The purpose of this writing is to explain the factors that contribute to the ineffectiveness of the leadership of the Marriage Advisory, Development and Preservation Agency or commonly called BP4, by proposing or presenting immediate solutions to disputing married couples. BP4 Penghuluan's mission includes mediation as a means to prevent divorce. However, the effectiveness of its application in various regions in preventing divorce is still limited. This research method uses qualitative research with field research with critical analytical descriptive methods, then this composition uses a normative and empirical approach methodology sourced from direct experience in the field. This study discusses in depth the ways and methods used to deepen the concept of understanding public law to access advocacy services for the community, especially married couples. The results of this research indicate that the effectiveness of BP4 Kepenghuluan as advocacy assistance for married couples in various regions is currently disrupted in carrying out its functions due to various inhibiting factors so that it is not yet optimal. So the proposed settlement requires, among other things, that the regulation of Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974, especially Article 39 concerning Divorce, must be revitalized by Islamic law, namely First, this requirement requires the incorporation of taqshisul qadha, Second, reinterpretation, Third, new policies from the government. Fourth, improvements in supporting various aspects of BP4 in optimizing its role.




Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap ketidakefektifan kepemimpinan Badan Penasihatan, Pembinaan dan Pelestarian Perkawinan atau biasa disebut BP4, dengan mengusulkan atau menghadirkan solusi segera kepada pihak pasangan suami istri yang bersengketa dan mengkaji serta mengeksplorasi potensi penyelesaian yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas BP4 dalam kapasitasnya sebagai mediator dalam konteks pencegahan perceraian. Misi BP4 Kepenghuluan mencakup mediasi sebagai sarana untuk mencegah perceraian. Namun efektivitas penerapannya di berbagai daerah dalam mencegah perceraian masih terbatas. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode deskriptifanalitis kritis. Kajian ini secara mendalam membahas tentang cara dan metode yang digunakan untuk memperdalam konsep pemahaman hukum publik untuk mengakses layanan advokasi bagi masyarakat khususnya pasangan suami istri. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas BP4 Kepenghuluan sebagai bantuan advokasi bagi pasangan suami istri diberbagai daerah saat ini dalam menjalankan fungsinya terganggu karena berbagai faktor penghambat seperti faktor internal seperti kekurangan personel dan mediator bersertifikat, serta faktor eksternal antara lain belum adanya peraturan pemerintah baik berupa undang-undang maupun peraturan, sehingga belum optimal dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Maka usulan penyelesaian tersebut antara lain mengharuskan pengaturan Undang-Undang Perkawinan Nomor 1 Tahun 1974, khususnya Pasal 39 tentang Perceraian, harus dilakukan revitalisasi hukum islam yakni Pertama, Persyaratan ini mengharuskan penggabungan taqshisul qadha, Kedua, penafsiran ulang, Ketiga, kebijakan baru dari pemerintah. Keempat, Peningkatan dalam menunjang berbagai aspek di BP4 dalam mengoptimalkan perannya tersebut.

This study discusses the use of APD with occupational diseases (PAK) in students because in the field there are many students who do not understand about personal protective equipment and many students do not understand occupational diseases, therefore the purpose of this study is to increase student knowledge about the importance of using personal protective equipment (APD) and increase student knowledge of diseases caused by work or occupational diseases (PAK) so that students avoid occupational diseases (PAK) and emphasize the use of personal protective equipment (APD). The data collection method in this study uses a description using quality by collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of this study are the importance of educating students about the use of personal protective equipment in order to avoid occupational diseases such as physical, chemical, and biological hazards and increasing compliance with the use of personal protective equipment by increasing student knowledge through counseling or providing education and motivating them to use personal protective equipment in order to avoid occupational diseases.

This study aims to analyze the role of social media in the spread of Indonesian among students and evaluate the potential of the language to become an international language. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to students at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan. The results of the study showed that 87.9% of respondents used social media every day, and 69.7% considered the role of social media to be very important in introducing Indonesian internationally. Although most respondents believe that Indonesian has the potential to become an international language, they identified several barriers, such as inappropriate language use and lack of support from the community and government. The recommendations put forward include active promotion of the Indonesian language on social media, improvement of the overseas education curriculum, and collaboration with international influencers.

This Community Service activity aims to ensure that every woman is able to have a management strategy in managing household finances so that economic prosperity can be achieved in the family. Participants in this activity are given an understanding of the management strategies applied in managing household finances which will result in output from the participants, namely that each participant knows the level of financial needs, is able to make financial plans well in accordance with the flow of the management process, has an effective financial management strategy and practice in preparing routine financial budgets. It is important to carry out this activity because of economic instability and the increasing cost of living nowadays. Impoliteness is defined as communicative behavior that is intended to cause offense, social disruption, or emotional harm. The description that occurs not only in social life but can found in the film, which used by the characters. Culpeper divided three functions of impoliteness there are affective, coercive, and entertaining. This research aims to analyze the functions of impoliteness which found in the movie Pearl Harbor.The method used to analyze and collecting data which found and contained in the Pearl Harbor movie through descriptive qualitative methods, using Spradley 1980 theory. This research used data collection from the dialogues between characters in the movie. The result of this analysis shows that the researcher found three functions of impoliteness proposed by Culpeper. Three functions of impoliteness were found in this movie with two functions having the same data, namely affective and coercive. Because of the war setting so that these two functions are the most suitable to use and researcher also found one function of entertaining. The conclusion of this research that based on the background of war, then in this movie it is very suitable to be researched using impoliteness. In war usually raises conflict and tension where it can lead to impoliteness. The more tension there is in the movie, the more impoliteness is used.  
 

Language serves as a crucial instrument for shaping communication and fostering understanding across diverse contexts. Effective text organization can prevent misunderstandings, making a deep understanding of English text systems and structures essential. Discourse analysis, which examines language use in social contexts to create meaning and facilitate communication, is vital for appreciating the subtleties of language and the strategies employed by speakers and writers. This study focuses on the role of references within discourse. Using Jane Austen’s Persuasion as a data source, this research applies Halliday and Hasan’s (1976) framework to analyze the types of anaphoric and cataphoric references. Through a descriptive qualitative methodology and document analysis, the study identifies a higher frequency of anaphoric references compared to cataphoric ones. This analysis provides insights into Austen’s storytelling techniques.

BBPVP plays a role in organizing training and professional competency tests as an effort to improve the quality of human resources, but the implementation of competency tests carried out there are trainees who are not competent because they fail to master the standard competency units set. The purpose of this study is to describe the evaluation of the program in terms of (context, input, process, product). The research used a descriptive qualitative approach and the research data was obtained through observation of training activities, interviews with organisers, instructors and trainees, and documentation from institutional profile books, institutional websites and photographs of training activities. The results show that the context of the training programme is in line with the needs and objectives of the participants, namely their interests and professional needs. According to the input of the programme, the participants are of productive age (17-64 years old) and the participant are civil servants, graduates of fashion vocational training, who follow basic education and have a certificate of sewing expertise methodology. The curriculum is based on SKKNI and the source of funding comes from the state budget. The infrastructure includes machines, rooms and other supporting facilities. Process, schedule according to the total duration of 260 jp, instructor and participant activities are active in theory, discussion, practice and assignments. There is a weekly target as a strategy to adjust the programme to the plan set. By the end of the course, participants will be competent in sewing and will have increased self-confidence. Participants are declared passed when they have mastered the specified training competency units. In conclusion, the sewing training programme can be continued because it has been successful in providing competence to the trainees in terms of the CIPP aspects. The implication of this research is that when implementing training programmes, it is necessary to apply CIPP evaluation so that the implementation process can proceed in accordance with the planned programme objectives.

This research involves steps in creating promotional media that follows the ADDIE approach, with a focus on a case study conducted at MA Wahid Hasyim, Bangsri, Jepara. The video produced from this research aims to be the main promotional tool in the school environment, using a testing method using a Likert scale. Made in the form of motion graphic animation, the video was conceptualized creatively to provide an interesting introduction about the school, with the hope of attracting the interest of prospective students and other related parties in an innovative and interesting way.

Alhadi, Peran Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat Dalam Mendukung Kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat Dalam Mendukung Kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat Dalam Mendukung Kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin belum berjalan secara optimal hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya koordinasi dengan instansi lain yang masih terkait dengan program dari Kesejahteraan, seperti Baznas dan lain-lain. Faktor pendukung peran bagian Kesejahteraan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin sendiri adalah pegawai yang bekerja sesuai aturan, dalam hal ini tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing bagian yang telah ditetapkan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum terjalinnya koordinasi yang kuat antara bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat dengan instansi yang terkait langsung dengan kesejahteraan rakyat, misalnya yang terkait dengan Baznas, Haji dan Umrah serta Tahfidz dan lain sebagainya. Kedepannya perlu ditingkatkan lagi.
