Gebugan Village has the potential to be developed because it is supported by the Natural Resources (SDA) as a place for clove plants with fertile soil and a cool climate. In addition, several village communities have avocado, coffee and rice gardens. Based on the results of the survey and discussions with village officials, there is a main problem faced, namely farmers who cultivate clove plants are only sold to collectors in raw form. The solution to this problem has been prepared together with the PPK Ormawa team to empower Gebugan Village through the theme "Young Farmer Studio". The PPK Ormawa team assists in developing ready-to-use clove products, such as clove oil, herbal drinks, and clove syrup. The aim of the program is to optimize land and clove plants, and to empower the people of Gebugan Village by branding "Gebugan Village as the Millennial Young Farmer Studio" by forming the Young Farmer Studio, creating processed products from the commercialization of Gebugan Village clove plants. The program is carried out using training and mentoring methods to improve the soft skills and hard skills of institutional groups.

Making environmentally friendly biopores and domestic incinerators is one method of waste management that can be used to overcome waste problems, both organic and non-organic waste management. This article discusses innovations in waste management in Tembokrejo, Pasuruan City through the use of environmentally friendly Biopores and Domestic Incinerators to overcome the waste problem in the subdistrict of Tembokrejo. Waste is one of the problems that until now has not been resolved properly. So an effective waste management strategy is   needed to avoid environmental pollution. The use of biopores and environmentally friendly domestic incinerators is one of the waste management techniques. By using organic waste for biopores and an environmentally friendly Domestic Incinerator for burning non-organic waste with minimal smoke so it doesn't pollute the environment. . The method used in this service activity consists of four stages, namely Observation, Preparation, Implementation, Evaluation. The result of this service is a change in people's attitudes and behavior towards waste management through the innovation of using Biopores and Domestic Incinerators so that they are starting to be interested in using this innovation to make the sub-district of Batasrejo free from the difficulties of waste management.

Effective learning requires an approach that can increase students' motivation to learn and engagement in learning. One innovative approach that has been proven effective in this regard is Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL). Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) focuses on matching learning materials to students' ability levels, not just age or grade. Research shows that this approach can optimize materials that match learners' abilities and can further increase learners' motivation to learn. By grouping learners according to ability and providing appropriate learning support, Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) becomes a learning solution for learners based on ability level to overcome learning differences and increase learners' confidence. This research contains the basic concepts of Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), supporting theories and the impact of the implementation of learning with the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach on students' learning motivation at SD Negeri Condongcatur. Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) increases learners' engagement and satisfaction in learning. Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) is an effective approach to increase learners' learning motivation.

This research aims to determine the development process, level of validity and level of practicality of small Arabic dictionary media which can be used to support the Arabic language learning process, especially in vocabulary learning. The development of this small Arabic dictionary media is adapted to the learning curriculum and teaching materials for class VIII Junior High Schools. This type of research is research and development (R&D) by adapting the 4D development model which consists of four stages, namely definition, design, development and dissemination. The subjects used in this research were 18 class VIII students at Datok Sulaiman Junior High School. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, validation sheets, practicality test sheets and student response questionnaires. The result of this development research is a small Arabic dictionary for class VIII students. The product validation test results show that: 1) the material expert validation assessment obtained a score of 96.36%; 2) media expert validation assessment obtained a score of 86.66%; 3) and the practicality test carried out by learning experts obtained a score of 80%. Based on the results of product trials by three experts, it shows that the small Arabic dictionary learning media is very valid and practical to be applied in Arabic language learning.

This study aims to explore efforts to improve teacher professionalism and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the madrasah principal's efforts at MTS Arrabi Tamansuruh. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The results of the study indicate that the madrasah principal plays an important role in improving the personality and skills of teachers through role models. In addition, increasing capacity through training, implementing teacher working group (KKG) programs to providing facilities and resources. The madrasah principal also focuses on motivating and rewarding teachers. In addition, several supporting factors are also listed, including managerial support, availability of resources, teacher motivation, partnerships and collaboration. While inhibiting factors include lack of support from human resources in accordance with the field of science, lack of awareness, teacher commitment, changes in curriculum and policies and budget constraints that prevent teachers from participating in training and self-development.

This community service aims to improve the financial literacy of MSMEs in Krikilan Village, Kalijambe District, Sragen Regency through training in the use of the SIAPIK application from Bank Indonesia. SIAPIK, or the Financial Information Recording Application System, is designed to make it easier for MSMEs to record financial transactions and prepare financial reports in accordance with MSME Financial Accounting Standards. Participants in this activity were MSMEs from Krikilan Village, Kalijambe District, Sragen Regency, totaling 20 people. This activity involved socialization and training using lecture, dialogical, and direct practice methods. The implementation of the training on July 18, 2024 showed positive results, with MSME participants now having a better understanding of the use of the SIAPIK application. This program is expected to improve the technical skills of MSMEs, facilitate access to financing, and improve the quality of their financial reports.

In the increasingly evolving digital era, digital marketing is an important element for businesses to build brand awareness, increase sales, and expand market reach. By using various online platforms such as social media, search engines, email, and websites, companies can reach consumers directly, provide relevant content, and monitor and analyze campaign results in real-time. Cepoko Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City, is one of the areas that has many MSME actors with quality products. However, most of them still experience obstacles in marketing their products. This seminar was carried out through two steps, namely observation and interviews where we collected data obtained from the head of RT, the head of MSMEs, and several MSME actors in Cepoko village. The next step is to arrange a seminar by bringing in speakers to provide an explanation of digital marketing at the Cepoko Village Hall.The purpose of holding this seminar is to provide insight to Cepoko Village MSMEs on how to market digital marketing and look for business opportunities in social media.

This study aims to analyze the performance of human resources in the Directorate of Civil Service Status at the State Civil Service Agency in handling service problems or ASN status cases. Labor productivity is influenced by various factors related to the workforce itself as well as those related to the company environment and government policies as a whole, such as education, skills, discipline, attitude and work ethics. Research methods are classified based on the objectives and level of natural setting of the object, research methods can be classified into basic research objectives, applied research methods and research and development. In this study, the researcher chose the type of Qualitative research to present and describe in detail and in detail the analysis of employee productivity in serving ASN performance problems at the Directorate of Civil Service Status of the BKN. Research Results Overall, the quality of service at the Directorate of Civil Service Status of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) can be categorized as very good, supported by clarity of information, ease of access through various communication channels, and employee responsiveness in handling complaints. The completeness of the files submitted by the proposing agency greatly affects the speed of the service process. When the files are complete, the process can run quickly and efficiently. However, incomplete files are often the cause of delays in service. and the use of technology, such as the ASN SI application, is very helpful in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of services. Technology allows ASN to access information and services more quickly and easily.

This research aims to determine the behavior that arises from MSME actors regarding the existence of accounting science and its application, this is because there are still many MSMEs who do not understand what accounting is and what accounting is like. This research was conducted in Kota Baru Subdistrict by examining several MSME actors in Kota Baru Subdistrict who are members of it. Researchers use a qualitative approach with the type of research, namely descriptive. Qualitative research is research that produces written or verbal data from a person or observed behavior, and the technique for collecting the data is using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the behavior given by MSME actors in response to the existence of accounting knowledge and its application in the business world results in MSME actors already knowing the existence of accounting science, but there are still MSMEs who do not understand what accounting is.

The research results explain that Transparency and Accountability of Village Funds at the Lurah Office Karang Berombak, West Medan District, Medan City is transparent and accountability can be seen from a participatory process that involves all levels community by gathering and approving community aspirations although budget management is not made public, transparency and accountability is maintained through active community involvement and positive responses village head towards criticism and suggestions given by the community and them has supervised the use of sub-district funds. In this way, sub-district funds can be used appropriately to meet needs community needs and create a better and empowered environment.

In efforts to manage existing resources, many problems are encountered, because not all resources are available in abundance.  There may be difficulties in obtaining these resources, such as funding sources.      Machines and also limited management skills.  One of these resources or resource factors is the human factor.      Without humans it is impossible to carry out an activity, therefore, to ensure the continuity of the business activity, it is very necessary to pay attention to human resources as a determining factor for the smoothness and success of the company, in achieving the company's predetermined goals.  Therefore it requires special handling in its management, both regarding planning, procurement and development. To procure these workers, good selection is needed, even though there are workers who need work and on the other hand the company needs them, the company does not just attract workers haphazardly.  If the process of procuring workers in a company is not paid enough attention, it is likely that the workers obtained will be less capable and skilled, and less able to be developed. Abuse of Narcotics, Psychotropics and Addictive Substances (Drugs) among the younger generation is a crucial issue that threatens the future of the nation. This abuse has a significant negative impact on the mental and physical development of the younger generation. Therefore, prevention efforts through education, routine counseling and positive activities in the community are very important. The socialization program on the dangers of drugs was carried out at the Sumbersari Village Hall, Ngampel District, Kendal Regency. The targets for this activity are teenagers from Sumbersari Village. This activity is carried out using the ABCD method which includes identifying community strengths, asset mapping, community economic analysis, creating relationships and activity priorities, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results of counseling regarding the abuse of narcotics, psychotropic substances and other addictive substances in Sumbersari village show significant benefits for the younger generation. Participants' responses emphasized the importance of the understanding provided. The suitability of participants' expectations with the reality of the activity can be seen from the appreciation for the presence of food and similarities with socialization at school. Participants' understanding also increased thanks to the material presented in an interesting way. Comfort during activities is an important factor in maintaining participant concentration. However, participant satisfaction was affected by schedule discrepancies.

Data will be collected via surveys and interviews with key stakeholders, including financial managers, risk officers, and auditors, to gather insights on the effectiveness of these policies in practice. Furthermore, this research will evaluate the correlation between specific accounting practices and key performance indicators, such as profitability, solvency, and liquidity ratios. By identifying best practices and potential areas for improvement, the study aims to offer practical recommendations that can enhance the alignment between accounting policies and risk management efforts. Ultimately, this research seeks to contribute to the existing literature on accounting and risk management in the insurance sector, providing valuable insights that can inform policy formulation and strategic decision-making within the industry. Through this comprehensive evaluation, the study aspires to foster a deeper understanding of how effective accounting policies can serve as a foundation for robust risk management frameworks, thereby promoting long-term financial stability in insurance companies.

Student satisfaction is an important issue because it will further influence the overall assessment of the university. Skills and skills factors, facilities/facilities factors, lecturer discipline factors, academic and non-academic service factors, learning activity factors, lecture suitability factors, campus access factors, campus security factors and finally the lecturer counseling factor, are factors that influence satisfaction. student. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of facilities, personnel services, academics and lecturer services on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Yogyakarta State University. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all students at the economics and business faculty at Yogyakarta State University with a sample of 120 people. The sampling technique in this research was obtained using a simple side random method. The research results show that there is no influence of facilities on student satisfaction with a significant value of 0,112. There is an influence of academic services on student satisfaction with a significant value of 0,008. There is an influence of lecturer service on student satisfaction with a significant value of 0,000. There is an influence of facilities, academic services and lecturer services on student satisfaction at the economics and business faculty of Yogyakarta State University with a significant value of 0,000.

Varia Usaha Beton, a concrete manufacturer, relies heavily on an accounting system for raw material purchasing to ensure efficient operations. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the company's raw material purchasing accounting system, identify problems and recommend improvements. The research method used is descriptive and qualitative with a case study approach. Primary data was obtained through interviews and observations, while secondary data was obtained through company documents. The research results show that the system works well and supports cost control, inventory management and quality monitoring. However, there are several vulnerabilities such as human error, technical issues with the ERP system, and weather-related delays in shipping raw materials. Recommended improvements include improved employee training, optimizing the ERP system, and developing more efficient inventory management. This research provides insights into the importance of evaluating accounting systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations. Further research is recommended to conduct comparative analysis with other companies and explore new technologies to increase purchasing management transparency and efficiency

The MSME Saerah Baru Motor workshop in Sragen is an MSME that operates in the field of selling goods and motorbike repair services in Masaran, Sragen. Saerah Baru Motor Workshop tries to organize spare parts warehouse layout planning with the right layout system. The problem in this research is whether the application of the Dedicated Storage method can streamline the layout of the spare parts warehouse at the Saerah Baru Motor workshop in Sragen. The use of this research is as a consideration for MSMEs at the Saerah Baru Motor workshop to streamline the layout of spare parts warehouses and can be used to make decisions regarding efficiency.This research uses the Dedicated Storage method at the Saerah Baru Motor workshop in Sragen. The data required is a general description of the Saerah Baru Motor workshop in Sragen, item size data, storage capacity data and average transfer data for incoming and outgoing goods. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use quantitative. The results of this research indicate that the layout of the spare parts warehouse at the Sarah Baru Motor workshop is not efficient. This is proven by the absence of separation of types of spare parts, meanwhile, the results of calculations using the Dedicated Storage method are that there is a separation of wet spare parts from solid spare parts and the placement of items is adjusted and sorted based on the assignment value of each item, namely the item that has a high assignment value is the spark plug with a value of 17.47826 will be placed close to the place where consumers come to buy spare parts.

This research conducts a comparative study on the performance of modern JavaScript frameworks - React, Angular, and Vue.js - in the context of web application development. Using an experimental approach, this study measures various performance aspects including rendering time, bundle size, page load time, and memory usage. The research method involves developing web applications using all three frameworks in different scenarios, as well as interviews with experienced developers. Results show that Vue.js excels in rendering speed and memory efficiency, React demonstrates superiority in handling large-scale dynamic updates, while Angular offers a robust structured architecture. This study also reveals the importance of non-technical factors such as learning curve and community support in framework selection. In conclusion, the selection of an optimal framework should consider project-specific needs, team expertise, and long-term organizational goals. This research provides valuable insights for developers and organizations in choosing the appropriate JavaScript framework for their projects.  

This research focuses on using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm to model student satisfaction with campus services. The study finds that the quality of the dataset strongly influences the accuracy of the KNN classification results. Factors such as data cleanliness, balanced class distribution, and sufficient training data volume are highlighted as crucial for a successful model. The research also emphasizes the significance of proper feature selection in enhancing classification performance, suggesting that irrelevant features can introduce noise and decrease model accuracy. The model was evaluated using a dataset of 1032 data points and K=5, achieving an accuracy of 93.72%. While the model performed well for certain classes such as "Very Good" and "None", challenges were encountered in classifying the "Fair" and "Deficient" classes. The study concludes that KNN is effective in identifying student satisfaction patterns but highlights the need for improvements in accurately classifying these challenging classes. Ultimately, the research underscores the importance of data quality and feature selection in enhancing the performance of classification models for student satisfaction analysis.
