Abstrak:
Community welfare is an indicator of developme t goals. In its implementation, economic development will be faced with various problems that can hinder the success of such development. One of the complex problems related to the prosperity of the population is poverty. High poverty can have an impact on the emergence of various other social problems. It is difficult to know the exact cause and how effective control is to reduce poverty in Pandeglang Regency. The use of analytical tools in this study was carried out to identify and determine specific problems as a factor in the occurrence of poverty in Pandeglang Regency. In addition, this analysis method will contain information about events that must be considered in the scope of poverty alleviation that occurred in Pandeglang district. The final part of this journal discusses the design of poverty control procedures in Pandeglang Regency in approximately five years. Finally, it is hoped that the final results of this research will be very important to prevent poverty in Pandeglang Regency.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the effect of work ability and work attitude on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima Regency. The sampling technique used is the sampling technique used in the study using Non Probability Sampling with the number of samples used, namely 38 ASN employees. The methods used in this study are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test. The partial test results reveal that the work attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance. simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on work performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima Regency.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi intrinsik, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening (studi kasus pada PT Pertamina (persero) Marine Region IV). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan instrument berupa kuisioner. Polulasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan TKJP PT Pertamina (Persero) Marine Region IV yakni sebanyak 140 responden. Kuisioner diuji melalui uji validitas dan reabilitas. Kemudian analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis SEM, uji hipotesis, dan uji intervening.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan budaya kerja memimiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, intrinsic motivation, and work culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (case study at PT Pertamina (Persero) Marine Region IV). The research method used is quantitative with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were all TKJP employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) Marine Region IV, as many as 140 respondents. The questionnaire was tested through validity and reliability tests. Then the data analysis was carried out through SEM analysis, hypothesis testing, and intervening tests.The results showed that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya organisasi dan Gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan kerja baik secara langsung maupun melalui Motivasi kerja pada pegawai Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara yang bekerja di Kantor Kecamatan Pedurungan dengan jumlah 97 orang, dengan teknik samping yang digunakan adalah metode sensus atau sampel jenuh sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 97 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi kerja, dan Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja, Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja, serta Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja. Dari hasil uji mediasi dengan uji sobel diperoleh bahwa Motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh Budaya organisasi dan Gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan kerja. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction either directly or through work motivation on employees of Pedurungan District, Semarang City. The population used in this study were all State Civil Apparatuses who worked at the Pedurungan District Office with a total of 97 people, sampling technique used was the census method or saturated sample so that the number of samples in this study was 97 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire, data analysis techniques used were path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. From the results of mediation test with Sobel test, it was found that work motivation can mediate the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction

Abstrak:
Sweet potato is a good food ingredient, because of its starch which has a very rich nutritional content, including high carbohydrates. Therefore, in some areas sweet potato is also used as a staple food. It also contains protein, vitamin C and is rich in vitamin A (β-carotene). β-carotene in yellow sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) can function to meet the needs of vitamin A and as an antioxidant in reducing the effects of free radicals. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in β-carotene levels in raw and boiled yellow sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) using the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method. Samples of yellow sweet potato were extracted by using maceration method with 95% ethanol solvent. Then a quantitative analysis was performed using the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method at a wavelength of 450 nm and a linear regression equation was obtained y = 0.0237x + 0.395 and a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9931 and an average level of β-carotene in raw yellow sweet potato was obtained of 1278 .23 mg/kg and boiled yellow sweet potato of 413.90 mg/kg. So from this study it can be concluded that the levels of β-carotene in raw yellow sweet potatoes are greater than boiled yellow sweet potatoes because some boiled yellow sweet potatoes have been damaged due to heat or dissolved / lost to water.

ABSTRACT
The writing of this article is motivated by the problem of students who are less disciplined at school. The causal factors are fixed very variously. Consequently, this article aims to describe the management of student discipline development in SMK 1 Muhammadiyah. In writing, this article is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. While the analysis tool is to uses data condensation, presenting data, and drawing and drawing conclusions. This study shows that the management of disciplinary development is contained in a corrective plan through steps that are applied to students with problems. Organizing is carried out in collaboration between BK teachers, student affairs, and homeroom teachers. Students often encounter implementation through socialization with various media or the right way. Supervision is carried out in two ways by the principal, namely field observations and receipt of weekly and monthly reports. Based on the explanation above, the role of school personnel in fostering student discipline at SMK 1 Muhammadiyah North Sumatra can primarily be categorized as "good" at this time. This research can be recommended to school personnel to pay more attention and monitor and provide discipline guidance to students to be more disciplined in school.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Third Party Funds, Loan Debt Ratio and Operational Cost of Operating Income on Return On Assets in Rural Banks in Buleleng Regency. The type of data from this research is quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data.
The problem in this study is whether third- party funds affect the return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng regency, whether the loan debt ratio affects the return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng, whether operational costs of operating income affect the return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng regency and whether third-party funds, loan debt ratio and operating income operational costs affect the return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng regency.
The results of this study are that third party funds have a negative and significant effect on return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng Regency, loan to debt ratio has a negative but not significant effect on return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng, operational costs of income operational has a negative and significant effect on return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng Regency and third party funds, loan to debt ratio, and operational costs of operating income have a significant effect on return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng Regency

Abstrak:
Kompensasi yang merupakan salah satu fungsi dari Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia adalah salah satu hal yang terpenting di dalam perusahaan. Pemberian kompensasi baik itu kompensasi finansial langsung dan kompensasi finansial tidak langsung, yang dilakukan secara adil, layak dan tepat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi karyawan agar dapat melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan baik dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan.
Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut maka penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT Bank XYZ Tbk. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT Bank XYZ Tbk berdasarkan hasil perhitungan korelasi Rank Spearman, diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,711. Karena nilai rs berada diantara 0,600-0,799 maka dapat dikatakan kuat dengan koefisien determinasi atau besaran pengaruh/kontribusi faktor X (kompensasi finansial) terhadap Y (motivasi kerja) adalah sebesar 50,6% dan sisanya sebesar 49,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstrak:
Performance is a measure that can be used to emphasize behaviors and attitudes that should not occur and to instill desirable behavior. Managerial performance is a very important matter to measure the success of a company. Managerial performance adds value to work done well. Companies often take action and apply to managerial performance to ease their work.
The purpose of this study is to strengthen evidence of the influence of the application of responsibility accounting, organizational commitment, and competence on managerial performance. The data used in this study are primary data that takes samples of several managerial performances at the company. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence on managerial performance. This research uses purposive sampling method. The data used are quantitative with the results of questionnaire data and using qualitative data according to a list of respondents' statements on the questionnaire.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui riwayat hidup Inyiak Upiak Palatiang, untuk mengetahui peranan Inyiak Upiak Palatiang untuk melestarikan pencak silat di Nagari Gunung Kota Padang panjang, untuk mengetahui karakteristik pencak silat Inyiak Upiak Palatiang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah yaitu seperangkat aturan atau prinsip sistematis untuk mengumpulkan sumber-sumber sejarah secara efektif, menilainya secara kritis, dan mengajukan sintesis atas hasil-hasil dicapai dalam bentuk tulisan. Adapun langkah-langkah dalam penulisan sejarah ini yaitu: (1) Heuristik merupakan sebuah kegiatan mencari sumber-sumber untuk mendapatkan data-data baik secara lisan maupun tulisan. (2) verifikasi adalah kegiatan dalam penelitian sejarah yang dilakukan secara memeriksa, mengoreksi dan menilai sumber-sumber sejarah yang telah dikumpulkan. (3) interpretasi merupakan menafsirkan fakta sejarah dan merangkai fakta tersebut hingga menjadi satu kesatuan yang masuk akal. (4) Historiografi merupakan tahap akhir dari penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peranan Inyiak Upiak Palatiang untuk melestarikan pencak silat yang ada di Nagari Gunung Kota Padang Panjang, pernanan Inyiak Upiak Palatiang terlihat jelas dengan mengajarkan kepada generasi muda untuk tetap belajar silat, supaya pencak silat yang ada di Minangkabau ini tidak akan pudar.
