Kelurahan Penanggungan khususnya RT. 9, RW. 8 merupakan salah satu wilayah yang berada di Kecamatan Klojen, Kota Malang dimana sebagian besar didominasi oleh kawasan permukiman padat sehingga sangat sedikit lahan yang tersisa untuk bercocok tanam. Namun demikian hal ini tidak menyurutkan semangat warganya untuk melakukan penghijauan dalam kondisi keterbatasan lahan tersebut. Masyarakat memanfaatkan setiap sudut yang tersedia dengan mengembangkan sistem pertanian kota (urban farming) dengan cara yang sudah dipahami.  Namun demikian masih belum optimal, khususnya dalam hal pemeliharaan tanaman. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sehingga didapatkan hasil budidaya tanaman yang lebih baik dan menguntungkan bagi warga. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat sasaran. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi serta analisis data dan pelaporan. Hasil pengabdian memberikan dampak positif kepada masyarakat berupa semakin tertatanya tanaman yang ada dan meningkatnya pengetahuan warga.

Kehidupan mengalami perkembangan sangat pesat secara terus menerus waktu demi waktu terlebih lagi dalam penampilan sehingga dianggap penting sebagai citra diri seseorang. Peningkatan penampilan dapat dimulai dari perawatan tubuh, yakni dengan menggunakan produk kesehatan kulit yang lazim dikenal dengan sebutan skin care dan body care yang marak digunakan oleh remaja sehingga minat beli pada product body care khususnya scarlett whitening meningkat. Minat beli dapat dipengaruhi oleh endorser selebriti pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut serta persepsi kualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara endorser selebriti, pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut, serta persepsi kualitas terhadap minat beli dengan melibatkan 100 remaja sebagai responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara endorser selebriti dan persepsi kualitas terhadap minat beli serta tidak adanya hubungan pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut terhadap minat beli.

Entrepreneurs have an important role in a country economy, this is because the presence and role of entrepreneurs greatly influences various aspects, especially aspects of life and society and economy. For this reason students are directed to take part in the entrepreneurship programs in order to foster entrepreneurial concentration. The results of this study indicatte that understanding of the Tri-Nga and unerstanding of the Tri-N affect the interest in entrepreneurship.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika pemerintah dalam menangani kasus endemic penyakit mulut dan kuku di Indonesia yang terjadi di tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan literature review. Literature review memiliki beberapa tujuan yaitu menginformasikan kepada pembaca hasil-hasil penelitian lain yang berkaitan erat dengan penelitian yang dilakukan saat itu, menghubungkan penelitian dengan literatur-literatur yang ada, dan mengisi celah dalam penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemerintah telah melakukan banyak upaya dalam menanggulangi kasus penyakit PMK antara lain dilakukannya vaksin secara merata, dilakukannya biosekuriti, mengobati hewan terpapar PMK, melakukan pengujian dan tes, serta dilakukannya penyembelihan hewan ternak yang telah terpapar penyakit. hal ini dilakukan untuk kembali membangun perekonomian indonesia yang sempat porak-poranda akibat penyakit PMK ini terkusus bagi para peternak. Kesimpulan dari artikel ini yaitu pemerintah Indonesia telah berhasil menemukan strategi dalam menanggulangi dan mengurangi kasus endemic PMK. Upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah meminimalkan resiko sekala besar terkait hal-hal yang terdampak dari endemic PMK.

Workload is a description of the volume of work. In hospitals, the workload covers many aspects and this has an impact on compliance with the implementation of SOPs for new patient admissions which can be influenced by high workloads. The aim of this research is to determine "The relationship between emergency room nurse workload and compliance with standard operational procedures for accepting new patients." This research was conducted using a cross-sectional Descriptive Analytical research method, which emphasizes the time of measurement or observation and independent and dependent variables only once. The population in this study was 23 subjekts with a sampling technique using total sampling technique and the sample for this study was 23 subjekts. Data collection uses questionnaires and observation sheets. Analyzed using the chi square test. Based on the chi-square results, it can be seen that the p value is 0.026, which is smaller than p (? < 0.5), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the workload of emergency department nurses and compliance with the implementation of new patient admission procedures. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the workload of emergency department nurses and compliance with the implementation of new patient admission procedures at RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih, Manado City. Suggestions to hospitals can pay more attention to the workload they experience so as to provide good service to patients.

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat membuat kemudahan untuk mengakses data oleh umum sehingga dibutuhkan suatu perlindungan hak cipta guna melindungi hak perihal pemilikan data secara legal. Audio watermarking yang diusulkan menanamkan informasi bit biner ke dalam sebuah media digital berupa audio yang tidak menyebabkan kerusakan pada media yang disisipi informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi metode DWT dan Histogram. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa audio terwatermark yang mempunyai kualitas tinggi dan tidak menimbulkan dampak berati terhadap sinyal informasi yang telah disisipkan dengan menggunakan parameter Bit Error Ratio (BER). Pada penelitian ini, rata-rata BER yang didapat saat dilakukan serangan LPF adalah 0.07952. Sehingga metode ini mempunyai ketahanan yang tinggi. Sedangkan tanpa serangan watermark dapat terekstrak sempurna tanpa kerusakan dengan BER=0.

ThisThis study aims to examine financial management and financial accounting systems on the quality of financial reports. Collecting research data using a questionnaire. Questionnaires were delivered to 35 employees of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province. This research is included in quantitative research. The sample was determined using total sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple regression using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that financial management has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports and the financial accounting system cannot influence the quality of financial reports.

Currently, globalization has entered the digitalization era, where digitalization has become one of the most important factors in organizational life. In recent years, there has been a steady increase in the use of technology in HR strategy and planning. This article explains how to apply talent management to develop human resources in this digital era. The method used in writing this article is using the literature review method, which searches databases from various reference sources such as journals, books and necessary data related to talent management. Effective talent management includes not only managing traditional human resources, but also focusing efforts on developing digital skills, identifying talent that fits digital initiatives, and creating a culture of innovation. Flexibility, mobility and giving employees greater responsibility have become important elements in successful talent management in the digital era. The use of technology also plays a key role in talent management with tools and data analytics that support better decision making. Regular evaluation and employee engagement are important aspects in ensuring successful talent management. Effective talent management will help companies remain competitive and ready to face ongoing technological changes.

This research aims to find out about the adaptation experiences experienced by students from Kebumen studying at the University of Jember. The aim of this research is to find out how students from Kebumen adapt and deal with culture shock while living in Jember. In adapting, students from Kebumen were assisted by the Kebumen Student Association (PERHIMAK), which is a family-based association that helps students from Kebumen adapt while living in Jember. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach as a constructivist paradigm and in-depth interviews as a data collection technique. Interviews were conducted with students from Kebumen who studied and migrated to the University of Jember who were adapting to the culture shock and what difficulties they experienced while in Jember. The results of this research describe the underlying motives for students from Kebumen to migrate and study at Jember University, the adaptation experiences they have had, and how they overcome culture shock and homesickness during the ongoing adaptation process.
 
 

In January-February 2022, there was a surge in Covid-19 cases due to the omicron virus mutation. Consequently, the government advised conducting remote learning for all students using internet-connected devices. Changes in vision function during childhood occurred globally in 2050 children, with 10% of Indonesia's 66 million children experiencing visual impairments. Maintaining eye health in this age group is facilitated through school health units, and the results are reported to parents during each semester's report card distribution. This study aimed to measure the differences in family developmental tasks concerning childhood vision function. The research design employed was a cross-sectional study using descriptive analysis involving 111 respondents: parents and elementary school students selected through accidental sampling. Data collection took place in October 2022. The measurement tool, developed from Dunst (1984), assessed family developmental tasks, converted into the Brinkman index. Student vision was measured using a Snellen card, and the level of difference was assessed using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The Brinkman index results showed that 38.14% had good vision function, 45.35% were adequate, and 16.51% were poor. The hypothesis test yielded a p-value of 0.316 0.05, indicating no significant difference between family developmental tasks and childhood vision function.Top of Form
