This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by non-BPJS private hospitals in increasing revenue and competitiveness amidst the dominance of BPJS services in Indonesia. Private hospitals face challenges in attracting patients due to the perception of high service costs and limited public access. However, they have advantages in speed of service, modern facilities, and direct access to specialists. This study uses a literature review method with a content analysis approach to various secondary sources such as scientific journals, industry reports, and policy documents. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of a marketing strategy based on the 7P marketing mix concept (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence), digital marketing, and customer relationship management through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are key to increasing patient attraction and loyalty. The issue of fairness in regional development in Indonesia remains a significant challenge, particularly concerning the disparities between urban and rural areas, Java and outside Java, as well as between the western and eastern regions of Indonesia. This imbalance reflects an uneven distribution of investments influenced by the national political-economic structure. The sectoral development approach has been deemed inadequate in addressing these disparities, making the regional-based approach an alternative option to prioritize development in accordance with local potential. Several regional growth theories, such as the export base theory, resource advantage theory, and neoclassical approach, assert that a region's economic growth heavily depends on the availability of natural resources, labor, capital, and technological innovation. The primary indicator for assessing growth and economic well-being in society is Gross Domestic Product (GDP) The increase in GDP accompanied by a decrease in the unemployment rate serves as an indicator of successful development. Therefore, the strengthening of regional development needs to be accompanied by equitable investment strategies and approaches that are appropriate to local characteristics so that the growth achieved can be inclusive and fair.

These understandings are essential for creating egalitarian and flexible economic policies that can improve living standards in emerging nations. Additionally, the report suggests national policies to improve domestic sectors and promote sustainable human development in order to lessen the negative consequences of globalisation.

This study aims to analyze the legal protection of customers within the Islamic banking system in Indonesia, both normatively and practically. In Islamic economic principles, customer protection is not merely a legal obligation, but a moral and religious responsibility rooted in the values of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, particularly in ensuring justice (al-‘adl), trust (tsiqah), and protection of wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl). This research applies a qualitative-descriptive approach through literature review and normative juridical analysis of statutory regulations, DSN-MUI fatwas, and relevant Islamic legal doctrines. The findings indicate that although legal frameworks such as Law No. 21 of 2008, DSN-MUI fatwas, and OJK regulations offer a substantial basis for customer protection, implementation faces several challenges. These include information asymmetry between banks and customers, low Islamic financial literacy, insufficient monitoring of standard contracts, and limited access to Sharia-based dispute resolution mechanisms. Therefore, the study recommends reformulating contract structures, strengthening the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS), and enhancing public education regarding their rights as Islamic banking customers. Legal protection must be both formally legal and ethically grounded in Islamic justice.

This study discusses the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the monitoring and control system of smokehouse machines at PT Serena Harsa Utama. IoT enables the integration of sensors to monitor critical parameters such as temperature and humidity in real-time, thereby enhancing production efficiency and product quality. An experimental method was employed to test the effectiveness of the IoT system, with data collection through integrated sensors. The results indicate that IoT implementation can increase production efficiency by up to 30%, reduce human error, and optimize energy consumption. Despite challenges related to initial investment and operator training, the long-term benefits of IoT adoption, such as improved product quality and reduced downtime, make it a promising solution in the food processing industry. This research emphasizes the importance of adopting IoT technology to enhance competitiveness in the modern industry.
