This research was conducted in Kampung Garam, Sikka Regency and the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Laboratory of the Muhamadiyah Maumere. The sample of this research is 3. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study uses a qualitative exploratory method. After the data is collected, it is followed by data analysis, namely by data reduction, data presentation, triangulation and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, the NaCl content in sample A was 90.38%, salt samples B and C were 85.71% and 79.37%. The process of making salt in Uneng City includes several stages: 1) preparation of raw salt raw materials; 2). coarse salt is transferred in a filter container poured with water; 3) this coarse salt drained water is collected in a bucket; 4) salt water is cooked in a container that has been prepared at 90°C; 5) after a few hours, salt crystals form; 6) and salt drying is done by filtering. Therefore, the results of the study concluded that the quality of salt was seen from the NaCl content produced from three locations in Salt Village, Sikka Regency using the evaporation method with the help of fuel heat according to (SNI 4435-2017) on the basis of dry weight (adbk) for sample A including quality K2 salt (medium quality), samples B and C belong to K3 salt quality (low quality) and there are environmental influences and the salt cooking process on production so that it is not suitable for consumption.

Legal protection and human rights for workers are basic rights guaranteed by the constitution. The impact of the development of information technology through online buying and selling has created new jobs such as expedited couriers. However, the lack of protection, especially regarding Occupational Safety and Health (OHS), creates inequality of rights for expedition courier workers. This research aims to explore the legal protection arrangements, especially in the aspect of OHS, for expedition courier workers, with reference to the principles of Pancasila justice. The research method uses a statutory and conceptual approach, with the collection of legal materials through literature studies with legal material analysis techniques used in this legal research is deduction reasoning. The principles of Pancasila justice require regulation in accordance with the values of Pancasila. The lack of regulations covering OHS for couriers results in inequality of rights and frequent work accidents. Therefore, revision of the Occupational Safety regulation needs to be carried out by prioritizing the values of Pancasila justice to ensure the safety of workers, including expedition couriers. The government needs to review the Occupational Safety Law to cover new types of work, such as gojek and expedition services, in accordance with the justice values of Pancasila as the Ideology of the Indonesian nation

This research examines the effectiveness of regional formation based on Law Number 8 of 2023 in order to support regional autonomy in Indonesia. The phenomenon of large-scale regional formation is quite worrying considering that many proposals are colored by the self-interest of the local elites who support them. Regional formation has only become a commodity of "political business" by local elites. "Hijacking" or manipulation of the formation of this area ultimately gave rise to many conflicts and problems at the local level, both in the expansion area itself and in its parent area. The method used in this study is a library research method or approach. The results and discussion of the research are in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution, that Regional Governments have the authority to regulate and manage government affairs themselves according to the principles of autonomy and assistance duties. The granting of broad autonomy to regions is aimed at accelerating the realization of community welfare through improving services, empowerment and community participation.

The aim of this research is to explain the comparison of diction in classical and modern short stories. Short stories, as the name suggests, are short stories, requiring concise storytelling, without going into special details that are more likely to lengthen the story. This type of research is qualitative research because the data is in the form of a description of the comparison of classic and modern short story diction. In a short story, a piece of a character's life is told which is full of conflict, a touching or enjoyable event and contains an impression that is not easily forgotten. According to Muhardi and Hasanuddin WS (1992: 10-11) in novels and short stories both use the reverse highlighting technique. In short stories, flashbacks often deceive readers because they cannot be digested immediately, sometimes readers have to read more than once to make it easier to digest. Meanwhile, in novels the reverse highlighting technique is easier for readers to recognize. Classical and modern short stories are literary works that have differences. This difference can be seen and studied from the way it is distributed, namely that classical short story literary works develop from social culture, but are not bound by customs and modern short story literary works are usually written in books, bloggers and other intermediary media. The conclusion shows that the diction form of Modern Short Stories is more practical in choosing words, more in line with the general understanding of modern readers. Use words that are more current and widely known. And tend to choose classic words, with the use of words that are less common or ancient; Using appropriate diction and language style can develop children's imagination and knowledge of language.

The research was conducted to solve the problem of determining the price of goods of production correctly based on the cost of raw materials, labor costs, and overhead costs on the CV xxx of previously priced traditional managers which resulted in sales sometimes felt too expensive and sometimes earned too small profits. Quantitative descriptive research is used to solve this problem to produce conclusions from data related to the determination of substantive prices based on the method of Job Order Costing. The main object of the CV xxx is a detailed note of the need in the manufacture of glass wardrobes and classic dress wardros. The data used in this research are primary data and skunder data, i.e., primary Data is the details of raw materials, raw material specifications, price per unit of raw material, labour cost, etc. Whereas data skunder is a discipline related to the methods of research that can help solve the question of determination of the price of the substance. Research shows results where based on the traditional management of CV xxx, there is a mistake in determining overhead costs. This confusion is detrimental to the company in getting too low profits. Comparison of previous management with the Job Order Costing method can find out where a particular variable should be in the overhead cost category in order to obtain the price of the production commodity that can determine the company's losses.
