Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) refers to an infection targeting the human respiratory passages, predominantly affecting children between the ages of 1 and 5 years. Improperly managed ARI condition can result in worsening nutritional conditions, secondary infections, stunted growth, and development. The family plays an important role in efforts to prevent ARI and its complications. When the family gets better at Providing family health services, the level of ARI that occurs in the family becomes less severe. The current study investigates the link between family health tasks and severity of Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI). An observational approach was utilized in this study with a retrospective design. The activities were conducted during the period June-August 2022 at the Dinoyo Community Health Center, Malang City. Purposive sampling was used resulted in 57 samples experiencing ARI. The instruments for both variables were assessed through questionnaires The hypothesis was tested using a chi-square test. The result show mothers who had poor family development tasks had a severity level of severe ARI of 38.6%; mothers in charge of family development had mild ARI in 15.8% of cases and moderate ARI in an estimated 22.8% of cases. The results obtained from the Chi-Square Test have a p-value = 0.000. This study reveals a significant correlation between family task performance and ARI severity in toddlers. Mothers who demonstrate poor achievement in family developmental tasks are more likely to have children experiencing higher severity of ARI. 

Study seeks to analyze the effect of VAT reduction, lifestyle and social environment on the interest in buying subsidized cars in the city of Yogyakarta. This study utilizes quantitative descriptive research and collects primary data through the use of questionnaires. The study includes 140 respondents working in Yogyakarta city. Sampling methodology in this study involved snowball sampling. Data analysis is multiple regression analysis. This study provides results that the decrease in VAT has no effect on the interest in buying subsidized cars, while the lifestyle and social environment of consumers have a positive effect on the interest in buying subsidized cars

Moral crisis and educational challenges in the era of globalization are hot issues currently being faced by the world of education in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to examine the urgency of teacher professionalism in Indonesia for solutions to the moral crisis and educational challenges in the global era. In the midst of rapid social change, globalization, and the degradation of moral values ??among students, the teaching profession is expected not only to be limited to teaching, but also to build national character. This study uses a library research method with a descriptive-qualitative approach, through a review of various literature such as books, scientific journals, and previous relevant research. The results of the study indicate that teacher professionalism which includes pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies has an important role in creating an adaptive, moral, and quality education system. Strengthening teacher professionalism is the first strategic step in forming a generation with character that is able to face global challenges without losing the nation's identity.

This study aims to determine the effect of video-assisted guided inquiry learning model on scientific attitudes and learning outcomes in the concept of work and energy. This research was conducted by FKIP Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Pohuwato University in the 2024/2025 academic year with a sample of 50 students, consisting of 25 students in the experimental class and 25 people in the replication class. This study uses the method This study uses a "one groups pretest-posttest design" design, where a pretest will be given before and a posttest will be given after treatment is given. This design uses one experimental class and one replication class. The data collection technique was carried out through purposive sampling, and the instrument used was an essay test consisting of 13 questions consisting of C1, C2, C3 and C4 and 40 statement items representing 15 indicators of scientific attitudes. The answers to the test results and questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS software version 22 with the Independent Sample Test. The results of the hypothesis test showed a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000. Because the sig value (2-tailed) <0.05, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This shows a significant effect of the video-assisted guided inquiry learning model on students' scientific attitudes and creative thinking skills in physics learning. The N-Gain analysis of learning outcomes showed that the experimental class achieved values ​​​​of 0.84 and 0.82 which are included in the high category. These results indicate that learning using the guided inquiry model can improve students' scientific attitudes and creative thinking skills.

The school productivity of each institution needs to be considered in order to create optimal graduate results. School productivity needs to be considered because it affects the growth and development of the institution. Therefore, this study was conducted where in the observation there were problems, especially at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Klari District, Karawang. The research method used is descriptive method and verification method. Population of 240 teachers, sample of 150 teachers, Non Probability sampling technique, based on sample provisions by Slovin, data collection technique questionnaire "Likert scale" and data processing technique path analysis and using SPSS version 25 application. Teacher competency variables can be stated in the category of good enough and running optimally, organizational culture variables can be stated in the category of good enough and so is the motivation variable is in the category of good enough and has an effect on school productivity in integrated Islamic elementary schools in Klari District, Karawang. Teacher competency, organizational culture and motivation have a significant relationship. Teacher competency on school productivity also has a greater influence. This study aims to determine how much influence teacher competence have on school productivity at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Klari District, Karawang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accountability accounting, organizational goals and budget participation on managerial performance of the Solo Representative Office of Bank Indonesia. This study uses data collection methods with questionnaires. The population used is Bank Indonesia Solo employees from all units (Rupiah Money Processing Unit, SP Policy Implementation Unit and SP PUR Supervision, Internal Management Unit and Kekda Implementation Unit). Data analysis methods with descriptive data of respondents, data quality test (validity test, reliability), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedaticity test) and for hypothesis testing using multiple linear analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination test. In this study obtained a sample of 65 people. Based on the test results it can be concluded that Accountability Accounting affects Managerial Performance, Organizational Goals affect Managerial Performance and Budget Participation has no effect on Managerial Performance.

This study aims to analyze the role of daily journal writing habits in improving the self-confidence of fifth-grade elementary school students in expressing their opinions through a philosophical education approach that includes ontological, epistemological, and axiological perspectives, as well as physiological, sociological, and anthropological principles. The research method used is qualitative descriptive based on literature review. The object of research is the concept of daily journal writing in the context of elementary education, while the subjects are fifth-grade elementary students in general. Data were collected through document studies of articles and books, and analyzed using content analysis with source triangulation for data validity. The results show that daily journals help increase students’ self-confidence by facilitating self-reflection, supporting knowledge construction, and instilling values of honesty and courage. These findings support the implementation of daily journals as a reflective learning strategy grounded in the philosophy of basic education.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kebiasaan jurnal harian dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas V sekolah dasar untuk mengemukakan pendapat dengan pendekatan filsafat pendidikan yang meliputi tinjauan ontologis, epistemologis, aksiologis, serta prinsip fisiologis, sosiologis, dan antropologis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi pustaka. Obyek penelitian adalah konsep kebiasaan jurnal harian dalam konteks pendidikan dasar, sedangkan subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V sekolah dasar secara umum. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi artikel dan observasi literatur ilmiah terkait. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis konten dengan triangulasi sumber untuk validitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jurnal harian mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dengan memfasilitasi refleksi diri, membangun konstruksi pengetahuan, serta menanamkan nilai kejujuran dan keberanian. Temuan ini mendukung penerapan jurnal harian sebagai strategi pembelajaran reflektif yang berlandaskan filsafat pendidikan dasar.

The full costing approach is used in this study to examine the production costs of Crispy Banana "LOKA" Surabaya. A quantitative methodology based on documents and interviews is used in this study. The results of the study show that the full costing method provides a more detailed picture by allocating all production costs (fixed and variable), and also separating additional costs for each flavor variant, thus finding different cost per box for each variant such as chocolate variant of Rp14,726, cheese variant of Rp16,909, tiramisu variant of Rp14,859, milo variant of Rp15,959, green tea variant of Rp14,859, palm sugar variant of Rp14,859 and mix variant of Rp14,884.

Turmeric is a spice commodity that has high economic market potential. However, the utilization of turmeric, especially in Kunden Village, Sukoharjo Regency is still limited in terms of processing innovation, and creates organic waste that has not been optimally utilized, namely turmeric leaves. The Village Development Program, carried out a zero waste-based transformation through the manufacture of gummy spices from rhizomes and liquid organic fertilizer from turmeric leaf waste. This activity is with the farmer women's group of Tani Lestari, with stages of socialization, training, and practice. The results of this program show that the farmer women's group of Tani Lestari members are able to understand product processing innovations in the form of turmeric gummy and optimize turmeric leaf waste into liquid organic fertilizer. Gummy turmeric is a functional food product that is good for health, while liquid organic fertilizer is an alternative to reducing organic waste from turmeric leaves to support sustainable agriculture. The provision of e-modules strengthens the sustainability of the program even after the activity has ended. Zero waste-based innovation not only encourages community participation, especially farmer women's group in village development based on local resources, but also creates a community that is adaptive to progress.

This study aims to determine the effect of internal motivation and transformational leadership on employee performance with spiritual intelligence as a moderating variable at the Lubuklinggau City Social Service. The background of this study is based on the importance of the role of human resources in achieving organizational goals and the decline in employee work productivity as seen from monthly performance achievement data. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The sample used was all 31 employees of the Lubuklinggau City Social Service, with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires with a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are expected to provide empirical evidence that internal motivation and transformational leadership have an effect on employee performance, and spiritual intelligence can moderate this effect. This study also provides theoretical contributions to the development of human resource management science and practical benefits in improving the performance of public organizations.
