YouTube, which is a means of mass communication, now has an impact on student self-development. YouTube "One Percent" is a show that contains content about self-development. Students with all the problems of self-development that are not taught at school begin to improve their habits, lifestyle, finance, socializing through the educational show "One Percent".  The purpose of this study is how the form of utilization of Youtube "One Percent" as a means of self-development and to find out how the impact of the audience of the YouTube channel "One Percent" as a means of communication in developing themselves. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. The nature of exploratory qualitative research with research methods using in-depth interviews. The results in this study are the utilization of YouTube One Percent as a means of mass communication for self-development is considered effective in student self-development, and has a positive impact on students.  

Executive Information Systems (ISE) have become an integral part of modern corporate management, providing executives with relevant and immediate information to support decision making. This journal discusses the implementation of the Executive Information System in the employee payroll process using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development environment and SQL Server database. This research includes the design, development and implementation of an Executive Information System application for the employee payroll department. The system development methodology focuses on requirements analysis, application design, coding, testing, and implementation. Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 is used as the primary development environment, providing powerful tools for building intuitive and efficient user interfaces. SQL Server database is used as an integrated and secure data storage. This application is designed to manage payroll information, including employee personal data, salary history, salary deductions and bonuses. The advantages of this system include the ability to provide real-time information to executives, increase the efficiency of human resource management, and support faster and more accurate decision making in the context of employee payroll.

As many as 7.3 million people worldwide die from heart disease. This indicates that heart disease is one of the diseases that cause the most deaths. As a preventive effort in handling heart disease, it is necessary to predict heart disease in patients. The classification process to predict heart disease is done using a decision tree. This decision tree is interesting because it is more flexible in providing the advantage of visualizing the advice so that the prediction can be observed. This study uses Heart Disease Prediction Dataset data with a total of 303 data. Then predictions are made using Decision tree so that the accuracy results are 83.60%, precision 89.28%, recall 78.12% and F1 score of 83.33%.

This research aims to understand the concept of progressivism and explore in depth how a teacher implements progressivism in his teaching practice. Along with changes in social and technological dynamics, learning is no longer simplified to merely transferring information but students also play an active role in learning activities. Research conducted using interviews is a type of qualitative research, which aims to understand a particular phenomenon or context through collecting and analyzing non-numerical data, such as text, images or sound. The subject of this research was a teacher at SMP Negeri 1 Sidamanik, named Hermaulina Siallagan, S.Pd and also the answers to the questions given. Researchers conducted online interviews with sources via Google Meet or the Gmail application. The results of the research show the implementation of progressivism in Mrs. Hermaulina's teaching practice, namely that she defines a teacher as an educator and teacher. In terms of learning carried out by Mrs. Hermaulina, she focuses more on student-centred learning. Then he also prioritizes collaborative learning, both collaboration between teachers and students and collaboration between students and other students. Thus, Mrs. Hermaulina has implemented the flow of progressivism in her teaching practice.

This research aims to describe the process of translating a novel into the film "Eminus Dolere: A Guide to Preparing for Farewell by Arman Dhani." This research is a type of research that uses qualitative descriptive methods. This research obtained results in the form of: 1. The Process of Excrementing the Novel Plot into the film Eminus Dolere: A Guide to Preparing Farewell by Arman Dhani for the reduction aspect category of 23 plots. For the aspect category, 12 additional lines were added. For the change category there are 10 variations. 2. The process of ecranizing novel characters into the film Eminus Dolere: A Guide to Preparing Farewell, Arman Dhani's work for the category of shrinking aspects does not experience the elimination of characters. For the additional category, there are 8 figures. For the variation change category there are 8 figures. The process of ecranizing the novel's setting into the film Eminus Dolere: A Guide to Preparing Farewell by Arman Dhani for the background reduction aspect category is 12. For the additional aspect category there are 8 settings. For the change category there are 5 variations in background.

The aim of this research is to explain the implementation of the project-based learning model in Javanese language subjects. Descriptive qualitative method was used as a step in this research. The data in the research was collected through interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used by Miles and Huberman is in steps 1) data is collected, 2) data is reduced, 3) data is presented, and 4) data is concluded. Informants include school principals, teachers and students. The result of this research is that this project-based learning model was implemented for wayang material. This PjBL model is named Ngenger. Ngenger is carried out by preparing class VII students, preparing a schedule of Ngenger activities, supervising the implementation of Ngenger, assessing students, and conducting an evaluation of the implementation of Ngenger.

In terms of the ratification of Perppu Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation, this raises pros and cons in society. This is because the Supreme Court Constitutional Decision Number 91 / PUU-XVIII / 2020 states that Law Number 11 of 2020 is unconstitutional conditional and must be immediately revised within 2 (two) years from the time the decision is issued. One of the reasons is because in the formation of the Job Creation Law, it does not involve full community participation and is not guided by the principle of openness. But the government actually responded by issuing the Job Creation Perppu which was later passed into law by the DPR-RI. In fact, between Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning job creation and Perppu Number 2 of 2022 concerning job creation, it is relatively the same in terms of content. This study aims to examine a legal truth related to the mechanism for ratifying Government Regulations in Lieu of Law based on actual legal provisions. One of the legal provisions in the formation of laws and regulations is to make the principle of forming laws and regulations one of the conditions that must exist in the process of forming laws. One of its principles is the principle of openness. and the method used in this study is Normative. And in the results of this study, it shows that the ratification of the Job Creation Perppu is not in accordance with the mechanism for the Establishment of Laws and Regulations because it is not guided by the principle of openness.

This research discusses the application of the Pacta Sunt Servanda principle to unwritten agreements related to fisheries product sharing. The aim of this research is to find out how the Pacta Sunt Servanda Principle is applied to unwritten agreements and to find out what are the obstacles to the application of the Pacta Sunt Servanda Principle to unwritten agreements regarding fishery product sharing. This research uses a normative juridical type of research. By using several approaches, namely: legislation (statute approach), conceptual approach (conceptual approach).The results of this research show that the principle of pacta sunt servanda indeed requires parties to mutually fulfill their obligations in accordance with Article 1338 of the Civil Code. The agreement will be implemented if it meets the requirements in Article 1320 of the Civil Code and the parties mutually agree as per the meaning of Article 1313 of the Civil Code. When the agreement is ratified by the parties, the principle of pacta sunt servanda will apply. Apart from that, the results of this research also show that there are obstacles to the application of the principle of pacta sunt servanda in unwritten agreements regarding fishery product sharing, profit sharing agreements are general or not specific to a sector, so that we know about marine fisheries product sharing agreements as the author's research object. referring to law number 16 of 1964 concerning fishery product sharing agreements.  

The parties can determine the content of the agreement, including regarding dispute resolution, which includes the choice of domicile jurisdiction agreed upon and binding for the parties. However, a conflict arises when the Commercial Court, which lacks authority, grants a PKPU petition due to the jurisdiction choice stipulated in the agreement. The research method used in this legal study is a normative juridical research method. The purpose is to understand the position of the Bankruptcy and PKPU Law with the clauses binding for the parties. The result of this research is that Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and PKPU is a lex specialis, so the law also does not provide a choice of law in bankruptcy and PKPU petitions. In PKPU cases, the Commercial Court is not subject to the choice of law and authority regulated in the agreement.

There are quite a few phenomena that occur where batik is actually recognized or claimed by neighboring countries, such as Malaysia. This research was conducted to determine the chronology of Batik recognized by Malaysia, in addition to knowing the resolution efforts made by the government in terms of protecting Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) as Batik in Indonesia from the perspective of International Civil Law.

The holding of simultaneous regional elections in 2024 and the postponement of regional elections from 2022 due to the expiration of the term of office result in the threat of vacancies in positions, especially positions as regional heads in Indonesia. The problem is that those appointed as acting officers are apparently from active TNI elements, this is of course contrary to the spirit of reform which wants to eliminate dual functions as regulated in the TNI Law. The aim of the research is to find consistency in norms in the appointment of active TNI officers and their juridical implications. This research is normative using a statutory and conceptual approach. The research results show that consistency between these norms is needed in regulating these appointments, considering that civilian positions can only be filled by TNI soldiers who have resigned or retired from active military service, in accordance with the required competencies and through an open and competitive selection process. This step is important to ensure the maintenance of TNI neutrality and professionalism, compliance with the law, and respect for the principles of reform.
