With the Manifest Module online system, it is easier to manage Outward Manifest documents that train staff to be more thorough. This paper uses 2 (two) types of research methods, namely: the Field Observation method (Flied Reseach), interviews with employees and the Heritage Study Method (Library Reseach), namely taking data from library books.

This paper aims to find out the process of managing export and import documents by PT Adhigana Pratama Mulya Belawan branch, the process starts from before the arrival of the ship to the port of Belawan, the agent has prepared the documents needed by the ship in loading and unloading activities. The data collection method used by the author in writing this paper is the field observation method (field research) and the library method (library research) to find out more closely how the company PT. The problems faced in the process of managing export and import documents are frequent quantity differences that cause revisions to documents. Good cooperation and coordination between shipping companies and related agencies in the management of export and import documents is needed for the smooth service of handling export and import documents

The process of handling ship departure (clearance out) at PT. The Semesta Sejahtera Lestari Belawan voyage starts when the ship has finished carrying out activities at the port, the agent makes another request for ship departure or Clearance Out. The Clearance Out process is a maximum of six hours before the ship leaves, the agent submits a ship out service in the Inaportnet system. For the issuance of an SPK (Work Order), guide the ship out no later than one hour after the SPB (Sailing Approval Letter) is issued. After processing the SPB (Sailing Approval Letter) is complete, the agent will take the ship documents and SIB (Sailing Permit) at KSOP. PT Pelayaran Semesta Sejahtera Lestari is a company that operates in the service and agency services sector, in other words a representative of the general agent/principle to take care of ship documents and take care of all ship needs that are needed when the ship is at the port. To obtain data, the author used field research and library research methods.

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of adding hyperplasticizer and retarder on the compressive strength of self-compacting concrete. Fine aggregate and coarse aggregate from the Jenneberang River, Kab. Gowa. The concrete mix design uses a trial and error mix design for self-compacting concrete by making visual observations, so that the physical conditions of the mixture appear to be sufficient to produce a good mix. The stages of this research, by finding a comparison of the slump flow values ​​of the self-compacting Concrete concrete, then making test objects, after that curing the test objects using the water curing method for 28 days, then testing the compressive strength of the self-compacting Concrete concrete to produce comparison to the compressive strength of normal(conventional) concrete. The results of this research show that self-compacting concrete has a compressive strength value of 46.25 Mpa compared to normal concrete of 45.02 Mpa, an increase of 2.73% compared to normal concrete. And the slump value of normal concrete is 8 - 13 cm, while the slump flow of self-compacting concrete is 63 - 84.9 cm, with a time range between 2.53 - 3.46 seconds, able to reach a diameter of 500 mm on the segregation board.  

Indonesia is one of the countries that has a fairly high level of natural disaster vulnerability. Mount Sinabung is a strato-type volcano. Administratively, Mount Sinabung is in the Karo Regency, North Sumatra. The eruption of Mount Sinabung has had a very significant physical, psychological and social impact on society. In facing a disaster, survivors need to survive and continue living. The ability to adapt to conditions after experiencing a traumatic event is called resilience. People who lost their homes due to the eruption of Mount Sinabung must be willing to be relocated to new, safer places such as permanent Shelter. Researchers want to see how disaster survivors in the Siosar Permanent Residence respond to being able to recover or recover from their previous situation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews/FGD, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that there are still teenagers who are not yet fully resilient. Researchers found teenagers who have not been able to recover from the problems they faced after the eruption of Mount Sinabung. Therefore, support from various parties or the pentahelix (government, academics, business world, society and mass media) is needed to build sustainable resilience in Siosar Permanent Shelter.  

To support green energy and reduce the effects of greenhouse gases, it is necessary to conceptualize and explore the use of renewable energy. In this research, the use of new renewable energy, especially photovoltaics (PV), will be applied to educational buildings, especially at ITS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This system is intended to reduce the use of conventional electrical energy. This system will be installed on the roofs of campus buildings with installation plans to meet the power requirement of 4.8 kW. This photovoltaic (PV) system will be modeled to determine the number of PV panels needed. Based on the simulation results, the number of panels required is 36 panels (2 series, 18 parallel) to produce 4.85kWh of power. Modeling and analysis of this system was carried out using RETScreen and MATLAB SIMULINK software.

Electric Vehicles are vehicles that operate entirely or partially on electric motors, utilizing electrical energy stored in batteries or other rechargeable energy storage sources. The increasing use of electric vehicles also brings potential risks of new types of accidents, different from those associated with conventional internal combustion engine vehicles. Therefore, there is an urgent need to provide accurate information and appropriate handling related to electric vehicle technology, including hazard potential assessment, optimization of firefighting basics, selection of suitable firefighting agents, and the development of electric vehicle firefighting application methods. This study aims to understand the handling of electric vehicle fires using a literature review method on 10 research articles. The results show that 6 studies used water as a firefighting agent either alone or in combination with other agents such as CO2, C₆F₁₂O, liquid nitrogen, foam, and fire blankets, making it more effective in extinguishing electric vehicle fires. However, one study does not recommend using water due to its environmental impact when extinguishing electric vehicle fires. The research findings indicate the need for further innovation and research in safety technology and firefighting for electric vehicles.

Regular and effective maintenance at Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) at Syamsudin Noor Airport in Banjarmasin is very important to maintain the performance and reliability of the system. However, the maintenance process is often still carried out manually or using less efficient methods. Therefore, this research aims to develop a web-based ARFF maintenance application that can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance process. From the results of research on the development of the Web-based Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin Airport Maintenance Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting (Arff) application, conclusions can be drawn in the form of making it easier for officers/admins to search and present actual information. Makes it easier to create monthly or annual reports that include all reports that can be done efficiently. 

Boarding homes are very crucial for students who live far from home, especially for those who go to Perbanas Institute.  Choosing a boarding home has frequently been done without a defined procedure, which has made it hard for students to identify alternatives that fit their needs and budget.  This study creates a web-based decision support system (DSS) for choosing boarding homes based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) technique.  This technique gives each criterion price, distance to campus, facilities, security, and room size weights. These weights are then used to find the best option from the 10 available by normalizing and ranking them.  Surveys, observations, and reading books were used to gather research data. The weights were then set depending on what the students wanted.  The results of the calculations reveal that "Kost Evi" got the highest score, hence it is the best pick.  The system that was created can make decisions faster and easier, and it does it in a way that is clear and accurate.  This technique may also be used in a number of different multi-criteria decision-making situations, making it a useful and adaptable option for more organized decision-making needs...

Background: Hearing loss is one of the occupational diseases. A noisy work environment as one of the impacts of the industrial sector. This is the most common cause of hearing loss. The National Institute of Health in 2012 reports that about 15% of Americans aged 20-69 years experience hearing loss in connection with work activities, because noise can cause hearing loss, the government sets standards that regulate permissible noise exposure. Hearing loss due to noise occurs slowly, in a matter of months to years. This is often not realized by the sufferer, so that when the patient starts complaining of hearing loss, it is usually already in an irreversible stage. Such conditions will affect labor productivity which will ultimately cause a decrease in the health of the workforce. In certain cases, hearing loss due to noise begins for 6 to 10 years after exposure to loud noises. PT. Riau Graindo was established on January 17, 1997 located in Desa Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru, a publishing company under of Riau Pos Group (RPG), based in Pekanbaru. Research Objectives: To determine corelations of work period with the incidence of hearing loss in employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru in 2019. Research Methods: This study was an observational analytic study with a cross sectional approach. Research Results: Majority of PT. Pekanbaru Graindo Pekanbaru that is > 5 years as many as 21 people (70%). The majority of employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru experiencing hearing loss as many as 18 people (60%). Chi square test results obtained Pvalue = 0.001, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between work period and the incidence of hearing loss in the employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru in 2019. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a relationship between working period and the incidence of hearing loss in the employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru in 2019 with Pvalue = 0.001 smaller than α (0.05).

Family support is a form that should be given to the family that is included in the implementation of stress on the elderly because through the family health problems can arise and can be overcome.This study aims to find out if there is a relationship between family support and the stress level of the elderly in the poor environment v poor environment The objective of the research employed in this study is to describe the nature or qualities of a symptom, event, or occurrence that is currently taking place. The methodology used is quantitative research with a descriptive analytical research design. Cross tabulation statistical tests showed that there was no relationship between family support and stress levels in the elderly in the Bailang district of Bunaken. The study used the spearman rank test, with the result of the correlation coefficient analysis obtained a value (P) = 0.905 ≥ α. Based on the results of the research, analysis of data, and discussion, it can be concluded that: Family support for the elderly in the Environment V Kelurahan Bailang District Bunaken majority is good. Stress level in the Elderly In the Environments V kelurahan bailang district Bunaken is severe majority. There is no significant relationship of family support with the stress level in older persons in the neighborhoods V Kelorahan Bailang Districts Bunaken (p≥0,05) with a weak non-significance of 0.905

Workload is a description of the volume of work. In hospitals, the workload covers many aspects and this has an impact on compliance with the implementation of SOPs for new patient admissions which can be influenced by high workloads. The aim of this research is to determine "The relationship between emergency room nurse workload and compliance with standard operational procedures for accepting new patients." This research was conducted using a cross-sectional Descriptive Analytical research method, which emphasizes the time of measurement or observation and independent and dependent variables only once. The population in this study was 23 subjekts with a sampling technique using total sampling technique and the sample for this study was 23 subjekts. Data collection uses questionnaires and observation sheets. Analyzed using the chi square test. Based on the chi-square results, it can be seen that the p value is 0.026, which is smaller than p (α < 0.5), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the workload of emergency department nurses and compliance with the implementation of new patient admission procedures. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the workload of emergency department nurses and compliance with the implementation of new patient admission procedures at RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih, Manado City. Suggestions to hospitals can pay more attention to the workload they experience so as to provide good service to patients.

Drinking water produced by drinking water depots (DAM) is an alternative to meeting the drinking water needs of the community. Practicality and relatively cheaper prices when compared to bottled drinking water, become the main attraction for the community to consume drinking water produced by DAM. This study aims to determine the description of sanitation and bacteriological quality in refill drinking water depots in Kebun Cengkeh, Batu Merah Village, Sirimau Kecematan, Ambon City. The type of research used in this study is descriptive which aims to determine the content of E.coli bacteria and sanitation conditions at refill drinking water depots in Kebun Cengkeh, Batu Merah Village, Sirimau District, Ambon City. The population in this sample is the entire drinking water in all refill depots located in Kebun Cengkeh, Batu Merah Village, Sirimau District, Ambon City. The sample in this study was a portion of the refill drinking water depot. The results showed that 3 DAMIUs had a total score of <70 for sanitary inspection assessment and 3 DAMIUs contained E. coli >0 MPN/100 ml. 3 DAMIUs did not meet the sanitary inspection requirements and 3 DAMIUs did not meet the bacteriological requirements.

Cigarettes are rolls of tobacco which, when consumed, cause harmful effects to both those who smoke them and those who inhale the smoke. Many teenagers are now starting to recognize and try smoking cigarettes. The aim of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the MANGKOK (Teenager Prevent Smoking) game in increasing knowledge and motivation of teenagers at SMPN 01 Lalonggasumeeto in 2023. The research method used is a quantitative approach, Pre-Experimental design type using a one group pretest and posttest design. . The population of this study was 85 students, while the sample was 46 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test show that there is an increase in knowledge and motivation before and after being given the MANGKOK game to teenagers at SMPN 01 Lalonggasumeeto in 2023 with the respective knowledge p-value (0.000) < alpha (0.05) and p-value of motivation (0.001) < alpha (0.05). This research was carried out for 21 days.

Currently, many people keep cats and dogs at home, in fact, according to research, keeping cats and dogs can relieve stress for pet parents. Cats and dogs are no longer just pets but are like family for pet parents. Veterinarians and pet shops are everywhere, this indicates that many people are starting to keep and love their cats and dogs. The need for technology regarding pets is also increasing, encouraging people involved in the IT world to create applications. One of the needs is how to design the right UX/UI for an application related to pets, especially cats and dogs. The intended users are pet parents. How can it be easy for pet parents to use this application so that pet parents get a user experience and user interface that is comfortable and enjoyable so that the purpose of creating the application can be achieved well. Comparing the 10 selected journals according to the criteria using the narrative review method, it was found that the second journal was the best among the other nine journals.    

This research aims to analyze the learning styles of 11th-grade students in Class MP 2 at SMK N 1 Bangli in the context of learning English. The findings indicate that the majority of students have a preference for kinesthetic learning style, followed by auditory and visual learning styles. Despite the dominance of the kinesthetic learning style, some students also show tendencies towards auditory and visual learning styles. Meanwhile, the research identifies several learning difficulties faced by students, such as a lack of motivation, basic English language proficiency, and limited school resources. To address these challenges, teachers and schools are advised to create an environment that supports students' learning motivation, pay special attention to mastering basic English language skills, and enhance students' access to quality learning resources, including the use of technology such as utilizing smartphones for learning activities. One learning model that can be used to accommodate the diversity of student characteristics is differentiated learning. Thus, this article aims to describe the development of differentiated learning in the aspect of product differentiation. The development of product differentiation learning is implemented in the activity proposal text teaching module for class XI SMA. This research uses the method literature review (literature review). This research presents search results regarding articles related to the topic of differentiated learning. Relevant articles are then reviewed and synthesized in such a way that they can provide information in the form of a more meaningful presentation. Based on the results of the studies, synthesis and exploration that have been carried out, it can be understood that each student has different talents and interests. Product differentiation is intended so that students are able to process according to their talents and interests. Apart from that, the results of the study of differentiated teaching modules for learning proposal text activities that have been developed show that learning to write proposal texts can be said to implement a differentiated learning model from the product aspect.

A song without a theme will be dry, unclear, and unlived. This research is aimed to (1) find out the main themes Keshi tries to show through his songs in Bandaids mini album; (2) find out the kinds of themes in Bandaids mini album by Keshi; (3) explain how the song lyrics in Bandaids mini album contribute to poetry teaching. This research using characters, plots, and setting as part of the intrinsic approach. Reads the song lyrics, listen the song, understand the lyrics, taking notes, conducting a thorough analysis, and organizing the data are the methods and approaches to collect data or can be called documentation and observation data collection. Gill’s theory used to discuss the main themes and kinds of themes in the song lyrics; the approach and method of data analysis used are descriptive qualitative with secondary data and three stream (1) data reduction; (2) data display; (3) drawing conclusion. In Gill’s theory (1995), the researcher used three ways to identify main themes, there are the title was selected by the writer of the song to convey a key message to the audience about the music; the characters' interests in moral and psychological development are reflected in how they develop, alter, and come to their own conclusions; repeating symbol or one that is employed at a crucial period might communicate a song's major topic. The result of the data showed 5 are indicated as the main themes and 5 are indicated as kinds of themes, namely love; heartbreak; depression; sadness; loneliness.

The Digital Economy Era must be utilized for the economy, especially the regional economy, it appears that regional economic development is somewhat difficult to develop because it still uses a traditional economic system. However, not all regions are willing to utilize digital payment systems for various reasons, especially business actors in traditional markets. The aim of this research is to look at the development of the digital economy on regional economic growth in the province of Bali. The method used in this research uses descriptive analysis to determine the impact and influence of digital payments on economic growth in the Bali region. Starting from looking at economic growth in Bali before using digital-based payments, and finally looking at economic growth in Bali after the digital payment system, especially in traditional markets. The results of this research show that there is an influence of digital payment systems on economic growth in the regions, with the many conveniences provided in digital payments making business actors in the regions prefer digital payment systems in transactions. The conclusion of this research is that increasing the income of local business actors who use automatic digital payment systems also increases regional income in Bali.
