In 1819, the vanilla plant became known in Indonesia thanks to the Dutch. Finally, around the 1960s, Java became an area with rapid development in vanilla production. This has resulted in the emergence of many vanilla production centers, making Indonesia the fourth largest vanilla producing country in the world. Rapid urbanization in Mojokerto has created economic challenges for its residents, especially in dense areas such as Sooko Village, Sooko District, Mojokerto Regency. Cultivation of high-value crops such as vanilla is emerging as a potential solution to increase household income in the region. The author conducted community service in the form of outreach activities on the potential for cultivating vanilla plants (Vanilla planifolia) in polybags in densely populated urban areas as additional income for urban communities in Sooko Village, Sooko District, Mojokerto Regency. The aim is for people to understand how to easily cultivate vanilla in polybags and provide additional income for residents. This activity went smoothly and well according to plan. The community hopes that there will be similar activities or other variations in the future.

The study focuses on the construction conflict of the Bendungan Bener in Desa Wadas. The aim of the study is to provide an overview of the Desa Wadas community as well as to analyze the conflict taking place using conflict theory by Ralf Dahrendorf. This research is carried out using a qualitative approach that aims to provide a description of the theoretical analysis of a phenomenon in a holistic and in-depth manner. Research data is obtained using documentation study techniques and library studies supported by relevant sources. Based on the analysis of Ralf Dahrendorf's conflict theory, the results of this study explain that the Bendungan Bener construction conflict is an inter-class conflict in which the society as an impotent group is harmed and the government as a powerful group has hidden interests. This research can have implications both internally and externally. Internally, this research can be research material for researchers in analyzing inter-class conflict in society. Externally, it can be a reference for relevant parties who have the same subject of research.

This research aims to analyze how the reproductive and socialization roles of women who work as night butterflies influence the formation of children's character. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation of five women who work as night butterflies and their five children aged between 5 until 10 years old. The results of the research show that the reproductive role of women who work as night butterflies tend to be less involved in the development of their children. They often focus more on their work and have less time to accompany their children. Meanwhile, socialization carried out by women who work as night butterflies tends to have a negative influence on children's character. Children of night butterfly women often experience emotional instability and lack of adequate attention from their parents. Thus, the reproductive and socialization roles of women who work as night butterflies can have a negative impact on the formation of children's character. Therefore, greater efforts are needed from the government and society to provide support and protection to women in the night butterfly profession so that they can provide adequate attention to their children and help in forming their character.

Abstrak:
In the novel "The Happy Prince and Other Tales" by Oscar Wilde, published in 1888, adverbial adjunct clauses are frequently used to qualify the main clause process concerning agencies such as time, means, causes, and ends, often with elements that determine the nature of their relationship (Langacker 2008: 419–420). There are 93 sentences using adverbial adjuncts of different types, including time, place, reason or cause, manner, degree, and frequency. The novel is colorful with the use of these subordinate clauses. This analysis focuses on the use of adverbial adjunct clauses in the novel to convey the philosophical and idealistic meaning of human life and society. "The Happy Prince and Other Tales" is interesting to analyze because the language is very easy to understand and consists of no more than one hundred pages.

Abstrak:
This study examines the influence of monetary policy, particularly interest rates, on economic stability in the TIMI countries (Thailand, India, Malaysia, and Indonesia). It underscores the vital role of interest rates in controlling inflation and stimulating economic growth. Utilizing a Vector Autoregression (VAR) model, the research analyzes the reciprocal relationships between crucial economic indicators such as GDP, CPI, exchange rates, consumption, interest rates, and trade balances from 2008 to 2022. For instance, adjustments in interest rates can influence investment levels, consumption patterns, and inflation rates, thereby affecting overall economic activity. The Granger causality tests indicate that short-term relationships between these variables are insignificant, but long-term interactions are evident. This supports the Johansen cointegration results, which confirm two cointegrated equations at the 5% significance level. The study emphasizes maintaining interest rate stability for sustainable economic growth and price stability. It highlights that fluctuations in interest rates, influenced by global economic conditions and domestic economic policies, play a crucial role in the economic performance of TIMI countries. Recommendations for central banCM include implementing responsive and adaptive interest rate policies to manage inflation, foster economic growth, and maintain exchange rate stability. This approach is essential for addressing disparities in income, education, healthcare, and technology access, which are critical for equitable economic development. In conclusion, this research underscores the importance of a nuanced understanding of monetary policy's impact on economic stability and the need for coordinated efforts between fiscal and monetary authorities to achieve long-term

Thisi research aimsi toi determinei thei influence ofi capitali structure, leverage, profitability, iliquidity, and tax planning on the value of consumer goods sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. Thisi research typei is quantitative research. The data collection technique used is documentation technique with secondary data. The population studied in this research is all manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector. Sampling in this research used a purposive sampling technique and a sample of 51 was obtained. This testing method in this research used descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, F tests, and determination test. The results of the F test get a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05 so that the model is suitable for research. The results of the t test from this research are that capital structure and profitabilty influence company value of 0,000 < 0,05. On the other hand, leverage has a significant negative effect on company value, as evidenced by the calculated t value of -3,325 < t Table 2,0141 and a significance value of 0,002 < 0,05 Then liquidity and tax planning have no effect on company value because their respective significance values ??are 0.096 > 0.05 and tax planning has a significance value of 0.202 < 0.05. Form the results of the coefficient of determination test, we get a result 0,522 which means that the variables capital structure, leverage, profitability, liqudity and tax planning in explaining company value are 52,2% and the remaining 47,8% is explained by other variables.
