This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Customer Experience (DCE) and Customer Engagement (CE) on Brand Loyalty (BL) among Generation Z, a digital-native cohort that plays a strategic role in shaping market dynamics in the digital era. Using a quantitative explanatory research design, data were collected through a structured questionnaire employing a 5-point Likert scale, distributed to 100 purposively selected respondents aged 18–27 who actively interact with brands through digital platforms. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied with SPSS software to test the hypotheses. The results reveal that Digital Customer Experience has a positive and significant impact on Brand Loyalty, indicating that seamless, personalized, and satisfying digital interactions enhance consumer loyalty. Similarly, Customer Engagement exerts a positive and significant influence on Brand Loyalty, emphasizing the role of active customer participation in strengthening emotional attachment and long-term commitment to brands. Jointly, both variables explain over 70% of the variation in Brand Loyalty, underscoring their synergistic effect in driving repurchase intention and advocacy behaviors among Generation Z. The findings provide both theoretical implications for enriching the customer experience–engagement–loyalty framework and practical guidance for marketers to optimize digital touchpoints, foster interactive engagement, and design loyalty-driven strategies tailored to Generation Z’s behavioral patterns in the digital marketplace.

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of substituting vinegar with pomegranate juice (PJ) on the physicochemical characteristics, sensory quality, and antioxidant activity of mayonnaise. The mayonnaise was formulated into five treatments with varying concentrations of vinegar and PJ. The analyzed parameters included pH, color (L*, a*, b*), viscosity, emulsion stability, and sensory attributes (taste, aroma, color, texture, and preference), while antioxidant activity was assessed in the best formulation. The results showed that increasing the PJ substitution significantly improved viscosity and emulsion stability, decreased lightness (L*), and enhanced the red hue (a*). The P4 formulation (containing 2.75% PJ) demonstrated the best overall performance, with high viscosity, excellent emulsion stability, and also receiving high sensory scores. Antioxidant analysis revealed that P4 had higher antioxidant activity compared to the control (P0). Therefore, PJ has the potential to serve as a natural alternative to vinegar in mayonnaise production while enhancing the product's stability and functional value.

This research aims to understand the role of fandom in driving the growth of the fanworks market in Indonesia, specifically through the case study of Comifuro, a popular cultural event that is the center for the distribution of fan-made works. The research method used is qualitative, with a self-report approach from participants who are directly involved as creators and consumers at Comifuro since the beginning of its implementation. The results of the study show that the emotional connection between fans and copyrighted works encourages active involvement in producing and consuming fanworks. Fanworks are not only a forum for expression, but also a means of creative monetization that is socially legal even though it is legally gray. Comifuro gives creators a space for freedom of expression, bringing them together directly with audiences in an inclusive and supportive space. The surge in visitors and participants since the post-pandemic reflects the high demand for fandom content, as well as demonstrating the power of communities in supporting the creative economy. This research emphasizes the importance of recognizing the role of fans as the main motor in popular culture dynamics and community-based digital economy.

The regulation of street vendors (PKL) in Aceh Besar Regency is part of the local government's efforts to maintain public order and manage public space effectively. This study aims to analyze the preventive and repressive strategies implemented by the Municipal Police Unit in regulating street vendors. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that preventive strategies are carried out through guidance activities such as socialization, counseling, and routine patrols. However, the effectiveness of these strategies remains limited due to resource constraints and low participation from the vendors. On the other hand, repressive strategies involve direct enforcement through warnings and evictions, as well as indirect enforcement through cross-sector coordination and business location relocation. Repressive measures often provoke resistance from vendors, especially since the designated relocation areas are perceived as economically unstrategic. The implications of this research highlight the importance of strengthening persuasive approaches, enhancing inter-agency coordination, and providing viable relocation sites to ensure that enforcement policies are implemented effectively, sustainably, and with public acceptance.

This study aims to analyse and implement the calculation of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) using the full costing method at UMKM Rasa Dewa to increase profitability and help set more realistic and competitive selling prices. This study uses a mixed approach, namely qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of the study indicate that the calculation of COGS using the full costing method provides higher results than the simple method previously used by UMKM. The difference in production costs found was IDR 1,402,371 for starfruit juice products and IDR 2,881,150 for starfruit syrup products. This is due to the use of the full costing method which includes all cost elements, both direct and indirect costs such as depreciation of equipment, transportation, and other overhead costs that were not previously calculated. Meanwhile, the initial calculation of UMKM Rasa Dewa only included basic costs such as raw materials, direct labor, and packaging materials. By implementing the full costing method, UMKM can obtain a more accurate and comprehensive picture of production costs. This provides a more appropriate basis for consideration in setting product selling prices to increase profitability sustainably.

Coastal communities in Tanjungpinang have enormous local potential, such as marine products, crafts, and tourism. However, this potential has not been optimally utilized due to limited access to information, skills, and policy support. This study aims to examine the empowerment of coastal communities in Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands Province, through the utilization of local potential to improve shared welfare. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive analysis methods, through literature reviews from various relevant sources. The results of the study show that empowerment strategies carried out through skills training, strengthening local institutions, and developing potential-based businesses such as fisheries, crafts, and community-based tourism, have succeeded in increasing community participation, household income, and opening up new job opportunities. The success of empowerment is greatly influenced by active community involvement, cross-sector support, and approaches that adapt to local conditions. However, challenges such as limited access to capital, infrastructure, and inequality in access to training are still obstacles. This study recommends the need for a more inclusive, sustainable, and social justice-based empowerment strategy so that the benefits are felt evenly by all levels of coastal communities.
