This research discusses the Implementation of the Strengthening Project for the Student Profile of Pancasila (P5) in the Independent Curriculum at MAN 2 Palembang. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact on students regarding the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at MAN 2 Palembang. The research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. Interviews were conducted with individuals representing the criteria of MAN 2 Palembang to gather data. The 10th-grade class is the only class at MAN 2 Palembang participating in the Pancasila student profile enhancement project. As part of their independent study, students develop and implement a project. One of the independent curriculum project activities is the implementation of P5 activities. The P5 project at MAN 2 Palembang consists of three parts: a presentation by the class teacher on traditional South Sumatra cuisine and related topics (recipes passed down from generation to generation), a session on the socialization of the impact of bullying and drug use in the school auditorium, and a student performance showcasing traditional South Sumatra cuisine in the school auditorium.

The Merdeka curriculum is an innovative approach to education aimed at providing autonomy to students in their learning. The objective of this research is to understand the methods and approaches used by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ihsan in preparing itself to introduce the Merdeka curriculum. We employed a qualitative method in this research. The first step in qualitative research methodology involves observation, interviews, and data collection. Research findings indicate that MI Al-Ihsan has started preparing itself to implement the Merdeka curriculum. This preparation includes teacher training, developing learning materials in line with the curriculum, creating adaptable lesson plans, and discussing difficulties and challenges faced when implementing the Merdeka curriculum, as well as its benefits and drawbacks compared to the previous curriculum. The importance of careful planning before implementing the Merdeka curriculum at MI Al-Ihsan is also emphasized in this article. With thorough planning, this curriculum will maximize the benefits of students' self-development in the future.

The elderly group is the last stage of maturity in a person's life, which requires some kind of Christian education or church teachings, but not everyone reaches that age, so this age is often called the golden age. Most people think they don't need special education as they get older. What is meant by elderly is a person who has reached the age of 60 years and whose physical strength has weakened to such an extent that they are no longer able to earn a living. their strength or endurance and work are already limited. Spiritual formation for the elderly is very necessary to strengthen the faith of the elderly in their old age, whose physical abilities are increasingly decreasing, causing many problems for the elderly. Therefore, by using qualitative methods and a literary approach it can be concluded that the forms of spiritual education given to the elderly are: visits to nursing homes, counseling, worship/fellowship for the elderly, catechism before death, visits to nursing homes. leading prayer and meditation, involving the elderly in services and helping the elderly when they are sick. That's what coaches really need to give to seniors.    

This study aims to examine the effect of digitalization changes, digital divide, and transformation on the effectiveness of companies in South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to several employees in South Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, and the data obtained are analyzed using regression analysis. The results of this study show that changes in digitalization, sausage gaps and transformation significantly affect the effectiveness of existing companies in South Jakarta. In the digital era, which has been applied in several organizations, it brings new changes to increase the effectiveness and productivity of employee performance. This shows that digitalization provides an important point for transformation of company effectiveness. The implication of this research is the importance of companies paying attention to changes in digital-based work systems to reconsider the digital divide in some companies that allow disruption of balance to employee performance, therefore it is necessary to conduct research related to changes in digitalization, digital divide, and transformation of company effectiveness.

This research uses a survey method with quantitative research with a sampling technique, namely distributing online questionnaires via Google Form. A simple regression test was used to analyze data obtained from filling out the questionnaire. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the challenges, opportunities and best policies in dealing with foreign currency transactions based on PSAK 10. The practical implications of compliance with this standard, as well as the potential impact on corporate financial decisions, will also be reviewed. The aim of this research is to analyze the treatment of foreign exchange differences at PT. Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK), focusing on transaction management, the use of functional currency, and exchange rate risk mitigation. The research method employed is qualitative, with PT EMTK as the research subject. Data was obtained through literature review, referring to the Annual Reports of PT EMTK. The study indicates that PT EMTK adopts a cautious approach in handling foreign exchange transactions. The majority of business units use the Indonesian Rupiah as the functional currency, and the monetary assets and liabilities are adjusted to the exchange rates at the reporting date. Despite the absence of an official hedging policy, the company still considers current market conditions, especially regarding cash and cash equivalents balances in USD. Additionally, the research reveals that PT EMTK conducts sensitivity analysis on exchange rate risk, measuring the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on pre-tax profits. Overall, the company diligently monitors foreign exchange rate risks and takes proactive measures against external factors that may affect financial performance.

The results of the analysis that has been carried out by researchers found that there are 4 factors that cause turnover intention in the novel, namely workload, job satisfaction, unsupportive leadership style, and compensation. The conclusion of this study is that a company cannot run without employees, therefore to achieve the goals of the company, it is important for companies to pay attention to the condition of their employees so that employees can work as much as possible and reduce the risk of turnover intention in the company.

The aim of this research isnto assess the implementation of Internasional Financial Reporting Standars (IFRS) at PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk, especially inte accounting aspect of business combinations. This research method is quantitative and uses analysis through a literatur study approach. The data used was obtained from the financial report of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk for 2011, 2015,  daj 2018, taken from official company sources. Research findings show that PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk has succesfully implemented the PSAK 22 business merger accounting standard (revised 2011, 2015, dan 2018) which as been adapted to IFRS with efficiency in preparing financial reports. The impact of this research is to provide a significant contribution in helping shreholders and other related partiesnij evaluating the extent to which companies comply with applicable financial reporting regulations.

The data collection technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the discussion stated that, PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk noted that foreign currency transactions occur due to import-export, foreign funding and foreign investment. Foreign currency transactions are important in company risk management as a source of good financial strategy.
