The problem in this study is that the performance of teachers at the Al Hamdiyyah Foundation is less than optimal, and this study aims to analyze whether the influence of hierarchical culture, transformational leadership, technical competence affects performance and the use of job satisfaction whether it mediates hierarchical culture, transformational leadership, technical competence on teacher performance at the Al Hamidiyah Foundation. Research data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. Respondents were 74 teachers, and the tool used was Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software. This research is  an outer model that uses reflection indicators. Thus the measurement is carried out by means of a convergent validity test (convergent validity) and a discriminant validity test (discriminant validity). The results showed that, hierarchical culture had an effect on performance, transformational leadership had no effect on performance, technical competence had an effect on performance, job satisfaction had an effect on performance; Hierarchical culture has an effect on job satisfaction, however, transformational leadership and technical competence have no effect on job satisfaction.Permasalahan pada penelitian ini dimana kinerja guru di Yayasan Al Hamdiyyah kurang optimal, serta penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah pengaruh budaya hirarki, kepemimpinan transformasional, kompetensi teknis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan menggunakan kepuasan kerja apakah memdiasi budaya hirarki, kepemimpinan transformasional, kompetensi teknis terhadap kinerja guru diYayasan Al Hamidiyyah. Data penelitian diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Responden sebanyak 74 guru, serta Alat bantu yang digunakan adalah software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Penelitian ini merupakan outer model yang menggunakan indikator refleksi. Dengan demikian pengukurannya dilakukan dengan cara uji validitas konvergen (convergent validity) dan uji validitas diskriminan (discriminant validity). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, budaya hiraki berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, kompetensi teknis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja; budaya hirarki berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja, namun demikian kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompetensi teknis tidak berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, organizational culture and work competence on employee performance directly and indirectly through organizational commitment as an intervener. The research was conducted at PT TIKI Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir Area, East Semarang. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires that included five variables with twenty seven indicators. The study was conducted using a census on all 36 employees, with a regression analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: there is a significant positive effect of Job Training on Organizational Commitment, while culture and competence have no effect on organizational commitment. On the other hand, culture and organizational commitment have an effect on performance, while training and competence have no effect on performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai intervening. Penelitian dilakukan di PT TIKI Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Area Semarang Timur. Data dikumpulkan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner yang menyajikan pertanyaan tercakup lima variabel dengan dua puluh tujuh indikator. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensus pada seluruh karyawan sejumlah 36 orang, dengan alat analisis regresi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, sedangkan budaya dan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh pada komitmen organisasi. This research was conducted to analyze the phrases in the procedural text in the Indonesian book Moving Together Class V SD Kurikulum Merdeka. This study focuses on analyzing phrases based on categories or word classes used in procedure texts. The purpose of this research analysis is to examine the use of adverb phrases, numerals, adjectives, nouns, and verbs in the Indonesian book Moving Together Class V SD Merdeka Curriculum. This study uses a methodological approach in the form of a qualitative descriptive approach and a theoretical approach in the form of a syntactic approach. The data in this study were taken from fragments of phrases in procedural texts in the Indonesian book Moving Together Class V SD Kurikulum Merdeka. The results of this study are that there are 9 noun phrases or nouns, 8 adverb phrases or adverbs, 2 verb or verb phrases, 2 adjective phrases or adjectives, and 1 numeral phrase or number word. The benefit of this research is to find out the types of phrases in the procedural text in the book Indonesian Moving Together for class V at the Merdeka Curriculum Elementary School as well as provide initial knowledge about phrases to fifth-grade elementary school students as an introductory knowledge to continue to the next level of education.

Background: Because of the very high mortality in children and children under the age of five, bronchopneumonia is the leading cause of death in children under the age of five worldwide. When viruses, bacteria, microbes and fungi enter the lungs through the respiratory system, they infect the lung parenchyma and cause pneumonia.
Objective: Analyzing ineffective airway clearance nursing care in children with bronchopneumonia by collaborative action of administering a nebulizer in the Picu Room of Prof. Hospital. Dr. H Aloei Saboe
Methods: Participants in this study, which used a quasi-experimental design, received treatment or intervention before measuring and analyzing the impacts. The pre-post-test group design method served as the basis for the research design. In children with bronchopneumonia, this strategy is used to check the results before and after administration of the nebulizer. Two young people who fight against crime become samples.
Results: The results of the study show the overall evaluation results after nursing actions, namely: Based on the results before being given a nebulizer to patients the problem was not resolved in 2 patients and after being given a nebulizer to patients the problem was resolved in 2 patients
Conclusion: Based on the description above, inhalation therapy to reduce symptoms of shortness of breath in children with bronchopneumonia is effective where inhalation therapy or steam inhalation therapy using drugs can widen the bronchial airways resulting in complaints such as shortness of breath and disappearance of breath sounds.

Salah satu pencegahannya ialah menghindari kerumunan. Pondok pesantren merupakan tempat yang biasanya terjadi kerumunan. Pasalnya, lembaga pendidikan ini mewajibkan seluruh santrinya untuk tinggal di asrama. Penelitian yang mengungkapan sebuah upaya pondok pesantren dalam mencegah terjadinya kasus Covid-19 ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode kualitatif mengasilkan sebuah penjelasan atau penggabaran dari suatu peristiwa. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, peneliti akan melakukan analisa data yang bersifat interaktif dengan menggunakan beberapa informan. Dari hasil penelitian diungkapkan bahwa dengan adanya penerapan beberapa aturan dan pemograman baru guna mencegah terjadinya kasus Covid-19 di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Program tersebut diantarnya, wajib menggunakan masker di beberapa kegiatan, tidak adanya kunjungan orang tua, dan adanya pemeriksaan rutin setiap satu bulan sekali. Salah satu yang dinilai efektif dalam pencegahan Covid-19 ialah terbentuknya Poskestren. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan bahwa tidak ditemukannya kasus Positif Covid-19 di lingkungan pesantren.</p>

International trade has become an increasingly important activity in the global economy. The implications of these business ethics include work standards and human rights, the environment, corruption, legal bankruptcy, transparency, and accountability, as well as sustainable social and environmental principles. This study aims to review the implications of business ethics in international trade. This study used a descriptive analytical method and data were obtained from related literature sources. The results of the study show that companies are involved in export and import activities in the country. The business ethics implications must be fulfilled to encourage responsible, sustainable, and beneficial international trade for all parties involved in international trade activities

Packaging is one part of a product's marketing strategy in order to increase competitiveness.  The socialization and packaging training held in the Blitar village aims to provide understanding and assist MSME in increasing the attractiveness and selling value of their products so that they can be accepted by consumers.  The result of this packaging socialization and training activity is to provide insight into innovative, attractive and up to date packaging so that the products being sold look more attractive and different from similar products.  For example, packaging using boxes can be added or combined with ribbons, logos, thank you labels or seal stickers on product packaging.  After holding socialization activities and packaging training, it is hoped that it will provide benefits for MSME players in Blitar village to increase their innovation and creativity in choosing the right packaging for their products so that the products sold are able to compete in the market and increase consumer appeal.
 

This study aims to explain entrepreneurship learning and gain an understanding of the process of implementing entrepreneurship learning in increasing the attractiveness and creative thinking of students at SMP Negeri 3 Blitar. The research subfocus consists of 1). Learning models in improving the character of the entrepreneurial spirit of SMP Negeri 3 Blitar students, 2). The contribution of East Java "Veteran" UPN KKN students in improving the character of the entrepreneurial spirit of SMP Negeri 3 Blitar students, 3). The achievement of implementing entrepreneurship learning in improving the character of the entrepreneurial spirit of SMP Negeri 3 Blitar students. Research findings include: (1) improving the entrepreneurship learning model by balancing theory and practice, learning that is more focused on practical application, and realizing the objectives of the study program to produce graduates with an entrepreneurial spirit; (2) prototype design and development consists of three components: learning objectives, learning methods, and assessment; (3); and (4) learning development through the use of experimental classes.

MSMEs are one of the pillars of the national economy which must get the main opportunity, support, protection and development as wide as possible as a form of firm alignment with the people's economic business group without ignoring the role of big business. The purpose of this KKN activity is to provide assistance regarding digital marketing, especially through social media, for roasted rice micro businesses in Kepanjen Kidul Village, Blitar City to increase sales of these products.The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The descriptive method is used to describe the efforts of UMKM Nasi Bakar "Pak Githu" in developing its marketing with digital marketing. While a qualitative approach is used to explain the process of implementing digital marketing in line with the development of its business.The mentoring work program carried out for Nasi Bakar SMEs is to rebrand products, make labels and business cards, utilize digital marketing, carry out digital content creation. Through a strong brand identity and an effective digital marketing strategy, Nasi Bakar MSMEs in the Kepanjen Kidul Village can experience significant empowerment.
