This study aims to analyze the development of foreign languages in the Cigadung Batik Tourism Village as an impact of increasing foreign tourist visits. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with interviews and direct observation of local people and visitors. The results of the study indicate that increased interaction between villagers and tourists has encouraged foreign language lessons, especially English, among the community. In addition, language training held by the tourism village manager contributed significantly to improving the foreign language skills of the residents. Integrated public services in a one-stop service system, such as the one implemented at the Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Badung, serve as an answer to the public's demand for efficient, fast, and transparent bureaucracy. However, in its implementation, MPP still faces various strategic challenges, such as fragmentation between agencies, limited human resources, and suboptimal digital system integration that supports cross-sector services. This study aims to analyze adaptive and collaborative managerial strategies to address these challenges and explore digital innovation opportunities to improve service quality. By using a literature review method from various journals, policy reports, and supporting documents, this study shows that the success of the one-stop service system greatly depends on visionary leadership, synergy between agencies, and adequate technological support. The discussion concludes that flexible, responsive managerial strategies that emphasize cross-agency collaboration can enhance efficiency and user satisfaction. Therefore, updating digital systems, involving the community, and improving human resource capacity are crucial steps in realizing modern and sustainable public services. Another key factor for success is the adoption of innovative digital technologies. In the context of legal implementation, the Prosecutor's Bill needs to be based on clear and transparent basic principles. This study aims to obtain a clearer understanding of the alignment between regulation and implementation in the field, given that the restorative justice approach that can present a more humane solution will only succeed if the two institutions can collaborate by using normative juridical research methods with a statutory approach and conceptual approach. Indonesia faces various nutritional problems, one of which is central obesity. This condition occurs due to excessive energy intake that surpasses the amount of energy used for metabolism and daily activities. The excess energy is stored as fat tissue, which eventually leads to weight gain and increases the risk of various metabolic diseases. This study aims to examine the risk factors for central obesity in the community at Mon Geudong Public Health Center, Lhokseumawe City.This study employs a descriptive observational method with a cross-sectional survey design. The population consists of 1,121 individuals, and the sample was obtained using a non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling, resulting in a total of 100 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and waist circumference measurements using a measuring tape. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis to examine the distribution of respondent characteristics.The results indicate that the most affected age group is 56–65 years (49.0%). Based on gender, more women (80.0%) experience central obesity compared to men (20.0%). The majority of respondents are unemployed, possess good knowledge levels, and 69.0% have a family history of central obesity.The study concludes that the primary risk factors for central obesity include age, gender, occupation, and family history. However, knowledge level is not considered a risk factor for central obesity. This research is expected to serve as a basis for central obesity prevention efforts through education and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the community.

This study aims to comprehensively examine the effectiveness of digital learning media in enhancing students' motivation in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) at the elementary school level. Utilizing a qualitative approach based on a literature review, this study analyzes various academic references regarding the use of digital technology in the learning process. The findings indicate that digital media, such as educational videos, interactive simulations, and technology-based applications, significantly contribute to increasing student engagement and learning enthusiasm. The success of digital media in education is supported by several key factors, including active student participation, real-time feedback, and the presentation of materials that are more dynamic, diverse, and responsive to individual student needs. Moreover, digital learning approaches allow for a more flexible, engaging learning process that adapts to students’ learning styles. Thus, based on the conducted analysis, it can be concluded that integrating digital technology into IPAS instruction holds great potential as an innovative pedagogical strategy.    

This research discusses interesting Natural Sciences (IPA) learning strategies for elementary school students in the digital era. With the development of technology, the use of digital media such as animated videos, learning applications, and 3D simulations has become an effective solution in improving students' understanding of science concepts. The research method used is a literature study by analyzing various literature related to the application of technology in science learning. The results of the study show that the integration of digital media can increase students' learning motivation as well as learning effectiveness. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and teacher readiness are still obstacles in its implementation. Therefore, training for educators and facility support is needed so that the use of digital technology in science learning can run optimally.

Civic Education has an important role in shaping the character of students' citizenship by teaching the rights and obligations as citizens, and basic values ​​in the life of the nation and state. Many of them do not understand the meaning of Indonesian citizenship knowledge, which results in a sense of nationalism in students no longer caring for each other in the school environment or around it. The purpose of this study is to explore the extent to which Civic Education influences the formation of Indonesian citizenship character in elementary school students. The research used in compiling this article is a qualitative approach. Then for the method used is a literature study. The results of the study showed that the subject of Civic Education (PKn) has a significant influence in shaping the character of Indonesian citizenship in elementary school students. PKn contributes to instilling the main character values ​​and citizenship skills that support active and responsible participation in community life. The conclusion of this study shows that the subject of PKn plays an important role in shaping the character of citizenship in elementary school students, through PKn learning, students not only gain knowledge of citizenship, but also develop attitudes and skills that reflect values ​​as good citizens.

This research aims to analyze literature related to solutions for dealing with Human Rights (HAM) violations in the school environment through the implementation of the Human Rights Friendly School (SR-HAM) model. The method used in writing this article is literature study. A Human Rights Friendly School is a school concept that integrates human rights values ​​as a core principle in school management and organization, where human rights values ​​are at the center of the learning process and student experience and are present in all aspects of school life. The SR-HAM concept approach combined with Ki Hadjar Dewantara's educational concept is expected to be able to provide effective solutions in dealing with various human rights problems in schools. Although the concept of Human Rights Friendly Schools initiated by Amnesty International and Ki Hadjar Dewantara conceptually supports the achievement of national education goals, its implementation needs to be carried out correctly and appropriately in order to provide the best results.

The findings indicate that schools effectively apply for funding and evaluate fund utilization annually. To achieve effective financial management, technological mastery is essential to ensure operations that are effective, efficient, and accountable.

National defense is a concept regulated in a country's legislation, which refers to the patriotic attitude of individuals and groups in the context of citizenship. This study aims to explore the application of the concept of national defense, especially in the context of Pancasila education learning among elementary school students. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a literature study approach as a data collection technique. The results of the study indicate that Pancasila education learning has an important role in increasing awareness of national defense among elementary school students. Seeing the low level of public understanding, especially among students, regarding the importance of national defense, prevention efforts can be made by providing education through Pancasila Education subjects. In this lesson, students will be taught about the basic values ​​of national defense, so that the threat of radicalism to the younger generation can be suppressed early on starting from elementary school level. Sustainable national defense can be carried out through education, training, and socialization in schools to strengthen the foundation of the Indonesian State.

As global pressure for decarbonizing the maritime sector intensifies, ports worldwide, including in Indonesia, are facing demands to transform into green ports. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the multidimensional challenges and complex stakeholder dynamics in the implementation of the green port concept in Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative method based on a documentary study, this research integrates Stakeholder Theory and Institutional Theory to dissect the interactions among actors and the external pressures shaping sustainability strategies. The main findings indicate that the green transition in Indonesian ports is hindered by three primary challenges: (1) economic constraints related to high investment and operational costs, (2) socio-economic trade-offs that risk impeding regional economic growth, and (3) fragmented governance among government institutions. Stakeholder analysis identifies fundamental conflicts of interest among the government, port operators, the private sector, and local communities. The implication of this research is the need for a shift from showcase projects to a holistic, systemic transformation, supported by a robust multi-stakeholder governance platform and effective incentive schemes to encourage widespread adoption of green technology.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) loading and unloading process at PT Pertamina Energy Tanjung Sekong Terminal, a key infrastructure in Indonesia's national energy distribution. The evaluation was based on technical and operational indicators, including the Berthing Occupancy Ratio (BOR), Length Over All (LOA), berthing time, cargo volume, and vessel visit frequency. The results show that BOR ranged between 55–65%, indicating efficient jetty utilization. The average vessel LOA was 120 meters, matching the jetty’s capacity. The average berthing time was recorded at 18 hours per visit, with unloading volumes between 2,500–3,000 metric tons and vessel frequency ranging from 8 to 10 visits per month. The main constraints affecting effectiveness included extreme weather, technical equipment failures, and limited supporting facilities. This study recommends improving equipment maintenance, strengthening operational coordination, and developing a risk management system to ensure smooth and sustainable LPG handling operations at the terminal.

In an era of increasingly advanced technology, seabed mapping is very important in various fields, such as ship navigation, underwater infrastructure development, and marine environmental research. The use of a seabed sounding system at PT PAL has improved the quality of seabed mapping. The purpose of this study is to analyze the seabed at the PT PAL Surabaya pier in order to find out through seabed mapping using a bathymetric survey system and to find out the level of shallowing at each pier and which area is safe for ships to dock. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Pier sounding data using an echosounder tool at the PT. PAL Surabaya pier. The sounding data obtained starting from 2023 contains information about the depth of the pier, and will later be used to calculate Tool Correction, Fluctuation Correction, LWS (Low Water Spring) Correction, and Real Depth (actual depth). The results of the study show that based on the results of a bathymetric survey at PT. PAL in September 2023, the depth data at the West Peninsula pier is at a shallowest depth of 4 meters and the deepest is 6 meters. While the shallowest depth at the West Bandar pier is 3 meters and the deepest is 6 meters. At the North Peninsula pier the deepest depth is 8 meters marked with a solid green color. From these results it can be seen what ships can enter each particular pier area, namely ships that have a minimum draft of 2.65 m.
