Abstract: The impeachment of the President of Indonesia that has happened from periode to periode is not the same uniform. In the Old Orde has been no provision for sure when the President can be impeach, especially when the President Soekarno was appointed as President for Life. During the New Order, according to Article 4 has been set Tap No.III/MPR/1978 to impeach the President before his term runs out, namely because: (a) at his own request, (b) remain absent, (c) really is agains the GBHN. During the Reformation, the termination of President expressly provided in Article 6 and Article 7 of the 1945 Constitution. Both in the Old Orde  and the New Orde Impeachment of President is more political than judicial. While at the Reformation Orde had never happened to impeach the Presiden. AbstractDespite the attention of human rights has existed since long, but the struggle to get legal protection in state constitution looks after the birth of Magna Charta in England in 1215 which is followed by Declaration of Independence in the United States of America in 1776 and Declaration des droits de “I” home et du citoyen in France in 1780. In Indonesia this right has received legal protection in 1945 Constitution, RIS Constitution, or Temporary Constitution, and become much stronger after the birth of MPR Decree Number XVII year 1998 which is followed by Act Number 39 year 1999 on Human Rights, Act Number 26 year 2000 on Human Rights Court which is followed by Amendment of 1945 Constitution which govern specifically Human Rights Chapter in chapter X A which consist of 10 articles. Even though human rights in Indonesia have evolved considerably, but when we look further there is still many weaknesses which contradict one and another. For example: Article 281 Amendment of 1945 Constitution and Article 4 Act of Human Rights which adheres the principle of non retroactive absolutely with Article 43:1 Act of Human Rights Court and Explanation of Article 4 Human Rights Act which adheres the principle of retroactive for gross violation of human rights. Contradiction is also occurs in Article 4 Human Rights Act body and its explanation. Keywords: human rights.

AbstractThe philosophy of science divides a study into two point of views, those are; positivistic which creates empiric study, and normative which creates normative study. The law study has both of those characteristics; in one hand, it has the real characteristics as a normative study; in the other hand, it has empiric characteristics which, later on, become the object study of sociological jurisprudence and socio legal jurisprudence. Therefore, if it is observed from this point of view, it can be concluded that the normative law study has a particular method of study, while empiric law study can be researched by qualitative or quantitative research methodology towards the characteristics of the data. Wakaf mempunyai kedudukan penting dalam Islam. Penggunaan wakaf sebagai salah satusumber daya untuk digunakan masyarakat muslim mencapai kemajuan saat ini. Selainsebagai sumber pendanaan kegiatan sosial, pendidikan, dan kesehatan, wakaf dapat dijadikanalternatif untuk penguatan ekonomi masyarakat. Sehingga manfaatnya berkelanjutan bagimasyarakat dan wakaf mampu menjadi sebagai alternatif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraanmasyarakat. Dengan adanya lembaga pengelolaan wakaf yang profesional tentunya bisamendukung untuk lebih meningkatkan pemberdayaan wakaf untuk kemaslahatan masyarakat.Perluasan harta benda yang bisa diwakafkan telah memberikan efek positif bagi pengelolaanwakaf. Semakin beragamnya harta yang dapat diwakaf dan manajemen pengelolaan wakafyang professional akan memperkuat peran wakaf dalam penguatan ekonomi masyarakat.

This study seek to examined factors that affect the timeliness of corporate internet reporting (CIR) in listed companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Key factors used firm characteristics (firm size, type of bussiness, profitability, leverage, liquidity, issuance of stock) and corporate governance variables (public ownership structure, proportion of supervisory board and supervisory board size).Population of this study was Indonesian Listed Company in 2008 at Indonesian Stock Exchange .The sample was 195 firms Based on purposive sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis used to test the hypothesis.The regression analysis found that a significant relationship between the timeliness of CIR and firm size. However, others variable like type of bussiness, profitability, leverage, liquidity, stock issues, public ownership structure, proportion of supervisory board and supervisory board size was not significant relationship with timeliness of CIR.. This results indicated that firms typically in big size se modisclore timely information on their web sites

This study analyzes the effect of receive, tariffs and quality perceptions of the learning process and service to increase interest. The formulation of the questions examined in this study were 1). What impact will influence the perception of market acceptance for graduates of interest in selecting majors AN? 2). What impact do perceptions influence the rates of interest specified AN AN chose? and 3). What impact will influence the perception of the quality of the learning process and service in the AN of interests to choose majors AN? Furthermore, variables and indicators of research is also based on previous research.A model has been developed and three hypotheses have been formulated to address this research problem. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and quota sampling. Respondents from this study amounted to 100 respondents, where respondents were students of the Department AN Semarang State Polytechnic. Data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) in AMOS 16.0.The results of this study data analysis shows the model and research results were well received, and further research is proving the influence of perception on the market acceptance of graduates AN interest in the Department of the AN is positive an  significant. Effect of tariff AN Perception of interest in the Department of the AN is not significant. Then the influence of the effectiveness of advertising on consumer buying behavior is positive and significant. And the influence of the learning process and service quality in the AN of interest in the Department is positive and significant.

Salesperson plays an important role for the survival of the company. The roleof salespeople in the Multi Level Marketing company is a distributor, which will promoteproducts and business plan. Distributor is very important because of the high competition between companies who also want to increase product sales. The key of success in MLM companies depends on how the company is able to improve the performance of distributors.Problem of this research is how the characteristic Distributors, companies support and organization learning affect the performance of MLM distributors. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling method that used as many as 50 people Tianshi distributors in Semarang.The results of data analysis showed that there is significant influence between the characteristic distributors, companies support and Organization Learning to the performance MLM distributor.

Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) has important role in national economy on job creating and output. SME create job more than big industry. Eventhough SME role on share of national income is less than big industry. This situation is caused by weakness of competitiveness and productivity of small-medium enterprise. Investor always hoping to get return in their investation of stock. Purpose of this research is to analyse independent variable that consist of return asset on and debt to equity ratio manufacturing company listed of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Sample of this research is 113 manufacturing company in IDX with method purposive non random sampling. This research used multiple regression test is done by normality test, variation test of classic assumption (multikolinearity, heteroskedastisity and autocorrelation), hypothesis test ( t and F) and test coefficient of determination.The result of this research that return on asset have positive influence and doesn't signifikan to stock return listing manufacturing campany of Indonesia Stock Exchange. Debt to equity ratio has negatif influence signifikan to stock return manufacturing company listing of Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Struggle to create recuring business with customeroccupies central point in the effort hospital to exeed at long-range emulation. Service quality and cutomer value becomes thing which necessary for hospital. This research analysis factors influence customer satisfaction to create hospital service reference enthusiasm in Hospital PKU Muhamadiyah Gubug Kabupaten Grobogan.Research problem is existence of gap or debate at antecedent research would consequence and from customer satisfaction. Other problems is thehappening of downdraft of number of outpatients continually at last four months and existence of improvement of number sighs from patient. Respondent in this research 120 patients with sampling method applies acidental sampling. This research applies analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) what implemented through program AMOS as a means of assists its the analysis.Result of research proves that service quality, cutomer value and excellence of product has positive influence and signifikan to customersatisfaction. Hereinafter, customer satisfaction of influence positive and signifikan to hospital service reference enthusiasm. Excelsior service quality and cutomer value has customer satisfaction of excelsior and causes home service reference enthusiasm which excelsior.

Supply chain business network that explained as an organization network that involve supplier relationship upstream) and customer downstream). Effectivity of integration on supply will be the key factor for company to reach continuous improvement that make company became competitive.The difference result in applying integration pattern, could be seen at restaurant sector, dept food and beverage (hotel) and fact food restaurant. Theunderlined is that each sector are different in integration factor and the influence to company performance. Based on that problem, the research question is : how the integration pattern characteristic of supply chain and implementation ( direction and level) from each sectors. Sample amount of this research is 31 company that include of 15 restaurant, 10 dept food and beverage hotel and 6 fast food restaurant.Based on the result of regression equation knows that integration pattern supply chain management positively affecting dept food and beverage company performance in Semarang. Variation of variabel company performance that can be explained by variation of integration pattern supply chain management is 69% and the rest 31% affecting by another variable outside variable that used in this research.There is a significance difference between restaurant in Semarang that consist of restaurant, food and beverage division and fastfood restaurant with integration pattern supply chain management and company performance.
