Narcotics are substances or drugs that are very useful, especially in the medical world and are needed to treat certain diseases. However, if it is misused or used not in accordance with treatment standards, it can have very detrimental consequences if accompanied by the abuse and illicit trafficking of narcotics which results in greater danger to the life and cultural values ??of the nation which will ultimately weaken national resilience. The research method we use is a Case Study research method in which we examine a criminal defendant with methamphetamine as contained in Case Number: 1677/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Mdn, Wednesday 20 September 2023. vIn the case of a methamphetamine drug courier , two perpetrators named Saiful ag and Marzali were caught red-handed carrying 4 kilograms of methamphetamine. For their actions, the two defendants were charged under Article 114 2 of Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics or Article 112 Paragraph 2 of Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Combination Drugs. with Article 55 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze whether career development and discipline moderated by rewards have an effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used were literature and questionnaires. The results of this research are that career development has no effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees, discipline has a positive effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees, career development and discipline simultaneously influence employee performance through rewards.

Kampung Batik Rejomulyo, sebuah kampung yang memiliki warisan seni budaya dan kerajinan batik yang kaya. Dalam konteks globalisasi dan persaingan ketat, pengembangan dan promosi kampung batik ini diperlukan untuk menjaga relevansi dan daya saingnya. Salah satu caranya melalui pembuatan desain logo yang akan dijadikan ikon baru kampung tersebut. Logo ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengenalan produk batik semarangan, serta dapat menjadi aset berharga untuk strategi branding produk batik semarangan di Kampung Batik Rejomulyo. Harapan dari penggunaan logo baru ini dapat memberikan identitas yang kuat bagi Kampung Batik Rejomulyo, tidak hanya di tingkat lokal tetapi juga secara nasional maupun internasional.

Menopausal women have a higher risk of hypertension than those who have not been menopausal. Hypertension can damage organs and cause stroke, kidney failure and heart attack. The purpose of the study was to determine the incidence of hypertension in menopausal women in the Working Area of the Lok Batu Health Center. This research method uses quantitative analytical surveys with a cross sectional approach. The population is all menopausal women in the Working Area of Lok Batu Health Center as many as 156 people with purposive sampling techniques as many as 61 respondents. Chi square data analysis technique. The results showed that the majority of the incidence of level 2 hypertension was 33 respondents (54.1%), hormonal birth control history was 42 respondents (68.9%), normal BMI was 33 respondents (54.1%), basic education was 57 respondents (93.4%), working as many as 40 respondents (65.6%). The results of statistical tests using chi square had no relationship between family planning history p = 0.531 (p > 0.05), body mass index p = 0.458 (p > 0.05), education p = 0.403 (p > 0.05) and work p = 0.399 (p > 0.05) with the incidence of hypertension in menopausal women in the working area of the Lok Batu Health Center.

The teacher is one of the main components that really determines the success of the teaching and learning process. Thus, teachers should create the right situations and conditions to enable the learning process in students by directing all resources and using appropriate teaching and learning strategies, which include approaches, methods and learning techniques. To overcome the low learning achievement of students, researchers conducted Classroom Action Research on class XII SMKN Catering Services students. 1 Simanindo by applying the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by YouTube. This research aims to improve learning achievement and critical reasoning abilities in students. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of several stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of tests and observations, with a descriptive approach. The results of the research increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2. In cycle 1 there were still students in the appropriate category in the learning achievement variable and the category began to develop in the critical reasoning variable, then entering cycle 2 there was an increase with no students in the appropriate category in learning achievement variable, and categories began to develop on the critical reasoning variable.

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of profitability and company size on corporate social responsibility in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The type of research used is a quantitative method. The type of data used in this research is panel data, namely a combination of time series data and cross section data. The data source used in the research is secondary data. Of the 46 companies in the population in this study, only 13 companies met the criteria. The technique used is purposive sampling. In analyzing the data using Eviews 8 software. Based on the research results, it shows that profitability has no effect on corporate social responsibility and company size has a negative and significant effect on corporate social responsibility.

This purpose  of this research is to examine the effect of firm size, profitability, leverage on environmental disclosure with competitive advantage as moderation. The research period is 3 years starting from 2019 to 2021. There are 64 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. sample selection using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing is done by using panel data regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that company size has a positive effect on environmental disclosure. Profitability, have no effect on environmental disclosure.

The method used is library research, collecting data by searching for sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, journals and existing research. In the criminal justice system, witnesses have not been maximally protected in a number of laws and regulations such as in the Criminal Procedure Code and in the Criminal Code, where witnesses have not received maximum attention because in the law above, almost in the articles of the Criminal Procedure Code there is not a single article that specifically regulates witness protection and almost every article in the Criminal Procedure Code and the Criminal Code, witness rights are always included with the rights of victims. The Criminal Procedure Code, which has so far been the basis for proceedings in Indonesian criminal justice, does not regulate the rights and protection of witnesses fundamentally or specifically even though there are several provisions. in the Criminal Procedure Code which regulates, regarding the rights of a witness as Article 108 paragraph (1) reads: every person who experiences, sees and witnesses and/or becomes a victim of an incident which constitutes a criminal act has the right to submit a report or complaint to the investigator or investigator either verbally or verbally. writing.

The dedication to this community is the training of teacher competence development related to learning media that is carried out for teachers in the Nekamese, Kupang District, East Nusa Tenggara Province in the year 2023. The implementation is based on the need for teachers to develop competence against the use of technology in making learning media in accordance with the requirements of the independent curriculum in force today. This activity aims to enhance the competence of teachers in the use of technology in order to design interesting and innovative learning. In today's digital age, teachers are not only required to improve their teaching skills based on their material knowledge, but are also required to be able to apply innovative and enjoyable learning to encourage and motivate students in learning and thinking at a high level. The learning media used in this activity is the creation of teaching materials using exe learning, live worksheet and instrumentation using blookets. There are still many teachers in the Nekamese district who have never developed innovative teaching materials with the use of technology. Usually the teachers only teach in front of the methods of lectures and group discussions, and still give the questions of practice or examination in the form of manuals. As a result, students are less motivated and tired of learning. Therefore, through this training, teachers are trained and guided in creating gamification-based material and instruments until the product is produced and applied in classroom learning. This learning media can be presented in an interactive and interesting way so that it will motivate students to follow the learning. Teachers will also be increasingly creative in innovating to develop teaching materials and instruments of interest to students.

Wanprestasi yang sering terjadi dalam perjanjian biasanya disebabkan karena salah satu pihak    tidak memenuhi kewajiban sesuai dengan yang disepakati dalam perjanjian tersebut, demikian juga yang terjadi dalam perjanjian  sewa menyewa busana dan dekorasi di Sanggar Hanny Semarang,  sehingga menimbulkan sengketa yang harus diselesaikan.  Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini akan mengkaji cara penyelesaian wanprestasi dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa busana dan dekorasi di Sanggar Hanny Semarang, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam penyelesaian wanprestasi tersebut dan upaya mengatasinya. Jenis/tipe penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris, dengan spesifikasi penelitian diskriptif analitis.    Sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah  penyelesaian wanprestasi dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa busana dan dekorasi  pada  Sanggar Hanny Semarang  tahun 2021.    Sampel tersebut diambil dengan cara  purpsive. Data yang dipakai adalah data primer dan data sekunder, yang diambil dengan cara wawancara, studi pustaka, dan studi dokumentasi. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian wanprestasi dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa busana dan dekorasi di Sanggar Hanny Semarang dilakukan dengan cara kekeluargaan secara musyawarah dan mufakat dengan meminta pertanggungjawaban dari pihak penyewa karena perbuatan yang dilakukan pihak penyewa menimbulkan kerugian materiil dengan jumlah ganti rugi yang harus dibayaroleh pihak penyewa busana dan dekorasi Sanggar Hanny Semarang ditentukan berdasarkan kesepakatan para pihak. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penyelesaian wanprestasi tersebut adalah  1) kurangnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki masyarakat mengenai kekuatan hukum pada perjanjian tidak tertulis, 2) penyewa masih banyak yang tidak mengetahui bagaimana hak dan kewajibannya, 3) sulitnya beracara meminta pergantian kerugian sewa menyewa di pengadilan.  Kendala tersebut diatasi dengan cara 1) melakukan pendekatan persuasif melalui media massa (media elektronik dan jejaring media sosial) mengenai persoalan hukum khususnya yang terkait dengan perjanjian 2) menjelaskan kepada masyarakat tentang hak dan kewajiban dari para pihak yang melakukan perjanjian sewa menyewa sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku dalam KUHPerdata dan UUPK, 3) membantu proses aduan, klaim kerugian dan pembayarannya dalam menyelesaikan pemberian ganti kerugian sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab dari wanprestasi yang telah dilakukan sesuai prosedur yang berlaku dengan mengutamakan penyelesaian secara damai dan cepat tanpa harus melalui proses pengadilan.
