Keberagaman peserta didik sangat mempengaruhi hasil belajar di kelas. Salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan guru untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik adalah dengan menerapkan Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Matematika, khususnya pada pokok bahasan Program Linear. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang melibatkan empat unsur yaitu, visual, auditori, kinestetik, dan membaca-menulis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus dan dimulai dengan kegiatan prasiklus. Pada setiap siklus dilakukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, evaluai, dan refleksi. Penelitian dilakukan pada 36 peserta didik kelas X Boga 1 SMK Negeri 6 Semarang. Hasil yang diperoleh pada kegiatan prasiklus menunjukkan bahwa hanya 11 peserta didik (30,56%) yang tuntas, sedangkan 25 peserta didik (69,44%) tidak tuntas dengan nilai rata-rata 65,39. Pada siklus I, terjadi peningkatan jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas menjadi 21 peserta didik (58,33%) dan 15 peserta didik (41,67%) tidak tuntas dengan nilai rata-rata 71,78. Pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan lagi, dimana jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas mencapai 34 peserta didik (94,44%) dan hanya 2 peserta didik (5,56%) yang tidak tuntas dengan nilai rata-rata 85,58. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Matematika, khususnya pada pokok bahasan Program Linear di kelas X Boga 1 SMK Negeri 6 Semarang.

Child abuse often occurs in today's digital era, even sexual harassment has become a frightening thought for Indonesian children today. This activity aims to help students to find out what efforts can be made in order to prevent and avoid the occurrence of sexual violence against themselves. The methods and media used in this activity are in the form of counseling using learning aids in the form of a PPT (Power Point) display which is made as attractive as possible to make it more effective and also uses video. The results show that many students still do not know about acts of sexual violence, with this counseling SD Negeri Babakan students can gain and increase their understanding of acts of sexual violence and what steps need to be taken if these acts occur to themselves. Through this counseling method students can easily understand acts of sexual violence and the efforts that need to be made to avoid it.

Telemedicine, penggunaan teknologi digital dan komunikasi untuk layanan kesehatan jarak jauh, telah mengalami perkembangan pesat dan menawarkan potensi peningkatan aksesibilitas dan efisiensi dalam layanan kesehatan. Namun, adopsi dan implementasi telemedicine juga menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk privasi dan keamanan data, kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi, dan hambatan hukum dan regulasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pasien dalam penggunaan telemedicine berdasarkan bukti ilmiah yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode review sistematis dari studi-studi terkait telemedicine. Hasil review ini dirangkum dan dijadikan dasar untuk diskusi lebih lanjut tentang efektivitas telemedicine, tantangan dalam implementasinya, serta implikasinya bagi sektor kesehatan dan penelitian lebih lanjut. Saran diberikan berdasarkan temuan review ini untuk penelitian atau praktik mendatang yang berfokus pada peningkatan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pasien dalam penggunaan telemedicine serta penyelesaian tantangan dalam implementasinya.

Tuberculosis (TB) is still a major global health problem and is spreading all over the world, including in Indonesia. In recent years, the incidence of TB in Indonesia has continued to increase. Data in East Java also shows that TB is increasing at any time and one of the largest is in Jember. This is caused by various factors, such as the lack of public knowledge about TB, high poverty rates, and lack of access to health services. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase public knowledge about TB and how to prevent its spread.
The aim of this program is to provide education related to TB disease prevention among the people of Banjarsengon, Patrang District, Jember, East Java. The target of this program is the general public who are at risk of contracting TB, such as migrant workers, farmers and informal workers.
The method used is presentation using actual references and socialization. Socialization can be done through various media, such as leaflets distributed to participants. The socialization material presented included an explanation of TB symptoms, ways of transmission, ways of prevention, and access to health services. Apart from that, educational media is also made, which can be in the form of short videos as an illustration for the participants of this education for prevention and early detection. With increasing public knowledge, it is hoped that it can reduce the incidence of TB among the community in Banjarsengon

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari informan 7 kunci dan 3 informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk yang berkualitas baik dan terjamin dapat mendukung peningkatan penjualan pada CV. OTO ONDERDIL Semarang. Harga yang terjangkau dibandingkan toko yang lain dan memberikan garansi pembelian spareparts selama 1 hari dengan ketentuan kecuali barang elektronik (aki, pompa solar dan accu) dan nota pembelian tidak hilang dapat mendukung peningkatan penjualan pada CV. OTO ONDERDIL Semarang. Tempat yang strategis dekat dengan jalan raya dan depan Polsek Genuk dapat mendukung meningkatkan penjualan. Promosi mulut ke mulut secara langsung dan media sosial seperti facebook, instagram dan shopee yang baik dapat mendukung dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada CV. OTO ONDERDIL Semarang. Maka keempat komponen seperti produk, harga, tempat dan promosi dalam bauran pemasaran dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk spareparts CV. OTO ONDERDIL Semarang.

<p>Partisipasi masyarakat merupakan prasyarat yang penting dalam setiap pelaksanaan pembangunan dimana setiap warga negara memiliki hak untuk terlibat secara aktif. Pemerintah harus melibatkan masyarakat di sekitar kawasan daya tarik wisata religi dikarenakan masyarakatlah yang banyak mengetahui kondisi daya tarik wisata tersebut. Pembangunan yang tidak melibatkan masyarakat akan cenderung meminggirkan masyarakat itu sendiri. Namun dalam kenyataannya sering terjadi pengabaian terhadap partisipasi masyarakat, sehingga masyarakat masih menjadi objek pelaksanaan pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan pada daya tarik wisata religi di Kawasan Cirebon. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pemilik bisnis adalah informan utama untuk penelitian ini; Informan pendukung meliputi pimpinan desa, lembaga, dan masyarakat lainnya. Observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan bagian dari proses analisis data.</p>

This research refers to the decision of presidential regulation number 80 of 2017 concerning the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and based on the approval letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number B/411/M.KT.01 2018 dated June 8, 2018 concerning the Arrangement of Technical Implementation Units of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency. /In this study, the problem for researchers is to find out how the socialization of the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang is to help the consumer community to choose products that already have a distribution permit in order to protect consumers from dangerous cosmetics by introducing the Bpom Mobile application as a very useful application to help the public in purchasing cosmetics that are safe and have a distribution permit. the research used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources and use data collection techniques by observation, interview, and documentation. The theory in this study refers to Budiani's theory (2007: 53), namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, program monitoring. The results showed that the first indicator, namely the accuracy of program targets, still had to set age limits to be able to use the Bpom Mobile application so that people could find out the rules for using the Bpom Mobile application. The second indicator is the socialization of the program, the Pom Workshop in Tanjungpinang makes a lot of socialization both for the community, students of school children who make Bpom Mobile material an important material in every socialization / counseling and even open a stand to explain the Bpom Mobile application. The third indicator is the purpose of the program, has the aim that the public knows that there is an application that is very helpful for buying a product to ascertain whether the product used has a distribution permit and is safe for use in everyday life. The fourth indicator is monitoring program results, the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang sees that the results of the Bpom Mobile application program are beneficial to the community even though it is difficult for people who cannot use cellphones to use the Bpom Mobile application. The conclusion of this study is that the socialization of Bpom has not been effective because there are still many people who do not know that the Bpom Mobile application exists.

Background: The majority of stroke patients are in the age range of 55 years old and above. Someone who suffers from a stroke and does not immediately get assessed may experience changes in mental status, impaired speech due to facial paralysis, visual perceptual disturbances, and body paralysis, which can lead to the development of decubitus ulcers. Decubitus ulcers occur resulting from the prolonged pressures on the soft tissues that happen on bony areas against solid surfaces. The prevention of decubitus ulcers involves repositioning and mobilization. Repositioning or mobilization can also improve muscle strength and promote independence. Objective: The aim of this study is to describe the comparative final outcomes between two respondents in terms of the scale of decubitus risk before and after the implementation of mobilization. Method: A descriptive research design with a case study approach, conducted on two respondents. Results: Before the implementation of mobilization, both respondents were at moderate risk of developing decubitus ulcers. After repositioning every two hours for six days, both respondents had a low scale risk of developing decubitus ulcers and decubitus ulcers can be prevented. Conclusion: Mobilization has an influence on the degree of decubitus ulcers development in elderly stroke patients.
