Pasal 23 KUHD menentukan pendaftaran diajukan melalui Kepaniteraan Pengadilan Negeri daerah hukum tempat kedudukan perseroan itu. Sedangkan dalam Pasal 3 ayat (2) PermenkumhamNomor 17 Tahun 2018 mengatakan bahwa pendaftaran diajukan melalui Sistem Administrasi BadanUsaha (SABU). Penelitian ini fokus pada kedudukan hukum persekutuan komanditer yag sudah adasebelum Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan HAM Nomor 17 Tahun 2018 tentang PendaftaranPersekutuan Komanditer, Persekutuan Firma, dan Persekutuan Perdata dan prosedur pendirianpersekutuan komanditer setelah adanya Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan HAM Nomor 17 Tahun 2018tentang Pendaftaran Persekutuan Komanditer, Persekutuan Firma, dan Persekutuan Perdata. Penelitianini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitisyang mengungkapkan peraturan perundang-undangan serta menggunakan data sekunder dalammencari dan mengumpulkan data. Kedudukan hukum Persekutuan Komanditer berdasarkandikeluarkannya Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan HAM Nomor 17 Tahun 2018 tentang PendaftaranPersekutuan Komanditer, Persekutuan Firma, dan Persekutuan Perdata, bahwa kedudukan hukum dariPersekutuan Komanditer yang sudah berdiri sebelum Permenkumham Nomor 17 Tahun 2018 tidakhilang atau akan tetap ada akan tetapi harus menyesuaikan dengan peraturan yang berlaku pada saatini.Dengan melakukan Pencatatan Pendaftaran pada Sistem Administrasi Badan Usaha(SABU).Prosedur Pendirian Persekutuan Komanditer pesero bisa datang ke kantor Notaris untukpendaftaran atau penyesuaian Persekutuannya, karena yang dapat melakukan aktifitas pada sistemtersebut adalah Notaris.

Educational game is a game which is specifically designed as a tool to accomplish educational needs. Therefore, it has to be projected in an exact precision to achieve its goal: educating, and increasing the user knowledge and skills.
There are some problems which frequently happened at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 31 Salatiga, firstly, the number of props of traffic signs is limited so it is not proportional to the number of meetings in the existing curriculum and students must repeat the same material. Secondly, there isn’t suitable learning support media to add props to traffic signs that are still lacking.
The software used in this game development was Adobe Flash CS6. The research was conducted through R&D; Research and Development method by processed through some stages. First, problem identification stage, then, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and the final step was the product trials. The validation was carried out by the expert validators and product user.
Based on the research conducted, it concluded that this game has 43 signs which fulfill the number of signs that must be taught to students according to the curriculum at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 31 Salatiga, 18% which is most often found on the road from the total number of traffic signs in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 13 years 2014.
 

Komunitas LINCAH (Lentera Ibu Indonesia Cerdas Berdaya Sejahtera) merupakan komunitas parenting berbasis oline yang fokus utamanya adalah tentang pendidikan dan Kesehatan ibu dan anak. Tujuan dari LINCAH ini terbentuk karena melihat banyaknya para ibu Indonesia yang terkadang merasa berjuang sendirian, dan tidak memiliki teman dalam merawat anak mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), metode yang melibatkan pelaksanaan penelitian untuk mendefinisikan sebuah masalah maupun menerapkan informasi ke dalam aksi sebagai solusi atas masalah yang telah terdefinisi. Teknik pengumupan datanya berupa wawancara, observasi, dan menggunakan kuisioner. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis aspek-aspek dalam komunitas LINCAH, yaitu aspek geografis, demografis, mata pencaharian, sejarah, struktural, stakeholder, masalah, dan tujuan. Setelah melakukan pengumulan data, didapatkan bahwa terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh komunitas LINCAH di mana menghambat perkembangan komunitas. Namun, secara keseluruhan, komunitas LINCAH dapat berjalan dengan baik dan mencapai tujuan mereka.

<p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini tim pengabdi menangkap permasalahan yang dihadapi para guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris, yaitu dibutuhkannya model pembelajaran yang atraktif, kreatif, dan menarik yang memicu peserta didik untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif di kelas dan menikmati proses belajar mengajar sehingga ketrampilan berbahasa Inggris mereka meningkat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melatih ketrampilan peserta didik untuk berpikir kritis dan aktif dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di kelas melalui media gambar berseri.</p><p>Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah dan diskusi, serta praktik. Metode ceramah adalah dengan memberikan penjelasan mengenai manfaat media gambar berseri dan bagaimana menggunakan gambar berseri dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Setelah para peserta didik dibekali dengan berbagai informasi tentang media gambar berseri, mereka dipandu untuk melakukan praktik bercerita.</p><p>Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan partisipasi aktif dari tiap kelompok peserta didik ketika melakukan sesi diskusi. Kegiatan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di dalam kelas menjadi lebih menarik dan atraktif. Para peserta didik saling memberikan komentar terhadap cerita yang dipresentasikan masing-masing kelompok. Penguasaan kosakata peserta didik juga lebih baik karena terbantu dengan adanya visual gambar. The purpose of this community service is to train students' skills to think critically and be active in learning English in the classroom through sequencing picture media.</p><p>The method used in this community service is the lecture and discussion method, as well as practice. The lecture method is to provide an explanation of the benefits of using sequencing pictures and how to use it in learning English. After the students were provided with various information about this media, they were guided to practice storytelling.</p><p>The results of this community service activity show the active participation of each group of students when conducting discussion sessions. English learning activities in the classroom become more interesting and attractive. The students give each other comments on the stories presented by each group. Students' vocabulary mastery is also better because it is helped by the presence of visual images. Lanskap pedesaan yang memiliki potensi sebagai desa wisata adalah Desa Wonosari, Kecamatan Tutur, Kabupaten Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. KPSP Setia Kawan yang berada di Dusun Nongkojojor, Desa Wonosari merupakan koperasi dibidang peternakan sapi perah yang ingin mengembangkan wisata desa berbasis pertanian dan peternakan. Namun pihak KPSP Setia Kawan menyadari bahwa pengembangan wisata disertai dengan penataan lanskap desa yang indah dan fungsional. Salah satu elemen desa yang perlu diperbaiki adalah koridor jalan raya Desa Wonosari. Berdasarkan kebutuhan tersebut dibutuhkan sebuah konsep desain lanskap yang estetika dan fungsional pada koridor jalan raya Desa Wonosari. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah mendesain lanskap koridor jalan raya Desa Wonosari yang estetika dan fungsional. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian adalah  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Focussed Group Discussion (FGD). Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi terhadap mitra Desa Wonosari memberikan manfaat yang besar dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Konsep yang diusulkan pada kawasan lanskap koridor jalan raya Desa Wonosari yaitu desain yang estetika dan fungsional dengan mempertimbangkan penggunaan elemen hard material dan soft material lokal sehingga dapat menekan biaya pemeliharaan.

Data collection was carried out on 10 validators consisting of priests, elementary school teachers, PIA and OMK assistants at the Most Holy Heart of Jesus Parish Metro. Data collection techniques used interview methods, questionnaires, validation test I, validation test II and FGD. The materials used in advocating children's faith during the Advent-Christmas Period that have been used so far do not have a syllabus but have used the liturgical year C. This type of research is empirical and uses a qualitative approach with secondary data source. From the explanation, it can be said that PT ALAMI Sharia has carried out Sharia fintech P2PL transactions that are following existing economic principles starting from the identification of potential recipients of funds, analysis carried out by PT ALAMI and risk mitigation carried out by PT ALAMI Syariah.

Technological developments at this time are very advanced in various ways, inviting everyone to find new discoveries, therefore an information processing work system that is fast, precise and accurate is expected to improve service to consumers to achieve goals.
