos during the pandemic have increased interest in repurchasing. After the pandemic, expansion into restaurants and hotels resulted in a significant increase in sales. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression and Sobel's test to test consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The results showed that service and product quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention. However, customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between service quality and repurchase intention, as well as the relationship between product quality and repurchase intention. Improving the quality of services and products at UD. RizqiFood Supplier is expected to increase consumer satisfaction and encourage repurchasing interest. This is important for company management to retain loyal customers and achieve business success.

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context. Multinational corporations are involved in a country's economic sector because they are important in absorbing labor and increasing a country's per capita income. The purpose of this study is to highlight the importance of detailed knowledge about multinational companies that may have some impact on Indonesia's economy. The research method used is a qualitative research method using the technique of collecting library research data using multiple references and information from relevant institutions of the Indonesian economy. The findings show that the role of multinational corporations has both positive and negative impacts. On the positive side, the role of Multinationals could provide Indonesia with adequate opportunities to develop the country's economic sector through Indonesia's foreign exchange contributions. Apart from that, Indonesia is attracting attention from other countries as other countries believe that Indonesia can increase foreign investment due to Indonesia's rich resource potential and emphasis on labor wages in developing countries like Indonesia increasingly recognized. On the negative side, the Indonesian government does not emphasize multinational companies in terms of domestic trade and industry regulations, providing opportunities for domestic companies to compete domestically.

To build awareness of cleanliness and enthusiasm for learning through poster design for MadrasahIbtidaiyah (MI) in Sindon Village. This village was identified as facing challenges in increasing sanitation awareness and children's enthusiasm for learning. The service method involves preparing and installing posters specifically designed to communicate the message of cleanliness and enthusiasm for learning. The results of this activity show a significant increase in awareness of cleanliness, as can be seen from changes in children's behavior regarding personal hygiene and the surrounding environment. The creative and informative poster design succeeded in attracting children's attention, encouraging them to actively participate in maintaining cleanliness. The poster which included inspiration, motivational quotes and supporting visual images succeeded in providing positive encouragement to children's interest in learning. Students' active involvement in the learning process has increased, reflected in more active participation in class activities and increased learning outcomes. The use of poster design as an effective communication tool in this service has made a significant contribution to increasing awareness of cleanliness and enthusiasm for learning at MI 2 Sindon Village. It is hoped that this can be an inspiration for similar effortsin other communities to improve the quality of life and education of children through creative and participatory approaches.  

Pendampingan  dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM)  di Gereja Kristen Jawa (GKJ) Kramas, Tembalang Kota Semarang sebagai upaya mewujudkan lanjut usia (Lansia) sehat, aktif dan mandiri.  Warga  lansia di gereja tersebut (2023) sebanyak 32,6% dari  110 warga,   sebagian besar  adalah perempuan  dan  aktif kegiatan rumah tangga,  sosial  dan usaha ekonomi mikro.   Pendampingan  dilaksanakan dengan fasilitasi menyusun Rencana Aksi Sekolah Adiyuswo GKJ Kramas, dengan pemberdayaan dan mengintegrasikan  tujuh kegiatan ke dalam Sekolah Adiyuswa yaitu : (1) Pemeriksaan Kesehatan; (2)  Kegiatan  Sosial/Keagamaan;  (3) Seni Budaya;  (4) Produktif secara ekonomi (untuk persembahan); (5) Jaminan  Sosial (tergabung dalam BPJS, bantuan bagi lansia  sakit dan santunan kematian)  (6) Pemberdayaan Keluarga  pra-lansia dan  keluarga yang memiliki lansia agar paham tentang kesehatan dan aktivitas)  (7)  Jejaring Kerjasama ( Posyandu dan Puskesmas Tembalang.   Kegiatan pendampingan dilaksanakan   pemberdayaan kader dari warga  gereja (doketr dan paramedic serta warga setempat), kelengkapan  data terpadu  lansia, penguatan kelembagaan  sekolah adiyuswo, peningkatan kapasitas kader, dan  promosi sehat, aktif dan  perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, cek kesehatan  rutin  bersama kegiatan  bergereja dan  akses ke  Puskesmas.  Hasil pendampingan   dilakukan monitoring dan  evaluasi berdasarkan Rencana Aksi  Sekolah Adiyuswo GKJ Kramas menunjukkan perkembangan yang  baik  dan kegiatan sosial ekonomi  mendapatkan apresiasi dari  gereja dan masyarakat sekitar gereja.

Personal Protective Equipment is a set of tools used by workers to protect all or part of their body from potentially dangerous work such as ISPA (Upper Respiratory Tract Infection) in rice mill workers in Waimital Village and Waihatu Village. The number of cases of ISPA each year in Indonesia is 150,000 cases or it could be said that someone dies every 5 minutes. The aim of this research was to determine the description of the use of personal protective equipment with symptoms of ISPA in rice mill workers in Waimital Village and Waihatu Village. This research method includes quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample in this research was 34 workers using total sampling. the majority of workers never use personal protective equipment as many as 20 people (58.8%), and the fewest are those who always use personal protective equipment as many as 3 people (8.8%). And 24 people (70.6%) experienced ISPA symptoms, while 10 people (29.4%) did not experience ISPA symptoms. It was concluded that on average workers did not use personal protective equipment, the majority of respondents experiencing ARI found in this study.

Analysis of Pension Fund Payment System Procedures at PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Medan. This research aims to find out how the pension fund payment system is at PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Medan. This research is included in survey research using a qualitative research approach. The subject of this research is PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Medan. The research method used in data collection was interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Medan pension fund payment system uses a pay as you go system by implementing two payment techniques, namely manual and Automatic Klim Services. The Automatic Klim service will make it easier to access pension payment claim applications, which are integrated by agencies or BKD. Completeness of administrative requirements will facilitate the process of paying pension funds. Through a claim application, either manual or automatic claim, that meets the requirements for salary payments, payments can be made either directly or by transfer. Retirement is one of the awards given to Civil Servants (PNS) for their services to the State. Procedures are guidelines and implementation of work which consists of continuous work step by step so that it is a form of collaboration between one part and another.
