Pertumbuhan jumlah mahasiswa dan pekerja di Kecamatan Kambu, Kota Kendari, mendorong meningkatnya kebutuhan akan hunian sementara seperti kos-kosan. Namun, keterbatasan informasi mengenai lokasi, harga, dan sarana kos menyebabkan kesulitan bagi pencari kos dalam menemukan tempat tinggal yang sesuai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem aplikasi pemetaan kos berbasis web yang menggabungkan teknologi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) guna mempermudah pencarian serta pengelolaan informasi tempat kos. Proses pengembangan sistem mengikuti pendekatan model waterfall, yang meliputi langkah studi pustaka, observasi lapangan, wawancara, analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Aplikasi dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan framework Laravel, sementara visualisasi peta dilakukan menggunakan LeafletJS dan pengolahan data spasial menggunakan perangkat lunak QGIS. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat menyajikan informasi kos secara interaktif dalam bentuk peta, memungkinkan pencari kos untuk melihat lokasi, detail harga, fasilitas, serta informasi kontak, dan memudahkan pemilik kos dalam mengelola data kos mereka. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini memberikan solusi efektif dan efisien dalam memfasilitasi pencarian kos dan pengelolaan hunian di wilayah Kecamatan Kambu.

This community service activity aimed to increase the knowledge and awareness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) workers regarding the importance of hygiene and sanitation in food production processes. The program was carried out at Kripik Tempe “Tri Manunggal” in Karangsari Village, Jatiyoso Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency, using a participatory and educational approach. Participants received training that included material presentation, handwashing simulation, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests to measure knowledge improvement. Descriptive analysis showed a significant increase in the average score from 20% (pre-test) to 90% (post-test). In addition to cognitive gains, participants also showed behavioral changes and a willingness to apply and promote hygiene practices within their communities. The program was supported by providing sanitation facilities such as handwashing stations and PPE kits. In conclusion, hygiene and sanitation education is highly effective in fostering clean working behavior among food-sector MSME and is suitable for replication in similar community.

This article explores the strategies used by early childhood teachers at TK Pelangi in managing learning activities based on children’s needs and the outcomes of training programs they have attended. The main focus is on how teachers apply training outcomes into daily classroom practice while adjusting to each child's developmental stage and individual characteristics. At TK Pelangi, teachers plan learning activities by considering each child’s interests, talents, and specific needs. In practice, they create a dynamic, enjoyable, and contextual learning environment to help children better absorb the material. Training outcomes are used as a foundation to develop more innovative methods, media, and approaches. Continuous evaluation is carried out to assess the effectiveness of the strategies. The findings show that managing learning based on children's needs and training results significantly improves the quality of teaching interactions and positively contributes to the overall development of children at TK Pelangi.
 

Cervical cancer is a significant public health problem globally, including in Indonesia. This disease ranks fourth as the most common cancer in women in the world, with an estimated 604,000 new cases and 342,000 deaths in 2020. Analyzing the current condition of cervical cancer in Indonesia including prevalence, risk factors, impacts, prevention efforts, and treatment based on data to provide a comprehensive picture of the situation of cervical cancer in Indonesia. Cervical cancer is defined as a malignant tumor in the cervix that attacks the epithelial layer and has the potential to spread. Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection is the main cause of cervical cancer. In addition, several supporting risk factors include risky sexual behavior, long-term use of oral contraceptives, smoking habits, nutritional deficiencies (especially vitamins C, E, and folic acid), and poor personal hygiene. The Indonesian government has attempted to identify the disease early through the Visual Inspection of Acetic Acid (IVA) method used for early detection of cervical cancer in women aged 30 to 50 years. However, community participation in this program still needs to be improved sustainably. Treatment for cervical cancer can include surgery (eg cryosurgery, LEEP, hysterectomy), radiation, and chemotherapy. Cervical cancer remains a major health challenge in Indonesia. Improved education programs, participation in early detection of IVA, and strengthening of the health system as a whole are needed to effectively reduce morbidity and mortality caused by this disease.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengharuh fitur menu rekomendasi makanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada layanan Go-Food di aplikasi Go-Jek. Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perusahaan untuk menciptakan inovasi layanan yang lebih personal dan efisien. Salah satu fitur yang berkembang dalam layanan aplikasi pesan antar makanan adalah fitur menu rekomendasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna aktif Go-Jek. Data dianalisis menggunakan Teknik regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji hubungan antara variable fitur rekomendasi makanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Kemudahan penggunaan, relevansi pilihan makanan, serta tingkat personalisasi menjadi faktor utama yang memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi layanan digital yang berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan serta menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan fitur serupa pada platform layanan digital lainnya.

Managerial accounting reports play a critical role in providing relevant financial and nonfinancial information for management in the strategic decision-making process. This study aims to analyze the extent to which managerial accounting reports are utilized as a basis for planning, controlling, and evaluating strategic decisions within an organization. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to managers from various manufacturing sector companies. The results show that the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of managerial reports significantly influence the quality of strategic decisions made by management. These findings emphasize that the integration of managerial accounting information into the strategic process is crucial for enhancing organizational competitiveness and performance.

This research examines the breadth of Indonesia's banking sector and financial service providers, focusing on their contributions to national economic development. The research methodology employed involves comprehensive literature review through examination of pertinent academic and industry sources related to Indonesia's traditional banking sector. The findings reveal that Indonesia's financial banking framework comprises two primary segments: traditional commercial banks and Shariah-compliant banking institutions, distinguished by their core operating philosophies, profit-sharing mechanisms, and regulatory oversight structures. Shariah-based banking has demonstrated remarkable expansion, achieving approximately 15% annual asset growth rates, indicating growing consumer confidence and market acceptance. Indonesia's financial service landscape encompasses two distinct categories: Banking Financial Service Providers (LKB) and Non-Banking Financial Service Providers (LKBB), where each category fulfills essential functions in facilitating financial intermediation processes. The digital revolution has fundamentally transformed financial service delivery models, promoting greater financial inclusion and accessibility across diverse population segments. The research findings indicate that effective collaboration among different categories of financial institutions is crucial for maintaining overall financial system stability while fostering sustainable national economic expansion.

This study examines the effectiveness of applying classical methods in the Al-Qur'an memorization and translation program at the Safinatul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Banyuwangi. Classical methods generally focus on collective learning in the classroom, but in the context of memorization and translation, they emphasize quantity over quality. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the classical method in balancing both aspects. This study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with students, Quran memorization teachers, and curriculum teachers. The results of the study indicate that the classical method is not only effective in increasing the quantity of memorization but also significantly contributes to understanding the meaning through the integration of translation in internalizing the values of the Quran in daily life.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan psikologis, kesehatan mental, dan manajemen konflik bagi para seminaris di era digital. Program ini dilakukan bekerja sama dengan Seminari Menengah St. Paulus Palembang melalui serangkaian tahapan yang terstruktur. Tahap awal mencakup koordinasi dengan mitra, penyusunan materi pelatihan, serta pengembangan instrumen umpan balik. Pelatihan yang diberikan mencakup topik penting seperti perkembangan psikologis remaja, kesadaran akan kesehatan mental, dan strategi penyelesaian konflik dengan menekankan nilai-nilai Kristiani seperti kasih dan pengampunan. Selain itu, lokakarya dan diskusi juga dilakukan untuk mendorong refleksi mengenai penggunaan teknologi digital dalam formatio spiritual. Umpan balik dari peserta menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran akan kesehatan mental, pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang manajemen konflik, serta perlunya pengelolaan teknologi secara bijak. Sebagian besar seminaris juga menyatakan minat untuk mengikuti sesi lanjutan atau pendampingan jangka panjang guna mendukung penerapan ilmu yang telah diperoleh. Program ini ditutup dengan pengumpulan data, penyusunan laporan akhir, serta publikasi hasil dalam media massa dan jurnal akademik. Umpan balik positif dari peserta menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini memiliki relevansi dan dampak yang signifikan dalam membekali seminaris dengan keterampilan esensial untuk formatio di era digital.

Poverty is a complex social issue, particularly in underdeveloped areas like Karangpatihan Village, which is known as the "Kampung Idiot" due to the high number of residents with intellectual disabilities. This study aims to explore the role of social support in poverty alleviation in the village. A qualitative research method with a case study approach was used, involving interviews with the village head, the head of the community empowerment group, and the residents. The findings show that the community of Karangpatihan receives various forms of social support, such as emotional, instrumental, informational, and friendship support, which encourage their participation in productive economic activities. The role of local institutions, particularly the village government and Rumah Harapan Karangpatihan, has proven significant in creating a social environment that supports empowerment. This study reveals that the transformation of habitus from dependency to independence can be achieved through sustained social support, which has important implications for more effective and inclusive poverty alleviation.
