This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance at CV. Kurnia Laut Biru. This type of research is quantitative. The population studied was all employees of CV. Kurnia Laut Biru, Jombang Regency, totaling 35 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, which means that all members of the population were sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 29 program. The hypothesis testing used was the partial significance test (t-test) and the simultaneous significance test (f-test). The results of the study concluded that: work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance at CV. Kurnia Laut Biru, Jombang Regency, workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance at CV. In 21st century learning, students are required to master 21st century themes, one of which is environmental literacy. This research aims to analyze the increase in students' environmental literacy using Socio-Scientific Issues based e-modules. The research method used was pre-experimental with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling where the class used is class X-2. The research data shows that the increase in environmental literacy for class Based on the data from this research, the use of e-modules based on Socio-Scientific Issues can increase students' environmental literacy in environmental change material.
 
 

Butuh Village is one of the villages in Butuh District,  Purworejo Regency, Central Jawa Province. The villages’s need for awareness of adequate sanitation is still quite low. This can be proven by the fact that there are still many houses that do not have adequate domestik waste processing infrastructure. AS we know, if we dispose of domestik waste in the form of grey water and black water directly into the environment without a good waste processing system, it will pollute the environmen. The aim of this design is to determine the domestik wastewater treatment bulding in Butuh village using the hierarchical method.The final calculation using the hierarchical method resulted in thr selected domestic wastewater treatment being the Anaerbic Buffled Reactor (ABR) using 4 parameters in the form of maintenance operatinal cost, land area used, construction costs and removal efficiency. The Anaerobic Buffled Reactor (ABR) is planned to have 5 compartments with a BOD removal efficiency of 84%, construction cost of Rp. 67.899.607, the land area required is 45 m2, and operational costs are Rp. 2.605.281 and maintenance is relatively easy.
 
 

Walisongo State Islamic University KKN students held a socialization on the importance of literacy and basic provisions for religious moderation from an early age at the banjiran public elementary school where the purpose of this socialization was carried out to provide a deep understanding to teachers, students about the importance of religious literacy in shaping the character of good and religious children. Religious moderation literacy is the ability to understand, interpret and apply religious teachings in a balanced and tolerant manner. Religious moderation literacy also includes the ability to communicate effectively about the values of moderation and to coexist harmoniously with individuals from various religious backgrounds. In this socialization, learning media such as videos, summary materials in the form of power points and also educational applications are used to convey the values of religious moderation.

<p>The concept of efficiency emphasizes the ability to utilize available resources economically. Efficiency in banking is stated as an indicator of bank performance that is needed to survive in competition and changes in consumer behavior. This study investigates the efficient performance of commercial banks in Indonesia, crucial for their resilience amidst competitive pressures and evolving consumer behaviors. Utilizing a purposive sample of 85 banks from 2018 to 2022, we employ Data Envelopment Analysis, a non-parametric method, to assess efficiency. Our findings reveal suboptimal operational efficiency across Indonesian commercial banks during the study period, with an average efficiency score consistently below 1. Notably, larger banks, with capital exceeding 70 trillion, exhibit superior efficiency, averaging between 97% to 98%. Conversely, smaller banks, with capital under 6 trillion, demonstrate varied efficiency levels. Hypothesis testing underscores the significant impact of company size, profitability, and capital ratios on bank efficiency.</p><p><em>Konsep efisiensi menggarisbawahi tentang kecakapan dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya yang tersedia secara ekonomis. Efisiensi pada perbankan dinyatakan sebagai indikator kinerja bank yang diperlukan agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan dan perubahan perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai bagaimana kinerja efisiensi pada bank umum di Indonesia. Sebanyak 85 sampel bank dipilih secara purposive dan digunakan dalam penelitian selama tahun 2018 - 2022. Penaksiran nilai efisiensi pada seluruh bank umum dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan non parametrik dengan Data Envelopment Analysis. Hasil penaksiran menunjukkan bahwa selama periode pengamatan bank umum di Indonesia belum beroperasi secara efisien. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai rata-rata efisiensi seluruh bank yang bernilai lebih kecil dari 1. Hasil empiris menunjukkan efisiensi tertinggi terdapat pada kelompok bank besar yang memiliki modal di atas 70 triliun dengan rata-rata berkisar 97% sampai 98%. Sedangkan efisiensi tedapat terjadi pada kelompok bank kecil yang memiliki modal di bawah 6 triliun. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas dan rasio permodalan</em><em> berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi bank.</em></p>

Background: The development of beekeeping edu-tourism in Pasawahan Village, Garut Regency is one of the innovative strategies in supporting village economic development while increasing public awareness of the bee ecosystem.
Research Objectives: This study aims to analyze the collaborative strategy applied in the development of beekeeping edu-tourism using the approach Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC).
Research Method: This research uses the methoddescriptive qualitativewith data collection techniques in the form ofin-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis.
Research Findings: The results of the study show that the development of this educational tourism involves collaboration between the village government, BUMDes, Yayasan Petani Muda Perlebah, PT PLN Persero through the CSR program, and active participation of the local community. This collaboration is realized in the form of infrastructure improvements, technical training, and digital-based marketing strategies to increase tourist appeal. Based on the model Tourism Area Lif Cycle (TALC), beekeeping educational tourism in Pasawahan Village is currently in the development phase development towards consolidation, marked by an increase in the number of visitors and diversification of tourism services. However, there are several obstacles such as the lack of beekeeping experts, limited regulations related to tourism management, and less than optimal promotion and ticket management systems.
Research Conclusion: This study recommends increasing technical training for the community, establishing village regulations to support sustainable tourism, and strengthening digital marketing strategies. With a targeted collaborative strategy, beekeeping edutourism in Pasawahan Village has great potential to develop into a leading destination in the sustainable educational tourism sector.
Research Novelty: This study offers a novel perspective by specifically examining collaborative innovation in the transformation of a former sand mining area into a sustainable edutourism destination in a rural Indonesian context, bridging the gap in existing literature regarding such specific development models. It uniquely combines the analysis of multi-stakeholder collaboration with the Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC) model to provide comprehensive insights into the dynamics and sustainability of edutourism in a developing country, offering a practical framework for similar initiatives.

This study aims to describe "The Implementation of Poetry Musicalization Extracurricular Activities at SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau City". This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. Data analysis techniques by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. The results of the research on "Implementation of Extracurricular Activities for Poetry Musicalization at SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau City". The design of poetry musicalization extracurricular activities is to design rehearsal activities for 1 time a week and are carried out with 5 meetings. The activities carried out by the students were exercises in the formation of grubs and working on poetry into poetry musicals. The extracurricular achievement of poetry musicalization is to be able to work on poetry into a work of poetry musicalization, master the theme and meaning implied in each verse of the poem, and participate in poetry musicalization festival events at the high school level in South Sumatra.

In simplifying the process of monitoring the temperature of electric vehicle batteries, especially in discharging conditions, a remote electric vehicle battery temperature monitoring system was created. The problem with the previous monitoring system was that there was no electric battery temperature monitoring system, so users could not monitor the temperature condition of the vehicle battery when in use. The purpose of this study is to design an Internet of Things (IoT)-based electric vehicle battery temperature monitoring device system using the web and add a data logger to monitor battery temperature remotely and find out the difference in temperature values from the device with a thermogun. And the addition of a cut off feature when the battery overheats as one of the safety.
The research method uses experiments, namely by comparing the speed between 30km/h and 50km/h and comparing the readings of the monitoring device with a thermogun. In proving the performance of the monitoring equipment, it is carried out with a distance of 1km, 2km, and 3km and in sloping road conditions. The data obtained were then analyzed using the paired T-test method. The results of the study showed that the tool worked quite well with the highest error value of 3.88%. And the battery temperature value between the speed of 30km/h and 50km/h is a significant difference with a P-value result of 0.035 which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

This study aims to explore the influence of biological factors, specifically DNA, on men's decisions regarding celibacy, monogamy, and polygamy. In this context, sexual and relationship decisions may be influenced by various genetic factors underlying individual behaviors and preferences. By analyzing genetic data from male samples who choose celibacy, monogamy, or polygamy, and collecting information about their social and psychological backgrounds, this research identifies genetic patterns that may be associated with tendencies toward one of these three options. Initial findings suggest that certain genetic variations may be related to relationship preferences and sexual behavior. This study provides new insights into how genetic factors can affect decisions related to relationship structures, with significant implications for further research on the interaction between biology and social behavior. The results of this research are expected to open up further dialogue regarding the role of genetics in determining human relationship dynamics.
