Vastenburg Fort is a cultural heritage area that has been designated by the Department of Culture and Tourism in 2010. In line with this designation, the City Government changed the spatial plan of Surakarta City by revising the Regional Regulation related to the regional spatial plan. In addition, the land status in the Vastenburg Fort area is divided into building use rights granted to the private sector. Even so, the City Government managed to obtain the former HGB land No. 383 which was designated as a Public Service Mall. The change in designation as a Public Service Mall is considered to reflect the need to adjust to the spatial plan in Surakarta City. However, the purpose of spatial planning in the Vastenburg Fort area should be designated for the preservation of cultural heritage. The purpose of this study is to find legal certainty arising from the conversion of former HGB land into a Public Service Mall by the Solo City Government. This study uses an empirical legal studies. The results of this study indicate that the conversion of former HGB land No. 383 in the Vastenburg Fort area by the Surakarta City Government is in accordance with the legislation. As for the City Government, the land is designated for the Public Service Mall in accordance with the spatial plan in Surakarta City in the Surakarta City RTRW Regional Regulation for the preservation of cultural heritage. However, the Surakarta City Government has not yet maximized the acquisition of HGB in the Vastenburg Fort area so that the use of land in the area is more optimal so that it benefits the entire community.

Bait is an important factor in luring fish to hook on the hook. The aim is to find out the effect of the differences between artificial bait and natural bait for mackerel on mackerel fish catches and to find out which bait is more optimal for mackerel fish catches. The method used in this research is the Experimental Fishing method by making direct observations of the treatments tried when operating trolling equipment with artificial bait that resembles fish, then making direct observations of the number of mackerel fish caught and conducting direct interviews with fishermen. The results of the analysis based on the T test results on the artificial and natural bait treatments can be concluded that the two-sided p value is greater than 0.05, so the results do not reject the null hypothesis. This means there is no significant difference between the two types of artificial bait and natural flowerfish bait. Then, to determine the success of the catch in both treatments, a hook rate test was carried out. The total number of catches during the research for fishing rods using artificial bait had a hook rate of 56.25% and fishing rods using natural bait had a hook rate of 37.5%. From the catches, it can be seen that those who use artificial bait that resembles fish have a higher catch or hook rate than those who use natural mackerel bait.kan umpan ikan tenggiri alami.

"Blue Ocean Leadership" is a strategic approach that aims to create a new market that is free from competitors by focusing on innovation and value creation. In the context of increasingly competitive businesses, many organizations are trapped in a "sea of red," where fierce competition leads to declining profit margins. This concept invites leaders to move to the "blue ocean," which is an unexplored market space where demand can be created rather than simply shared. Through visionary and creative leadership, leaders can encourage teams to identify new opportunities, design unique products or services, and deliver unparalleled customer experiences. Leadership in the context of Blue Ocean also involves developing an organizational culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. By empowering employees to think outside conventional boundaries, organizations can find solutions that not only meet customer needs but also create greater value. This approach is not only financially profitable, but it also contributes to the company's long-term sustainability in the face of market changes. Overall, Blue Ocean Leadership offers a relevant framework for leaders to design effective strategies in creating new markets that are sustainable and free from competitors.

Sola fide is the main Reformed teaching that salvation is only obtained through faith alone, not through charity or good deeds. in the 16th century the practice of indulgences and the Catholic church's emphasis on good works gave rise to doubts in the faith, which later gave rise to the Reform Movement. In response, the reformers restored the principle of sola fide to protect believers in the Lord Jesus from doubts about their Faith. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of sola fide in strengthening believers' faith before reform skepticism, through a literature review of the writings of reformer figures. The results show that emphasizing God's sovereign grace, the sufficiency of faith for forgiveness of sins and assurance of salvation, and sola fide can strengthen believers' faith against attacks of skepticism. This understanding provides important insight for believers today about how to strengthen their faith in the face of increasing skepticism. Overall, this research shows the central role of the principle of sola fide in the history of Christian thought.

Bali Province is a world-renowned tourism destination that significantly contributes to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the region. However, the COVID-19 pandemic led to a severe economic downturn, causing negative economic growth. This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of tourist visits, local revenue (PAD), and investment on the GRDP of Bali Province. The research utilizes secondary data from nine regencies/cities in Bali over a six-year period (2018–2023). Data analysis is conducted using panel data regression with the Eviews 12 software. The results indicate that tourist visits, PAD, and investment collectively influence the GRDP of Bali Province. Partially, tourist visits and PAD have a positive and significant impact on GRDP, while investment has a negative but insignificant effect. The findings suggest that optimizing tourism potential, improving infrastructure, maximizing the potential of each region to increase local revenue, and exploring investment opportunities beyond the tourism sector—while supporting both domestic and foreign investment are essential to boosting Bali’s GRDP.
