Non-pharmacological pain management is an important approach to improving the quality of life of patients with chronic pain. This technique includes various methods, such as relaxation, heat and cold therapy, distraction, and deep breathing techniques, which aim to reduce the perception of pain without the need for medication. This approach is especially useful for patients who cannot or do not want to rely on pharmacological treatment. This training aims to improve the understanding and skills of health cadres in implementing non-pharmacological techniques in pain management in the community. Biofilms are surface-adhering communities of microorganisms that produce extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) and can grow on any surface, including metal, plastic, glass, soil particles, stainless steel, wood, and biotic surface. biofilm infections lead to different disorders, for instance, diabetes mellitus, dental caries, medical implants and wound infections that significantly affect the quality of life, cancer development, and subsequently, increase the global morbidity rate. This study aims to summarize the recent evidence supporting the potentional of probiotic and natural ingridient as antibiofilm and antibacterial using a PRISMA-oriented (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-analyses) statement. This review found significant aspects exemplified by the properties of probiotics and natural ingridients related to as antibiofilm and antibacterial for further indepth studies to make it into pilot scales.

The development of cellular communication technology has reached a significant point with the presence of 4G LTE networks, which offer high speed and spectrum efficiency. This study aims to evaluate the performance of 4G LTE networks from two operators, Telkomsel and Axis, at two locations of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (UNTIRTA), namely Campus A and Campus C. The method used is a drive test with the help of the SpeedOf.me site, which measures download speed, upload speed, and latency parameters. The test results show that Telkomsel excels in upload speed with relatively good latency stability, while Axis has the advantage in the highest download speed but shows large fluctuations in performance, especially in the latency parameter. This performance variation indicates that location factors, network load, and device conditions greatly affect service quality. Overall, Telkomsel shows more stable performance, making it more reliable for network-based academic activities, while Axis is suitable for needs with a priority of download speed in optimal conditions. This study is expected to be a reference for the development of network infrastructure in higher education environments.

This study discusses the causes of leakage in cargo oil pumps, which play a crucial role in the discharge operation of tankers carrying oil, chemicals, and gas. Regular maintenance is essential to prevent damage that could hinder the ship's operations. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data gathered from observations, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The analysis is conducted using Fishbone to identify the root causes of the problem. The results show that leakage occurs due to the misalignment of the pump shaft. This misalignment causes excessive vibration at high speeds, damaging components, especially the carbon seal face of the mechanical seal, leading to leakage of cargo. Preventive measures include regular and scheduled maintenance, proper lubrication, routine inspection while the pump is running, and alignment checks to ensure the shaft is straight. If any issues are found, repair or replacement with new parts is necessary to ensure the pump operates efficiently and the discharge process runs smoothly.
