Honesty is a very important trait in Islam and is also one of the characteristics that every Muslim should possess. Honesty means telling the truth as it really is and not lying, either in word or in action. In Islam, honesty is considered one of the most noble and praiseworthy traits. Allah SWT says in the Qur'an, “If you speak, then speak truthfully, even if it hurts.” (QS. Al-Ahzab: 70). Honesty has many benefits, both in personal life and in social life. With honesty, we can build trust and good relationships with others, and maintain our integrity and dignity.  Due to the rapid development of technology and relationships spread all over the world, there is a tendency to ignore fairness to achieve personal goals or ignore honesty to gain quick profits. Under these circumstances, the values of fairness and honesty found in the Qur'an become more necessary to implement in life. By using a thematic approach to related verses.  This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of the concept of honesty in the context of Al-Qur'an interpretation.  

This article seeks to explore two important concepts: the essence of patience and its relevance within the context of human life, particularly through education. Patience is not merely a virtue; it is an internal state that plays a crucial role in determining the achievement of our life goals. It embodies the ability to organize, control, and direct our behaviors, emotions, and actions while effectively navigating various challenges. This entails approaching problems with both clarity and a broad perspective to find comprehensive solutions. Additionally, a holistic view of issues enables us to see their interconnectedness. The significance of patience can be observed in the actions of both educators and learners, starting from the very beginning of the educational journey, whether at home or in school. The patient attitudes cultivated by both teachers and students are vital keys to achieving success and fulfilling life’s objectives.  

This study examines the contextual interpretation method developed by Abdullah Saeed, a progressive Muslim scholar who embraces a modern approach to understanding the Qur'an. This approach was created in response to textual interpretation methods in understanding the meaning of Qur'anic verses. Saeed emphasizes the importance of understanding revelation in its social and historical context so that Islamic teachings remain relevant to the times. One of the main concepts in this interpretation method is the hierarchy of values, which distinguishes between immutable and mutable teachings. This research uses a qualitative approach with a focus on literature, analyzing the works of Abdullah Saeed and previous research. The results of the research show that Saeed's Contextual Exegesis method is able to provide a more flexible understanding of the Qur'anic text, especially in verses related to law and ethics. One example of its application is the interpretation of the verse on the hijab in QS. Al-Ahzab: 59, where Saeed emphasizes that the command to wear the hijab has a specific social context that must be understood before being applied in modern life. This approach has broad implications for contemporary Islamic studies, particularly in addressing various social and legal challenges. However, this method has also faced criticism from conservative circles who argue that contextualization may obscure the original meaning of the Qur'an. Therefore, further research is still needed to explore its application in various aspects of Islamic life.

This article aims to recognize and understand the development of the story of Ahmad Al-Hasyimi. Ahmad Al-Hasyimi is one of the important figures in the science of balaghah who has made a major contribution to the development of the Arabic language, especially in the fields of rhetoric and literature. Through his famous work “Jawahir Al-Balaghah”, he succeeded in simplifying Balâghah so that it is easier to understand by Arabic language students and researchers. According to Ahmad Al-Hasyimi, the aim of his Balâghah is to convey meaning with clarity, beauty and attractiveness that can influence the reader or listener. Literature that uses methods by collecting secondary data in the form of journal papers, online articles.

Family education serves as the fundamental basis for shaping a child’s personality and character. As the first and foremost environment in a child’s life, the family plays a crucial role in instilling moral, social, religious, and cultural values that form the foundation of personal development. This study aims to examine the role and function of family education in character formation from an early age. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review. The results show that families who actively carry out their educational role tend to raise children with positive character traits such as discipline, responsibility, and empathy. Dunia pendidikan telah dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh pertumbuhan teknologi digital, khususnya upaya dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Tujuan dari kajian ini untuk efektivitas penggunaan media digital sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa sekolah dasar untuk belajar melalui metode literature review. Sebanyak 10 artikel ilmiah terbitan tahun 2020–2025 yang relevan dikaji secara mendalam menggunakan pendekatan naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media digital seperti E-LKPD, buku digital, video pembelajaran interaktif, aplikasi kuis edukatif, serta platform digital lainnya terbukti mampu membangun lingkungan belajar yang menarik, menyenangkan, dan partisipatif. Media tersebut meningkatkan partisipasi aktif, perhatian, dan semangat siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik siswa mengalami peningkatan karena penyajian materi yang lebih visual, fleksibel, dan kontekstual. Namun demikian, tantangan masih ditemukan, terutama terkait keterbatasan infrastruktur dan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menitikberatkan betapa pentingnya pengembangan kemampuan guru, penyediaan fasilitas teknologi yang memadai, dan pengembangan media pembelajaran digital yang adaptif dan inovatif. Harapan dari kajian ini sebagai referensi dalam perumusan kebijakan pendidikan serta strategi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan generasi digital masa kini.

Corruption is one of the serious problems currently being faced by many countries in the world, including our country Indonesia. Not only does it harm the country's economy, corruption has also been proven to hinder the development of a country and create social injustice. This study aims to determine the basis for the judge's considerations in granting a pretrial motion by the former deputy minister of law and human rights and than the judge's decision related to the determination of the suspect in the pretrial motion. The method used in this study is normative legal research with a Legislation approach, Conceptual Approach, and Case Approach. The data collection technique used is library research, the data is collected and then analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the basis for the judge's considerations in the pretrial motion decision on the Eddy Hiariej case shows the judge's tendency to focus more on formal aspects than material aspects. The judge's decision in granting a pretrial motion, especially in corruption cases such as the Eddy Hiariej case, the judge should not limit his considerations only to the due process of law aspect which emphasizes procedural accuracy. However, on the other hand, judges are also required to pay attention to the dimensions of the crime control model, which emphasizes the effectiveness of eradicating crime, as well as the principle of substantive justice, which demands justice based on material truth.

Prison, is an institution whose existence is inseparable from law enforcement in Indonesia. Unlike prisons, Rutan functions as a temporary detention place for suspects or defendants who are undergoing the trial process.  Currently, almost all prisons and prisons in Indonesia are experiencing an overcrowding crisis  with an overcrowding rate. 92%. This condition is like a time bomb ready to explode. Extreme overcrowding in prisons and prisons has various negative impacts. Overcrowding in  correctional facilities and prisons is a serious problem that must be overcome immediately. The impact is not only on the health and safety of residents, but also on the effectiveness of coaching and the state budget. This study aims to find out and discuss the impact  of overcrowding on class IIB state prison inmates in Ruteng Regency. This research is an empirical legal research or empirical juridical research supported  by a statuecause  approach using primary data and secondary data collected using observation, documentation and interview techniques conducted with 33 informants. The data obtained was processed using editing techniques, data classification, data verification and description after which it was analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of the study showed that (1) Overcrowding in Ruteng Class IIB Prison was caused by several interrelated factors. First, the limited capacity of Ruteng Detention Center. Second, the crime rate has increased in three districts. Third, the penal policy is not yet effective. Fourth, the low legal awareness of the public also plays a role in the increase in crime rates. (2) Overcrowding in Ruteng Class IIB Prison has a significant impact on inmates, especially in fulfilling their rights including the right to inmate health, the right to security, and the right to rehabilitation. Social coaching and reintegration programs cannot run effectively due to limited resources and space.

Regional Head Elections (Pilkada) are crucial for upholding popular sovereignty and realizing democracy. This research aimed to examine the level of political participation among voters with disabilities and the factors contributing to their low engagement in the 2024 Pilkada in Baregbeg District. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving field studies, literature reviews, and data analysis. The results showed that while the 2024 Pilkada in Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency, was successfully executed, the participation of voters with disabilities was very low, at only 29.93% of the 294 registered voters. This low participation was caused by external micro factors such as non-inclusive socialization (lack of assistive tools), suboptimal voter education, budget limitations, ineffective 'jemput bola' mechanisms, insufficient family support, unfriendly polling station locations, and minimal initiatives from stakeholders and disability organizations. Additionally, internal macro factors of disabled individuals also played a role, including communication limitations (for those with hearing, visual, speech, and intellectual impairments), differences in information access and mobility, varying levels of understanding, low organizational awareness, and limited scope of movement and social interaction. The socialization efforts already undertaken have not been able to significantly increase participation, indicating the need for a more comprehensive and inclusive approach.

Clay is chosen as the main material due to its high flexibility, aesthetic value, and broad market potential. The purpose of this business is to create decorative yet functional products that are customizable and appealing to various groups, particularly art lovers and handmade product enthusiasts. The methods used include market analysis through questionnaires, digital and offline marketing strategies, and a Business to Customer (B2C) approach. Survey results indicate strong consumer interest in clay tray products, driven by affordable pricing, attractive designs, and eco-friendly qualities. Promotional strategies include social media, online marketplaces, participation in exhibitions, and collaborations with influencers. This proposal also includes a financial analysis to determine the break-even point (BEP) and assess the business's profit potential. With proper management, this clay craft business is considered to have promising prospects and the potential to grow into a sustainable enterprise..  

Performance management plays a central role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations, both in the public and private sectors. In modern government, the increasing public demand for quality, transparent, and accountable public services has encouraged comprehensive bureaucratic reform. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is now positioned as an agent of development that must be adaptive, innovative, and results-oriented. Performance management is no longer just a compliance-based evaluation tool, but rather an integrated strategic approach to drive organizational success on an ongoing basis. In line with Armstrong's (2009) view, the focus of modern performance management lies on developing the capacity of individuals and teams to create optimal contributions to the achievement of organizational goals.

This literature research aims to compile and describe the role of managers in improving employee performance. The method used is the library research method. The data collection method used is the documentation method. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. To maintain the accuracy of the assessment and prevent errors in information in data analysis, cross-library checks are carried out and re-reading the literature and paying attention to the reviewer's comments. The results of this study show that the better the motivation provided by managers, the more significant it can improve employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of competency-based performance management in the digital era at Telkom Maumere. Amid the ongoing digital transformation, organizations are required to enhance employee performance through structured systems that are adaptive to technological changes. Competency-based management has become a key strategy to ensure that every individual possesses the skills and behaviors aligned with organizational goals. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that Telkom Maumere has adopted a performance management system integrated with digital technologies, such as the use of e-performance applications and online evaluation systems. However, challenges remain in terms of digital training and comprehensive competency mapping. The study concludes that competency-based performance management in the digital era can enhance work productivity, provided it is supported by adequate technological infrastructure and an adaptive organizational culture.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the reward and punishment system in employee performance management at Telkomsel Maumere, as well as to provide recommendations for improvements that can be implemented to enhance employee performance and job satisfaction.

The use of social media in Arabic language learning is becoming increasingly significant in today's digital age. Social media has become an integral part of students' and teachers' daily lives, opening up great opportunities to create more interactive, collaborative and engaging learning experiences. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok can increase students' motivation to learn, make materials more accessible, and improve students' Arabic language skills. This study aims to identify the opportunities and challenges of using social media in Arabic language learning using library research method. The results show that social media is often utilized by teachers and students to improve communication, facilitate the distribution of teaching materials, and enrich the Arabic learning experience. The use of social media has also been shown to increase student motivation to learn through active engagement in discussion and collaboration. However, there are some challenges such as unequal access to technology, high potential for distraction, limited internet quota and network problems and digital security risks. The use of social media can be an effective tool in Arabic language learning if integrated with appropriate teaching strategies and accompanied by digital literacy training for teachers and students, as well as the development of creative and safe educational content. This study recommends the development of policies and guidelines for the use of social media in schools and universities, so that the potential of social media in supporting Arabic language learning can be optimally utilized. 

The skin and hair care industry has experienced rapid growth in recent years. As the digital ecosystem becomes more established, various local products have the opportunity to emerge and exist in the market. Among the local products that have just emerged and found a place in the hearts of consumers is Lavojoy. Research on digital marketing strategies for imported products has been carried out very often, while for local products, especially skin and hair care products, has not been done much. This study aims to analyze Lavojoy's digital marketing strategy in increasing consumer loyalty. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data were obtained from the results of digital observations and data searches in various popular site databases related to the research problem. The results of the study show that the digital utilization strategy allows Lavojoy to build a loyal customer community through interactive content, collaboration with influencers, and active engagement through live and polling features. Two-way interactions carried out on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube have a significant impact on brand awareness and customer emotional attachment to the brand. In addition, e-commerce optimization carried out through exclusive promo strategies, cashback, loyalty programs, and live shopping features has succeeded in increasing customer retention and encouraging repeat purchases. To increase the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in the future, Lavojoy is advised to increase personalization in digital marketing by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and customer data analysis to offer a more personalized shopping experience, as well as developing content and product recommendations tailored to each customer's preferences, both through social media and e-commerce.

In the digital era like today, traditional games such as forts and gobak sodor are increasingly marginalized, even though these two games have great potential in supporting the motor and social development of elementary school children. This literature study aims to analyze the role of these two games in honing students' gross motor skills through running, jumping, and coordination activities, as well as social skills such as cooperation, communication, and sportsmanship. This research method uses a literature study with several stages, namely the data collection stage, the classification stage, the analysis stage, the synthesis stage, and the interpretation stage of relevant sources. The results of the study indicate that forts and gobak sodor are effective in training children's gross motor skills through dynamic movements such as running and dodging, while developing children's social values ​​through team interaction and collaborative strategies. Integration of traditional games in Physical Education learning in elementary schools can be a holistic strategy to improve students' physical and character development. The suggestion for educators is to modify these games so that they remain relevant to the current context without eliminating their educational value.

Self-photo studio is a modern photography trend that is growing rapidly among the younger generation, because it offers a private, flexible, and aesthetic photo experience without the help of a photographer. One of the business actors in this field is Selfphoto Studio - Potokita Prapen Surabaya, which has attracted the attention of many users. However, customer satisfaction is not always met because of the gap between expectations and the reality of the services provided. This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Value, Product Quality, and Service Innovation on user satisfaction at Selfphoto Studio - Potokita Prapen branch in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through the distribution of E-questionnaires. The number of respondents in this study was 100 Potokita Prapen users who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study showed that perceived value, product quality, and service innovation had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. This research is motivated by the discovery of several problems in learning Social Sciences at MTs Asy-Syafiiyah Gondang Tulungagung. This greatly influences the learning process for both teachers and students in the subject of Social Sciences. The purpose of this study is: To determine the problems faced in the process of learning Social Studies at MTs Asy-Syafiiyah Gondang Tulungagung in the 2024/2025 Academic Year along with efforts to overcome problems in the process of learning Social Studies at MTs Asy-Syafiiyah Gondang Tulungagung. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method using in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation as a form of data collection, data sources in the study. The problems faced in the Social Studies learning process include learning methods that are less interesting and interactive, lack of learning motivation from students, lack of training or workshops for teachers, limited supporting facilities in the learning process, and less than optimal learning evaluation.

The rapid growth of social media among university students raises concerns regarding its impact on health, particularly sleep patterns. This research investigates the link involving social media usage intensity and students’ sleep patterns. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed through a survey method involving 30 active undergraduate students from various universities in Indonesia, using a survey based on Likert items. The analysis applied Pearson’s correlation to assess the intensity and orientation of the link between variables. The results revealed a strong and affirmative link between social media engagement and sleep pattern disturbances, indicated by a correlation score of 0.655. This reflects that greater intensity in using social media is associated with increased likelihood of disrupted sleep patterns, including irregular sleep schedules, reduced sleep duration, and decreased sleep quality. These findings emphasize the importance of better digital time management and educational interventions regarding healthy sleep habits, both for students and higher education institutions.
