Speech acts are one of the objects of pragmatic study which relate human behavior to the means of speech. There are three types of speech acts in pragmatics, namely illocutionary, locutionary, and perlocutionary. Illocutionary acts as a type of speech act function to say and carry out an action, which is divided into representative, directive, expressive, commissive, and declarative speech acts. This research aims to examine and describe words, phrases, clauses, or sentences containing illocutionary speech acts in folklore videos on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel, each of which has the title “Cerita Rakyat Sumatera Barat (Malin Kundang)”, “Cerita Rakyat Sumatera Barat (Legenda Dayang Bandir dan Sandean Raja)”, “Cerita Rakyat Jambi (Negeri Lumpur)”, “Cerita Rakyat Jambi (Dusun Selat)”, dan “Cerita Rakyat Bangka Belitung (Asal Mula Pulau Kapal)”. The research method applied is a qualitative descriptive method with free-involved listening techniques followed by note-taking techniques. The results of the analysis carried out were that there were 66 utterances including illocutionary speech acts, which were classified into 17 representative speech acts, 21 directive speech acts, 19 expressive speech acts, 5 commissive speech acts, and 4 declaration speech acts. This research has broad benefits for understanding communication, language analysis, developing communication skills, and contributing to communication theory and related scientific disciplines.

This research aims to analyze the stages of development of the relationship between fathers and their children according to Jean Piaget's theory in the novel entitled My Father is Not a Liar by Tere Liye. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Analysis of the developmental stages of the relationship between father and son in the novel Ayahku Is Not a Liar using a literary psychology approach. Development is a pattern of change that begins at conception and continues throughout a human's lifetime. Most development involves growth, although it also includes decline caused by the processes of aging and death. The analysis used is the theory of cognitive development by Jean Piaget. The problem of this research is how the character of children begins to understand the meaning and understanding of life. The results of the analysis of the novel Ayahku Is Not a Liar can be concluded that there is strong emotional and intellectual development in the main character through the process of disclosure and understanding. through the process of disclosure and understanding, their relationship gradually improves and becomes more harmonious. This shows the importance of communication and understanding in building healthy family relationships

This article discusses best practices in guiding students to write and publish works through the school literacy movement at SD Negeri 02 Tanjungsari. The purpose of this paper is to provide insight into effective approaches and strategies in developing students' writing skills as well as encouraging them to publish work. This paper describes some best practices that can be applied in the context of the school literacy movement. First, it is important for schools to create an environment that supports and encourages students to write. This can be done through the establishment of reading corners in the classroom, literacy groups, creative spaces, and support from school residents. Giving special time to writing, providing relevant resources, providing appropriate guidance and guidance to students in the writing process are also important factors in increasing students' interest and motivation in writing. Teachers can use an inclusive and differentiated approach to ensure that every student gets support that suits their needs. The provision of constructive feedback and the opportunity to revise writing are also important aspects of guiding students in writing. The importance of publishing students' works as an effort to motivate them and provide a sense of achievement. Guiding students to write and publish work through the school literacy movement requires a holistic and structured approach. By creating a supportive environment, providing appropriate guidance, schools can motivate and help students develop writing skills as well as appreciate the value of their works.

The research focuses on analyzing one part of a speech act, especially illocutions. The author analyzes how illocutions are used in a certain context in the video "Merdeka Belajar" on the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture's YouTube channel. The research aims to analyze the use of illocutionary speech acts in the video "Merdeka Belajar" on the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture's YouTube channel, with a focus on the illocutionary theory developed by J. L. Austin, which includes five main forms; representative (assertive), commissive, directive, expressive, and declarative. Research was conducted to better understand how messages and communication are conveyed in the context of the video. This research combines methodological and theoretical approaches. From a methodological aspect, the research applies qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. Theoretically, research is related to the field of pragmatics. The type of research used is a pragmatic study that uses qualitative descriptive methods which include examining documents, listening, and taking notes as data collection tools. The technique for collecting data was carried out using SBLC techniques and recording. Apart from that, the research also used the distribution and matching method for data analysis. This research is useful for knowing how to classify speech acts and increasing knowledge in the field of pragmatics, especially in illocutionary speech acts. In the results of data analysis, 41 data were found from various types of illocutionary speech acts. The number of data for each speech act, namely assertive, is 22 data, directive 7 data, declarative 2 data, commissive 1 data, and expressive 9 data. Based on the research results, the variety of speech acts that are often used in speech on the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture's YouTube channel videos are assertive speech acts. The assertive speech acts that appear in the video are statements stating, opinions, showing, reporting, speculating, mentioning, and asserting.

Living humans cannot be separated from language to communicate. Communication is carried out by expressing what the speaker will convey to his speech partner through speech acts. Speech acts themselves have various types, starting from locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary. The main focus of this research is the use of locutionary speech acts in the "Stories of Inspirational Figures" playlist on the Zenius YouTube channel, which is one of the currently popular educational channels. The main aim of this research is to explain the form of locutionary speech acts contained in the playlist "Zenius: Kisah Tokoh Inspiratif". This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, with a pragmatic theoretical approach. The data collection technique uses listening and note-taking techniques, the data analysis technique uses the collection method, and the data presentation technique is informal, namely using ordinary words. The results obtained from the analysis of a collection of videos in the "Stories of Inspirational Figures" playlist on the Zenius YouTube channel are 25 locutionary speech act data. The dominant data produced in this research were 20 statement speech acts, then 3 command locutions and 2 question locutions. This research has the benefit of being a source of information to gain knowledge and understanding in the field of pragmatics, especially those related to locutionary speech acts.

This research examines politeness in language based on the ten maxims according to (Leech, 2014) in a collection of Indonesian language debate videos on the X OTKP 2 YouTube channel. There are several reasons why researchers conducted this research, namely that no previous researcher had chosen the title of the article and the data source. In this article has not been studied by previous researchers. The aim of this research is to determine the principles of linguistic politeness which consist of ten maxims, including the maxim of generosity, maxim of tact, approbation, modesty, obligation of S to O, obligation of O to S, agreement, opinion retincence, sympathy, and feeling reticence. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and a pragmatic theoretical approach. The data used in this research is a collection of a number of Indonesian language debate videos. The data source comes from the X OTKP 2 YouTube channel. This research produce 177 data, 119 (67%) of obedience maxim and 58 (33%) of violations maxim. The maxim of obedience consist of Tact maxim, Approbation, Modesty, Obligation of S to O, Agreement, and Opinion Reticence. While in the violatin, there are maxim of generosity, Tact, Approbation, Modesty, Obligation of O to S, Opinion Reticence, Sympathy, and Feeling of Reticence. With this research, it is expected to provide an understanding of language politeness.

This research employs a qualitative method to analyze and evaluate the business network of Jeep Aquascape & Aquarium stores, with a specific focus on marketing and promotional strategies. The primary objective is to identify aspects of the business network where Jeep Aquarium can redevelop its marketing and promotion strategies to address revenue instability, despite the store generally experiencing profitability. The qualitative approach involves in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including store owners, employees, and customers. Data analysis aims to uncover patterns of revenue instability, assess the success and shortcomings of current marketing strategies, and identify internal and external factors influencing revenue fluctuations. Findings reveal that, while the store generally sees profits, attention is required to address revenue instability. Strategic recommendations from qualitative analysis include the development of more proactive promotional strategies, notably leveraging social media to reach a broader target audience. A profound understanding of business resources contributing to revenue fluctuations is also disclosed, providing additional insights for sustainable improvements. Therefore, more proactive promotions, particularly through social media, are identified as a key element to enhance visibility and customer appeal, ultimately contributing to achieving better revenue stability.

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and performance evaluation on employees at PT. Shopee Indonesia with a qualitative approach. The research method uses analysis of documents, articles, websites and journals related to leadership policies and employee performance evaluation. Leadership style, especially transformational, has a significant positive influence on employee motivation and performance at PT. Shopee Indonesia. Performance evaluation has also been shown to play a role in shaping employee perceptions of recognition for their contributions. This provides insight for company management in optimizing leadership practices and performance evaluation systems to improve work quality and employee productivity.

The independent variable in this research is the variable that is manipulated and predicted to have an influence on the dependent variable. This is known by the tolerance value and Variance Inflantion Factor (VIF) value which are used to determine positive and negative values between independent variables. There is no or no multicollinearity found in the regression model. It is found that there is no multicollinearity in the Regression Model. This shows that there is a linear relationship and influences the dependent variable. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price, promotion on purchasing decisions for Indomie brand instant noodles among consumers in Solo. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form with a total of 56 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26 software tools. The results obtained in this research show that product quality has no significant influence on purchasing decisions, price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and promotions have an influence on purchasing decisions.

In industrial relations, there will definitely be conflicts between companies and workers related to differences in ideas which result in industrial relations problems or known as industrial relations disputes. This research aims to find out how labor unions can be a solution to resolving industrial relations disputes that occur between companies and workers. In order to gain accurate information and avoid changing any data, this research adopts a descriptive analytic method, gathering data from journals and publications published by competent and qualified authors. The topic taken to conduct this research is the concept of resolving employment contract disputes through labor unions. The results of this research are the concept used by trade unions, namely through deliberation to reach consensus in a friendly and open manner so that disputes can be resolved peacefully and ensure that no party is harmed.

Good Corporate Governance is the most well-known principle in the world for maintaining the integrity of world organizations. Unfortunately, in its application, GCG does not explain the values ​​of stakeholders. The study aims to reconstruct GCG (OECD version) and look for a more appropriate Sharia Concept. Of course, this will provide a solution to the problem itself. After analyzing the values ​​and character of SET, we built a modern GCG positioned on Islamic concepts. These concepts are; One; deeper sympathy from stakeholders, second; principles regarding stakeholder rights: third, equality in stakeholder behavior, fourth, the principle of openness, finally, regarding corporate accountability.Weak GCG practices in Indonesia are caused by the low level of protection for investors, law enforcement, transparency and ineffective public company audit committees. This condition strongly encourages the need for effective and efficient global corporate governance. Islamic Corporate Governance The Islamic perspective lies in the Islamic Company Theory which has greater concern for wider stakeholders which include God, humans and nature. The difference in goals between conventional Corporate Governance and Sharia GCG which tends to adhere to Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET). SET equates material and spiritual values. This shows that Sharia GCG does not only achieve material benefits, but also spiritual values. SET also equates egoistic values ​​with altruistic values, which in Islamic law are realized in the form of worship.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the application of educational policy analysis in improving quality culture at SD - IT Tafizil Qur'an Yayasan Islamic Center North Sumatra (YIC-SU). This research method uses qualitative research using primary and secondary data collection techniques. Data sources include interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that SD - IT Tafizil Qur'an (YIC-SU) in conducting educational policy analysis to improve quality culture by conducting several stages, namely 1). Problem formulation, 2). Policy agenda and formulation of policy alternatives, 3). Policy determination. The results obtained by SD - IT Tafizil Qur'an (YIC-SU) can build a good and sustainable quality culture so that it continues to be a school that is in great demand.

Gamification system-based learning is a learning method that uses game elements and game thinking in a non-game environment to improve student behavior and engagement in the learning process. The concept of gamification in learning minimizes lectures by teachers about the material, and emphasizes interactivity and student involvement in learning. This research uses the literature review method to comprehensively analyze articles published from 2020 to 2023, of course with several specifications determined and 4 articles selected. The results of this research state that the gamification method is very effective and appropriate for increasing student learning motivation, because in implementing gamification students are required to be active during the learning process and also present interactive material.

Administrative process optimization is a systematic effort to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality in the execution of administrative tasks within the company, while facilities management and demand for goods and logistics focus on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness, which will apply the WBS method to decompose complex tasks into more manageable components. This research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the queuing conditions that occurred during the material A testing process at the XYZ Laboratory through simulation using Arena software. After carrying out a simulation with the Arena software, it was discovered that there were no queues for the material A testing queue activity at the XYZ Laboratory. From the results of the simulation data processing for material A testing queues in the XYZ laboratory, there are no queues and service times are optimal, so there is no need for corrective solutions. Based on the results of verification and validation, H0 is accepted because the value 0 is in the range μ1 – μ2 so it can be said to be valid. In this research, all variables were found to be valid, so the next step that must be taken is to carry out reliability calculations because the variables in the questionnaire are valid. From the results of reliability calculations, the Cronbach's Alpha value > significance level value is 0.770 > 0.6, so the instrument is said to be reliable. From the research obtained with IBM SPSS software, it is useful for carrying out validity and reliability tests in analyzing the level of subcontractor satisfaction with facilities and services in the Procurement Services Division of PT X's Supply Chain clearly and optimally.
