The fundamental problem is when awareness has been reduced by social media activities which take away that awareness. As a result, awareness experiences alienation and falls into a hole that is shackled on social media. The aim of this research is to awaken reduced consciousness so that it can be responsible for existential freedom; and take responsibility for others. In this research, researchers used a literature study method which was then compiled into a written framework. Applicatively, when you realize freedom, then act on the basis of awareness, then the action will be realized on the basis of awareness. On the contrary, consciousness that has been reduced tends to polarize which reduces consciousness, so that awareness is not maximized in being responsible for one's free will.

This study aims to explore the influence of the social environment on the communication patterns of adolescents in urban areas. A qualitative approach is used to understand how factors such as family, peers, school environment, social media, local culture, socioeconomic status, globalization, and physical environment influence the way adolescents communicate. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, focus group discussions and case studies. The respondents in this study were 100 respondents from teenagers in Bandung city.The results showed that family has a central role in shaping adolescents' communication skills, with supportive parenting increasing openness and communication effectiveness. Peers also have a significant influence, where adolescents adjust their communication style to gain social acceptance. School environments that support open and participatory communication have been shown to improve adolescents' communication skills, while the use of social media and modern technology changes the mode and frequency of communication, although sometimes reducing face-to-face interactions.Local culture and urbanization introduce adolescents to more modern and dynamic communication styles, while socioeconomic status affects access to education and technology, which in turn affects communication skills. Globalization and exposure to foreign cultures broaden adolescents' communication horizons, allowing interaction with various groups. Finally, the urban physical environment, including public facilities and population density, affects adolescents' interaction and communication patterns.  The findings provide implications for policies and interventions aimed at improving adolescents' communication skills through a holistic approach involving family, school, community, and management of social media use.

This research critically evaluates the effectiveness of safety education within Indonesian multimodal transportation programs, focusing on promoting a culture of safety among cadets. Qualitative research methods were employed, involving 50 cadets studying various aspects of multimodal transportation, logistics, transportation safety, and law and road management. The study examines the cadets' understanding and application of safety principles, aiming to identify strengths and areas for improvement in safety education. The findings contribute to enhancing safety practices in the Indonesian transportation sector and serve as a foundation for future research and policy development.

Poetry is a literary work that is imaginative, which analogizes meaning with other expressions so that the meaning contained in poetry is hidden behind aesthetic and fictional words that not everyone understands the direction and purpose of the poetry conveyed. Poetry is not easy for readers to understand at a glance because the language is broad and the meaning is difficult to interpret, therefore a reader must have knowledge in studying poetry literary works in order to understand the meaning conveyed by the poetry. The poem "To You My Lover" by Heri Isnaini is formed from a unique and simple language structure but has a broad meaning and makes readers interested in his work. The romantic and beautiful language is an attraction and makes this poetry by Heri Insaini research material. The aim of this research is to analyze the meaning in the poem entitled "To you" by Heri Isnaini and convey the detailed content of the poem so that readers can understand the meaning conveyed through this research. This research is also useful for readers to further develop literary works in the form of poetry. The method used in this research uses a descriptive method which examines the content of the meaning of the poem "To You My Lover". Apart from that, the poetry in this research was dissected using a mimetic approach. Mimetics is an approach in literary criticism regarding imitation or fiction of real life.  

Gradual changes in time change the perspective and behavior of human life. The development of global capitalism and consumer culture has led individuals or teenagers to a style of hedonism that is oriented towards materialistic concepts or pleasure because of material things. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach. The result of this discussion is that contemporary era hedonism is very different from Epicurean hedonism. Hedonism in Epicurus' view is oriented towards spiritual pleasure as a balance to material pleasure. Christian teenagers who orient themselves towards contemporary hedonism will enter the area of ​​attachment, while teenagers who self-reflect and pursue spiritual pleasure will be free from attachment, living in happiness in simplicity.

Measurement, assessment and evaluation themselves have similarities, but in essence measurement, assessment and evaluation are quite different in terms of their application. In this article, we discuss the nature of evaluation (meaning measurement, assessment, evaluation; function & purpose of assessment, characteristics of educational assessment). The approach used is through a literature review, by collecting data from various scientific sources such as journals, scientific articles, books and other relevant information related to the topic. The data obtained was then analyzed qualitatively, and the results of the analysis were presented systematically and objectively by the author. It is concluded that measurement, assessment and evaluation have their respective roles in the world of education and are mutually binding, such as measurement in the world of education can be carried out with various tests which will later produce grades. From this score, the teacher will pay attention to whether the student should get additional help or not. And this is an evaluation in education.    

Islamic religious education is education that teaches the values of goodness which then its implementation is applied in life. Islamic education itself has an important role in the history of the development of the Indonesian nation, especially in terms of the historical dimension where Islamic education has been a formal education for centuries known as pesantren. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship, the role of Islamic education in the national education system because to make a person who is balanced from an intellectual perspective, religious education is needed, namely Islamic education in order to achieve the goals of national education. The method used in this research uses qualitative research methods with the type of library research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that Islamic education in the national education system is Islamic education occupying a position as a formal, non-formal, informal, and religious institution.    

Education is a conscious effort that is held to explore and develop human capabilities so that a transformation occurs, both in terms of knowledge, behavior, or norms that have been set. Islamic education is different from other education because its size does not only look good or bad. Islamic education must be based on the Koran, which in Islam functions as the main source of law. In addition, Islamic education must also be based on the hadith. The final achievement is that humans have skills in aspects of education that are in harmony with these two main sources of law. So, the final goal is not just to change behavior, or thinking power, but everything must be in tune with the guidance of the Koran and Hadith. Educational and teaching activities can achieve success if supported by good components. Among the main components is the method. That is the way that must be taken by a teacher in educating his soul so as to achieve goals that are in line with the guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The use of appropriate methods will largely determine the outcome of the education and teaching process. Thus, educators must be skilled at choosing and using methods to match the material and teaching material. Not to forget, as educators need to pay attention to several principles in the use of methos,so that teaching methods will lead to successful teaching    

Indonesian students' character is greatly shaped by Christian Religious Education, but in an age of globalisation and religious diversity, PAK practices must be updated and adjusted to the changing social environment. This study applies insights from educational sociology to analyse successful PAK tactics. The ideas of Christian education and sociological theories of education are used to emphasise difficulties and barriers in putting the PAK strategy into practice through qualitative library study methodologies. The results highlight the significance of comprehending ideological disputes in societies, changing curricula to reflect cultural and technological advances, and focusing on the symbolic interaction between teachers and students. The findings lay the groundwork for the creation of more pertinent and potent religious instruction.

This community activity program is aimed at CLSU Philippines students, so that they will have an understanding of the principles of Islamic finance. Students were chosen because it is hoped that in the future they will be able to become pillars in the transformation of Islamic financial principles to the wider community. This activity was carried out directly at the Central Luzon State University Campus. The team conducted the activity from July 4 to 7, 2023. This activity went well, because it received positive support from the stakeholders involved, besides that the students involved also had high enthusiasm for the implementation of the program that we did.

Used cooking oil is used oil that can be obtained from household activities. Utilizing used cooking oil as a basic ingredient for making aromatherapy candles which can be used as a business opportunity. Scented candles are candles that contain aromatic ingredients that can be used for refreshing, relaxing and treating headaches. This research uses a demonstration method delivered with practice on how to make aromatherapy in the form of candles. The aim of this training activity is so that people can practice it independently and can open up business opportunities that have large sales value. This activity was carried out in Tanah Seribu Village, South Binjai District, Binjai City, North Sumatra, on Sunday 20 August 2023 offline. A total of ±15 people, the participants were women from Tanah Seribu Village, Binjai. This community service is carried out as a form of student concern for the community and adds to student experiences that are not available on campus

Entrepreneurship can be achieved by unlocking potential, creating culture and building synergy by developing entrepreneurship. This achievement was not only made by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises but also by students, especially in the health sector. The aim of this service is to provide Entrepreneurship Education to Increase Knowle dge of Health Students at STIKES Griya Husada Sumbawa. This service was carried out during November 2023-January 2024. This community service activity took place at STIKES Griya Husada Sumbawa with the target activity being STIKES Griya Husada students taking the Entrepreneurship Course in the Odd Semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This service work plan goes through three stages, namely preparation, providing material, and discussion. The results achieved in this activity are based on three indicators, namely the quality of the material provided, the quality of the activity process carried out, and the quality of the resource persons. Based on the results of community service activities that have been carried out, it shows that the average service activity process reaches 100% starting from providing materials, feedback, and field practice.

A teaching program is a plan for implementing the teaching and learning process which is based on consideration of the objectives to be achieved, materials, methods, tools, time allocation and evaluation so that students master the learning process and have optimal learning outcomes. Wordwall is an interactive media that provides features to foster student learning motivation according to the learning material presented by the teacher in class. Word wall media provides features such as quizzes, matching, pairing, anagrams, random words, word searches, grouping. The PkM (Community Service) Lecture Program with the title "Using the Wordwall Website as a Learning Media to Increase Student Learning Motivation at Bima Utomo BS Vocational School" is carried out by prioritizing how to use the wordwall website, especially for teachers or teaching staff at Bima Utomo BS Vocational School with the main aim increase student learning motivation and make it easier for teachers to deliver learning material. The results of the implementation of Community Service at BIMA UTOMO BS Vocational School, Sidodadi Village, Batang Kuis District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra which was carried out from February 5 - February 27 2024, the team was able to adapt well so that a cooperative relationship was established between the school, students and students, teachers are able to use wordwall media as an interactive learning media for the continuity of teaching and learning activities, socialize the use of wordwall media as an interactive learning media, provide contributions in the form of assistance to the school regarding administration and students feel motivated by the existence of interactive learning media.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the break event point (BEP) as a profit planning tool in the Various Kinds of Fried Kud business. This research uses a quantitative approach involving direct surveys with question and answer interview techniques to traders. This approach makes it possible to obtain primary data regarding sales volume, selling price, fixed costs and variable costs related to the Various Kinds of Fried Kud business. The results of the research show that the January calculation explains that the BEP (rupiah) for fried food sales was IDR 24,902,723.74,- and the BEP in units was 24,903 units. Break Even Point (BEP) shows the point where the income from sales is equal to the total costs, so that you do not experience a loss, but instead make a profit. In February, the calculation results show that the BEP (rupiah) for fried food sales was IDR 27,004,219.41,- and the BEP in units was 27,004 units. Break Even Point (BEP) shows the point where the revenue from sales is equal to the total costs, so there is no loss, but rather a profit. These results indicate that profit planning has increased in February.

The digital era development brings many factors that influence people's purchase intention, especially through digital marketing communication content. This study aims to identify whether copywriting in TikTok hyalucera moisturizer The Originote partially and simultaneously affect public purchase intention using quantitative research methods. The population in this study involves people who have and have not become consumers of the product so that it is infinite with a sample of 100 respondents obtained through simple random sampling. The results of the research analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program show that the copywriting elements of attention (X1) and communicate (X2) have no positive and significant effect partially with a  value of 1.259 and a significance value of 0.211 for X1 and -0.519 with a significance value of 0.605 for X2. Meanwhile, the persuade (X3) and conviction (X4) variables have a positive and significant partial effect on people's purchase intention with a  value of 3.482 and a significance value of 0.001 for X3 and a  value of 3.958 with a significance value of 0.000 for X4. Copywriting elements simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on public purchase intention with an  value of 57.329 and a significance value of 0.000. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) test, copywriting elements have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (Y) of 70.7% with the remaining 29.3% influenced by other factors not included in this study. Suggestions that can be given for variables X1 and X2 are making titles using the 4 U's formula and creating message content using the you-orientation method because good copywriting not only persuades and convinces, but also must attract attention and communicate.

Reason and faith must be balanced in order to develop a relationship with God. Both complement one another, despite the fact that they are frequently seen as mutually exclusive. Through the experience of faith, humans despite their limited intelligence are able to recognize the existence of God. This process involves more than just thinking; it also involves the light of faith, which makes it possible to sense God's presence in day-to-day existence. The secret to developing a close relationship with God is having a high-quality spiritual life. The development of a spiritual quality of life can be achieved through adoration, meditation, and prayer. This article's research methodology, which employs the library method, presents opinions from a range of sources that are pertinent to the growth of a relationship with God. In conclusion, a balance between reason and faith is necessary for the pursuit and discovery of God. People can sense God's presence in their lives through the quality of their spiritual lives, their theological viewpoint, and their experience of faith in Christ.

The model of Jesus' transformative dialogue in the Gospel of John 1-4, describes the interaction of Jesus Christ conducting evangelism consistently through dialogues in John 1-4 with various figures in different contexts that lead to changes in understanding and spiritual transformation both individually and in the groups He faces. This study aims to identify and analyze the model of transformational dialogue carried out by Jesus Christ in John 1-4 to achieve the transformative goal of building relationships that enable the growth of faith among His listeners and bring people to faith in Him. The research method uses qualitative descriptive and exploratory text analysis with a hermeneutical approach to understand the cultural and theological contexts that underlie each effective missiological dialogue. This study analyzes six dialogues in John 1-4, involving Jesus Christ in conversation with four different groups of people. Dialogues as a means of communication to bring about change and deeper understanding of spiritual truth. The results of this study illustrate that Jesus Christ uses various dialogical strategies to convey the gospel message effectively to people from diverse social backgrounds to build relationships that enable the growth of faith. The transformational dialogue model of Jesus Christ in John 1-4, demonstrates wise and open dialogue in the context of evangelism and provides valuable teaching and guidance for modern evangelism practice and emphasizes the need for adaptation to the individual's social context to achieve maximum effectiveness in bringing people to Christ.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does work discipline affect the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees? This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The effect of work discipline on the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees. (2) The effect of commitment on the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees. (3) The effect of work discipline and commitment on the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the study inform that (1) Discipline at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya is very high. With the highest value on the responsibility indicator and the lowest value on the obedience indicator. Discipline has a positive effect on employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya. This means that if discipline is increased, then employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya will also increase. (2) Commitment at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya is high. With the highest value on the sense of belonging indicator (sense of belonging) and the lowest value on the sense of passion for work indicator. Commitment has a positive effect on employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya. This means that if commitment is increased, then employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya will also increase. (3) Employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya is very high. With the highest value on the indicator of interpersonal skills and the lowest value on the indicator of reliability.

Employee performance at the P2KBP3A Service is not optimal, which can be seen from the delays in completing work and the work results achieved are not in accordance with the established standards. Then the performance of these employees is also influenced by the merit system which is not optimal, which is caused by the fact that ASN are still found not showing their professionalism in serving the community and an attitude of underestimating work arises because they realize that they have the abilities and expertise that are highly expected and are the mainstay of the leadership. Employee performance is also influenced by motivation which is not optimal, this is caused by the lack of dedication and loyalty of employees in working even though they have received a decent salary and the level of promotion for employees who excel is not optimal. This type of research is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The merit system has a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the merit system is improved, then employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency will also increase. (2) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation is improved, then employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency will also increase. (3) The merit system and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency.
