Efforts to prevent drug abuse will be able to live with the encouragement of parents. The Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse (CASA) suggests that key families to prevent drug addiction, and the social environment, provide ethical, moral and counseling, teaching and training according to adolescent self-development. The purpose of research to determine the influence of family and social relationships against drug abuse prevention in Kuta Baro Aceh Besar. Correlative research design with cross-sectional approach. The number of samples is 68 respondents. The result of univariate research shows that as many as 54,4% respondent with family is not harmonic, 52,9% respondent with negative social environment, 51,5% respondent with negative drug abuse prevention. Bivariate results show that there is a family relationship with the action of prevention of drug abuse in Cot Yang District of Aceh Besar Regency with P value = 0,031 and there is social environment relation with the action of prevention of drug abuse in Gampong Cot Yang Sub-district of Aceh Besar Regency with p value = 0.035. It is suggested that the Geuchik Gampong can work together with religious leaders and youth of the village to provide information for adolescents about the dangers of abuse.

The Minimal Pairs technique is a technique for investigating the existence of phonemes (language sounds that can distinguish meaning) by comparing two or more forms of speech sounds in the same environment. The minimal pairs technique is used to practice pronunciation skills, especially on similar word sounds and makes it easier for us to distinguish phoneme sounds in English. This study aims to determine student perceptions of the use of minimal pairs technique in class. This research is qualitative research using questionnaires and interviews that ask students' perceptions about the use of minimal pairs technique in class. The results of this study indicate that most students have positive perceptions of using the minimal pairs technique in improving their pronunciation skills. Then they argue that their pronunciation skills improve after using the minimal pairs technique. So that this technique can be suggested as a learning method that will be applied in class learning to improve students' pronunciation skills.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat aplikasi penjualan berbasis Customer Relationship Management (CRM) untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan profitabilitas jangka panjang pada Imam Motor. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Imam Motor masih melakukan sistem pemasaran secara manual dengan market yang terbatas pada daerah sekitar serta  belum adanya sistem Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang berguna untuk mencari pelanggan baru dan mempertahankan pelanggan lama dengan berbasis web. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada Imam Motor adalah penerapan aplikasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) penjualan sparepart motor sehingga dapat mengelola penjualan dan mendapatkan database pelanggan yang lebih banyak yang dapat melakukan pemesanan secara online.

Introduction : Pain in labor is pain due to uterine contractions which can lead to increased activity of the sympathetic nervous system, changes in blood pressure, heart rate, breathing, and if not treated it will increase feelings of worry, tension, fear and stress. Warm and cold water compress therapy is a non-pharmacological method to meet the need for comfort and to treat pain. Objective : to determine the effectiveness of giving warm and cold compresses to reduce pain in active phase 1 infartu mothers at RSIA Siti Khadidjah Aisyiyah, Gorontalo city. Research Methods : One group of subjects will be used in this study with a pre-experimental research design with a one-group pre-post test strategy to determine cause and effect. Before the intervention, the subject group was monitored, and then after the intervention. Mothers who were in the early phase of the active phase of physiological labor in the VK room of RSIA Siti Khadijah Aisyiyah, Gorontalo City, were used as research subjects. Research Results : The results of this study found acute pain in the four patients, it was found that 2 patients were given warm water compresses, the pain level decreased to a pain scale of 4 (moderate) and in the administration of cold water compresses to 2 patients, the pain level decreased to a pain scale of 6 and 5 (currently). Conclusion : the conclusion of this study is seen from the level of pain that has decreased when given warm water or cold water compresses. Hot and cold compress therapy is a non-pharmacological method to treat pain.

Community nursing or community health nursing is the practice of maintaining and improving public health using knowledge from nursing, social sciences and public health sciences. Another definition of community nursing is a form of professional service based on nursing knowledge and tips aimed primarily at high-risk groups to improve community health status by emphasizing efforts to improve health, disease prevention and not neglecting curative and rehabilitative (Kholifah & Widagdo, 2016). Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan memahami Pengaruh Edukasi Modal dan Media Sosial terhadap Keputusan Investasi pada Generasi Millenial di Universitas Mahendradatta. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif yang mempergunakan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipergunakan yakni pengambilan sampel bertujuan. Teknik penganalisisan data yang diterapkan yakni analisis regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian ini menyebutkan edukasi pasar modal dan media sosial mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan investasi mahasiswa generasi millennial di Universitas Mahendradatta. Jadi bisa diartikan bahwa jika nilai variabel X (pengaruh edukasi modal dan media sosial) meningkat, maka nilai Y (keputusan investasi) juga akan meningkat. Dengan kata lain apabila ada peningkatan pada edukasi pasar modal dan pengaruh media sosial, maka ada peningkatan juga pada keputusan mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi. 

Pejuang UMKM harus bisa melihat barang apa saja yang laris di pasar lapangan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan warga agar kami sebagai penggiat UMKM dapat menyediakannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online. Fokus penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk dan persepsi harga kerupuk Hudi Jaya. Lokasi penelitian terletak di Simo Mojoruntut, Kecamatan Krembung, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga dapat disimpulkan, 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan produk. kualitas terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 4) pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara simultan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan pengaruh online costumer review dan online costumer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee, untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial  pengaruh signifikan online costumer review terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee, untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial pengaruh online costumer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee (Studi kasus Mahasiswa/i Universitas Andi Djemma kota Palopo Fakultas Ekonomi Prodi Manajemen Angkatan 2020). Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 sampel dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel teknik purposisive sampling yaitu, teknik penentuan sampel data yang didasarkan pada pertimbangan tertentu. Tekhnik pengumpulan data meliputi angket atau keusioner. Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, dan uji regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan spss versi 21 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan Online Costumer Review (X1) dan Online Costumer Rating (X2) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee (studi kasus pada Mahasiswa/i Universitas Andi Djemma Fakultas Ekonomi Angkatan 20 di kota Palopo). Secara parsial Online Costumer Review (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial Online Costumer Rating (X2) berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Isi platform merdeka mengajar antara lain adalah edukasi menjadi penggerak untuk guru dalam mewujudkan pelajar pancasila. Menyediakan referensi bagi guru untuk mengembangkan praktik mengajar sesuai kurikulum merdeka, serta mendorong guru untuk terus berkarya dan menyediakan wadah berbagi paktek yang baik. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini merupakan memberikan pengetahuan dan pengenalan mengenai aplikasi platform kampus merdeka sebagai wadah berkarya guru.

Background: Adolescents undergo changes where In Indonesia, the incidence of LBW is still relatively high, this is evidenced by the presence of data which shows that the birth rate of babies with normal weight is still below the expected rate. The global prevalence of LBW is 15.5%. A total of around 20 million LBW are born every year and 95.5% of them come from developing countries. The infant mortality rate (IMR) in Indonesia increased in 2012 from 19 per 1,000 live births to 22.23% per 1,000 live births (SUPAS, 2015). Based on the results of the East Java National Socio- Economic Survey (Susenas) 2011–2013, the infant mortality rate (IMR) in East Java in 2013 was 27.23% per 1,000 live births (East Java Province Health Profile, 2014). Purpose: This study aims to determine the factors that influence the incidence of low birth weight babies. Method: This type of research is analytic observational. With the analytical design of the case study study (case study) and using a retrospective approach. The sample used in this study was an accidental sample of all babies born at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency with birth weight less than 2,500 grams, as many as 34 babies. Result: From the results of research conducted at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency, the results of the factors that influence the occurrence of low birth weight in Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency, namely, the nutritional factors of pregnant women with a result of 58.8%, Parity of a mother who experiences pregnancy> 4 times tends to experiencing low birth weight with a percentage of 29.4%, followed by maternal age as much as 14.7%. Conclusion: It is expected that pregnant women with high risk factors for pregnancy in the categories of pregnant women <20 years, parity of pregnant women> 4x, and nutritional status (LILA <23.5cm) can reduce the incidence of low birth weight at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency.
