Jurnal elektronik atau e-journal merupakan jurnal dalam bentuk elektronik atau digital yang dapat diakses dengan dukungan internet dan dimanfaatkan menggunakan media elektronik seperti komputer dan smartphone. Keunggulan e-journal yaitu bersifat aktual, valid, dan mutakhir, sehingga e-journal sering dimanfaatkan oleh mahasiswa sebagai bahan acuan penelitian. Pemanfaatan e-journal tersebut perlu memperhatikan perilaku dalam penelusuran, agar relevan dengan kebutuhan informasi pemustaka. Sehingga pola penelusuran e-journal yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta perlu diperhatikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan e-journal dan perilaku mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam menelusuri referensi pada e-journal di Perpustakaan dan Pusat Layanan Digital Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, serta kendala yang dihadapi saat melakukan penelusuran e-journal. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang melakukan penelusuran e-journal secara langsung di Perpustakaan dan Pusat Layanan Digital Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta memanfaatkan e-journal sebagai referensi dalam penyusunan tugas akhir yang dilakukan. Selain itu, pada pola pencarian yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa tingkat akhir yaitu berdasarkan subjek dan judul dari e-journal yang akan dijadikan referensi. Sedangkan kendala yang dihadapi saat melakukan penelusuran e-journal adalah jumlah ketersediaan e-journal pada beberapa subjek dan rentang waktu tertentu. Sehingga mahasiswa perlu menggunakan media lain sebagai sumber referensi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penyelenggaraan pelatihan kepemimpinan pengawas dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan pelatihan kepemimpinan pengawas tersebut dalam masa pandemi covid-19 di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis Interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Kesimpulan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pelatihan kepemimpinan pengawas dalam masa pandemi covid-19 di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Salatiga belum efektif karena metode penyampaian yang digunakan hanya metode ceramah, koneksi internet yang kurang stabil dan pengawasan yang dapat dilakukan panitia dan widyaiswara hanya dengan melekat di zoom masing-masing peserta. Saran yang dapat diberikan terkait hasil penelitian ini adalah metode penyampaian yang digunakan hendaknya variatif dan disisipkan ice breaking agar peserta tidak bosan, disiapkan gedung khusus dengan koneksi internet yang stabil, peserta dikumpulkan di satu titik lokasi untuk mempermudah pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh panitia.

SION (Sistem Informasi Online) ITB STIKOM Bali is a platform used by students and lecturers to support administrative and academic processes on campus. This research examines how the user experience (UX) level of SION can enhance the quality of services provided by the system. The purpose of this study is to measure user satisfaction with the user experience quality. The study uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method, which includes six rating scales: attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty. The UEQ method also offers analytic tools that can be downloaded from its official website. Respondents in this study consisted of 75 people from a population of 248. The results of the UEQ analysis show positive evaluations across all aspects, with the following detailed scores: attractiveness received a score of 1.37, perspicuity 1.34, efficiency 1.16, dependability 1.21, stimulation 1.16, and novelty 0.87.

This study examines the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing strategy through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. AI has shown a transformative impact by outperforming traditional methods, especially in optimizing big data-based marketing strategies. With the ability to analyze consumer behavior in depth, AI enables businesses to personalize marketing efforts and improve user experiences more efficiently and responsively. However, challenges such as data privacy, high initial investment, and reliance on data quality remain major concerns that must be addressed. This study also evaluates the effectiveness of using AI across marketing channels, which shows significant differences in their impact on business strategy. In addition, the integration of AI-based fitness equipment is considered to have a major contribution in increasing consumer satisfaction while driving online business growth. The results of this study provide valuable insights into the effective implementation of AI, as well as highlight the importance of maintaining data security and implementing AI strategically to provide optimal benefits for consumers and business development.

Milkfish processing is a superior product and a typical souvenir from Semarang City that requires serious attention because it has a significant impact on regional economic growth. Tambakrejo Village is a thematic village of Semarang City (Milkfish Processing Village) with the formation of the Putri Laut Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar) since 2017 with 21 members. Business actors in Poklahsar still face problems in production and marketing aspects. Partners in this PDTI are Poklahsar Putri Laut and Tambakrejo Village. In terms of production, the production capacity of presto milkfish is limited to only ± 50 kg / day. In addition, processed milkfish has a short shelf life so that technology needs to be applied. The reach of marketing aspects, product promotion is still lacking , In this community service activity, Retort pan facilities were provided, is one of the thermal food preservation techniques, which has many advantages, namely a shelf life of more than six months. The pressure cooker is a hybrid model specifically designed to make soft-boned milkfish effectively and efficiently. This presto milkfish cooker is a combination of innovations about soft-boned milkfish cookers with temperature and time control . The tool still uses LPG fuel and a soft-boned milkfish cooker with an electric heater.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis tanaman budidaya yang disukai oleh kelompok Macaca hecki di Perkebunan Masyarakat Taluditi, Pohuwato Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi langsung terhadap perilaku makan primata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat delapan jenis tanaman budidaya yang dikonsumsi oleh Macaca hecki, jenis tanaman budidaya paling dominan dikonsumsi adalah jagung (Zea mays) dan kakao (Theobroma cacao). Interaksi antara primata dan praktik pertanian masyarakat berpotensi menimbulkan konflik, sehingga pemahaman mengenai preferensi makanan primata sangat penting untuk mengembangkan strategi budidaya yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi petani dalam memilih tanaman yang tidak hanya bernilai ekonomis, tetapi juga ramah lingkungan dan berkontribusi pada pelestarian keanekaragaman hayati.

This type of research is qualitative research and aims to provide an understanding of salvation in John 3:16 and God's promise of salvation to every believer. Salvation comes from the Greek word 'sozo' which means to save, liberate, preserve, preserve and heal. When related to humans, salvation is healing from death or maintaining life. Where the first humans created by God were Adam and Eve in a holy state without sin. Humans were created by God to be given the freedom to choose what is good and what is bad. But humans choose the wrong path so that humans' relationship with God is severed and spiritually they experience death. For this reason, salvation is needed by humans who have experienced spiritual death. And salvation is received by everyone because of grace and it is God's action to make humans receive eternal life again. This research also examines the eternal nature of salvation for believers, as well as how God's promise of salvation brings hope and certainty to His people. In conclusion, John 3:16 offers a view of salvation as God's eternal gift, given to every believer in Jesus Christ and is the basis for Christian faith in God's redemptive love.

The impact of binge watching is an evolving phenomenon affecting consumers' continuation intention on video-on-demand (VOD) platforms, mediated by cliffhangers. This study targets a population of young individuals aged 17-25 years. The research design is quantitative, aiming to demonstrate the cause-and-effect relationship between binge watching and continuation intention, mediated by cliffhangers. The novelty of this research lies in not only examining the direct relationship between binge watching and continuation intention but also investigating the mediating effect of cliffhangers, providing deeper insights into the underlying mechanisms of consumer behavior. Data analysis was conducted using the Smart PLS application, utilizing primary data for the study. The findings indicate that cliffhangers directly have a positive and significant impact on the continuation intention for video-on-demand and also significantly influence binge watching. Additionally, binge watching has a positive and significant effect on the continuation intention for video-on-demand. However, indirect, binge watching has a positive but not significant effect on the continuation intention for video-on-demand when mediated by cliffhangers.

This research aims to explore the role of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) in protecting customers when banks fail. The research methods used include policy analysis, case studies of failed banks, and reviews of related laws. It is hoped that the research results will provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of the legal protection provided by LPS to customers in the context of bank failures and the related compensation claims process. The Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) has a crucial role in protecting customer deposits when banks experience liquidation. In this context, LPS functions as a legal protection strategy for customer deposits held in banks. This action is important to maintain public confidence in banking amidst economic uncertainty. In response to the 1998 monetary crisis, the Indonesian government issued a policy of guaranteeing bank payments, including public deposits, through LPS. The importance of LPS is revealed when banks experience failures that have the potential to threaten the security of customer funds. In this situation, LPS guarantees the customer's refund up to a certain limit, providing the necessary financial protection. This creates a sense of security for customers and promotes banking system stability. With LPS, customers can be assured that their funds are safe even if unexpected events occur in the banking world. The role of LPS as a deposit insurance institution is inherent in the government's efforts to regulate and supervise the financial sector. LPS plays a role as the front guard in protecting customer interests, maintaining financial system stability, and preventing potential losses that could arise due to the possibility of bank failure.

Social conflicts in the oil palm plantation sector have become an increasingly prominent issue in various regions, with impacts that not only affect the relationship between parties, but also threaten and affect the sustainability of the industry, aspects of people's lives and the environment. Conflicts are often rooted in land disputes, dissatisfaction with compensation, and the environmental impacts of unsustainable plantation practices. This study aims to explore the impact of social conflicts on oil palm land expansion. It is hoped that this research can provide clear information about the relationship between social conflicts and oil palm land expansion, so that it can be used to find better solutions in managing and developing oil palm land in a more sustainable and equitable manner. The methods used are literature studies and literature reviews. Literature study is a research design used in collecting data sources related to topics. The collection of data sources for literature studies is carried out with a database search tool that is used as a stage to search for literature sources. The screening results from the journals that are appropriate and needed are 9 national articles. Based on the activities and journals, it was found and analyzed that the impact of social conflicts on the expansion of oil palm plantation land can have environmental, economic, and social impacts.
