Abstrak:
Plant dyes are used in the Harungguan Muara ulos weaving industry to optimize local natural resources. Synthetic dyes have become a fast option along with the increasing demand for ulos. However, synthetic dyes adversely affect the quality and sustainability of the environment. This research used observational methods, in-depth interviews, also gaining an understanding of current and applicable conservation practices. The research showed some local plant species are well suited to be used as a source of natural dyes, but their populations are threatened by overexploitation, lack of conservation efforts and emphasized the importance of traditional knowledge with contemporary conservation methods. The proposed recommendations educate ulos weavers on the importance of using natural dyes, and conduct follow-up research to find more efficient cultivation methods.This research make efforts to preserve Batak cultural heritage and support sustainability to strengthen the ulos weaving industry as an environmentally friendly and economically valuable cultural product.

Abstrak:
Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) arise from prolonged minor and major repetitive impacts, causing pain in muscles, bones, and joints. Hatha yoga, as a complementary therapy, has the potential to alleviate joint pain. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of hatha yoga on musculoskeletal complaints among housewives in Sindon Village, Ngemplak, Boyolali. Using a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test method, the study involved 30 purposively selected participants. Data were collected using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire. Participants underwent 12 hatha yoga sessions over four weeks. The findings indicated a significant reduction in musculoskeletal complaints after the intervention.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the 7P marketing mix strategy for small and medium enterprises "Mazzy Craft" in Kapanewon Bantul, Bantul Regency. Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are defined as small businesses owned and run by individuals or small groups. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection using interviews and documentation. The research results show that the marketing strategy used by "Mazzy Craft" uses the 7P marketing mix strategy: Product, by creating product innovation by developing previously existing products and prioritizing quality, uniqueness, packaging and product innovation. Price, is determined according to the level of difficulty of product production and the amount of raw materials used. Promotion, carried out online with the help of social media and participating in exhibitions. Place, marketing carried out offline and online and product delivery using shipping expeditions or according to customer requests. People, "Mazzy Craft" makes its business a job opportunity for everyone and does not carry out special selection, but employs individuals who have skills or abilities in accordance with the parts needed. Physical Evidence, provides comfort and security for employees and consumers, although in the field it still needs improvement. The study aims to evaluate the financial performance of PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk by analyzing its financial statements and assessing its financial condition using financial ratio methods. This research includes an analysis of liquidity and solvency ratios. The information and data used were obtained from the company's official financial statements over a specific period, which are accessible on its official website. The findings reveal that the company's financial performance fluctuates annually, with some indicators showing improvements and strengths, while others highlight potential financial risks. The liquidity ratio reflects the company's ability to consistently meet its short-term obligations, although occasional financial pressures are noted. The solvency ratio illustrates the company's capability to fulfill both long-term and short-term financial obligations, particularly in the event of liquidation. This study provides efficient solutions for addressing the financial state of PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk and offers strategic recommendations to enhance the company's financial stability

Abstrak:
Tradisi merupakan sesuatu fenomena kebudayaan, karena tradisi adalah praktek kebudayaan dari suatu komunitas. Praktek kebudayaan memperlihatkan makna dari nilai-nilai sesuatu kebudayaan, dimana nilai-nilai kebudayaan merupakan tujuan dari manusia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya. Tradisi yang masih melekat secara turun-temurun dari nenek moyang dan masih populer di minangkabau hingga masa sekarang. Tujuan penelitian fokus untuk mengatahui bagaimana pandangan Hukum Islam dari segi Urf terhadap larangan pernikahan sasuku yang ada diminangkabau terkhusus di Nagari Batu Bajanjang Kabupaten Solok. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research). Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer berupa wawancara dengan pemuka adat istiadat sedangkan data sekunder dari buku-buku dan artikel yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan mamangkeh dan maasok gombak yang sudah menjadi adat di Nagari Batu Bajanjang Kabupaten Solok, tidak bertentangan atau berlawanan dengan hukum Islam, karena memotong rambut tidak ada terdapat larangannya dalam hukum Islam sebelum melaksanakan akad pernikahan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan tradisi mamangkeh dan maasok gombak hukumnya mubah (boleh). Selain itu, tradisi ini mengandung maslahah atau kebaikan bagi calon yang akan melaksanakan suatu pernikahan, seperti memberikan atau mengumpulkan berupa penggalangan dana (uang) pada saat pelaksanaan acara mamangkeh dan maasok gombak, yang dapat membantu secara ekonomi untuk melangsungkan acara resepsi perkawinan, disamping itu, kedua mempelai mendapatkan nasehat dan siraman rohani yang berkenaan dengan perkawinan, tanggung jawab serta hak dan kewajiban satu sama lain agar lebih siap untuk menempuh hidup berumah tangga.

Verbal and non-verbal politeness in Japanese cultural business ethics given to PT PRPP Central Java staff as part of tourism business actors can improve service with hospitality in accordance with the transformation of PT PRPP Central Java into a Tourism Holding Company. This excellent service can be realized with verbal and non-verbal services from a blend of Indonesian and Japanese politeness. As a result of the training from verbal practice in Japanese culture, the training staff consisted of 23 participants consisting of operational managers, HRD managers, cashier supervisors, marketing supervisors, marketing staff, general affairs supervisors, Public Relations, security coordinators, security members, electrical mechanic coordinators, freelancers tickets, and internship participants at PT PRPP, based on the results of a questionnaire via google form after being given training, it can be concluded that participants can learn to introduce themselves by using the ending desu or masu in the use of greeting sentences 'good morning' by saying ohayou gozaimasu, not pronounced with ohayou. When introducing themselves, the staff can say sentences, such as ….. desu or …. to moushimasu ‘I ……’. Non-verbal polite service, staff can do ojigi or 'bow' to show courtesy to others while exchanging business cards or meishi as part of the Japanese culture of business ethics. In addition, the staff can practice writing their own names in Japanese characters using katakana letters as evidenced by uploading the name card files that all participants have made

Abstrak:
The MBKM Teaching Assistance Program provides practical teaching experience for students in educational units where through the teaching assistance program, students gain real skills and experience in managing the learning process, interacting with students, as well as other teaching experiences. As a form of service at MIS Miftahul Huda 2 Palangka Raya City, researchers carried out one of the work programs, namely assisting reading activities in class 1. The aim of this reading assistance activity itself is to help students, especially class 1C, receive guidance in improving their reading skills. This program will be implemented for 4 (four) months starting from July-November 2024. Assistance with reading activities is going well and results in an improvement in the reading skills of grade 1 students.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to determine the literature review on Influencer marketing and product quality on the purchase intention of generation Z consumers. Advances in internet technology have led to shifts in human lifestyles, especially in purchasing patterns. In writing this article, literature review plays an important role in formulating research ideas, understanding previous findings related to the topic, and identifying gaps in existing knowledge.A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted in two well-known databases, ScienceDirect and Scopus. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 1,498 out of 2,036 articles were assessed as relevant, after which these papers were carefully examined to produce an in-depth analysis of the subject. Ultimately, 13 papers were selected for in-depth examination in the study. Based on SLR data, the articles were written between 2021 and 2024. The research methodology used in this paper includes descriptive analysis and bibliographic analysis.The results of writing the article are known that Influencer marketing is one of the company's strategies in achieving their strategic goals by utilizing influencers as messengers for products or brands so that they can reach a wider market.Brand is the identity of a company, where companies build a good brand image so that potential consumers can remember the good image of a product and stick to potential consumers.The results of this study show that many factors influence consumer behavior, including the role of influencers, product quality, and social media marketing strategies.

Abstrak:
This study investigates the effects of social media usage on the mental health of adolescents, focusing on issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, and depression. Using surveys and interviews, the research examines how prolonged exposure to social media content, peer comparison, and cyberbullying contribute to mental health challenges. Findings indicate that while social media fosters connectivity, it can also exacerbate mental health issues, highlighting the need for greater awareness and parental guidance.

Abstrak:
Bullying in the school environment is a problem that has a serious impact on students' emotional, social and academic development. This research aims to analyze efforts to prevent bullying behavior through a collaborative-based Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) learning approach for students at SMP Negeri 35 Medan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were PPKn teachers and students in grades VII and VIII of SMP Negeri 35 Medan. The research results show that collaborative-based Civics learning is effective in increasing students' awareness about the impact of bullying and strengthening positive social relationships between them. Supporting factors for implementing this method include teacher support, student enthusiasm, and school policies, while inhibiting factors include time constraints and students' lack of initial understanding about collaboration. The results of this research show that the collaborative learning approach in Civics is able to create a safe and inclusive learning environment, while preventing bullying behavior. This research recommends further development of collaborative methods involving learning technology to strengthen the results achieved.
