This paper focuses on the legal thought of Imam Malik bin Anas through a social historical approach. This study represents a relatively new area in Islamic legal scholarship, and therefore, it has garnered limited attention from academics. Imam Malik is one of the four imams of the Sunni schools of thought, known as ahlu hadits. Throughout his life, he never left the city of Madinah except for the pilgrimage to Mecca. His residence in Madinah, the place where the Prophet lived, greatly supported his ability to address various legal issues, most of which could be resolved through hadith. The environment of Madinah, characterized by relatively simple social problems, also influenced Imam Malik's approach. Although he is recognized as ahlu hadits, he was nonetheless affected by the use of reason in ijtihad due to the social conditions of his time. This is evidenced by his application of principles such as the practices of the people of Madinah (Amal ahli Madinah), the fatwas of the companions (sahabat), qiyas (analogical reasoning), al-maslahah mursalah (public interest), az-zari'ah (preventive measures), and al-'urf (custom) in deriving Islamic law. Like other schools of thought, Imam Malik regarded the Qur'an and hadith as primary sources in legal decision-making.

Padang Brahrang is a village located in the city of Binjai, Langkat Regency, which has many stories ranging from the cleanliness of the village, which has greenery and cultivation of plants ranging from flowers to vegetables. But in this case, we students of North Sumatra State Islamic University are doing Community Service activities in Padang Brahrang village, one of the activities we do is making natural pesticides from papaya leaves that are useful for keeping plants or plants from pests and diseases.  . The type of research used in this paper uses qualitative research methods with descriptive approaches. Pesticide manufacturing greatly influenced the development of plants and plants in the village, resulting in the production of pesticides given to the mother and father of village devices that cultivated plants and nearby communities.

Indonesia's positive legal system is not in line with Jinayah's thoughts of accountability. Criminal responsibility according to Islamic criminal law is based on the awareness and intention of the perpetrator (mens rea) and proof of unlawful actions (actus reus), which is in line with sharia principles. The aim of this research is to study how the concept of Islamic criminal responsibility can be applied to Indonesian law by considering the principles of justice, humanity and uniformity in accordance with the country's constitution. The research method used is normative, by looking at various laws in Indonesia and reading literature about Islamic criminal law and its implementation in countries with Islamic law. The research results show that, although there are fundamental differences between Islamic law and Indonesian positive law, several elements of the concept of Islamic criminal responsibility can be exploited, especially in cases containing certain crimes such as qisas, diyat, and ta'zir. By considering Pancasila as the philosophical foundation of the state, these elements can be exploited. It is hoped that this implementation will help strengthen the national legal system by providing space for the religious values ??that live within it

Nolokerto Village is a developing village and most of the businesses owned by the village, one of which is a catering business, produce a lot of organic waste that has a high water content, especially those that are easily decomposed. Unmanaged organic waste can cause environmental problems. Realizing the importance of effective waste management, KKN UIN Walisongo Semarang students held counseling and compost training activities so that food waste can be processed and reused. The program began with general materials on waste, followed by training on compost fertilizer for organic waste. The resulting compost fertilizer is then distributed to villagers to support agriculture and reduce the environmental impact of organic waste.

The aim of this research is to find out how mathematics teachers' learning  management works. The research methodology uses qualitative research methods, the approach used in this research uses observation, interviews and documentation. The informant in this research was a mathematics teacher. This research data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique in this research uses source triangulation, method triangulation, theory triangulation. The research results show that mathematics teachers who implement good learning management, such as careful planning, use of appropriate learning media, and continuous evaluation, are able to increase student participation in the learning process. In addition, strategies such as problem-based learning, cooperative learning, and the use of educational technology have also proven effective in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.

State science is a discipline that studies the state in various aspects, including its origins, functions, goals, and relationships with society and other institutions. This article explores the country's science development from a global perspective, highlighting the challenges and opportunities it faces in the modern era. This research examines the evolution of state theories, interactions between states and non-state actors, and the impact of globalization on the function and role of the state. In addition, this article also analyzes how technological changes and geopolitical dynamics influence the study and practice of state science. Through a multidisciplinary approach, this article aims to provide in-depth insight into the transformation of state science and its implications for public policy and governance in the 21st century.

Pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Bandung Barat penting untuk dilakukan agar dapat bersaing dengan daerah destinasi wisata lainnya. Destinasi wisata juga memiliki dampak positif terhadap perkembangan ekonomi lingkungan sekitarnya. Gua Pawon merupakan salah satu kawasan wisata yang potensial di Bandung Barat karena memiliki atraksi alam dan nilai sejarah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model diseminasi informasi pada kawasan Gua Pawon sebagai bentuk promosi dan pelestarian nilai sejarah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode action research dengan pendekatan Kurt Lewin. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa media informasi yang sudah tersedia di kawasan Gua Pawon tidak dirawat dengan baik dan memiliki tingkat efektivitas yang rendah. Model diseminasi informasi yang dirancang adalah booklet yang dapat diakses secara online pada tautan bit.ly/BookletGuaPawon.

Untuk memaksimalkan transmisi pengetahuan, menyediakan sumber pembelajaran budaya penting dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan literasi budaya dan kewargaan bagi masyarakat. Adanya urgensi tersebut menjadi langkah awal untuk memicu partisipasi masyarakat dalam menghasilkan dokumen budaya yang dapat dipelajari dan diaplikasikan.  Maka dari itu dibuatlah rancangan video tutorial Tari Topeng Lengger Sontoloyo gagrag Njantinan yang juga menjadi dasar observasi awal yang dapat digunakan untuk ahli dalam bidangnya ataupun peneliti selanjutnya dalam membuat dokumentasi yang lebih baik. Fokus penelitian sebagai berikut: bagaimana rancangan materi video tutorial gerak dasar Tari Topeng Lengger Sontoloyo gagrag Njantinan; bagaimana rancangan teknis video tutorial gerak dasar Tari Topeng Lengger Sontoloyo gagrag Njantinan; serta bagaimana rancangan pedagogis video tutorial gerak dasar Tari Topeng Lengger Sontoloyo gagrag Njantinan. Penelitian ini disusun dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode participatory action research model Stringer. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Rancangan materi dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menyusun materi ragam gerakan dengan rincian per bagian gerakan mulai gerakan kaki, gerakan tangan, dan gerakan kepala dari  Tari Topeng Lengger Sontoloyo gagrag Njantinan; (2) Rancangan teknis memperhatikan kualitas gambar, kualitas audio, teknis, dan kualitas pemeran dengan menggunakan kaidah videografi. ; dan (3) Rancangan pedagogis tersusun dengan memperhatikan aspek beban kognitif dan keterlibatan audiens dalam penyajian informasi melalui rancangan video tutorial  . Kesimpulan penelitian adalah Rancangan Video Tutorial gerak dasar Tari Topeng Lengger Sontoloyo gagrag Njantinan tersusun atas rancangan materi, rancangan teknis, dan rancangan pedagogis yang dapat digunakan menjadi observasi awal dalam menghasilkan dokumentasi yang lebih baik. Selain itu rancangan inipun dapat menjadi pendamping bagi guru tari dalam mentransmisikan pengetahuan budaya yang dimuat dalam rancangan video tutorial gerak dasar Tari Topeng Lengger Sontoloyo gagrag Njantinan.Kata Kunci: Rancangan Video Tutorial; Gerak Dasar; Tari Topeng Lengger Sontoloyo gagrag Njantinan; Literasi Budaya dan Kewargaan.

Vehicle testing in this research was carried out in the Practical Work Lecture program at the North Sumatra State Islamic University, MedanOne type of service provided is motor vehicle testing. Motor vehicle testing is very important to carry out for the safety of the driving public. When testing motorized vehicles, not only one vehicle will be tested, but many vehicles will be tested every day. The testing carried out will of course take quite a long time. Therefore, this research will use a queuing theory system, where this queue will be formed and help in managing and optimizing performance in motor vehicle testing. In this research, we will lokk at the service time and waiting time required for motor vehicle testing. The method used in this research is data taken in 2022. The data was processed using Microsoft Ecxel with service time results of 15,8 and waiting time of 57,05.
 
 

This research is based on the obstacles experienced by sanjai owners in Harau District are limited capital, marketing, suppliers who are often stuck or late in coming so that it disrupts the smoothness of the sales process. And also the sanjai problem faced by the sanjai owner himself is the increase in the price of raw materials which causes an increase in sanjai production costs so that it ultimately affects the income of a sanjai cracker entrepreneur.The method of this research is descriptive qualitative. This research is motivated by the decline in sanjai business income during the Covid-19 pandemic. Then also accompanied by an increase in the price of raw materials which resulted in increased production costs so that the selling price also increased. If the seller does not increase the selling price, the business will suffer losses. With the sanjai business, it can improve the community's economy and also open up jobs for people who are not yet working. The way sanjai owners survive in the era of many competitors is to offer lower prices, work with travel drivers and improve service to consumers. The obstacle that sanjai owners also experience is capital. For limited capital, sanjai owners can be assisted by family or seek loans from outside parties.
