CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis need to manage fluid restrictions, fluid restrictions trigger thirst and cause hypervolemia which can worsen the patient's condition. The intervention of sucking ice cubes or slimmer ice can help reduce thirst and help patients manage fluids. The aim of this scientific work is to provide slimber ice therapy intervention to reduce thirst in Chronic Kidney Failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. This case study uses a descriptive method with a nursing process approach carried out on 3 respondents aged 19-56 years using a One Group Pretest Posttest research design and measured using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) instrument before and after being given slimber ice therapy and analyzed by calculating the average value. The results showed that the age of the respondents was 19-56 years, gender was female for 1 respondent, male for 2 respondents. After being given slimber ice therapy to 3 respondents twice, when the patient underwent hemodialysis therapy twice a week, the average score for thirst was reduced from a VAS score of 5.1 (moderate thirst) to a score of 1.2 (light thirst) after being given the therapy. It is hoped that the results of this case study can be applied to reduce thirst and help limit fluids in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Charitas Hospital Palembang.

The Quraysh dialect is one of the Arabic language variants that has played a significant role in the formation of Standard Arabic. This dialect became dominant during the pre-Islamic era and remained influential after the spread of Islam, particularly as it was used in the codification of the Qur’an. This study aims to examine the role of the Quraysh dialect in shaping Standard Arabic from the perspective of Fiqh al-Lughah and to analyze the linguistic and social factors that contributed to its dominance. This research employs a qualitative method with a historical linguistic and sociolinguistic approach. Data is collected from various sources discussing the historical development of Arabic, the codification of the Qur’an, and the social factors influencing the spread of the Quraysh dialect. The findings indicate that the Quraysh dialect possessed advantages in phonology, morphology, and syntax, making it superior to other Arabic dialects. Additionally, social factors such as the Quraysh tribe’s role in trade, politics, and religion further solidified its position as the standard language. The implications of this study emphasize that the Quraysh dialect not only influenced the development of Standard Arabic but also contributed to the broader linguistic framework of Islamic scholarship. This research is expected to provide insights into Fiqh al-Lughah, particularly in understanding the standardization process of Arabic and the socio-cultural influences on its evolution.

Excessive mucus or secretions in the lungs are a common symptom of bronchopneumonia in children. The buildup of thick phlegm will be difficult to expel and can block the child's respiratory tract. One way to relieve a blocked nose and thin phlegm is by mixing eucalyptus oil and hot water. The ability of eucalyptus oil to break down mucus is caused by cineole. The nursing student's final goal is to present a research synopsis on the use of hot steam therapy along with eucalyptus oil to clear the airways of ineffective bronchopneumonia in children. Using a case study design with three (3) respondents and a mixture of hot water steam and eucalyptus oil, this research uses case study techniques and a nursing process approach. Children aged between three and four years can benefit greatly from a treatment that involves inhaling eucalyptus oil vapors for ten to fifteen minutes to clear the respiratory tract and reduce the viscosity of mucus. The results of implementing the intervention showed that the average results for respondents were 1,2,3 pre-intervention, SpO2 98%, RR: 31x/m, rhonchi(-) R1:30, R2:30, R3:32. post intervention results showed SpO2: 99% and HR: 24x/m, R1:24, R2:25, R3:24. MotoGP is an international motorcycle racing event that attracts global attention and impacts various sectors, including the logistics sector. One important aspect of the MotoGP event is temporary imports, such as motorcycles, spare parts, and supporting equipment. This study aims to explore how to handle temporary imports using ATA Carnet in MotoGP cargo imports and identify challenges and solutions during the MotoGP cargo handling process. The method used is qualitative, with primary data obtained through observations and interviews, and secondary data from written sources, films, images, and monumental works. The data analysis techniques applied include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, with data validity tested using triangulation techniques and sources. The study results show that handling MotoGP cargo with temporary import status differs from general cargo, as it involves customs procedures and requires special documents such as ATA Carnet, Customs Notification of Special Economic Zones (PPKEK), and Temporary Import Permits for exemption from entry fees. The handling process must be performed quickly to save time, given the limited period for temporary imports before re-export. However, Customs personnel still face challenges related to the attachment of customs seals, so the company needs to evaluate the recruitment and training processes of workers. The solution is coordination between PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics and Customs for the addition of officers.
