The development of social media has transformed institutional communication strategies, including those of the Indonesian Army (TNI AD) in building a more humanized image. This study aims to analyze how visual and narrative elements in the disaster relief content related to the eruption of Mount Lewotobi, as published by TNI AD on Instagram, are constructed and conveyed to the public. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method using Robert N. Entman’s framing analysis model, which includes problem definition, causal interpretation, moral evaluation, and treatment recommendation. Data were collected through observation and documentation of TNI AD’s Instagram post dated January 13, 2024. The findings indicate that both visual and narrative framing effectively shape public perception of the TNI AD as a responsive, compassionate, and empathetic emergency actor that presents itself as a solution during humanitarian crises. The humanistic image is emphasized through visuals depicting aid distribution, warm interactions with residents, and the provision of healthcare services. The implications of this study suggest that social media can serve as a strategic tool to strengthen public trust and expand the military's communication role in the civilian sphere, particularly during disaster situations.

Airports serve as a central hub for air transportation, requiring precise coordination and operations, including ground handling services. One key element is the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) personnel, who are responsible for aircraft support equipment. They must adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure performance meets safety and efficiency standards. However, challenges such as timeliness, procedural discrepancies, and inconsistencies in SOP implementation remain. This study used a quantitative approach with correlational analysis and simple linear regression. The sample consisted of 30 GSE personnel selected through total sampling, and data were collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. This method aimed to identify the effect of SOP compliance. The results showed that SOP compliance had a positive and significant impact on GSE officer performance at Sam Ratulangi Airport in Manado. The regression coefficient of 0.632 indicates a positive relationship, with a significance value of 0.002 indicating statistical significance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.241 indicates that 24.1% of the variation in officer performance can be explained by compliance with SOPs, which indicates that increased compliance contributes positively to their performance.

This program is part of the government's efforts to achieve the target of reducing the stunting rate to 14% by 2024, as mandated by the President. This study identifies the implementation of the BKKBN Student Program for Stunting Prevention in Banten Province, specifically in Kilasah Village, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. The study employs government action theory and the welfare state theory using a legal-empirical method through a qualitative field approach. Data was collected through literature reviews and interviews, analyzed descriptively and analytically. The results show that the program's implementation has included 15 outreach and mentoring activities. Fifteen adolescents received reproductive health education, 21 pregnant and breastfeeding mothers received nutrition and pregnancy health counseling, and 20 prospective couples participated in socialization on healthy pregnancy planning and the use of the Elsimil application. Growth monitoring was conducted at nine Posyandu centers with a total of 60 infants, and 37 cases of infants indicated as stunted were identified. Challenges faced include the absence of specific regulations regarding the program and resistance from the target groups, particularly adolescents and prospective brides and grooms who struggled to understand the Elsimil app. In conclusion, the program has a positive impact on efforts to accelerate stunting reduction, although improvements are still needed in terms of regulations, coordination, and culture-based education.

This research is motivated by the rampant circulation of repackaged products that have not been fully supervised. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the legal protection provided to consumers and the effectiveness of the role of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) in conducting supervision. The purpose of this study is to determine the legal protection provided to consumers of packaged food products and to determine the extent to which BPOM carries out its role as a supervisory agency in ensuring the safety of these products. This research uses a normative legal approach with a qualitative approach, through literature study and interviews as a complement. The results show that business actors are required to re-register repackaged products in accordance with food safety regulations. This is a preventive measure to ensure that products in circulation are safe for consumption and provide effective legal protection for consumers. The findings also indicate that BPOM supervision still needs strengthening, both in terms of regulations, resources, and community outreach.

The trade of secondhand clothing at Pasar Senggol Batubulan, Gianyar Regency, has become a rapidly growing economic activity and an alternative source of income, particularly amidst limited formal employment opportunities. However, the income of secondhand clothing traders tends to fluctuate and is influenced by several internal business factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, business capital, working hours, and product quality on the income of secondhand clothing traders. An associative quantitative approach was used, involving 61 traders selected through a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method applied is multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that price, capital, working hours, and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on traders’ income. Partially, all four variables also show a significant influence. Product quality is the most dominant factor affecting income, followed by capital, working hours, and price. Adequate capital enables traders to increase stock and improve product quality. Longer working hours provide greater opportunities to serve consumers, while competitive pricing boosts sales capacity. These findings underscore the importance of managing internal business factors to enhance income and contribute to the economic empowerment of communities in the informal sector.
