The researcher conducted research at SMAN 1 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban, sub-district, which was motivated by a learning process that still used learning resources that had not been adjusted to the feasibility of preparing these learning resources ptoperly the use of learning resourses that are less effective will of course hinder the smooth running of the learning process, the learning resourses used are based on student worksheets (LKPD) the fasibility of LKPD- based learning resources will greatly assist students in carryng out the learning process, especially in learning islamic religious education in class XI SMAN 1 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban, this is because if the uses learning resources is adjusted to the fasibility of the preparation it will increases effectiveness in learning. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the eligibility of studebt worksheets and the factors that challenge the fasibility of student worksheets learning resources in class XI SMAN 1 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban. This type of research is desciptive quantitative. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observasion and interviews.

Abstrak:
The charcoal briquette business counseling program for the Young Farmers group in Turen Village, Turen District, Malang, East Java, aims to increase young people's awareness and skills in utilizing local potential, creating new jobs, and encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship. The methods include training and mentoring in making charcoal briquettes and producing optimal products. This program has increased participants' knowledge of charcoal briquettes by 88.9% and production skills by 166.7%. A significant impact was seen in the increase in charcoal briquette production from 50 kg/month to 100 kg/month, as well as in the average income of participants by 50%, from IDR 500,000/month to IDR 1,000,000/month. The marketing coverage also expanded from 1 region to 3 regions (Turen, Lawang, Malang Raya). The success of this program shows the effectiveness of the extension and training methods applied, as well as the potential for developing charcoal briquette businesses as an alternative source of income for young farmers in Turen Village. This program not only increases the economic capacity of participants but also encourages the sustainable use of local resources.ABSTRAKProgram penyuluhan usaha arang briket bagi kelompok Pemuda Tani di Desa Turen, Kecamatan Turen, Malang, Jawa Timur bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan pemuda dalam memanfaatkan potensi lokal, menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, serta mendorong inovasi dan kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan arang briket dan menghasilkan produk yang optimal. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang arang briket sebesar 88,9% dan keterampilan produksi sebesar 166,7%. Dampak signifikan terlihat pada peningkatan produksi arang briket dari 50 kg/bulan menjadi 100 kg/bulan, serta peningkatan pendapatan rata-rata peserta sebesar 50%, dari Rp 500.000/bulan menjadi Rp 1.000.000/bulan. Cakupan pemasaran juga meluas dari 1 wilayah menjadi 3 wilayah (Turen, Lawang, Malang Raya). Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan efektivitas metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang diterapkan, serta potensi pengembangan usaha arang briket sebagai sumber pendapatan alternatif bagi pemuda tani di Desa Turen. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi peserta, tetapi juga mendorong pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal secara berkelanjutan.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kolaborasi siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dikelas XI SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau melalui pendekatan kognitif sosial. Latar belakang penelitian ini mencakup tantangan dalam pembelajaran PAI yang kurang interaktif, yang berdampak pada minat dan kemampuan kerja sama siswa. Dengan menerapkan metode diskusi kelompok dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, siswa didorong untuk berinteraksi dan saling belajar dari pengalaman satu sama lain. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan kognitif sosial dapat meningkatkan interaksi, kerja sama dan sikap positif siswa terhadap pembelajaran PAI. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif, bertanggung jawab, dan merasa lebih termotivasi dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi dan pengembangan model pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan kolaboratif.

Abstrak:
This research aims to evaluate strategies for increasing beef cattle productivity through optimizing concentrate feed based on local ingredients in Perbaungan, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Surveys and interviews were conducted to collect data regarding feeding patterns, costs and production efficiency. The research results show that concentrate feed, although more expensive than forage, provides higher efficiency in supporting daily weight gain in beef cattle. Local ingredients such as rice bran, palm oil cake and tofu dregs have great potential for use in concentrate formulations, thereby reducing costs and increasing the sustainability of livestock businesses. Optimal strategies include providing concentrate as needed, combining with forage, and managing feed stock. This optimization has been proven to be able to increase beef cattle. productivity and support national meat self-sufficiency efforts

Abstrak:
In the era of Industry 4.0, integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics in the industrial sector demands high-performance computing infrastructure to handle increasingly complex and voluminous datasets. This study investigates the optimization of AI performance by implementing a hybrid computing architecture, integrating CPUs, GPUs, FPGAs, and edge-cloud computing. The research aims to enhance processing speed, model accuracy, and energy efficiency, addressing the limitations of standalone computing systems. A quantitative methodology was employed, using over 1 TB of industrial data from IoT sensors and production logs. A hybrid architecture was implemented with dynamic workload scheduling to distribute tasks efficiently across computational components. Performance metrics included processing time, model accuracy, energy consumption, and cost analysis. Results demonstrated that hybrid architectures significantly improved performance: the CPU-GPU combination reduced processing times to 650 ms, increased model accuracy to 88.3%, and achieved an energy consumption of 2.1 kWh. Meanwhile, the CPU-FPGA configuration, while slightly less accurate (87.5%), proved more energy-efficient at 1.3 kWh. AI models developed using hybrid systems exhibited superior predictive accuracy, with Mean Squared Error (MSE) as low as 0.0248 and R² of 0.91. The study concludes that hybrid computing architecture is a transformative approach for optimizing AI systems in industrial applications, balancing speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency. These findings provide actionable insights for industries aiming to leverage advanced computing technologies for improved operational efficiency and sustainability. Future research should focus on advanced workload scheduling and cost-effectiveness strategies to maximize the potential of hybrid systems.

Mencari tahu bagaimana berbagai elemen bauran pemasaran memengaruhi kebahagiaan pasien dengan aplikasi Halodoc menjadi kekuatan pendorong penelitian ini. Teknik kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam pekerjaan ini meliputi analisis rute dan pendekatan serupa. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pengguna program Halodoc, sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 168 responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini meliputi dokumentasi, angket, dan observasi langsung. Analisis regresi parsial yang sering disebut dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Pertama, produk tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien terhadap Aplikasi Halodoc dengan cara, bentuk, atau bentuk apa pun; kedua, harga tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien terhadap Aplikasi Halodoc dengan cara, bentuk, atau bentuk apa pun; ketiga, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien terhadap Aplikasi Halodoc; dan keempat, promosi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pasien terhadap Aplikasi Halodoc secara positif dan signifikan

Abstrak:
Shallots (Allium ascalonicum) are a popular spice vegetable cultivated in Indonesia, ranging from lowlands to highlands. Their demand continues to grow as they are an essential kitchen commodity, although their prices often fluctuate. This research aimed to examine the disease symptoms in shallot plants caused by pathogenic fungi and to identify the types of pathogenic fungi present on agricultural land in Bangsalan Village, Boyolali Regency. The study consisted of three blocks, each containing 12 plots, and each plot comprising 15 plants. From each plot, five plants were randomly selected as samples. This qualitative research utilized observational and descriptive methods, where symptoms observed in the field were described and identified based on macroscopic and microscopic characteristics. Macroscopic identification revealed symptoms such as wilting, rot, and spots on both leaves and tubers. Microscopic identification confirmed infections by the fungi Colletotrichum sp. (causing anthracnose), Fusarium spp., and Aspergillus sp. on shallots. The findings from this study provide valuable recommendations for managing shallot diseases in subsequent planting seasons if similar symptoms are observed.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the impact of a 6-phase design using an asymmetrical dual
3-phase design on the torque and speed of an induction motor, where the newly designed motor still uses a 3-phase power source. The research compares the performance of a conventional 3-phase induction motor with that of an asymmetrical 6-phase induction motor design, focusing on torque and speed. This motor is only designed in terms of its windings, so the motor's position remains unchanged. The 3-phase system applied to the 6-phase induction motor design ensures that the 6-phase motor operates within a 3-phase system. The study also explores performance improvements, particularly in torque and speed, by redesigning the windings of a 3-phase induction motor into an asymmetrical 6-phase motor.
The induction motor used in this research has the following specifications: 3-phase, 2 A, 1390 RPM, 50Hz, 0.75 kW, and 380Y. The study aims to understand the effects of the asymmetrical 6-phase induction motor design, particularly regarding torque and speed. The results show that the torque and speed of the two motors differ due to the asymmetrical 6-phase winding design. In a conventional 3-phase induction motor, the winding coil layer distance is 120°, whereas, in the asymmetrical 6-phase induction motor, the distance between the first and second layers is 30°. Based on this analysis, the asymmetrical 6-phase induction motor design demonstrates better performance compared to the conventional 3-phase induction motor.

Abstrak:
Agroindustry plays a crucial role in the economy, particularly in supporting food security and creating business opportunities in rural areas. However, to remain competitive in an increasingly challenging market, a comprehensive evaluation of financial performance is essential. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Tahu Bulat Agroindustry in Buniasih Hamlet, Muktisari Village, Cipaku Subdistrict, Ciamis Regency, using the Du Pont System approach over the 2022–2024 period. The analysis focuses on five key indicators: Assets Turnover, Net Profit Margin, Return on Investment (ROI), Equity Multiplier, and Return on Equity (ROE). The results reveal an average Assets Turnover of 1.42 times, indicating effective asset utilization in generating sales. The average Net Profit Margin of 17.80% reflects the company’s ability to generate net profit from sales. The average ROI of 25.55% indicates efficient asset utilization. The Equity Multiplier has an average of 4.77 times, demonstrating the contribution of the capital structure to asset management. Meanwhile, the average ROE of 125.54% highlights high returns on equity, despite significant declines in the final year. The study concludes that the financial performance of the agroindustry is generally good, but declining indicators in the last year require strategies to improve efficiency and asset management. It is recommended that the company reevaluate its capital structure and enhance operational efficiency to ensure business sustainability.

Abstrak:
Research aims to look at the implementation of the bioflog system at the Al Kautsar 561 Islamic Boarding School as an effort to support sustainable agriculture. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive design, this research analyzes the implementation process, benefits and obstacles faced. The research results show that the bioflog system has succeeded in increasing the productivity of tilapia cultivation significantly. Apart from that, this system is also able to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and improve water quality. Factors that support success include full support from Islamic boarding school administrators and active involvement of students. However, this research also identified several obstacles such as limited resources and weather fluctuations. This research concludes that the bioflog system has great potential to become a model of sustainable agriculture in Islamic boarding school environments. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for other Islamic boarding schools in implementing similar systems and encourage the development of policies that support sustainable agriculture.
