Ethnic and cultural diversity in modern society has become increasingly complex due to the influences of globalization, urbanization, and migration, resulting in multicultural communities. This diversity, while offering opportunities for mutual understanding, often gives rise to tensions, prejudices, and even conflicts between groups, especially when cultural identities are contested. In such circumstances, religion plays a significant role as a social pillar that can embrace differences. However, if applied exclusively, religion also has the potential to become a source of conflict. Therefore, inclusive theology, which prioritizes acceptance of differences without compromising religious teachings, becomes a relevant solution to bridge these tensions. Inclusive theology not only encourages intercultural dialogue but also promotes peace and solidarity by emphasizing love, tolerance, and respect for the dignity of every individual. In the context of the church, inclusive theology serves as an agent of peace actively addressing issues of ethnic discrimination and cultural injustice. This study aims to explore the application of inclusive theology in responding to ethnic and cultural conflicts in multicultural societies, using a qualitative approach and Ricoeur's hermeneutic analysis. It is expected that this research will contribute to fostering harmony and reconciliation amidst existing diversity.

The expansion of the scope of People's Economic Bank (BPR)s to enter the capital market is new in Indonesia. The legal arrangements are not yet fully regulated. Several obstacles are experienced by BPRs towards the capital market. Therefore, innovations are needed that can make BPRs enter the capital market by applying some existing legal arrangements even though they are not specifically regulating BPRs. The purpose of this study is to determine the barriers and innovations in the framework of BPR towards the capital market. Normative legal method by taking a statutory and conceptual approach. There are several challenges BPR in heading to the capital market. The answer to these challenges is innovation. The existence of innovations that can be applied to BPR in order to go to the capital market can be seen from the legal arrangements that already exist in other fields but can be applied in the BPR. BPR experiences several obstacles, including (1) Changes from closed to public LLC must go through several processes before heading to the capital market, (2) Changes in share ownership that can determine company policy and (3) Capital fulfillment factors required by the capital market. The innovations made are (1) the fulfillment of corporate governance, (2) Share ownership arrangements that can still be held by families with (a) The form of holding companies and subsidiaries with certain ownership arrangements, and (b) Applying dual class shares, (3) BPRs that have not met the capital requirements can enter through the OTC market with reporting obligations in each securities transaction.

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit yang berbahaya, maka penting untuk memahami cara menghindarinya. Pemahaman akan berdampak pada perilaku masyarakat, dan teknik pencegahan DBD akan dikaitkan dengan perilaku yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku pencegahan DBD pada orang dewasa awal dengan pengetahuan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pakisaji. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Sebanyak 98 dari 130 orang dewasa awal menjadi sampel penelitian. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini harus berusia dewasa awal (26–35 tahun), melek huruf, dan bersemangat untuk berpartisipasi. Sampel dipilih secara simple random sampling. Kesadaran terhadap DBD merupakan variabel bebas, sedangkan teknik pencegahan DBD merupakan variabel terikat. Alat untuk pencegahan DBD adalah lembar kuesioner pengetahuan dan perilaku. Peneliti menggunakan uji exact fisher untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 37,8% dewasa awal memiliki pemahaman yang sangat baik tentang DBD; lebih dari separuh (38,8%) remaja menggunakan strategi pencegahan DBD yang berhasil; ada korelasi antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan teknik pencegahan DBD (p = 0,000, OR = 28,6). Direkomendasikan lebih banyak peneliti menggunakan 5 M plus untuk menguji strategi pencegahan DBD dalam keluarga, terutama di kalangan remaja.

Listrik merupakan kebutuhan vital bagi kehidupan sehari-hari. Saat ini, sumber listrik utama berasal dari PLN. Namun, seringkali terjadi pemadaman sehingga mengganggu aktivitas khususnya pada rumah tinggal. Untuk mengatasinya, diperlukan sistem yang dapat mengalihkan sumber listrik secara otomatis ke sumber alternatif lainnya. Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) adalah solusi untuk menjaga kontinuitas aliran listrik. ATS akan mengalihkan sumber listrik dari PLN ke sumber alternatif aki yang merupakan hasil dari sistem PLTS ketika terjadi pemadaman. Teknologi ATS terus berkembang, salah satu penyempurnaannya adalah penggunaan Zelio sebagai unit kontrol. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi energi dan keandalan pasokan listrik, tim pengusul mencoba meminimalisir delay yang dibutuhkan dalam pergantian sumber listrik tersebut dengan pengaturan settingan sistem software dan meminimalisir lonjakan tegangan menggunakan Stabilizer. Dengan demikian memungkinkan waktu reaksi yang dibutuhkan dalam transfer energi menjadi lebih cepat.

The purpose of the study was to obtain a real picture in providing community midwifery care in the context of the family to Mrs. M with Postpartum and Neonatal Physiology in Bangkang Hamlet, Prabu Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. After practicing community midwifery and implementing comprehensive community midwifery care, a good working relationship with Mr. "Z"'s family was created, basic data assessment of Mr. "Z"'s family was conducted, data analysis was conducted on Mr. "Z"'s family data assessment, data analysis of Mr. "Z"'s family, formulation of problems in Mr. "Z"'s family, determining priority problems in Mr. "Z"'s family. Students have implemented a midwifery care action plan for Mr. "Z"'s family in the form of counseling. Students have been able to implement and evaluate midwifery care for Mr. "Z"'s family so that they can help change the habits of Mr. "Z"'s family for the better.

This research aims to analyze the social and cultural elements contained in the novel Laskar Pelangi by Andrea Hirata. As a literary work that reflects the reality of life in the Belitong Malay community, this novel contains various social values, such as solidarity, the importance of education, and social inequality, as well as cultural values, including local traditions, religiosity, and local wisdom. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method with content analysis techniques. The research results show that the novel Laskar Pelangi not only presents an inspiring story about the struggle for education, but also becomes a medium for preserving and representing the social and cultural identity of the Belitong Malay community. This makes this novel relevant as study material in understanding the social and cultural dynamics of Indonesian society.

Songs that can make the listener feel related to the message in the song lyrics get a lot of attention. The choice of words in song lyrics is important so that listeners can feel and understand the message of the musician both implicitly and explicitly. Language style is also important in song lyrics to add beauty to the delivery of the singer's message. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the use of word choice (diction) and language style in one of the songs by Indonesian musicians, namely Nadin Amizah entitled “Hormat kepada Angin”. This research uses a qualitative approach with the read-and-record method. Based on the results of the study, researchers found the use of diction (denotative, connotative, synonymy, antonymy, and polysemy) and language style in the lyrics of the song “Hormat ke Angin”.

The tourism sector in Indonesia is growing rapidly thanks to the abundant natural, social, cultural and regional potential. One educational tourist attraction that is currently developing is Arjuna Farm in Tasikmalaya City, which offers the concept of integrating the agricultural and fisheries sectors with the application of IoT (Internet of Things) technology. This research aims to analyze the application of IoT technology to support hydroponic production management at Arjuna Farm, especially in increasing the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of agricultural products. The research used a case study approach with a qualitative descriptive method, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews with the main managers (Mr. Andi and Mrs. Selvi), as well as analysis of secondary data from various literary sources. The research location was chosen by purposive sampling, located at Jalan Situ Cibereum, Tamanjaya, Tamansari, Tasikmalaya City, during November 2024. The research results show that POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling) based management is implemented well, supported by IoT systems such as automatic watering, drip irrigation. This technology enables efficient and real-time production management, thereby maintaining the quality and sustainability of harvests, as well as increasing the attractiveness of Arjuna Farm as an educational tourist attraction based on modern technology.

This research aims to design and develop effective learning media, which is based on animated videos about the importance of tolerance and communication ethics. The method used in this research is qualitative with an R&D (Research and Development) approach. The research subjects involved three material experts, one media expert, as well as Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and Counseling Guidance (BK) teachers. The results showed that the material feasibility test using the Aiken-V index obtained a value of 0.84, which indicates a very high category and means very feasible. While the results of the media feasibility test reached a value of 1, which also means very high and feasible. Thus, this video-based learning media is very feasible to use to improve students' understanding of religious tolerance and communication ethics. However, there are some evaluations related to this learning media, especially regarding the duration of the video which is considered too long. This can cause students to lose focus and interest. Therefore, it is recommended to revise the duration of the video to make it more concise and concise, so that it can increase the effectiveness of material delivery.

The Betek area, Krucil District, Probolinggo Regency is at the foot of Mount Argopuro with deep groundwater conditions, so water in the ground is difficult to obtain. Currently, the need for clean water in Betek Village relies on spring sources around the area with a network simply built by the community. Unstable water source discharge is felt to be insufficient to meet community needs, especially during the dry season. So a study of underground water was carried out by approaching the electromagnetic field in the study area. One of the earth electromagnetic methods used is the magnetotelleuric method in the form of Audimomagnetotelleuric (ADMT) technology which can be used to determine the groundwater potential at the study location, where later the groundwater potential can be used to meet the community's water needs. The results of the ADMT track analysis on location show the continuity of groundwater potential on this path. Furthermore, an analysis of the ADMT path in the location B section shows the continuity of groundwater potential on the two tracks. At a depth of less than 40 meters, it is almost the same, while at a depth of more than 40 meters, it shows a different continuity. At a depth of less than 50 meters, it is almost the same, while at a depth of more than 60 meters, it shows a different continuity. If we look at the continuity of groundwater potential shown from ADMT-1 and ADMT-2, it shows that groundwater potential is dominant at 30 to 50 meters. So, from these two results, the selection of groundwater potential at ADMT-2 is 45 meters.
