Abstrak:
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia's economy but often face challenges in marketing their products, especially in the digital era. This study aims to design and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing training for MSME activists in Sangatta District, East Kalimantan. The research methodology uses a mixed-methods approach with 50 MSME actors as subjects. The training conducted includes the basics of digital marketing, the use of social media, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), and data analysis.The results show a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills in digital marketing. Additionally, the training successfully increased sales and product visibility of MSMEs. Training participants began adopting digital marketing strategies and using data analytics for more effective decision-making. These positive impacts indicate that digital marketing training can be an effective solution to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of MSME businesses. This study recommends the implementation of advanced training and continuous support for MSME actors, as well as collaboration between the government, universities, and the private sector to provide necessary resources. Thus, MSMEs in other regions are expected to benefit from similar programs to face challenges in the digital era.

Abstrak:
As a result, the goal of this article is to examine the marketing mix used by Antam's Padjadjaran Branch Group to market gold savings products, to evaluate the limitations and challenges faced by the marketing mix within the Antam Group Pajajaran Branch, and to develop marketing strategy recommendations to address both internal and external challenges encountered during the process of marketing gold savings products at the Antam Group Pajajaran Branch. Data for this study was acquired through interviews, observations, and recording using a qualitative descriptive methodology. The Antam Pajajaran Group Branch Managers, the Antam Pajajaran Branch Group Marketing Department, and the Gold Savings Products Pajajaran Bandung Branch's clients served as the study's informants. This study used the marketing mix theory as a guide. The study's conclusions include the marketing tactics used by Antam Group's Pajajaran Branch, which apply segmentation, targeting, and positioning principles, as well as the marketing mix, which includes product, price, place, promotion, people, processes, and facilities.

Abstrak:
The sample in this study is the employees who are in the Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Sibolga.The method used in this research is descriptive kuntitatif method by conducting multiple linear regression analysis test.
This research is done by quantitative method. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25 for windows.
Style Leadership and Motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees. Leadership style partially significant effect on employee performance, Motivation partially also have a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the variable that has the most significant influence is the Leadership Style

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of democratic leadership and communication on performance in national unity and politics in the city of Sibolga. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study were employees at the Office of National Unity and Politics in the City of Sibolga with a total of 32 respondents distributing questionnaires.
Based on the results of the study, it showed that there was a positive relationship between democratic leadership and performance at the Office of National Unity and Politics in the City of Sibolga, which was 0.093, while communication with employee performance was 0.123 so that when interpreted on a value scale it could be categorized as sufficient and good. The regression equation obtained is Y = 39.446 + 0.037X1 + 0.161X2 which shows leadership and communication on performance. The t test shows that the proposed hypothesis is rejected, where t count is -0.111 <2.04227 which means that employee performance will decrease by the regression coefficient (0.100) if the democratic leadership variable is added to one unit and other variables are considered constant. While communication has a significant effect on employee performance where t count < t table, namely -0.111 <2.04227.
While the coefficient of determination is known that free-control democratic leadership only plays a role of 0.100% of the performance at the Office of National Unity and Politics in Sibolga City and the rest is influenced by factors not examined.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of distribution channels and price discounts on consumer buying interest in CV. Nauli Pandan Light Partners. The research hypothesis is that distribution channels and price discounts simultaneously have a positive effect on consumer buying interest in CV. Nauli Pandan Light Partners. The population is 59 and used as a sample. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the study found that distribution channels and price discounts simultaneously had a positive effect on purchase intention, where Fcount (49.788) was greater than Ftable (3.15) or (49.788 > 3.15). Partially the distribution channel variables influence purchase intention, where the t-count value is 3.650 > ttable value 2.001 or significant (Sig-t) of 0.001 < ? (0.05). Partially the price discount variable has an effect on buying interest, where the t-count value is 3.794 > t-table value of 2.001 or significant (Sig-t) of 0.000 < ? (0.05) The calculation result of the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.627 means 62.7% channel distribution and price discounts can affect purchase intention, while the remaining 37.3% can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstrak:
The Influence of Leadership and Work Ethics on Work Motivation in the Sibolga special chili cracker business. This study aims to determine how much influence Leadership and Work Ethics have on Work Motivation in the Sibolga special chili cracker business, the model used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, using 30 samples. And the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, and t test and f test, to find out the independent variables that affect the dependent variable, in managing this data using the SPSS for Windows version 20 tool. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive effect and Work motivation has a negative effect, but simultaneously all variables have a significant positive effect with a value of 0.002 on work motivation in the Sibolga special chili cracker business, which also means that the hypothesis proposed is accepted, while the results of the partial analysis of leadership have a significant influence on work ethics negative and insignificant effect on work motivation in the Sibolga special chili cracker business.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Sibolga. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PNS pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Sibolga sebanyak 106 orang. Sampel penelitian ini dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 84 orang. Metode penelitan yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah angket dengan menggunakan skala likert sedangkan untuk uji yang digunakan yaitu Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Analisis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap kinerja (Y) yaitu thitung 4,727 > 1,989 ttabel, hal tersebut bahwa hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan dapat dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y). Pengaruh lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja (Y) yaitu thitung 4,243 >1,989 ttabel, hal tersebut berarti bahwa hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan dapat dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y). Dengan Persamaan regresi linier berganda yang diperoleh Y = 5,419 + 0,442X1 + 0,452X2. Dari Uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung (42,801) > Ftabel (3,109) sehingga dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif antara gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) secara simultan terhadap kinerja (Y) pada Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Sibolga.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perputaran piutang terhadap return on equity (ROE) pada CV. Parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian dalam deskriptif kuantitatif untuk membahas permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh keuangan perusahaan. analisis data dijelaskan penggunaan hasil beberapa analisis sub-data yang linear mengenai perputaran piutang (rasio lancer) terhadap return on equity (ROE) (Y).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara perputaran piutang dan return on equity pada CV. Parulian sojuangon panggabean Group Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah sebesar 0,322, sehimgga apabila diimterpretasikan dalam skala nilai dapat dikategorikan rendah. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y= 0,143 + 0,134X yang menunjukkan pengaruh perputaran piutang terhadap return on equity pada cv. Parulian sojuangon panggabean Group Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan ditolak (tidak signifikan) kebenarannya, dimana t hitung 0,590>2,07387, yang berarti return on equity belum tentu bertanbah sebesar koefisien regresi/slop (0,319) apabila variable perputaran piutang ditambah dengan satu satuan. Sementara koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa perputaran piutang hanya berperan sebesar 10,4 % terhadap return on equity pada CV.parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah dan sisanya sebesar 89,6% dipengaruhi factor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model.
