Perum Perhutani has experienced an increase in tourism, necessitating standardization through the "Canopy" certification as a management guideline. This is regulated under the Decree of the President Director of Perhutani Number 2026/KPTS/DIR/2017 concerning the Standardization of Nature Tourism Management for Perum Perhutani, aimed at improving product and service quality, preserving forest sustainability, and benefiting the community. However, the "Canopy" service mark proposed by Perhutani was rejected by DJKI. The rejection was based on the similarity in pronunciation and type of goods with the registered mark "The Canopy." In fact, the two marks operate in different fields: "Canopy" for tourism services (class 39) and "The Canopy" for stationery (class 16). Thus, their products do not directly compete. The rejection of the "Canopy" mark is considered inconsistent with Article 21 of Law Number 20 of 2016 on Trademarks and Geographical Indications. The absence of legal action from Perhutani has resulted in the inability to use the mark, as it risks violating Article 100 paragraphs (1) and (2) of the same law. This research employs a juridical-empirical method with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The findings indicate that Perhutani has complied with Article 5 paragraph (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Number 27 of 2014 concerning Recreational Park Business Standards through the "Canopy" certification. This has provided ecological, social, and economic benefits, as well as improved facilities and services. The rejection of the "Canopy" mark has caused financial losses at several tourist locations. Rebranding cannot proceed without a replacement name, causing the standardization program for nature tourism management to halt. The researcher recommends that Perhutani promptly create a replacement name for the certification so that the standardization program can continue and be applied to other Perhutani tourist destinations.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode pembelajaran aktif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMP Negeri 05 Lebong. Metode pembelajaran aktif dipilih karena potensinya dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, yang selama ini menjadi tantangan dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain regresi linear sederhana. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket kepada 126 siswa yang dipilih secara acak. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran aktif memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.66 dan nilai R² sebesar 0.61. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa 61% variasi motivasi belajar dapat dijelaskan oleh penerapan metode pembelajaran aktif. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa siswa menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi, antusiasme, dan pemahaman materi setelah metode pembelajaran aktif diterapkan. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi, seperti keterbatasan waktu dan fasilitas. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar guru terus meningkatkan kompetensi dalam merancang pembelajaran aktif dan sekolah mendukung dengan penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dalam konteks PAI.

Peneltiian ini berfokus pada transformasi kelompok bermain menuju Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Holistik Integratif (PAUD HI) di Indonesia, yang merupakan pendekatan komprehensif dalam mendukung perkembangan anak dengan mengintegrasikan aspek pendidikan, kesehatan, gizi, pengasuhan, dan perlindungan. Fenomena ini mencermintakn pergeseran paradigma dalam pengelolaan dan penyelenggaraan layanan PAUD di Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk memastikan terpenuhinya hak-hak dasar anak. Melalui analisis bibliometrik, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tren penelitian, kontribusi teoretis, faktor-fakotr yang mempengaruhi transformasi, serta gap yang ada dalam literatur terkait. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dalam jumlah penelitian terkait PAUD HI, dengan penekanan pada pentingnya kebijakan yang mendukung, kesadaran pemangku kepentingan, dan ketersediaan sumber daya. Meskipun demikian, terapat kekosongan penelitian dalam evaluasi jangka panjang dan pedoman praktis untuk implementasi PAUD HI. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan lebih mendalam dan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk mendukung pengambangan PAUD yang lebih holistik dan integratif di Indonesia.
 

Muhammadiyah is an Islamic movement with the preaching of Amar Makruf Nahi Munkar which is based on Islamic faith and is based on the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. Many things drive the progress of this Muhammadiyah organization, such as the vision-mission, educational concept, goals, and curriculum that are mutually continuous so that Muhammadiyah can process well in the life of society. In Islamic education there are challenges that must be faced by Muhammadiyah because considering the development of Islam is very fast and also flexible and always relevant from time to time. One of the challenges to the development of Islamic education is the advancement of technology. The advancement of science and technology (iptek) requires all parties to be competent so as not to be eroded and crushed by the times. The negative and positive impacts of technological progress must be addressed with the right innovation. Innovation that can be applied by the Muhammadiyah organization is through the field of education. Education is a process that can shape human beings such as potential, personality, intelligence, noble morals, self-control, religion and skills needed in oneself and society.

This study aims to analyze the completeness of inpatient medical record filing using a literature review method. A total of 10 articles were selected from journal databases, grey literature, and hand searching. The research findings indicate variation in the percentage of medical record completeness among the analyzed articles, with some showing high completeness rates and others showing low completeness rates. Factors contributing to incompleteness include errors in form filling and insufficient understanding among medical staff regarding the importance of medical record completeness. Recommendations from this study include the necessity to enhance medical staff's understanding of the medical record filling process, as well as the implementation of better policies and training to ensure optimal completeness in medical documentation. This research contributes to understanding the factors influencing the completeness of inpatient medical records and provides a basis for developing strategies to improve the quality of healthcare services in hospitals.

This research aims to find out what factors can influence the level of demand other than price in the North Sangatta main market. This type of research is field research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative descriptive, through several stages, the first stage is data reduction, the second stage is data presentation, and the final stage is drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that there are several factors that influence the level of demand from the consumer's point of view and the producer's point of view in the main market of North Sumatra. From the consumer's point of view, factors that influence the level of demand include the size and shape of goods or services, promotions and discounts, and income. monthly, from the producer's point of view, including consumer behavior (consumer tastes), quality of goods, certain seasons or weather, and prices of other goods.

This research aims to understand how secularization affects changes in religious identity and individual spirituality, as well as religious practices in modern society, through the perspective of the sociology of religion. Using a qualitative approach and literature review methods, this study presents the research process chronologically, keeping the research objectives focused, proving the problem statement, and discussing the relationship between theory, research questions, study focus, and its application in the context of specific societies. The findings show that secularization often leads to a separation between religion and daily life, resulting in a reinterpretation of religious and spiritual values. The sociology of religion explains how individuals and communities adjust their religious practices to remain relevant in an increasingly secular environment. This research also outlines various theoretical perspectives on secularization and its impact on religious identity and spirituality, as well as how religious practices are adapted in modern society. Through this study, it is hoped that a deep understanding of the dynamics between religiosity, spirituality, and secularization will be obtained, as well as their impact on religious identity and religious practices in modern society. The research emphasizes the importance of religion remaining relevant in the modern era and how religion can adapt to changing times to maintain balance and morality in an increasingly secular society.

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is very important in supporting economic growth in the city of Medan. In the context of sharia economics, MSMEs act as the backbone of the economy, creating jobs, diversifying products, and empowering communities. However, they are faced with challenges such as limited access to capital, education, and regulations. This research analyzes the role of MSMEs from a sharia perspective, identifies challenges, and provides policy recommendations. The results show that MSMEs play an important role in overcoming poverty, creating diverse local products, and supporting an inclusive economy. Therefore, solutions are needed to financial, educational, marketing and regulatory challenges. Support from the government, financial institutions and universities together with sharia economic development can optimize the contribution of MSMEs in supporting sustainable economic growth in Medan City. In this way, MSMEs can become a driving force for economic growth which will have a positive impact on the people of Medan City.

The researcher conducted research at SMAN 1 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban, sub-district, which was motivated by a learning process that still used learning resources that had not been adjusted to the feasibility of preparing these learning resources ptoperly the use of learning resourses that are less effective will of course hinder the smooth running of the learning process, the learning resourses used are based on student worksheets (LKPD) the fasibility of LKPD- based learning resources  will greatly assist students in carryng out the learning process, especially in learning  islamic religious education in class XI SMAN 1 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban, this is because if the uses learning resources is adjusted to the fasibility of the preparation it will increases effectiveness in learning. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the eligibility of studebt worksheets and the factors that challenge the fasibility of student worksheets learning resources in class XI SMAN 1 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban. This type of research is desciptive quantitative. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observasion  and interviews.

The increase in human activities, such as industrialization, urbanization, and transportation, has led to air pollution, including heavy metal contamination such as lead (Pb). Lead originates from vehicle emissions, industrial activities, and fossil fuel combustion, which have detrimental effects on the environment and human health. One effective method for monitoring air pollution is biomonitoring using bioindicators, such as lichen. Lichen is sensitive to air quality and can absorb pollutants, including heavy metals, through its surface. This study uses a literature review to analyze the role of lichen as a bioindicator of heavy metal pollution, specifically lead. Several lichen species, such as *Xanthoparmelia xanthofarinosa* and *Canoparmelia aptata*, are known to accumulate heavy metals from the environment. The results show that the lead content in lichen varies depending on the pollution level in the location. Areas with high traffic have higher lead concentrations compared to areas with low traffic. The advantages of using lichen as a bioindicator include low cost, practicality, and its ability to provide long-term data on air quality. With this understanding, lichen data can be used for pollution mitigation and evidence-based policies to reduce the impact of air pollution. Further research is recommended to explore the potential of lichen in detecting other heavy metals, such as cadmium (Cd) and copper (Cu).
