This article discusses the challenges faced by Indonesia's Marine Security Agency (Bakamla) in improving security and safety in Indonesian waters, which is the world's largest archipelago. Based on the reality that the importance of Indonesia's vast waters and vulnerability to maritime threats, such as sea crime and smuggling. The purpose of this study is to analyse the challenges of Bakamla and its role as guardian of the sea. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which includes a literature study and in-depth interviews with various relevant parties. The results show that Bakamla faces various constraints, including limited resources, inadequate equipment, and lack of inter-agency coordination. Nonetheless, through a hard power approach and strengthening inter-agency collaboration, Bakamla can strengthen its capacity in maintaining maritime security. This research emphasises the importance of budget support and equipment modernisation to improve Bakamla's effectiveness in protecting Indonesia's maritime interests.

The increasing age of marriage (PUP) is an action taken by the government to increase the age of first marriage, so as to achieve a healthy reproductive age for women of 2o years and for men of 25 years. With a total of 25.53 million incidents of child marriage throughout the world, Indonesia ranks fourth in child marriage statistics (UNICEF, 2023). One of the big problems related to violations of children's rights is child marriage. Based on data, almost 1 in 9 women get married and have children before the age of 18. Therefore, initiatives to stop child marriage are very important. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), in 2022, 33.76% of Indonesian teenagers will marry for the first time at the age of 19 to 21 years. The implementation of the service was carried out using Booklet  media containing about maturing the age of marriage and the impact of early marriage which was carried out pre and post to determine teenagers' knowledge about PUP. The number of service targets is 60 people. Place of implementation at GBKP Church Km 8 Medan. The results obtained before being given the Booklet , the majority of teenagers had poor knowledge about PUP, 47 people (78.3%) and after being given the Booklet , the majority of teenagers had good knowledge, 57 teenagers (95.0%). During the implementation of the service, teenagers were very enthusiastic about participating and almost all teenagers understood about PUP.

The aim of this research is to determine the status of the implementation of the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) and Trade Law Number 21 of 2019 in the implementation of commercial transportation for oil and gas export activities in Indonesia based on national values. This research was carried out using analyzes the contents of the 1945 Constitution and Minister of Trade Regulations. A review of relevant literature is included. The national values ??contained in the 1945 Constitution are an important basis for implementing commercial transportation policies, especially in Indonesia's oil and gas export activities. National values ??such as unity, sovereignty, justice, democracy and people's welfare are the basis for regulating and supervising these commercial activities. Minister of Trade Regulation Number 21 of 2019 also plays an important role in regulating the transportation of Indonesia's oil and gas export trade. This law contains provisions regarding permits, authorization and safety standards that must be complied with by economic actors in carrying out export activities. The enactment of this law aims to protect national interests, protect the environment, and ensure the safety of oil and gas trade and transportation. This research discusses the analysis of the implementation of the 1945 Constitution and the Minister of Trade Law no. 21 of 2019 which is based on national values ??in the implementation of commercial transportation for oil and gas export activities in Indonesia. (This analysis includes a review of the policies, procedures and practices implemented in oil and gas export activities. The results of this research are expected to provide a better understanding of the importance of practices based on national values ??in the implementation of commercial transportation, especially oil and gas export activities, in Indonesia. It is hoped that the implications of this research can become the basis for improving trade policies and practices that are more sustainable, safe, and prioritize national interests and human welfare.

Participants were elementary school age children in the Lampu Satu Indah housing complex in Merauke. The method uses lectures and practice. The socialization activities were carried out well, the participants were very enthusiastic. After participating in the socialization activities, participants gained new experiences and new knowledge.

In film this involves the collection and analysis of non-numerical data, such as text, images, or audio recordings. Researchers can use this method to explore the researcher's experience of watching the film, our perceptions of the characters and themes, and the impact of the film on moral beliefs and values. Unlike in the film The NUN, Valak in Christian demonology is actually a demon in the form of a small angel who rides a two-headed dragon, and is considered the commander of 38 legions of evil spirits. Some life lessons that can be taken from this film are obeying God, obeying his commands and staying away from his prohibitions.

Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Neurosains dalam konteks Problem-Based Learning (PBL) telah menjadi fokus penelitian yang berkembang dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Studi ini mengeksplorasi integrasi prinsip-prinsip neurosains ke dalam pendekatan PBL sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan hasil pembelajaran. Dengan memadukan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana otak belajar dan merespons informasi dengan pendekatan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada pemecahan masalah, penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi besar dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan efektif. Melalui tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif dan studi kasus implementasi PBL berbasis neurosains, jurnal ini mengidentifikasi strategi dan praktik terbaik untuk mengintegrasikan konsep neurosains ke dalam desain pembelajaran PBL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini dapat meningkatkan retensi informasi, keterlibatan siswa, dan penerapan keterampilan dalam konteks dunia nyata. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang berharga bagi pengembangan pendidikan yang inovatif dan berbasis bukti, serta memberikan panduan praktis bagi pendidik dalam merancang pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

The conventional type of paper that is still widely used by students to support the learning process in schools is printed modules. Even though digitalization such as ebooks is starting to be used by the public, printed modules are still used to simplify the teaching process in the classroom. The types of paper that are generally used do not all use environmentally friendly paper such as paper from palm oil shell waste processing, due to a lack of in-depth knowledge. This research is a qualitative research that uses interview methods with several students from three different skills programs at one of the Bandung City Agricultural Vocational Schools to measure knowledge about environmentally friendly paper. Participants were asked six questions related to the use of paper in schools, understanding of environmentally friendly paper, and knowledge about paper produced from processing palm oil shell waste. The results show that the majority of students do not know clearly about processing waste from palm oil shells into environmentally friendly paper, but the data shows that alternative types of environmentally friendly paper are needed to participate in preserving environmental welfare and improving economic aspects.

This research aims to determine the use of accounting information systems, viral marketing, and the tagline "free shipping" on online impulse buying among consumers. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The population in this study were students in Solo Raya. Sample selection used accidental sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data collection method uses a questionnaire or questionnaire. This research uses data analysis methods, namely descriptive statistical analysis, data quality testing, and classical assumption testing. The research results state that the accounting information system has a significant effect on online impulse buying among consumers, viral marketing has a significant effect on online impulse buying among consumers, and the tagline "free shipping" has a significant effect on online impulse buying among consumers.

This research aims to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction with service quality in the beauty services industry, especially in the nail painting business. The factors that are the focus of the research are improving service quality and time efficiency in the nail painting process. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Angelnailartpky business owners have made various efforts to improve service quality and time efficiency, such as monitoring work, updating knowledge, and receiving input from consumers. Improving service quality and time efficiency is expected to increase consumer satisfaction and business profitability. The advice given is that Angelnailartpky continues to increase consumer satisfaction and strengthen its position in the beauty services market.

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi penting tidak hanya dalam pendidikan di kelas tetapi dalam seluruh aspek kehidupan. Pembelajaran abad ke-21 menyadari perlunya siswa memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk berhasil dalam masyarakat global yang didorong oleh teknologi. Dalam konteks pendidikan dasar, peran pendidik dalam merancang pembelajaran yang memenuhi kebutuhan siswa sangatlah penting. Pengembangan keterampilan mengajar, khususnya dalam kerangka TPACK, merupakan kunci untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang efektif dan bermakna bagi siswa. Perguruan tinggi hendaknya memperhatikan pengembangan keterampilan calon guru  untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan menggunakan TPACK. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan calon guru sekolah dasar dalam mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran di tingkat sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di Universitas Jember dengan jumlah 42 mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar yang telah menempuh mata kuliah Perencanaan Pembelajaran SD. Data diperoleh dari nilai penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran melalui Modul Ajar atau RPP yang dikembangkan mahasiswa. Hasil pengembangan mahasiswa diketahui CK, PK, TK dan TCK baik. PCK dan TPK mahasiswa dalam kategori cukup baik. Pengembangan TPACK ini menjadi kemampuan penting yang akan membekali mahasiswa calon guru mempersiapkan diri sebagai guru yang berkualitas. Hasil analisis data pengetahuan domain TPACK berada pada kategori sedang yang mana menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa calon guru telah memiliki pengetahuan tentang bagaimana mengintegrasikan teknologi, konten dan pedagogi dalam pembelajaran.
