This differentiated learning lesson study for the Lubuklinggau City Science Teacher Learning Community was carried out at Lubuklinggau City 5 Public High School on January 10-12, 2024 involving 20 science teachers at Lubuklinggau City 5 Public High School. This activity uses the Plan, Do, See and Redesign cycle. To measure participants' achievement using a pre-test and post-test before the activity. The Plan stage begins with identifying learning problems which include teaching materials, learning strategies, and who will act as a model teacher; The Do (implementation) stage, namely: (a) learning implementation activities carried out by one of the model teachers to put into practice the learning plans that have been prepared together, and (b) observation activities carried out by the teacher, the principal acting as an observer. In the See (reflection) stage, due to efforts to improve the learning process, lecturers and teachers then reflect on what is interesting, what things need to be improved and what things we need to leave behind. The results of the analysis show that differentiated learning lesson study is very useful in increasing scientific literacy. Lesson study has a positive impact on teachers collaborating and sharing good practices in scientific literacy teaching strategies so that they can improve the quality of learning and increase teacher pedagogical competence. Lesson study can develop skills in problem solving.

Steps can be taken to improve the overall quality of medical treatment by increasing the education, knowledge and skills of attached nurses. The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between education and PK level with the accuracy of nurses in carrying out cardiopulmonary resuscitation measures in the ICU and emergency rooms at Prikasih Hospital in 2024. The research method that will be used is an analytical research design with a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach, a population of 40 technical respondents total sample and sample size of 40 respondents. Using the non-parametric Rank Spearman Rho test. The results show a relationship between education and the accuracy of nurses in carrying out cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in the ICU and ER with a P-Value of 0.026 < 0.05. And there is a relationship between the PK level and the accuracy of nurses in carrying out cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in the ICU and ER with a P-Value of 0.002 < 0.05. The conclusion is that education and level PK are very important in carrying out actions, because a person's knowledge can be seen from the abilities or skills they have, therefore education and level PK greatly influence the accuracy of cardiac resuscitation actions.

This community service program was conducted in Rantau Panjang Kiri Village, Riau, with the goal of enhancing food security through chili cultivation as the main commodity. The village faces significant challenges in food security due to heavy reliance on rice as the staple crop, making it vulnerable to climate change and market price fluctuations. To address these issues, training and mentoring were provided to farmers to develop their skills in sustainable chili cultivation. The program involved a series of phases including socialization, practical training, and evaluation. Socialization aimed to provide a basic understanding of the importance of crop diversification, while hands-on training focused on chili cultivation techniques, ranging from seed selection and land preparation to pest and disease control. Evaluation was conducted to measure the improvement in participants' knowledge and skills, as well as the impact of the program on chili production in the village. The results of the program showed a significant increase in farmers' understanding and skills regarding chili cultivation, as well as an increase in harvest yields, which helped strengthen the village's food security. Additionally, the program successfully raised farmers' awareness of the importance of optimal land use and reduced dependency on rice. Thus, this community service program not only supports local food security but also improves farmers' economic welfare through agricultural commodity diversification.

Bullying behavior is now a special concern in all circles, especially in elementary schools. Starting from trivial teasing of his friend, in the long term it became a serious problem, because it had an emotional and psychological impact. Bullies are sometimes unaware of the actions they are taking, if they are very painful for the victim. In several cases found, children who bullied those who were older, more powerful, and felt famous among their friends. Meanwhile, those who are victims of bullying are those who are smaller in body size and come from economically disadvantaged families. There is a need to foster a sense of empathy and respect for children, whether they are perpetrators or victims.

This study aims to determine the effect of the LOK-R learning model assisted by bar code media on the ability to read fantasy stories. The research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 19 Sawangan using a sample of 56 students divided into two groups, namely class VII.3 as an experimental group consisting of 28 students and class VII.1 as a control group consisting of 28 students. This research uses quantitative methods (true experiment) with post-test-only research design. The results showed a significant difference between the experimental class that used the LOC-R learning model assisted by bar code media and the control class that did not use the LOC-R learning model assisted by bar code media. Statistical analysis using the t-test formula showed that the sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0.05, and the calculated t- value obtained is 6.756 with df = 54. At the 5% significance level, the t- table value is 1.674.Based on the value of t-count > t-table, Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the LOC-R learning model assisted by bar code media has a significant effect on fantasy story reading skills.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in enhancing licensing services and accelerating development in Bima City. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation, analyzing the implementation of OSS at the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP). The results indicate that the implementation of OSS has improved the speed, accuracy, transparency, and accessibility of licensing services. The licensing process, which previously took a long time, can now be completed within a maximum of one week. Digital socialization and real-time tracking features have also improved public understanding and reduced misuse of authority. However, the effectiveness of OSS is still hindered by several challenges, such as limited staff, inadequate budget, technical disruptions, and digital divides. Technical issues like system and network disruptions, along with resistance to change, further obstruct the process. To address these challenges, improvements in technology infrastructure, competency training, and increased transparency are required. Overall, although OSS has had a positive impact, further efforts are needed to overcome existing challenges to ensure the system's optimization in supporting the acceleration of development in Bima City.

Following their primary education at home, children attend school where they learn to read, write, and count. Aside from that, school is a place where children can develop their minds and learn about morals and ethics. As a second learning environment after home, schools should provide students with opportunities to hone and gain knowledge for their future needs. However, the prevalence of bullying in the school environment scares some students. The method of this research uses an outreach campaign to educate elementary school students about bullying prevention. As a result of this service, bullying among elementary school students continues in the school environment. This hurts the behavior of children who are still young during their growth and development.
