Plyometric training is a physical training method aimed at improving explosive strength and movement speed, which are crucial in martial arts such as silat. This mini-research aims to analyze the effect of plyometric training on enhancing the quality of kicks in silat, particularly in terms of power, speed, and accuracy. The method used is qualitative, involving a plyometric training program over several weeks applied to individuals learning silat, with performance measurements of kicks taken before and after the intervention. The results show that plyometric training significantly improves lower limb explosive power, coordination, and kicking effectiveness. These findings suggest that plyometrics is an effective training approach and can be integrated into physical development programs, particularly to enhance kicking ability.

This article examines the role of literature as a medium for social criticism. Literature is not merely a collection of beautiful words; it also functions to convey emotions, ideas, and criticism regarding social issues. Literature can portray societal conditions and various issues veiled in public discourse, fostering debate, reflection, and acting as a catalyst for social change. This article specifically analyzes W.S. Rendra's poem "Orang Kepanasan" (People Overheated) as a clear example of how literature can serve as a medium for social critique.Using a descriptive qualitative approach and documentation method, this study identifies various forms of injustice, including social inequality, legal injustice, and political injustice, as represented in the poem. Rendra employs symbolism and precise language to express public dissatisfaction, even if not explicitly. The per-stanza analysis of the poem reveals sharp criticism that depicts the limited lives of the marginalized confronting luxury and power. Thus, this article affirms that literary works have a cumulative role in shaping public opinion, fostering critical thinking about surrounding circumstances, and disseminating critical ideas, even if change does not occur instantaneously.
 
 

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual competence, work attitude, and internal communication on employee performance at PT Kido Mulia Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the importance of competent human resources, a positive work attitude, and effective internal communication in improving employee productivity. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample consisted of 99 respondents who are employees of PT KMI, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that, partially, the variable of individual competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value greater than the t-table value and a significance level below 0.05. Similarly, work attitude and internal communication variables also have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.736 indicates that 73.6% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 26.4% is explained by other variables outside the model. The managerial implication of this research emphasizes the importance for company management to enhance employee competence through training programs, foster a positive work culture, and strengthen effective internal communication systems. These actions are expected to support the sustainable improvement of employee performance.

Inequality in wealth distribution is a serious problem in the modern economic system. The gap between high and low income groups continues to widen, triggering various social problems. In the perspective of Islamic economics, zakat, infaq and waqf are present as instruments that not only have worship values, but also significant social and economic functions. This study aims to analyze the contribution of these three instruments in reducing the inequality of wealth distribution in society. Through descriptive qualitative approach and literature study, this research examines various literatures and secondary data obtained from zakat, infaq, and waqf management institutions in Indonesia. The results show that zakat, infaq, and waqf are able to act as effective wealth redistribution tools, improve the welfare of vulnerable groups, and strengthen social cohesion. These three instruments are proven to be a systemic solution in creating a more equitable economic balance. Therefore, accountable, professional, and trustworthy management is needed so that the socio-economic potential of zakat, infaq, and waqf can be optimized in supporting the creation of social justice according to Islamic teachings.

This study examines the denotative and connotative meanings contained in the lyrics of the song Garam dan Madu (Sakit Dadaku) by Tenxi, Naykilla, and Jemsii, which raises the theme of doubt and longing for love. The purpose of the study is to reveal the literal meaning and implied meaning in the lyrics. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data in the form of song lyric texts obtained from official sources. The results of the study show that the lyrics of this song contain other complementary meanings, namely the denotative meaning describes doubt, longing, uncertainty, and a promise to give the best in their relationship while the connotative meaning contains deeper emotions and symbolism related to love, hope, and commitment. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the song's message and its contribution to the study of semantics and popular culture.

The digital era has compelled MSME actors to adapt, not only in marketing and operational aspects but also in financial management. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management on the performance of MSMEs in the digital era. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach through a survey of 120 MSME actors in West Nusa Tenggara Province who have utilized digital applications for financial record-keeping. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, as well as partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results indicate that sound financial management significantly affects MSME performance, with record-keeping and budget planning being the most dominant indicators.

Penyaluran tenaga listrik jaringan tegangan menengah melalui saluran kabel tanah merupakan konstruksi penyaluran tenaga listrik yang aman dan handal. Namun saat terjadi gangguan, maka akan sulit untuk mengetahui dan mendeteksi lokasi titik gangguan. Dengan dilakukannya assessment kabel yaitu pengujian partial discharge secara off-line maka akan memudahkan untuk mengetahui kondisi kabel yang berada di dalam tanah sehingga nantinya dapat diketahui apakah kabel tersebut layak atau tidak untuk dioperasikan. Pengujian ini dilakukan pada segmen JTU 3- KC 318, penyulang pipi dimana langkah ini merupakan tindakan preventif untuk meningkatkan kehandalan penyaluran tenaga listrik dan mengurangi jumlah gangguan pada jaringan. Peluahan sebagaian (partial discharge) jika dibiarkan secara terus menerus akan membahayakan kesehatan kabel yang nantinya akan berpengaruh terhadap nilai isolasi dan besarnya sehingga dapat menyebabkan breakdown. Partial Discharge muncul karena adanya kerusakan pada insulasi kabel. Partial Discharge merupakan peluahan listrik secara sebagaian dari isolasi diantara konduktor baik yang terjadi di permukaan atau isolasi kabel. Hasil pengujian partial discharge JTU 3 – KC 318 diperoleh PDIV < Uo, PDEV > Uo dan besar muatan (Y) >1000 pC maka berdasarkan health index PT. PLN (Persero) matriks pejumlahan sumbu X dan sumbu Y yaitu X + Y = 2+3 = 5. Status kabel adalah buruk dengan poin 5 serta estimasi untuk pengujian ulang kembali adalah 6 bulan. Diharapkan dengan dilakukannya pengujian ini dapat mengurangi jumlah gangguan pada kabel SKTM dan menjadi langkah tindakan preventif yang baik untuk mencegah kondisi event breakdown.

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) has become a pivotal advancement in enhancing hospital service quality. This study aims to analyze the impact of EMR implementation on the quality of healthcare services by comparing the conditions before and after its adoption. Through a comprehensive literature review of peer-reviewed articles published in the last ten years indexed by Scopus, Web of Science, and Sinta 1 and 2, this research identifies key improvements in efficiency, data accuracy, patient safety, and user satisfaction. The findings reveal that EMR significantly reduces medical errors, shortens patient waiting times, and improves interdisciplinary collaboration. However, challenges such as infrastructure readiness and human resource adaptation remain critical barriers. The study concludes that strategic planning and continuous training are essential to maximize the benefits of EMR for sustainable service quality enhancement in hospitals.

The trend of handmade accessories, particularly macrame holders, has experienced significant growth alongside increasing public interest in products that emphasize both aesthetic value and multifunctionality. This study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the marketing strategies implemented for CHARMEE, the Macrame Multifunction Holder, highlighting the integration of artistic elements, innovative design, and practical utility within handicrafts. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, primary data were collected through surveys of 35 respondents aged 20–35 years. The findings reveal that the use of high-quality materials, designs that are responsive to market trends, and the strategic utilization of social media and digital platforms for promotion are the main factors driving the product’s appeal and competitiveness. These results affirm that handmade products, when combined with creative and innovative marketing strategies, possess substantial potential to develop as high-value economic ventures in the era of creative entrepreneurship. The implications of this study underscore the importance of continuous innovation and adaptability to market dynamics in maintaining business relevance and sustainability.

This research aims to examine the moral values ??contained in the lyrics of the song "For Women Who Are in a Hug" by Payung Teduh using a literary sociology approach. This song was chosen because the lyrics are full of meaning and describe the deep emotional relationship between the male and female characters. Through qualitative analysis, it was found that this song contains the values ??of affection and sincere love, emotional honesty, simplicity, gratitude, and respect for women. These values ??not only reflect healthy personal relationships, but also reflect the social conditions of modern society which is experiencing a crisis of emotional closeness due to the dominance of materialistic lifestyles. The results of this study show that song lyrics as part of popular literary works can be an effective medium in conveying moral and social messages in a subtle but profound manner.
